Simple Solutions

These solutions were created for connection—to bring us into a calm, collected state so that we can contemplate life with a feeling of peace and hope. With practice, they take only a few moments to achieve. Substituting one state for another is part of awakening.

We usually attempt to solve problems from a perspective of upset and worry. Negative emotions and thoughts amplify worries and problems. While problem solving, try to refuse negative emotion. Go back into the beauty and love. Radiate the positive feelings to a possible concept of a solution. A concept can be a symbol of resolution – a circle, a pyramid, or a convergence of forces in a future reality.

Sending light is helpful. Pink or light blue light tend to calm situations. (I often send it to the part of me that is involved in more difficult aspects of life.) It’s important to know that aspects of the self—not all of the self—is involved in our problems. By sending light, we temporarily clear our involvement with the issue. We also take it to a higher frequency.

When we take a problem to a higher frequency, we are resolving aspects of the issue. Detachment and observation are required to send anything to the light. So, we immediately distance ourselves from the problem with this action. It’s also helpful to see a positive solution—if possible. When it’s not possible, it’s helpful to recall when life worked wonderfully and surprisingly well. The point is: thinking about problems doesn’t solve them.

Moving problems into a higher frequency alters them in mysterious ways. Here are few suggestions, but use your inner guidance. Feel free to make changes or use them in innovative ways.

1)      Other people can sometimes upset us. We catch their mood or become pulled down by their words. When this happens, recognize the motion of moving from a higher frequency into a lower one. Ask to move back into a higher frequency and envision holding it.

2)      Everyone is obsessed by their problems and worries to some degree. We create new ones when we resolve the old ones. It’s a part of evolution–we work on ourselves in layers. It’s perfectly okay. It is important to learn detachment about the process and move into a higher frequency. Having problems is part of the human condition—it’s how we learn and expand.

3)      A part of ourselves is involved in every problem. By sending light and love to this part of us, we move into greater healing and understanding. We also learn detachment and compassion.

4)      Using light, sound, or movement helps in attaining a desirable state of mind. Focus on a soft color, go for a walk, or listen to chanting or an inspirational talk.

5)      When the body becomes tired or the mind becomes overwhelmed, we lose our capacity to see life clearly. Exercise and meditation help a great deal.

6)      When talking about a problem, choose someone with a good vibration and insights into higher frequency. (People on a similar vibration tend to amplify the problem. People with a higher vibration can alter the frequency of the problem and help with healing.)

7)      When we hear a quiet, loving voice, we should listen. This is the voice of the inner self.

Why does it work?

When we ask for a higher frequency, we essentially say, “Allow me to have a different perspective on life. I want the experience of light and love. I want a better, higher feeling.” Thoughts like these can reach through time and space, cross the fabric of the universe, and open the quantum field–the substance of miracles.

New Energies: A New Way of Life

Everyone is feeling the shift–the motion of photons into new patterns, the alteration of life on the planet, and subtle changes within our perception of life. Sometimes, it’s helpful to recognize aspects of the shift. By simply observing, you become more aware.
1) Everyone desired change when the Mayan calendar ended. We’re experiencing change NOW as the earth shifts. It’s best to stay in the awareness of knowing you are a creator. You have unique abilities to manifest positive change, love, and goodness in this world. (You probably also have the ability to protect the area around you and bring in greater health and vitality to the world.)
2) If you’re awakening, it’s incredibly important to develop your gift as a person who manifests and creates change. Begin with your life. (It’s not about the “things” or objects created through manifestation; it’s about learning to use your universal gift of talents and abilities. Your gifts will come into form if you persevere.)
3) Intuition is growing at a rapid rate as you discover your inner voice and presence. Intuition is affected by thoughts, emotions, and encounters. There is a big difference between intuition derived through meditation and intuition from the outer self. (Discernment is key. Feeling tired or emotional can cause a misread.)
4) Energy moves differently. Our emotions, thoughts, and perceptions of life change with the energetic flow. It can come on hourly or daily basis, plunging us into a higher or lower state. The interesting part of the shift is understanding our inner power to alter the placement of our vibrations. We can focus on pink light or imagine ourselves in a higher state of being. (This works in minutes, hours, or days, depending on the focal point of consciousness.)
5) The same energetic aspect applies to health, which can vary from highly energized to exhaustion. The shift in health can relate to activities, people in our lives, diet, or emotional issues. We are clearing a great deal of energy, and it affects our energy. Sometimes, we sleep more because of the increase in light. We may not remember our dreams because we are processing energy, or we may need a break from the energy of mass consciousness. (It’s helpful to see ourselves as happy, healthy, and energized.)
6) As you clear timelines (relationships, karma/trauma, and events from the past), your perception alters. You may have compassion where you lacked understanding, create boundaries where you had none in the past, or feel greater love for the self. You may also find greater courage and trust. (This can involve dropping old friends and connections while finding new ones.)
7)  You know a Bigger Force is at play, and it wants the best for you. There is a deep realization of the power of letting go while tuning into this beautiful energy of love and light, which guides you into inspired action.  (On the light worker level, there is an understanding that we share our light best when we align with our true presence. It doesn’t matter if we work from 9-5 and/or where we work. Wherever we are, we lift up the world by aligning with our inner presence.)

After the Eclipse

Beautiful, new energies came in with the eclipse, and everyone, who is awakening, will eventually feel and experience them. At this point, we’re grounding the high energies from Monday’s eclipse through the creative and fiery pattern offered by four trines with Uranus (awakening, sudden change.) It’s likely that we “received” an intuitive plan to change our lives, but time is required to manifest changes in the invisible, spiritual world.

The planetary influences remain creative and intense. Fortunately, the planets are moving into balance with an equal distribution between the elements of earth (physicality), water (emotion, flow), fire (creativity, spirituality) and air (mind). Saturn moves direct on August 25, which will help with work, finances, and structure, and five planets in retrograde provide time for thought and reflection.

The Sun is placed in Virgo, a feminine earth sign, which gives the power to translate our recent experiences and creativity into physical form.  Virgo is represented by the virgin priestess, who utilizes mystical secrets to alter the flow of matter. (Earth teaches us how our desires translate into form along with many, practical lessons.)

Sun, Mercury, Mars, and Saturn trine Uranus, awakening divine consciousness for those, who live in the light, and bringing upsets and restlessness to individuals, who align with a lower vibration. (It’s part of the vibration of divisiveness, which has surfaced in past weeks.)

An emphasis on emotion–throughout the weekend—occurs with Moon in Libra. Almost every planet aspects the moon, denoting a period of unusual, eclectic, or eccentric energy. Moon conjuncts (close to) Jupiter, which is harmonious and amplifies the possibility of good fortune. Moon squares (tension) Venus (love, partnerships) and Pluto (underworld, transformation); it opposes Uranus (awakening, sudden change), which means our emotions regarding love (Venus) and resources (Pluto) can slow our awakening (Uranus).

Mercury (communications) retrograde is also in Virgo and conjuncts the Sun (outer life). This conjunction can aid in linking the higher mind and the fabric of outer life. Mercury retrograde in Virgo can yield unusual, creative information, including intuitions and thoughts that we wouldn’t normally experience. (Use the normal cautions with Mercury retro, avoid starting something new, avoid signing contracts, and use the time to review and complete projects.)

Venus in Cancer squares (tension) Jupiter (good fortune) and Uranus (awakening, sudden change), creating an emphasis on examining our thoughts and feelings about relationships, love, and good fortune. Venus in Cancer tends to amplify sensitivity and emotions, which can lower or heighten our vibrations, depending on the placement of consciousness. (It makes loving relationships more difficult.)

Mars sits in a Grand Trine with Saturn and Uranus. (Grand Trines increase the potential of manifestation.) Mars rules energy and assertion. Saturn gives structure and insight from the past, and Uranus urges us to move beyond our limitations by experiencing more of the quantum field.  (We may receive ideas about altering our lives or moving in a new direction.)

Jupiter in Libra is opposite Uranus, presenting a contrast between Jupiter’s desire to flow with the beautiful aspects of life and Uranus’ need to expand life through sudden, dramatic change. (It may be best to take time to experience both energies at different times during the week. Jupiter also squares Pluto (underworld, transformation), and this tends amplify our need for success and wealth, which can be seen in the outer world. But it’s important to take action from the heart with sincerity and honesty.

Saturn moves direct, propelling our lives into new shapes and structures after months of review. Saturn in Sagittarius trines Uranus, encouraging the use of knowledge from the past to create a new future, particularly in a spiritual sense along with a new vision of the world. Saturn squares Neptune (illusion, mysticism), meaning the world at large tends to have difficulty discerning truth and illusion. Saturn also trines the North Node in Leo, which aids with separating out truth and illusion about our own lives—and our spiritual quest.

Uranus (awakening) trines North Node in Leo (current spiritual purpose), strengthening our ability to create change on the basis of the inner self. Neptune (mysticism, illusion) sextiles Pluto (underworld, transformation). This aspect helps in releasing “old” aspects of life and moving on into new reality, based on higher consciousness. It’s another aspect of inner transformation, accentuated by five planets in retrograde. In many ways, this is the perfect time to dream up a new life, release the old, and reflect on life.

Moving through the Shifts of Time

A great many shifts are taking place, particularly with the New Moon/Solar Eclipse cycle.  Everyone is passing through a number of small (and large) realizations about life, energy, and the cosmos at large. The energy is intense and changing at a rapid rate. When we understand what it happening and how it affects us, we move more quickly into a higher level of light.

  1. The universe is revealing the truth about our lives, enlarging our perception, and exposing the world at large. At this juncture, the big reveal comes in a strange way. We may perceive higher frequencies and suddenly know how the new, “higher” frequency reality will feel. We may feel dismayed by violence, discrimination, or the world-at-large. We may have moments of realization about how our lives need expansion, the energy of other people, and the need to align with our inner identity. We may feel the weight of mass consciousness–or perceive the immense power of love and meditation on the world. (For those who are more awakened, we may feel surprised when we observe instead of reacting–or resist the push/pull effect of this particular time.)
  2. The shift affects time. As we move into awakening, we mitigate karma. When we transmute karma, our timelines (or memories of this and other lives) alter–simply because we no longer “vibrate” with these types of energy.
  3. Flashes of memories and rapid thought at bedtime are interspersed with periods of deep sleep. The flashes of memories relate to a process of clearing and cleansing our energies throughout this lifetime. The periods of deep sleep relate to healing and discovering more of our true identity–the inner self.
  4. Emotions and the energetic flow of the body change with awakening. We may feel very tired one day and energized on the following day. Additionally, dreams may reveal our lack of confidence, incorrect perceptions, or our ability to change the entire picture through connection with the inner self. (Many of our personal issues can relate to our connection with world consciousness. For example, grief connects us with people who are grieving. A feeling of lack leads to connection with others, who feel they do not have enough. Part of the issue involves changing our image of the world through improvement of personal feelings and vision of the world.)
  5. The flow of life changes on a frequent basis. The energy shifts and feels differently with solar flares, shifts in the geo-magnetic field, and astrological events. As we become more connected, we feel the energy of world events on a deeper level. The seasons and positions of the sun and moon are changing. We are becoming accustomed to “not” knowing how life will feel, which can put us in the flow.
  6. Relationships are changing. As we grow, we continue to move into relationships with people who want to evolve. Sometimes, we simply lack the energy to persist with relationships based on negativity and/or lower energies. We’re also releasing soul contracts, which are agreements to interact in a specific way. (Groups of people with higher frequencies will come together on a conscious level.)
  7. We’re learning to live from the heart, which means intuitively feeling, hearing, and seeing information. It’s how we perceive the invisible and spiritual world, listen to animals, and evolve. It’s also how we perceive the currents of our thoughts and feelings, which influence manifestation to a great degree.

Navigating in the New World

As the planet alters, our consciousness is changing. Our vibrations and Earth’s planetary vibrations are rising and merging, according to the studies of Gregg Braden. When we move into self-awareness, the universal connection deepens.

When consciousness quickens, we become more intuitive and sensitive. We can encounter quantum change when aspects of life alter quickly. It’s possible to feel the wave of love and connection—and share it with others. (At this point, the universe responds to our vibrations, and it’s possible to create a quick shift.)

Here are a few tips:

  • We encounter waves of energy when moving through transformation. The higher waves are sometimes called 5-D, and ordinary reality is referred to as 3-D. After a higher realization, we move between lower and higher waves until we learn to align with the higher (better) frequency. It can take time to master a wave of energy, and it requires patience and practice.
  • Meditation helps tremendously because we have brief periods of separation from lower world energies. A meditation practice helps with clearing energies from others and provides distance from repetitive thoughts.
  • As we awaken, our thoughts and emotions have a more profound effect on others. Finding a neutral point of communication (while holding a visualization) can help with relationships. Speak from the heart—not the mind—whenever possible.
  • Boundaries remain an issue in this time of change. Self-discovery leads to realizations about our inner wants and desires, making it necessary to express new desires and/or rearrange aspects of relationships in our life. (It’s helpful to express new “wants” in a positive sense—and over a period of time.)
  • Loving and nurturing the self is part of the lesson. It’s impossible to center and balance with the new waves unless we rest, seek simple pleasures, and take time to relax in the sunlight and watch the moon rise. (Actually, rest and relaxation can amplify spiritual and psychic abilities.)
  • Ultimately, everything is energy. Food, phone conversations, long walks, and exchanges with pets—they are all composed of energy. If we notice when we lose or gain energy, we can understand a great deal more about the universe and the self.
  • Confidence will come and go with the waves of inner growth. We may feel fabulous about our path one week and encounter doubt at another time. These patterns are part of the clearing process. Each time we move through them, we grow.

7 Simple Tips for Finding the Inner Self

Our higher connection can drop with a small misunderstanding, a long day, or the energy of mass consciousness. Fortunately, it’s easy to raise our vibration by connecting with the inner self. (It only takes a few moments, and the practices become more effective over time.)

  1. A higher version of you–and your higher vision of life–actually exist when you tap into a different frequency. Think of frequencies like radio stations. Tap into the right vibratory rate for by asking for a higher version of yourself and a visual of a higher version of a particular situation and/or aspect of your life.
  2. Take a few moments to remember who you truly are. Remember the good parts of yourself. Think about your talents, how you love others, and what you like about yourself.
  3. Send love (universal love) as pink light to yourself. Imagine a ray of pink light illuminating the space around you. See every particle in the room spins more rapidly in the light. Ask for the presence of your inner self. (Universal love is a higher vibration, and you’re actively pulling it into your field.)
  4. Ask to clear any lower vibrations from other people in your surrounding area as well as your energy field. Imagine the energies dissolving and disappearing. (Sometimes, other people–their feelings and thoughts–are the cause of a lower vibration.)
  5. Concentrating on blessings can bring a positive shift. Notice the goodness in your life. You may want things to change (drastically), but give thanks while you imagine a new and better life. Your emotional state influences manifestation, and everything changes more rapidly when you’re in a positive state.
  6. Focus on the qualities that you like in other people and send pink light to them. The universe loves it when you think about “goodness” and send any form of love.
  7. Nature restores the soul. Take a long walk or sit outside and watch the motion of trees. Think about it feels when you are living in a higher vibration—how life moves differently and how you feel love and light. Sit on the earth and meditate on these images for a few minutes. (It doesn’t matter if it doesn’t work. It will eventually change everything!)

Planetary Change: Full Thunder Moon

The Thunder Moon appears on Sunday, July 9, and its name reflects the heat of the season, which brings thunder, lightning, and storms. It’s an appropriate name for this moon chart, which is weighted in fire (passion) and water (emotion.) The energies can create steam (fire/water and heat/emotion) or can be used to forge instruments such as a sword, which cut through blocks and obstacles.

The planets emphasize the use of emotions for dreaming and weaving a new way of life. (Many of us feel the quickening of the New Age, but we must put it into form by feeling and dreaming on an intuitive level.) We are creating a new world by moving into the sphere of feeling/intuiting while releasing illusion about the life that we had before “time” changed.

Sun (life) and Mars (action) in Cancer encourages flowing emotion that originates in the heart, and Moon in Capricorn gives the practical power to bring dreams into physical form. This moon phase focuses on planning and gathering strength, which occurs through “right” action, originating within the inner self. (The full moon adds light to the darkness, which can bring illumination and understanding.)

Mercury (communications) sits in Leo, a fire sign, which loves drama and the center stage. Mercury in Leo is also brave and courageous, making it a wonderful time to express our inner truth and/or speak from the heart. In this placement, it quickens communications and heightens passion.

Lovely Venus (love, beauty, feminine) is placed in Gemini, an air sign. It highlights thoughts and feelings about love, beauty, and possessions. Venus trines Jupiter (good fortune) in Libra, bringing clarity of thought about objects of our passion. (Venus in Gemini can bring too much talk, short travels, or lack of focus. It can also give positive communication, activities, and intellectual focus.)

Venus

Mars (action, masculine) sits n Cancer, a water sign. Mars in Cancer can flow into dreams; it can also become emotional and way-laid by old emotional patterns such as manipulation or martyrdom. On the most basic level, Mars in Cancer offers the opportunity to flow through patterns and find renewal through responses rather than reaction.

Jupiter in Libra continues to bring balance and beauty to a challenging chart. It finds good fortune through clarity and harmonious thoughts. It focuses on beauty through its harmonious trine with Venus, and its square (tension) with Mars, indicates a preference for higher thought—as opposed to emotional reactions.

Saturn (time, past, karma) remains in Sagittarius, providing a continued focus on spiritual practices and dedication. Saturn squares (tension) Neptune (illusion, idealism), indicating the importance of surrendering the idealism and illusion of the past when weaving a new dreamscape for life in the bold New Age. A trine between Saturn and Uranus encourages the emergence a new world, based on blending the mistakes the old and the perception of the new ages.

Sun and Mars in Cancer trine (harmonious) Neptune in Scorpio. The combination of Sun (life) and Mars (action) trine Neptune can lead to beautiful dreams for the manifestation of a new life. Three planets in water can move our emotions in a lovely, tranquil way—and Neptune retrograde awakens our psychic abilities.

Sun and Mars are opposite Pluto (underworld, transformation), which brings the darkness in our personal lives to the surface. Fortunately, we are developing powerful tools such as universal love, meditation, and knowledge of the inner self—which bring substantial light along with the added gifts of imagination and intuition.

Finding Stillness

Meditation brings a point of connection with the universe—the divine stillness. Everything ceases its motion in the exchange between our human self and soul. Beauty pours into our awareness. Physical sensations calm, and emotions become joyful as thought ceases. The illusion ends temporarily along with the sensation of cascading from one task to another. Light fills our countenance, altering and smoothing our vibrations and moods.

The stillness refers to an illuminated state, the search for light and a response from the universe. With practice, the energetic exchange can come on a daily basis—giving insight and inspiration to our daily lives. In the stillness, the heart speaks with soft voice. It provides gentle guidance, which often feels like positive preferences or inclinations to move through life more softly (a slower pace.) From this point, emotions and thoughts become quiet. Intuition grows like the soft light of dawn, illuminating the passage of our spiritual quest.

Often, we can feel the answers within us—even if we lack the knowledge of “how” to find the way. By meditating on the feeling of the calm (and unknown) answer, we find our way. We learn to substitute calm for agitation and how to push away negative thoughts and emotions until we find our true understanding about them. The stillness usually gives a feeling before it brings an answer. By meditating on the feeling, we essentially ask for more knowledge about the answers.

The same is true with gifts. We find our gifts by taking one step at a time toward the illumination of the true self and following our passion instead of pushing it away. There is also a quality of trust. It’s important to trust the information received in meditation and to believe in our power to bring it to fruition.

Life involves a dance between the True Self and the Not Self (the part of us that lives life in a way that we don’t like.) Meditation on the still point leads us into discovering our true feelings and preferences so we can take proper action. It also reveals the peaceful, joyful feelings of the true self, which are always present if we stay with our work—even when it takes longer than we would like.

Tips:

1)      It’s helpful to recall the state of connection before meditating.

2)      When emotions are wild or discordant, acknowledge it. Imagine pink or light blue light pouring into your emotions and the perception of your problem. Focus on how you feel when life goes well.

3)      Trust your ability to tap into the stillness and find answers.

4)      Observe when the mind chatters or focuses on problems. Problems often change when we admit our real feelings and involvement.

5)      Believe in your power to commit to change.

6)      Imagine your life moving in a peaceful flow.

7)      It’s a process. It doesn’t happen overnight. Energy vacillates. You will experience highs and lows. It’s part of the human condition. Send love to lows and give gratitude for breakthroughs.
