More About Manifestation

newsletter_nativeamerican

Manifestation is important because it teaches about how we perceive and live life. When we focus on a heart felt desire, we invoke the universe and the inner self.

  1. Everyone is already manifesting the material of their consciousness  through their experience of “reality.” We are limited by our perceptions and beliefs about life as well as the people in our lives; however, it’s possible to transcend those limits and create big, happy visions. Basically, this involves awakening and rewriting our inner script of beliefs, thoughts, and emotions. When we rewrite our perception of reality, it changes.
  2. Everyone wants financial prosperity, loving relationships, a healthy body, and a deep spiritual connection that provides accurate answers. Meditation and visualization can lead us to the right steps, and the practice completes much of the work on the invisible plane. (In other words, an occurrence or dream takes place much more quickly. We find the right job quickly instead of applying for ten. We visualize meeting the right people, and they appear.)
  3. Action is more effective when accompanied by meditation and visualization. It also requires less effort. Athletes and millionaires use these techniques of visualizing their desired reality in detail. The alteration in overall energy is even more profound when the visualization is prompted by a desire for connection with the inner self. Both practices create results, but universal connection alters everything in our lives.
  4. We meet our resistance within our self. We discover an opposite self, who doesn’t want the manifestation, takes steps in the opposite way, and wants to stay the same. We rewrite the “program” or pattern through visualization, observation, and learning to think and feel new thoughts and emotions. (We also learn to change our personal identity from the person who can’t to one who can.)
  5. Life becomes more exciting through these discoveries. As we learn to change lower patterns into patterns of success, we become enthusiastic about life. We naturally make small adjustments such as altering traffic, wishing good things for others, or seeing more beauty in life. (This changes our world—and the world around us.)
  6. Our vision of our reality and the world changes. We begin to understand how our ‘reality” responds to our thoughts and emotions. We also learn how to change our perception of life because we understand the seeing the “goodness” is part of what brings it into our lives.
  7. We naturally live on a higher vibration as a result of participating in manifestation. We begin to see problems as areas of life, which require a higher frequency, meditation, or inspired action. We also begin to “know” that other people are doing the same thing. It’s how we meet our True Self through meditation–and connect with others who align with the universe in the same beautiful way.

Turn to the Light

newsletter_colorswirl

Light and love are always the answer. They hold the highest vibrations on the planet. If we call on the light, the universe answers. But it’s easier to access “light” by using specific techniques.

Light responds differently with specific situations and meditations. These brief exercises work well for a variety of a problems, including receiving more enlightenment and understanding. When we see and feel life differently, it often alters into a higher vibration—and brings more positive outcome.

“Real” love feels unconditional, soft, and centered. It brings healing, answers, and gentle self-motivation. It helps in seeing the good in the self and others. It is like looking through a beautiful, rainbow lens with a heart, which feels uplifted and calm. All of the exercises will help in finding this place.

Here are a few tips.

  1. Come to center and find inner self on a daily basis. Meditation helps in finding the true self. From this place, wisdom, self-love, and peace flow. The answer is in the center; it feels simple and true when you find it. (It’s easiest to call in the light by becoming still. It’s helpful to pull inward to feel the inner self. )
  2. Put your attention on happiness. Happiness—like all inner states—requires attention and contemplation. (It’s actually a habit.) Notice all of the things, which bring happiness in your life. Listen to your voice to see if it conveys happiness. Notice your feelings when you look at objects, read emails, or travel short distances. Make a conscious effort to expand and find happiness throughout the day.
  3. Peace acts like a river; it eases and soothes emotion. There are no thoughts when we align with peace, only stillness. Imagine experiencing peace before/after others attempt to pull us into drama. (As our energy level heightens, others try to pull you into their drama. By detaching from their drama and visualizing a happy outcome, we can return to place of peace.
  4. Know that life moves in a cyclical pattern, marked by highs and lows. The challenge lies in finding and observing the pattern, altering emotions, and making “center” or the true self more important than the feelings and situation.
  5. Conflicting thoughts comprise part of spiritual growth. It’s how we put ourselves together and resolve the many parts of the self. When the answer comes, it will be simple. It will resonate with the inner self. Until this time comes, notice the feelings. It’s okay to feel two, conflicting emotions and/or thoughts. Eventually, the thoughts do bring resolution and wholeness.
  6. Pull the mind away from upsetting thoughts and situations. Return to the heart. Practice meditation to return to center, then visualize a positive outcome in a place of stillness.
  7. Know the process is working, and the universe wants to help. While many of these tips and exercises are not logical, they follow spiritual law. Our visualizations thoughts, and emotions alter the course of life because they invoke—and the most  powerful part of our inner being.

Full Moon Forecast: Energy Shift

fullmoongolden
The New Year, which has felt restless and unfocused, settles with the approach of the full moon on Jan 23. Sun in Aquarius (air) and Moon in Leo (fire) will lighten the overall mood. (We’ve been inundated with earth energy, which feels heavy with Mercury retrograde in Capricorn.)
Fortunately, Mercury moves direct on Jan 25, bringing clarity and focus. Overall, the energy is lovely and a bit wild. It can make space for hope, love, and peace — if we clear the way within ourselves.
Venus (feminine energy) moves in Capricorn with the full moon, which can feel heavy and cold. But it’s also about planning what we want to receive in relationships and how we need to feel love for growth and change. Mars moved into Scorpio, a water sign, and it can exaggerate our emotions–running the gamut from anger to the type of revelations that change our lives a long term basis.
Jupiter (good fortune, benevolence) and the North Node (spiritual direction) rise in this chart. It indicates our best course is to discern the path of the soul and develop discernment about what belongs in our lives. It’s not a quick decision; it’s the kind of choice we make by living.
The outer planets carry a similar theme. Saturn reminds us of the importance of spiritual growth. Jupiter in Virgo and Neptune (spirituality and illusion) in Pisces continue their alternating scale of balancing spirituality and practicality. Uranus and Pluto remain in their dance of change, darkness, and transformation.
The strong spiritual energy will continue to cause awakening, initial chaos, and need for change throughout the year. This type of growth is demanding; it involves identifying the desires of ego and soul as well as understanding knowledge is applied differently with varying situations and energies. There is emphasis on grounding, balancing, focusing, and staying open to spiritual change.
The theme of long term planning, practicality, and releasing the past — as well as what is unnecessary on our journey — remains for the next few months. The best way of discerning this comes from connecting with the inner self and finding the universal beauty in our personal journey.

Tips:

  1. As the energy shifts, stay focused on what you want to experience. Realize many of the feelings come from the planets, overall energy, and mass consciousness. Examine them to see if the feelings truly come from yourself.  Recall the desired feeling and return to this state often.
  2. Notice what is lacking and see what you desire. Don’t give into lower feelings. Turn them around. (If you don’t feel loved, focus on how you’d like to experience love. If the issue is abundance, focus on prosperity or opportunity.)
  3. With Mars in Scorpio, there are often feelings of resentment and anger. It’s useful in that you can recognize suppressed feelings and release them. It’s also helpful to know this placement can lead to transformation. Anger is often a reflection of your personal story, mirroring from others, or an inability to help yourself. (Recognizing it often changes the situation.)
  4. Mercury will move direct, and life will flow more smoothly. Take action on plans made earlier. Sign contracts and buy electronics. Move forward.
  5. Trust the universe. Everything is changing, but the universe always supports you. Follow your intuition, but take time to double-check before taking action. (The symbol of the sun indicates powerful healing. See below.)

Sabian Symbols

Sun sits on Aquarius 4, “A Hindu Healer Glows with a Mystic Healing Power.” Today, one of my students sent a quote by Rumi that perfectly describes the symbol. “The spreading radiance of a True Human Being has great importance. Look carefully around you and recognize the luminosity of souls. Sit beside those who draw you to that…”

In metaphysics, seeker are taught to study a saint or spend time with those who hold light. As a result, we are given light – if we are worthy – through transference.  (When we are connected with the One, we radiate light and light to others.)

Moon is placed opposite the sun on Leo 4, “A Man Stands Near Trophies He Brought Back from a Hunting Expedition.” Trophies can refer to success in the material world. Winning and achieving success can be admirable, but trophies are kept quiet in the spiritual world. (Humility means winning without making a fuss about it.)

The moon refers to emotions, and everyone has the need to show their trophies for approval, reassurance, or ego. Ultimately, rewards come from cooperation with natural and universal forces. Their true value is the reward of devotion, patience, and persistence.

Mercury sits on Capricorn 16, “School Grounds Filled with Boys and Girls in Gymnasium Suits.” This symbol refers to the need for vitality and physical joy. It’s about spontaneity and feeling a burst of life through physical activity. (Mercury rules thought. Perhaps, it emphasizes the need to “feel” life physically — not vicariously through books or films. When we feel alive, our thoughts definitely alter!)

Venus is placed on Capricorn 1, “An Indian Chief Claims Recognition and Power from the Assembled Tribe.” Sometimes, it’s necessary to assume a leadership role, which requires courage and strength. It can also relate to using your inner ability to lead others into a better place.  Benevolence and kindness are excellent qualities for leaders.

Mars sits on Scorpio 11 (a master number), “A Drowning Man is Being Rescued.” Scorpio energy often refers to transformation and transmutation; this symbol epitomizes the energy. Drowning refers to water and emotion; rescue refers to air and thought. We can feel suffocated and/or lost in emotions. We breathe freely when we find answers or see a new solution. Our life begins anew.

Jupiter is found on Virgo 23, “A Lion Tamer Rushes Fearlessly into the Circus Arena.” There’s much hidden in this symbol including passion, daring, and taking risks. Actually, these are important qualities in expanding our lives. It’s necessary to take risks, feel passionate about our work, and have courage.  Jupiter, in an earth sign, also means developing skill, concentration, and talent in a grounded way. In this case, balance points to measuring our steps, reflecting on our plan, then taking a big step with courage.

Using Pink Light, Moving into Unconditional, Universal Love

news_lotus
Pink light is associated with the heart chakra as well as unconditional, universal love. When we focus on pink light, we bring in a specific frequency of love, which is free of passion or desire. We simply move into a place of being with the One and the All.
Pink light is also helpful in moving from a lower frequency (negative thoughts or emotions) into a higher one because it raises our vibrations, cancelling out lower feelings. It is also useful to send to others to help in uplifting their lives.
Here’s a recording to help you with developing a connection with unconditional love and light.

Creating Abundance

introspection

Many of you wrote, asking for more information about abundance. Creating abundance involves changing emotions, thoughts, beliefs and spiritual energy.  Like all energetic solutions, it requires time, work, and devotion–as well as faith.

Here are a few tips:

  1. The universe shares abundance in waves. Tapping into the wave can mean leaving behind beliefs such as not feel deserving and/or believing good people are limited to a particular income The beliefs are diverse, but you can connect into the frequency of prosperity through your inner consciousness.
  2. Visualization is an important tool. It’s important to make a practice of seeing what you want as opposed to reflecting negatively on your experience. For example, see the desired business or money flowing into your life as opposed to not having the desired amount. Change the way you view the flow of money events in your life. (Money always comes after I spend correctly. Money flows in at a tremendous rate when I pay my bills.)
  3. Ultimately, prosperity is energy–just like anything else. Anything can be obtained through a wave-length—good or bad. If you use the energy to help yourself, improve your life, and share with others, it’s positive energy. (You eliminate fear while helping others to create the same vibration.)
  4. It requires practice and action. If you truly want a big change, then 15-20 minutes of daily visualization is not much work. You may also need to work physically as in finding a job or more work. It’s easier to create money when you have it.
  5. Express gratitude while asking for more. Notice everything that is wonderful in your life but expand it as well.
  6. Use the universe as your source during meditation. The universe has an abundance of everything, and it’s far easier to create through the universe than through other people. Let the universe flow through everything and change it into a higher vibration. (More money equals more energy, and it can give a higher vibration—if used correctly.)
  7. When you begin to gain success with these techniques, use them everywhere. See your friends with more abundance, create it for the people on the street, and see the whole world as a better place. (It’s the whole point of spiritual techniques.)
  8. It’s also important to discover how the energy of other people affects your abundance. Some friends believe in us fiercely, helping to create success. Some people are jealous and try to take our abundance. There are also people who expand prosperity for us through love.
  9. Everyone’s visualization is unique. While the basic outline and fabric of the work is similar, there are particular beliefs, energies, and points of interest, which are highly personal. The most important steps involve practice, committing to the vision, and believing in your capacity to do so. (Keep your heart in a place of love.)

Eight Tips on Manifesting (What You Want)

news_flowerpainting

  1. Manifestation is a natural development of meditation. As you become attuned to your inner self, it’s natural to seek expansion of this inner state. Creation of new events, aspects of life, and inner development come from focusing on a specific area of life while seeing, feeling, and experiencing it in a new way. You evolve and expand by creating more of the same inner state in areas of your life where energy and understanding are lacking.
  2. Growth involves expansion and experimentation. Typically, some of your intuitions, thoughts, and feelings are correct in a specific area of life. By observing, you learn how to listen, visualize, think, and feel more accurately. You learn to tap into the parts of life, which are more aligned with the inner self. (For example, your inner self does not think fearful thoughts about the world throughout the day. It doesn’t feel angry about your relationships. It might encourage you to develop some aspect of your life and pay attention to your personal insights. But it doesn’t project and develop negativity.)
  3. Manifestation involves duality. It involves releasing the not-self, which created the current situation, and nourishing the true self, which creates a new “reality.” The current physical self unites with inner self, who receives direction from the universe. By listening and acting intuitively, progress is made.
  4. It’s helpful to bless the “good” in life while continuing to hold the visual or feeling of the desire. In this way, you honor both worlds. It’s also useful to note any progress, persistence, or the smallest motions toward your goal. Accept and bless all positive hints and signs.
  5. Let your heart guide you. It’s how you learn to hear to become intuitive. Take small risks, step into expansion, and learn the process of stop and go (flow.) Part of manifestation involves discovery through learning about your correct/incorrect intuitions, actions, and the inner and outer self. The outer self (ego) is programmed by life. It’s the cause of resistance and sabotage. The inner self teaches about alignment with the universe. (It’s easy to confuse the two voices, but the work of manifestation teaches discernment.) Every manifestation and/or heart’s desire leads to more understanding of the inner self.
  6. Your manifestation is correct when it leads you into generosity, kindness, and love. (If you’re feeling jealous, competitive, or wanting too much, you’re on the wrong path.) The right manifestation teaches letting go of negative thoughts and feelings. It doesn’t mean you don’t see the truth. It means you react and judge less.
  7. This step may seem self-explanatory, but manifestation is like everything in your life. You have to make up your mind to do it, and your efforts must remain consistent. The time will come when you don’t want to do it, or you don’t think it works. It may also feel like too much effort when your world is staying in a perfect place or falling apart. It’s weird, but that’s when you need it most. (There are also times when you may need a coach or someone who believes in your ability to stay with the process.)
  8. If you stay with the work, you will evolve. Your manifestation may take longer than you think. It may come in an entirely different form, or it may perfectly reflect your desire. Regardless, you will have developed a stronger connection with the inner self, learned the art of altering thoughts and emotions, and expanded your intuitive abilities. More importantly, you stepped into the incredible threshold where the universe and your consciousness meet.

Earth Changes

news_newsky

As a child, I learned the patterns of clouds, seasons, the motion of the moon, and meaning of dew on the grass. Nature spoke in an immutable language of signs, which never changed—and spoke of the future in a thousand ways. But the earth is changing, and the signs no longer hold their former wealth of information.

The sun and moon rise in different locations. There are unseasonable patterns. Fall comes early, perennial plants bloom in fall rather than spring, and storms and fires fill the continent. Globally, we’re experiencing solar flares, rising oceans, and a fluctuating magnetic field. The planet is taking on the matrix of a new pattern.

Part of the new pattern is the return of the wolves to California. (When I first met them, their numbers were smaller. They said the resurgence of their population was associated with a positive change as well as the turning of the planet and stars.) The four-leggeds and the creatures of the ocean also send waves of songs to support us.

In alchemical writings, there are notes indicating the elementals (the creatures ruling the kingdoms of fire, air, water, and earth) respond to the moods and thoughts of awakening human beings. As we awaken our energy level soars, and the acceleration of consciousness amplifies any imbalance in the emotional, mental, or physical realm of humans. As our energy increases and expands, nature acts as a balancing force by releasing emotion through storms and flames.

With many people awakening at this particular time, the planet’s reaction is not surprising. Earth is likely reflecting the oscillation of emotions and thoughts of many people at one time. As we increase our consciousness and light, our feelings and emotions often become more intense.

I’m sharing my thoughts below, which are simply based on observation.

  1. Storms and rain can reflect our inner condition; they can also clear our inner and outer condition. (Think of the garden in mid-summer after a wonderful rain.) From my experience, it is possible to calm a storm or experience it in a less intense manner.
  2. Fire purifies and changes a landscape. With the many fires in the United States, it could be helpful to imagine the landscape after days of rain–or to see new life in the place of the flames. (Note: it’s more helpful to see and imagine rain than to wish for it.)
  3. Some of our weather may be manufactured by others. We could imagine gentle, balanced weather–or devices that don’t work.
  4. We hasten the seasons and the feeling of an accelerated year by sending children to school in early August. Advertisements such as Halloween in August make time seem to move more quickly. When we buy and prepare months ahead, we actually visualize cooler weather and other events such as Christmas and snow! It’s always a wonderful time to slow and become present.
  5. Mass beliefs such as associating harsh winter with global warming increase the likelihood of the experience. If many people believe this, we’ll certainly experience it. Obviously, it’s also possible to visualize and create a milder winter. On another topic, pollution obviously exists, and we have to see this truth. But we can also imagine a planet without pollution, including clear skies, clean water, and solutions for current problems.

If Nature is reflecting our beliefs, thoughts, and emotions, there is a possibility of creating a better reality. As far as I know, few people, with the exception of indigenous people, experiment with this. Please share your thoughts and insights.

The Loveliness of Nature

newsletter_newworld

Everyone holds a beautiful frequency, which is unique, amazing, and marvelous. When we meditate in nature, she often responds with sounds, which echo the nuances of the soul.

Below, you will find a recording from last week’s class when we used a specific meditation for connecting with the earth. If you listen carefully, you can hear the sounds of the birds and wind.

Written Instructions:

Connecting with the Earth

  • See yourself sitting outdoors in a location near your home. (It’s better to sit outdoors when possible.)
  • Feel your soul and feel its connection to the earth. Notice what is pleasing and lovely to you. Let your consciousness pour into it. Feel the object or space as it responds to you. Send light to this aspect of this place that reflects you.
  • Feel it respond to your light. Feel the spot, tree, flower, or view as it responds to more light. Notice how it sends light and energy into your field. Notice the lightness and joy of the interplay.
  • Become very present. Feel the wind, the earth beneath your feet, and the beauty, which surrounds you. Ask the beauty to grow stronger. Ask the earth to act as a magnet and pull you more deeply into its energy,
  • Feel the earth current as it plays through your body. Become of its energy and vitality. Feel the vitality as it amplifies within you. Breathe the air into your body. Ask the air for energy. Ask for the flow of water and the passion of fire. Feel the elements actively move within you. Come back to the present.

At some point on our spiritual journey, we gain an awareness of the reality of the “invisible” universe as part of the light which lies beneath every material form. When we reflect on our higher nature, the universe responds.
