Embracing Light

When we focus on light, the universe sends more light. When we contemplate light, we begin to understand how it works and lends support. When we desire awakening, the universe leads us into many experiences in the invisible world such as synchronicities, esoteric teachings, and subtle answers, which provide direction in life.

Universal direction comes when we take time to connect with our soul. It may come from meditation, nature, animals, personal love, or creativity. If we recognize the “expansion”, we can create a great deal from this place—particularly with visualization.

Life responds to our visualizations, placement of consciousness, and attention. When we give attention to negative states or unwanted aspects of life, they expand. Conversely, positive thoughts and visualizations raise our vibration, creating the opposite. (It’s helpful to think of difficult areas of life as energy and to send light to them.)

By observing our personal patterns, we can alter them by changing the inner dialog (what we say to ourselves), focusing on a positive outcome or different response, and asking the universe for help. By asking the universe for help, we essentially ask for light and new perceptions of our problems. If we are open, small answers appear and coalesce.

Here are a few tips:

  1. When the focus is on awakening, we turn to the infinite source of energy, the universe. When we are connected to the inner self, we have more energy and enthusiasm about life. Essentially, we experience a rebirth through inner connection.
  2. It’s good to review our positive changes by noticing greater awareness, sensitivity, and intuitive changes.  We experience more of the object of our attention. (Life responds to attention and focus.)
  3. It’s helpful not to think we don’t want “something” in our lives. It’s better to visualize a positive change and act on it. It’s also positive to think of difficult areas in life as energy. We simply work to change and alter the energy.  (Energy can be changed through color, sound, or visualization. Our energy moves into a higher vibration when we use these techniques.)
  4. By noticing happiness, positive feelings, and goodness, we create more of them. When we focus on the good in life, we encounter more of it. (Experiment:  While waiting in line, focus on one good thing about a stranger and see how they respond. It may take one or two tries, but you’ll receive a positive response.)
  5. Make positive wishes and visualize often. When we see results clearly in our mind, we create them. Believe in the power of the inner self, which always perceives the beautiful, amazing side of life.

Working with Light and the World

When tragedy strikes the earth through natural disasters or violence, our vibrations lower in response to the occurrence. We may feel sad, discouraged, or tired as result. However, it’s necessary to raise our vibrations into universal love to create a change in the pattern of world events.

Here are a few tips.

  1. Acknowledge the emotion and experience it for a few hours. As we move into light, we become more empathetic and intuitive, and it’s natural to feel the pain of other human beings as well as the trauma of a specific location. (We can’t put our heads in the sand, and it is necessary to sense some of the global feelings.)
  2. Pull back from the feelings after a few hours. Go for a walk. Distract the mind if possible.
  3. Send light in general way such as seeing a pink cloud over the area. Ask the universe to help in healing victims, comforting families, or healing the earth. Do not focus intensely on the area. (As we become more intuitive, the area will radiate information, and this makes it more difficult to send healing or love.)
  4. Heal the self. Rest and meditate on higher vibrations and the feeling of connection. Ask for universal light and to vibrate above the situation.
  5. Limit reading or listening to news about the event. Don’t make political comments about the event. Post and share any positive outcomes, articles about higher vibrations, faith, and love.
  6. When many of us can consistently hold a higher vibration, everything will change. Certainly, we feel the pain of negative events in the world, but we can try to move into the light as often as possible. We can share a positive attitude with others. It’s how we shine our light!
  7. When possible, make donations to help others.

Message from the Wolves

In this brief message, the wolves speak of the new world. I can only say that I learned the art of intuitive communication from them by following similar tips and words. Their words were true, and they never led me astray.

Our name comes from the root word, Lux—or Light. We are spreading throughout the world. We had no desire to become extinct or flourish; it is simply the state of the universe. As speakers of light and bringers of dreams, we have much to say.

The new world is here already, woven between layers of the old world and the substance you refer to as reality. It is like 3 landscapes interlaced. It comes in swirls like morning fog or gentle rain, which disappears in a few minutes. By afternoon, you barely recall the fog or rain.

The realities mingle and overlap like threads in a tapestry. You travel between the ordinary and the new world where life follows the flow of your thoughts. It may occur for a few seconds, minutes, or hours, but there is a subtle difference in feeling—a depth of perception.

You walk between worlds as you travel through your day. In moments of awareness, you perceive the motion into the new world where intuition/thoughts/emotions grow stronger, and the world briefly grows more beautiful and subtle—responding to your wishes and energy.

You will know when you are there for life will look slightly different. Maybe, you will perceive the big changes in the world. Perhaps, you will simply perceive beauty and sensation on an intense level.

There is no real time in this dimension/space. Everything responds to thoughts and emotions when creatures and humans open to this space. Time alters and lengthens, the hours of the day change, and the sun and moon move on a new course.

This reality is not available to everyone—only those who listen and act on the heart. It is not enough to see light or study metaphysics or act intuitively; the key to the next world is something completely different. It is for those who are ready to leave behind the heaviness of this world and wander into possibility.

A great dream, an adventure, is awaiting for you. The dream is new; it is lovely. Everything changes including the geography of the earth, the motion of the continents, and the flow of your mind. Who will go there? Those who truly know light and the rhythm of their soul. It is not available otherwise. It is only through the rhythm of joy and loneliness that you can possibly hear your soul.

We share our thoughts because we want to help:

  • You will have more energy if you draw it from the earth and stars. Ask the earth to nourish your body. Sit with the grass and trees. Notice the shapes. (All of the shapes of nature sustain you.) See yourself as sustained and nourished by nature each day.
  • Imagine that much of history and science is not true. At a higher frequency, the laws change.
  • Learn to pull back your energy from the world. (When you think a strong thought, you immediately feel everyone else who shares the thought. This explains much of world emotion.) Release negative, needy people. They are not needed in your life.
  • Use your power as a creator. Notice the good. Rewrite the negative into a positive form.
  • Focus on your dream of life with all of your heart. Imagine life as lighter, happier, and more fun. (We dream often, and we are dreaming you into our world.)
  • Notice when life feels lighter, brighter, or different. During these times, you touch the new reality. It is very useful to send light, see life differently, or observe beauty.
  • Find the position of the sun and moon. Watch their motion. Observe the changes in light and darkness in the physical world.
  • You learn to transform, create, and manifest by desiring this state more than anything. It is the natural order of creating change through the lens of the soul and the voice of the heart. It is why you are here. It is as simple as knowing that you have the power and deciding to use it.
  • You were born as creators, to create anything that brings balance, harmony, and joy. Use your gifts.

The Love Frequency

Everyone wants more love. When you connect with the love “frequency”, you receive more of it. When you think about awakening, you automatically connect with energetic waves, which give the feeling of love. When you open your heart, you receive more light and love from the universe.

It’s interesting to realize how the placement of consciousness affects your experience. For example, when you think about light, you receive love. When you love yourself, it alters the flow of particles in your body and energy field. When you send love (pink light), it can alter relationships and bring healing. (Obviously, this type of work involves sincere feelings.)

  1. The ultimate source of light and love is the universe. It comes through meditation and contemplation—and by listening to the inner self. (You know when you find it because everything feels bright, beautiful, and still.)
  2. Finding universal love changes our perception of life. It reveals the inner self. You see, the inner self often differs from “who” you think you are. This part of the self feels life with a multiplicity of sensations. It speaks through intuition to lead you on your path.
  3. Finding the inner self means embarking on a passage of self-love. This involves boundaries, insights, loving the darkness within the self, and a willingness to see the truth. It also brings more love, compassion, and empathy. It’s a journey—not an immediate answer.
  4. The heart speaks more loudly as you step into love. It whispers about what you truly love, and it tells you about hurt and pain, which are sometimes hidden beneath the surface. You also become more vulnerable, and this means becoming brave.
  5. As you step into vulnerability, you begin to see how universal love heals. You can send light or love to others. You can hold a vision of healing for the world. You can send love, comfort, and compassion. You want to see abundance and success for others.
  6. Love teaches you about change, which may mean changing yourself. Perhaps, you learn to love your body or your life. Maybe, you speak more kindly or see the underlying light in everything. It leads to a shift into a higher state of being.
  7. As you learn more about love, you accept the human state of duality. You know the state of love shifts from one duality into another. Life provides the opportunity to shift sadness into happiness or loneliness to love, but you learn to rely on the beauty of your heart to bring you back into center–where the universe awaits.

NOTE: Everyone has moments of “not” feeling love. This can be useful if you are willing to see these dark places and moments as points, which offer the potential for change and growth. (Accept this as the part of you that longs for change, and send light to the feelings. Assume you have the ability to change the circumstances, thoughts, and feelings, which are associated with this state.)

Helping the World

Our light is one of the best things to offer to the world when the energetic and physical weather is stormy and chaotic. We send light from our heart and soul, and it alters everything it touches because light is the highest vibration in the universe.

We also alter a great deal when we learn to see and feel life differently—as opposed to the lower, negative vibrations, which are learned from our culture. When we see solutions and send love, life changes. When many of us focus, the solution often comes.

  • It only takes a few moments to send light, love, or a prayer. When a place, situation, or person appears in the mind, send light. Sending light is always useful. (Of course, the “wattage” of our light is a determining factor in any outcome. For this reason, every spiritual and philosophical system urges mediation, prayer, and inner contemplation as these practices raise our vibrations. Obviously, it’s helpful to practice and connect before sending light.)
  • When we are in the path of a storm or earth change, it’s helpful to protect the area around us as opposed to attempting to alter the weather. We can see everything as secure, peaceful, and safe around us. (A ten mile radius is easiest.) Using sacred geometry such as a pyramid or a circle is also useful.
  • When viewing photos of people in distress, see the opposite. Send comfort, peace, and love. Visualize the area as the opposite of the photo or image. (Seeing or employing the opposite energy balances energy. It is one of the foundations of Eastern medicine. For example, treat hot with cold when a person has a fever.
  • Detach from any fear about earth changes or global unrest. Instead, focus on the part of the self that is always connected, safe, and peaceful. Think about how we are all divinely connected through the inner self.Imagine support and help (on the physical plane) flowing into the situation. Angels and higher beings come in many forms, ranging those who are inspired to help, miraculous synchronicities, and alterations in frequency and consciousness. (When we cannot physically help – save through donations and prayers – we can visualize many positive changes.)

Developing Our Skills

Part of spiritual development involves helping others because we are connected by threads of luminous light. As we connect to light and learn to send love – as a pure energy – our personal frequency soars, and our vibrations increase. Of course, we can only send love and light correctly when our intention is pure with a true desire to help and heal.

  • Light is best extended to others and geographical locations when our vibration, the pulse of our entire being, is high. A state of connection can be created through meditation, observing nature, and listening to the inner self.
  • It may require many repetitions. Part of practice is patience. Send light and love whenever the mind moves to a particular situation—personal or global. Release any negative thoughts such as worry, identification with pain and loss, and desire for a particular outcome. (The universe knows where the energy goes and how to best apply it.)
  • After sending, ask if the meditation was effective—or if it requires adjustments. (Learn to listen for a yes or no.) Be creative and work to change imagery and feelings. Notice your feelings for the next hour or so. (Sending light correctly should feel energizing and supportive. Sending too much energy can feel draining.)
  • People, who meditate and focus on the heart, are more powerful than they think. Imagine 1 million people sending light to an area for an entire day. It does have an impact.
  • As we learn how to effectively send light to others, we develop many skills, which are useful in personal growth and cosmic evolution. As always, the universe adjusts our efforts, makes corrections, and sends suggestions. Listen.

Through the Lion’s Gate

The term, Lion Gate, refers to the time when solar light (Leo) strikes the world.  The Lion’s Gate symbolizes walking through solar energy by cleansing and purifying the fabric of our consciousness–and recreating ourselves with a higher light level. It’s a quick process because the Lion’s Gate is open between July 26 and August 12—although the energy is at its height on August 8.

The Lion’s Gate occurs during “Dog Days” or when the star, Sirius, precedes the sun on the horizon. The Great Pyramid of Cheops is aligned with the rise of Sirius, the dog star, as the influx of solar light brought a time of rebirth—an opportunity to glide into our divine blueprint—to resurrect the True Self. In ancient times, the year began on July 23 with the blast of Leo (solar) energy, and the gate of energy remained open through September 15.

Think of it as a cosmic blast. Solar light is associated with the masculine energies such as spirituality, universal love, and pure light. Light cleanses, and it changes the body. For those who are open, it alters the DNA, raising our capacity to receive more light into our overall being. (The light is somewhat yang and can feel over stimulating on a mental/creative level if we don’t take time to rest and reflect.)

The light brings endings such as harvest, but it also illuminates new beginnings. This means opening up to the universe and expanding what we think is the fabric of life. For example, everyone has problems, large or small. There are desires and objects of our longing; yet, they are part of the human experience—and are eclipsed by the universal light.

Light also acts a quickening and cleansing agent. It cleanses our thoughts, emotions, and  illustrates the darkness in our lives. Part of the darkness (for all of us) lies in resonating and identifying with the recurrence of the shadows. What we didn’t believe that we had to have these experiences? Or we could alter our lives instantly?  Who would we become if we stepped into more deeply into the light? What if more positive events happened more quickly? (There is a “feeling” beneath the questions.)

There are inherent challenges in raising our light level. Sometimes, we think about what we are leaving behind and worry about who we will become. Other times, we wonder how we will get arrive–although visualizing, asking questions, making wishes, or believing might lead us to fulfillment with far less effort.

On the human level, there are changes with every new level of light. They can be grouped for simplicity, but we may feel the changes on more than one level–or not feel them at all. When we expand our awareness, we move into more light. (Particular aspects of change, including the planets, stars, or natural events, are experienced in different ways.)

Group I – Light workers and light givers. If you are already giving light and service to others, you may have felt quite tired for the past week. Stepping down light for yourself and other people can feel exhausting. You may need rest, more water, or gentle exercise. The DNA changes when you reach a higher level, and it takes time to process the new light. The light can bring our personal shadow (and the shadows of others) to light. It can point to needed changes, letting go of parts of the identity, or simply moving into more love. Regardless, your energy can feel scrambled, but meditation and rest will bring balance. (Sometimes, we are forced to let go of our focus temporarily. Rest in knowing that the universe makes everything work, and it will support you.)

Group II – Open heart and awakened. The influx of light can actually support your dreams and help in gaining greater creativity with current projects. Stay aware of love and the potential to move more deeply into it. It’s okay if your thoughts feel scrambled and confused from time to time, it will pass. Project happiness and expand your visualizations.

Group III – Mass consciousness.  This group tends to refuse the influx of light; they actually move more deeply into the shadow during these times. They usually become angry or depressed and can pull at your energy more than normal.  It’s helpful to ask for a higher light level and ask the universe to help in clearing and deleting the attachment from lower consciousness. (NOTE: you tend to experience mass consciousness–or lower consciousness– in the areas of our weaknesses and/or karma, it’s important to think about your abilities and good points after an encounter.)

A few tips:

  • Fire brings purification and cleansing. What do we want to leave behind in life? It can be as simple as fear or as complex as a whole portion of personal/professional life. Trust that the change is for the best and take a step ahead.
  • Fire expands things. It fans sticks and leaves into a huge flame. Where do we want to expand our life? What is the spiritual plan? How do we want to awaken more?
  • Where do we lack answers? Let the fire blaze a trail. Follow the light.
  • Use the creative fire to expand and revitalize your life.
  • Let the solar light lift the inner and outer life to a higher level. Who would we become on a higher level?

Slowing Our Pace and Focusing on Light

Aspects of the “weather” appear as beautiful as the shades of summer with a Grand Trine (very harmonious) between Moon, Mercury, and Pluto—all placed in earth, providing needed grounding in a time of change. However, we also have tension caused by squares, which can make life feel erratic. (It’s helpful to choose a slower pace—and call on our inner resources without exhausting our reserves!) In this chart, the elements of fire, earth, water, and air are balanced, which is helpful!

Sun (life) is placed in Gemini, the sign of the twins, meaning moods and thoughts may alter quickly between light and dark. Gemini is an air sign with a fierce intellect that moves rapidly through skilled conversations and communications. It’s also good for short journeys, the perfect opening for summer vacations. (The symbol of twins represents duality, but we find wholeness centered in the heart–or within the inner self.)

Moon (inner self, emotions) sits in Virgo, stirring our need for order, perfectionism, and mysticism. Moon squares Mars (overall energy, assertion), which may create confusion between action and emotions, and Moon squares Saturn (time, karma), meaning our emotions and lessons are somewhat out of sync. Moon also trines (harmonious) Mercury (communications), and this aspect gives a bit of order to the flow of thoughts.

Mercury is placed in Taurus, a slow sign for the functioning of the mind. It can bring focus to finances, the earth, or nature, but it also brings hesitation and pauses when we’d prefer focus to walks outdoors. The placement is good for the body—and creating a good physical routine. (Mercury trines Pluto, which is helpful in discerning mysteries or putting bigger pieces of the puzzle together.)

Venus (feminine, love, art) is currently in Aries, a fire sign. It can exhibit stubbornness, passion, and a tendency to leap ahead in this position. Venus aspects almost every planet in this chart, indicating a need to consider what we want to experience in love and through love. Venus also trines (harmonious) Saturn (karma, time), indicating the possibility of learning from our past and creating a new path within the sphere of relationships in life.

Mars (masculine, assertion, overall energy) remains in Gemini, an air sign. Mars is all about direction, force, and passion. It has difficulty moving in a single direction when placed in air. (Air is everywhere, and Mars wants a directed passion.) It can cause tension between desires and responsibility—or a tendency to move between compulsive action and inertia.

Jupiter is in Libra, an air sign that continues to draw our imagination and thoughts to balance and beauty. For example, we utilize Jupiter’s energy when we see the world as better place or visualize harmony in the place of violence. It’s a beautiful placement, which helps us along through the bumpy stages of the New Age.

Neptune is aspected by the Sun and Moon. The Sun squares (tension) Neptune, and Moon (emotions) is opposite Neptune. This placement can make it difficult to discern between illusion and reality. It’s important to take to meditate before taking action or speaking our thoughts.

Venus, Jupiter, and Uranus square Pluto, enlarging the Uranus/Pluto square. Within this chart, they come together as an eccentric mix of energy, which can create distractions and small, upsetting events. (We’ve dealt with this since 2012.) Moon and Mercury trine Pluto, and these aspects soften the effect.

All in all, there are many nice aspects, including increased grounding with earth, communicating well with others, and movement on our path in the area of love. Of course, challenges remain, but it’s part of the New Age, and we’re becoming more adept as we move through the changes on the wings of time.

7 Thoughts to Experience More of the Soul

Higher thought engages the inner self. Self-observation moves us out of the inner dialog. Reflecting on the heart invokes a state of love. Seeing life differently can bring freedom, insight, and alter the direction of the energies around us.

  1. When experiencing thoughts or feelings of a lower nature, it’s helpful to ask if they come from your self. If not, ask if they come from others or mass consciousness at large. As your intuitive gifts grow, you pick up more from others. In either case, it’s helpful to focus on light and ask your inner self for the right visual of the situation. (Notice the day and time to see if it is repetitive.)
  2. Emotions are not always real. The highest emotions are aligned with love and the inner self. Lower emotions such as pain, anger, or depression may relate to events or cyclical patterns in life. (It’s helpful to pull into the heart space where emotions are smooth and peaceful.)
  3. Focus on your innate ability to alter events in your life. Imagine your life expanding with new events and feeling a new sense of happiness. How do you feel when you are connected? Repeat the question like a mantra. Notice how answers appear in this state
  4. Think about your connection with everyone else in the light. At any given moment, many other people are meditating, feeling their heart space, or thinking good thoughts. You can connect with them and increase the light.
  5. Increased light changes everything. It’s how you raise your vibration, see new realities, become more powerful, and alter the flow of energy in the world. If you focus on the presence of light, it appears through other people, messages, nature, and other people. It animates life. (A higher frequency causes particles to vibrate in a different way. Alignment with a higher frequency often breaks the laws of the physical world and causes physical matter to regroup in amazing ways. (People change their behavior. Opportunities come. Doors open. Life changes in an incredible way.)
  6. Your inner self leads you into answers. They may come as an alteration of how you see life, a softer response in place of anger (or a stronger boundary if you tend to be too nice), or an entirely different mindscape. The inner self may bring the feeling of calm, the right intuition for the next action, or simply peace. The process of alignment with these small, inner answers brings big changes over time. They change the direction of your thoughts, leading you into greater consciousness.
  7. Trust the universe and embrace the mystery. When life alters, it moves up and down. But it also responds to higher thoughts, emotions, and dreams—if we stay consistent in our practice of meditation. (The universe often works things out in an unexpected manner, which can beautifully exceed our expectations.)
