Simple Steps for Manifestation

Everyone is already manifesting. The first step is realizing how your thoughts, emotions, and visual imagery affect your life. Meditation naturally alters the flow of visualization as well as the direction of your thoughts and emotions. It softens the negative emotions and opens the heart to love, and conscious visualization activates the energy needed to create a desire.

  • You become more powerful when you consistently meditate and actively visualize. Your meditation and visualization practices actually direct the particles of energy around you into form. (When we don’t consciously direct energy, it takes the form of your lower thoughts.) Your thoughts and emotions take form more quickly and easily when you meditate. You also accumulate or store energy, which makes it easier to navigate through life.
  • Your desires come from a higher source. This higher source (God or the universe) wants you to have prosperity, abundance, love, vitality, and a greater spiritual connection. Creating the positive in your life is part of stepping into your true identity. If you are consistently meditating, you learn how love is the magical substance, which transforms your life.
  • Creating what you want or desire often means “seeing” the opposite of your experience. For example, if you are unhappy in a particular area of life, you must see the exact opposite. If you experience financial loss, you see financial opportunities and gain. If you are broken-hearted, you visualize love coming from all directions in life. (It’s not enough to simply see it. You must feel and embrace it. You make the subjective experience more real than “life.”)
  • Light vibrates at a higher level than “real” life. The rules are different in the quantum field. Lost objects reappear in strange places. Money manifests. You can grow younger, and opportunities appear from nowhere.  The point is not asking how. Trust in the light and universal power. (You don’t need to know how. Stay with practice and act when prompted from the inner self.)
  • If you share your desire with others, you are less likely to manifest it. It’s best to keep quiet. You can always ask other people about their life. If something brings spiritual and physical success, it’s best not to discuss it. Spend your time helping others by seeing good things for them.
  • When you want to give up, you’re probably close to manifesting your desire. There is an energetic rule regarding manifestation. It takes a tremendous effort to manifest the last 5-10% of a desire. People often see success in the early phases, and they feel encouraged in the middle phase. They wonder if it will come into fruition in the last phase. It’s very important to persevere through the last phase. It’s the most difficult step. It requires a great deal of energy, but it is always worth it. And you learn it’s possible to endure through this phase, which typically seems to last forever!

After your desire manifests, you will feel happy and relieved. There is a temptation to put aside the spiritual work, rest, and revel in the results. (Don’t give in.) Actually, it is the most important time to renew your spiritual practice because manifestation is ultimately about drawing closer to the universe and its secrets. It is the realization that happiness, which comes from the inner self, is greater than any material achievement.

April Astrology, Reflecting on Life

The events of the year flowed quickly as a result of acceleration, the increase of light and energy; however, the rapid flow of consciousness – and time – will slow considerably during the month of April when many planets move into retrograde. The “backward” motion of the planets offers a time of reflection, correction, and readjustment in accordance with the dictates of the inner self. Think of it as a time to go underground and reflect on life before coming to the surface with a sense of renewal and purpose.

Fortunately, there are positive aspects in April such as Venus in Pisces, joining Neptune and Chiron, which offers the opportunity to heal wounds and move into mystical love. Only the Sun – instead of four planets — is close to (or conjunct) Uranus in Aries, softening the rapid, sudden change in our inner and outer world. Additionally, April’s full moon will bestow positive energy.

Five retrogrades allow time to linger and look at the landscape of life. Everything will seriously slow its pace. The planets will gift us with time to contemplate the steps that led to our current geography—and even more time to retrace our path and alter the course of our travels.

Mercury (communications, travel, electronics) moves retrograde from April 9-May 3, marking a time of review as opposed to action. It’s fine to work on existent projects, but it’s not a good time to begin new ones. The rule for Mercury retro is to review communication, expect breakdowns with electronics, and act in a patiently with delays. (Mercury will move from Taurus to Aries, so this retrograde involves “fire” including passion, temper, and impatience.)

Traditionally, Venus (beauty, love, feminine) in retrograde brings our fears and issues about relationships and love to the surface. But Venus is exalted in Pisces (water=emotion) and conjuncts (close to) Chiron, the wounded healer. It points to the possibility of mitigating karma through relinquishing lower beliefs and focusing on a new realm of opportunity. (Neptune, symbolizing illusion and idealism, is also in Pisces. Venus’ placement in the same sign, indicates that positive use of the imagination can bring in a new reality.)

Saturn (karma, limitation, time) in Sagittarius moves into retrograde on April 6, and it can bestow a heavy, weighted feeling to particular aspects of life — depending on what changes are needed in our personal lives. Saturn retrograde pushes us to say “no” to the aspects of life (and people) that are not working. It’s about releasing commitments, which cause frustration and unhappiness. Ultimately, it’s about making changes to achieve inner growth.

Jupiter (good fortune)  remains retrograde through June 8. Jupiter retrograde in Libra involves examining areas of happiness, growth, and wealth to create balance. It’s a good time for spiritual reflection and listening to the inner self. For example, it may be a time of becoming convinced that we truly want our relationship, particular direction with work, or lifestyle—and knowing they are a source of happiness.

Pluto (underworld, transformation)  retrograde can increase our capacity to regenerate in any area of life, particularly if we are willing to look at our inner issues that hidden beneath problems and/or lack of results. Pluto’s regenerative ability applies to the body, inner psychology, and spiritual nature.

Overall, April is a good month to examine our limitations in love and our ability to use thought to transcend limitations of the mind and mass consciousness. The mind tends to repeat our beliefs in response to particular stimuli. Through the use of love and will, we can alter both thought and emotion, which can create harmonious change.

Notes on Aspects:

  1. Among the stronger aspects, Venus squares Saturn, which can involve releasing karma relating to love and relationships (thoughts, emotions, and beliefs traveling in the wrong direction.) On the whole, universal love is quite a bit stronger than a negative aspect, and Venus is LOVE. By focusing on universal, mystical love, we can move into a higher vibration.
  2.  Jupiter opposes Uranus. When Jupiter and Uranus are in opposition, it gives the desire to start anew and leave behind current restrictions and structures. It’s probably best to create small adventures and avoid “huge” changes—when several planets are retrograde.
  3. Mars and Pluto trine (harmonious) on April 6, increasing charisma and the desire to succeed. Both planets are placed in earth signs, giving power to alter our outer life.
  4. Jupiter opposes Pluto, which can magnify the desire for success and power. It’s fine to move into achievement and success if it’s based on the heart—but not for purposes of the ego.
  5. Despite the retrogrades, there are many fine energies for developing a stronger connection with the inner self and moving into a place of love divine.

Manifestation, A Key to Self-Discovery

Manifestation is part of awakening. We become aware of how we create our lives as we grow in consciousness. (Everyone is already manifesting, but it’s mainly unconscious.) If we imagine a loop of tape playing and replaying, we might wonder why it continues to play, or we might decide to change the tape. That’s the basic substance of manifestation.

When we realize that we have the power to change the tape, then we alter the direction of our lives. If this realization comes with awakening (and a higher level of vibrations), we know it’s important to create a life in alignment with the inner self. As we expand into light and love, we naturally want to create and experience more “good” in life. Ultimately, it’s beneficial to ourselves and the people around us because everyone benefits from a higher frequency.

Here are a few tips:

  1. Meditation is one of the keys to the realization of the heart’s desire. It brings alignment with the inner self, which quietens thoughts and stills emotions. It also gives connection to the universe, the biggest source of love and light.
  2.  Manifestation alters our perception. It teaches focus on the positive sensations and images of what we want to create. When we focus on the good in life and see the positive, we move into higher vibrations where more possibility and opportunity exist. By focusing the mind, we learn to alter our perceptions.
  3. Many of our perceptions are based on experience and belief, which occur as part of our encounters with life. It doesn’t mean that life always responds in this way, or the outcome never changes. It simply implies that we need to see and feel life differently–and believe that we can change it in a positive sense.
  4. Working with manifestation teaches discernment. Over time, we learn the value of “things” lies in their resonance with our heart. If our desire doesn’t align with the heart or our inner self, it won’t bring joy. But repeated experiences teach the difference between the desires of the inner and outer being.
  5. Focusing on a positive vision teaches control of lower emotions and thoughts. Part of any manifestation lies in the substitution of one thought and image for another. (We can’t change and/or control everything, but we can influence a great deal. Also, we can change our emotions and thoughts.)
  6. The practice teaches a great deal about inner power as well as the changes that occur when we connect with the universe and the inner self. We can use the same practice to alter other people’s lives–and the world. (Everyone and everything is happier in a higher frequency.)
  7. The heart space expands when we step into creating the vision of the inner self. We feel more love and peace. And the world becomes more beautiful.

Mastering the Shift

One of the challenges of the current shift is oscillation, the periodic sensations of high and low. It occurs as the inner self develops, and we move through karma. (Karma can simply mean habits, repetitive patterns, or a negative response – as small as refusing to recognize or speak our personal truth.) Oscillation can cause strong emotions. Although we are steadily moving into a higher place, we continue to experience the old vibrations of the lower self.
We master oscillation over a period of time – not instantly. But we can observe, think about the inner self, and center for a few moments, which is the essence of mastery.
Here are a few tips:
1)      When life moves easily, it’s good to expand the energy outwardly into the present and the near future. It’s also helpful to “see” good things for others and project a better, happier world. (Scientific experiments prove “seeing” good for others brings healing and positive energy into our lives.)
2)      When the emotional/mental waves are low, it’s helpful to know they pass more quickly when we take time to tap into the spiritual self. We can replace lower thoughts with positive thoughts; we can substitute a positive emotion for a lower one. (We do this by meditating on peace, harmony, joy, or the feeling of a higher vibration.) We can send pink light (love) to the lower self, which feels the emotion.
3)      When we observe a thought or emotion, it becomes quieter. The inner self generates positive emotions and thoughts. It delivers peaceful answers. By putting our consciousness in this place, life changes.
4)      Many teachings speak of “low” and “high” points as storms and rainbows. We think storms are difficult, and rainbows signal a time of abundance. Both are illusions on the path on life. Beyond the illusion is the path of light. If we remain on the journey, we find (and become) the light.
5)       When we change how we see life, “reality” changes. It takes on the shape and form of our thoughts. If we know we are passing through a wave, it’s unlikely that all of our thoughts are true and real. Simply knowing this is very helpful!
6)      Within the universe, there are thousands of secrets. Study and meditation reveal some of the secrets. We also perceive some of the secrets of the inner self by mastering oscillation, the interplay between the lower and higher self. (In difficult moments, call on angels, teachers, and guides. Someone or something – a book, recorded meditation, or a post on FB – will always help.)

Another Shift in the Weather

As a reminder, we have until February 5 to move forward on dreams and desires of the heart. Please take a small step as the planets support outer effort, and the universe will give direction at a later date.

The first quarter moon chart is challenging. Many planets are placed in earth and fire along with strong influences from Uranus (sudden change) and Saturn (karma.)—and there are few planets in air (clear thought.) Think of a volcano!  Fortunately, Sun is placed (life) in Aquarius, an air sign denoting the New Age, and Moon (emotions) sits in Taurus, a practical, grounding earth sign. These two placements can bring inspired answers accompanied by practical insights.

Astrologer Carl Boudreau pointed out that part of the current challenge involves tuning into the North Node, which indicates our spiritual quest–and is currently placed in Virgo. With North Node placed in Virgo, our attention should be placed on order, new methodology in our work, and inner healing—as well as hearing the tuning of the Cosmos. The temptation lies in revisiting tried and “true” methods from the past, represented by South Node in Pisces, the ruler of the past age. It’s important to find new ways of moving through life, new methods of self-expression in work, and techniques that can heal the schism between the inner and outer self.

Sun trines (harmonious) Jupiter (good fortune, expansion), indicating New Age thoughts of balance, love, and positive thought can link us with the more benevolent forces of the universes. (The New Age is ruled by Aquarius, favoring innovative solutions that relate to the “whole” of humanity in a balanced sense.)

Mercury (thought, communication) sits in Capricorn, continuing its conjunction with Pluto (underworld, resources, transmutation), hinting at the need to rethink financial and natural resources. Additionally, Mercury squares (tension) Jupiter (expansion, growth) and Uranus (awakening), hinting at the importance of using resources in a balanced and positive way. (We may need to weigh the value of intrinsic beauty and sacred ground with the current quest for economical growth. (There are new forms of energy, which work and need to come into being—and it’s important to tap into the universal law of abundance on a practical level.)

Venus (feminine, art, beauty) remains exalted in Pisces, making it possible to unite from a place of love. Venus sits in conjunction to Mars (masculine, assertion), and she brings balance to the male/female energies of the inner/outer world. Venus squares (tension) Saturn, which can make life seem and feel a bit dark, but it also gives an excellent sense of structure to artistic endeavors. On the healing side of the equation, Venus conjuncts Chiron, the wounded healer, indicating the possibility of finding a deeper level of healing through the auspices of love.

Mars (masculine, assertion) moves into Aries, its fiery native sign, igniting action and forward motion. Mars squares (tension) Saturn (limitation, karma), meaning it’s wise to give a pause to desires and the need to take action by considering its implications in the larger picture. (How will long-range goals affect personal/planetary karma? Does the desire bring “good” to all?)

Jupiter (expansion, good fortune) opposes Uranus, the ruler of awakening, change, and the quantum field. Essentially, it brings opposing sets of thoughts and feelings. Uranus encourages embracing change and possibly radical action. And Jupiter asks for balance and beauty without altering the status quo. As with most conflicts, the answer lies somewhere in the middle of the debate. It takes time to align with the right answer as well as time to bring it into being. (Observe thoughts from a neural place.)

Jupiter also squares Pluto (underground, hidden world), hinting at the need to see the underworld, the underlying truths beneath our social/economic structure to create growth, which brings harmony and peace. Saturn (limitation, karma, time) trines Uranus, which gives an incredible opportunity to mitigate karma and move into the new world.

Uranus and Pluto are tightly entwined in the square (3 degree orb) that has brought much chaos into the world. As we move into the last year of the square, there is a great initiative to shape chaos into a creative, balanced form for the good of “All”.

7 Easy Ways to Move Through The Shift

While many people remain unaware of the shift, awakened individuals experience heightened intuition and emotion, which are qualities of the inner self. Along with this quickening, there is a strong desire for peace and harmony.

Here are a few tips to make navigation a bit easier.

  1. Try working from the inner self. Stop every few hours and ask for the presence of the inner self. (On a practical level, we can ask for information about the most essential aspects of the day. This can include practical, physical steps. While it may seem like a longer list, following the guidance of the inner self brings a gentle, sustaining flow.)
  2. Focus on the heart space. Send love to the self and others. Send love to problems and happy situations. Unconditional love raises everything into a higher frequency and can bring unexpected solutions.
  3. Be patient. It takes time to learn how to use intuition accurately. It takes energy to stay balanced in the New Age. And it requires courage to remain consistently optimistic while holding a vision of a better life and world.
  4. Take time to rest and nurture the self. The energy oscillates continually, and it’s important to take small breaks throughout the day. When the body rests, it operates more smoothly, and we feel less of the currents of mass consciousness and interruptions in the magnetic field. (When we’re tired, it’s helpful to focus on how it feels when we are energized and aligned.)
  5. Center often and focus on the inner self. From this place, see solutions. Imagine happier outcomes and focus on the positive. (This practice raises our vibrations.)
  6. Enjoy nature. Take walks or sit in the sun. Feel the motion of the physical world and notice the beauty. Become full of beauty and light.
  7. Spend a few moments each day and meditate on how peace and harmony feel. Imagine waves of peace, balance, and harmony coming into the inner self. (Refrain from speaking negatively about events or people in the outer world when possible. Sharing truth is fine, but try for a neutral position.)

Trends of 2017

Art by Emily Balivet

While it’s possible to “pick” up on great deal in the outer and invisible world, predictions and explanations tend to become misleading because they are amplified/diminished by our beliefs. Instead of  moving into the possibilities and probabilities of the year, it’s simpler to look at energetic trends.

The presentation of trends allows the opportunity to best direct our energy for personal growth. (Feel free to comment and share thoughts on this post.)

  1. Patience. Many have felt the scope of expansion offered by awakening. We know the world can change and move in a positive direction. We understand the probability of emergent new forms of energy, useful in healing, cleaning the environment, and free energy for cars, electricity, etc. We are working with patience while waiting for world change. We visualize, learn to regroup and alter the pattern of our words—and create room for the decision to move into awakening or stay in the same place.
  2. Transition. Part of the big transition involves letting go of who we think are while evolving into our “true” identity. This includes memories, lineage, personal preferences, and how we “think” we operate in life. It involves surrendering our “outer” identity as we become more of the inner self. It can be as simple as giving up toxic (lower) energy people to completely rebuilding our lives. (We’ll see change in the structure of the outer world as well.)
  3. A linear division. The line of division between light/dark and awake/sleeping is becoming more apparent. At this point, the delineation is becoming more apparent as the veil of illusion continues to thin. (Many revelations will be presented on a global and personal level. Expect people to reveal themselves.) For those who are awake, powers of discernment will increase.
  4. Increased light and personal power. As the veil thins, we’ll become more aware of how our personal and global connections affect the world. Our intentions, thoughts, and emotions will become more powerful. (Initially, it will be a two-edged sword because we will discover both negative and positive directives from the self and the world at large.)
  5. Increased amplification and acceleration. As we awaken, increased intuition will amplify our feelings and thoughts, Time will seem to move more quickly unless we actively slow it down through interaction with nature and meditation. The “waves” of energy surrounding the earth move much quickly, and they can affect our consciousness. (The term “waves” extends to mass consciousness, the people in our lives, and higher collective consciousness. Grounding and balance help a great deal with this.)
  6. More understanding of love. In the past, love meant intense passion, religious fervor, and a directive to move into love and light regardless of the circumstances. This view fostered intense (not always positive) relationships, a martyred vision of religion, and imbalance. “Real” universal love holds a much higher vibration. It illustrates the truth with compassion. It demands boundaries, truth, balance, and expansion. Universal love offers the opportunity to vibrate above lower energies—and to stay in the heart space.
  7. Perception of Energy. Big changes will occur in the perception of energy for those who are awake. Obviously, everything is energy, but learning how to apply, use, and align with energy correctly is an entirely different task. It’s super important to let go of people, things, and events that lower our energy and focus on the development of energy and positivity. (In many ways, it’s like a child outgrowing their clothes. Our lives may simply not fit in the same way.)
  8. New energies for those who are open. The new energies will likely provide tools for healing, greater understanding and clearing of past lives (and their influence), the ability to use intention as a greater directive for move thought life, and more profound understanding of the self—and cosmic law.
  9. Increased ability to manifest. Manifestation will become easier as the dark/light forces separate, and we move out of the old earth paradigm. For those in the light, it will involve manifesting aspects of the soul, hidden talents, and aspects of life, which are hidden in the heart.
  10. Increased connection. We will become more connected through electronics, spiritual energy, and likes/dislikes. It actually offers the opportunity to discover our personal alignment and how it affects our energy. On a higher level, the spiritual community may learn a great deal about group manifestation. (Much of the world appears as it does because of our thoughts. Awakened individuals will become aware of the importance of their thoughts and dreams.)

A Time to Transition

It’s a time of transition when everything changes on a daily basis. We may feel light or darkness, the weight of mass consciousness or the uplifting of higher “light” consciousness, and view our karma or the uplifting of our spirit. It’s wonderful because many of us are awakening, and it’s difficult because many people are sleeping.

Here are a few tips.

  1. We see the darkness as we approach “more” light. We also feel it more because awakening opens our intuitive abilities, and we feel intuition through our physical senses, emotions, and thoughts. (It won’t last. We’ll eventually be uplifted by the light.)
  2. Part of the difficulty lies with group awakening. We feel others in the group—their darkness and their light. We haven’t learned how to align with others in our quest for a higher frequency. Stay patient, open, and see connection with the heart space of other light workers.
  3. Bless the good. It’s a strange occurrence, but life does become better when we focus on the good.
  4. We always have the power to tune into the light for solutions. We also have the power to choose positive emotions, change our words, or alter our thoughts. The “positive” holds a higher frequency, and it will eventually alter a great deal.
  5. When we can’t find the good in the world, we can always go within. There is always light within us and the universe. Our universal connection provides. (The light always returns if we are consistent with our practices. Admittedly, it is sometimes brighter on specific days.)
  6. Focus on the heart when in the outer world. When we focus on the heart, people often respond very differently, and life takes on a better “flow.”
  7. Time and space react very differently in the New Age. A desire and/or visualization may come into form immediately, or it may require numerous (almost unlimited) repetitions. The relationship of time and space have a great deal to do with geographic location, earth currents, and our openness to change, which can be karmic.
  8. On a strange level, we’re realizing energy is everywhere. New tools and devices have been invented to capture and use energy. The internet displays our choices when offering ads, books, movies, and possible connections, offering another version of how our thoughts and emotions reflect reality.
  9. When we realize the universe holds the power to deliver abundance, joy, love, and answers, we will tune into it more often. At this point, our group reality will change for better. (It’s not outside. It’s inside.)
  10. One of the biggest changes of the new age revolves around the resonance of love. Love is more about staying in a place of universal love, which is unconditional. It nourishes our body and soul, freeing us from personal preferences. (This doesn’t mean spending time with people who pull us downward, but it does mean freedom from the lower emotions we may have about them.)
