Quick Visualizations

I love quick visualizations because they work. They also teach development of the imagination and spiritual skills. These exercises are among my favorites because they are effective for almost everyone. (Fortunately, the current changes in energy make visualizations more effective.)

LOVE

  • Visualize the happiest, best moments of your life when you felt truly loved–when love lifted you into a higher place of being.
  • Visualize and experience how it feels when you receive love and acceptance from someone you love along with a wave of joy. (Think about how you receive love as well. In other words, define it.)
  • Visualize how it feels when you love your life, and life opens to embrace you. This opens to door to a great deal of love.

ABUNDANCE

  • Visualize more abundance in your accounts whenever you think of money. (See more money in your wallet or hand.)
  • Send light blue light to your bills to reduce them.
  • Smile and see money coming to you in a positive, supportive way.
  • By understanding and feeling the abundant nature of the universe, you alter your perception of the events in your life, which can positively affect the flow of prosperity in life.

CAREER

  • Visualize new people in your life who want to help with your career–and who know how to do it.
  • Visualize emails and phone calls from people who are interested in your work and respond positively.
  • See every answer (whether positive or negative) as a response from the universe. If it’s not the right reply, the answer is on the way.
  • Your career grows by attracting the right people and events that are in flow with the universe’s plan. By focusing on growth (or easy, positive change), you align with expansion, one of the principles of the universe.

HEALTH

  • Visualize the sensation of your body when it is healthy and happy. Send light to every molecule in your body as well as the spaces between the molecules.
  • Visualize having more energy and easily maintaining a better diet and exercise routine.
  • Imagine receiving 2x the rest when you sleep.
  • Imagine feeling happy and energized when you awaken.
  • The physical body loves it when our thoughts and emotions unite positively with it. It may take a few days or weeks to respond, but the body will absorb loving, positive thoughts and demonstrate them.

SPIRITUALITY

Obviously, these exercises depend on your spiritual connection. You envision love from the heart, and you create it in life by meditating and cultivating it. Through connection, you develop faith to practice and develop accurate visualization.

By working with the visualizations, you develop a habit of finding and aligning with a higher frequency.

Manifestation: One of the Keys of Awakening

Manifestation is part of awakening. We become aware of how we create our lives as we grow in consciousness. (Everyone is already manifesting, but it’s mainly unconscious.) If we imagine a loop of tape playing and replaying, we might wonder why it continues to play, or we might decide to change the tape. That’s the basic substance of manifestation.

When we realize that we have the power to change the tape, then we alter the direction of our lives. If this realization comes with awakening (and a higher level of vibrations), we know it’s important to create a life in alignment with the inner self. As we expand into light and love, we naturally want to create and experience more “good” in life. Ultimately, it’s beneficial to ourselves and the people around us because everyone benefits from a higher frequency.

Here are a few tips:

  1. Meditation is one of the keys to the realization of the heart’s desire. It brings alignment with the inner self, which quietens thoughts and stills emotions. It also gives connection to the universe, the biggest source of love and light.
  2.  Manifestation alters our perception. It teaches focus on the positive sensations and images of what we want to create. When we focus on the good in life and see the positive, we move into higher vibrations where more possibility and opportunity exist. By focusing the mind, we learn to alter our perceptions.
  3. Many of our perceptions are based on experience and belief, which occur as part of our encounters with life. It doesn’t mean that life always responds in this way, or the outcome never changes. It simply implies that we need to see and feel life differently–and believe that we can change it in a positive sense.
  4. Working with manifestation teaches discernment. Over time, we learn the value of “things” lies in their resonance with our heart. If our desire doesn’t align with the heart or our inner self, it won’t bring joy. But repeated experiences teach the difference between the desires of the inner and outer being.
  5. Focusing on a positive vision teaches control of lower emotions and thoughts. Part of any manifestation lies in the substitution of one thought and image for another. (We can’t change and/or control everything, but we can influence a great deal. Also, we can change our emotions and thoughts.)
  6. The practice teaches a great deal about inner power as well as the changes that occur when we connect with the universe and the inner self. We can use the same practice to alter other people’s lives–and the world. (Everyone and everything is happier in a higher frequency.)
  7. The heart space expands when we step into creating the vision of the inner self. We feel more love and peace. And the world becomes more beautiful.

Thoughts about the Heart

In the heart chakra, there are the answers that we have searched for all along. We find the answers, little by little, as we change our frequencies. Our frequencies can change very quickly or very slowly, depending on how much we are willing to change our lives. This desire for change is awakened in the heart by joy.

It is the quest of the heart to desire expansion, to desire greater fulfillment and freedom. It is this expansion that opens our hearts to enlightenment. An experience of joyful enlightenment creates a natural desire for more of this experience. Our journey continues as a reflection of our spiritual nature in physical form.

Part of the continuation of the journey is the creation of the true self. The true self lives in the human heart. It is the place of intersection or the nexus for the soul and body, the resolution of duality. As the spiritual and physical nature merge, the soul casts light on the ego. The integration of the ego, as shaped by the soul, forms a third thing, known as the True Self. This is the experience of an outer reality that is based on the experience of the inner life. It is a cognitive journey

When we begin to receive messages from our heart, we essentially cast light on the darkness of the ego. For this reason, we may experience pain on our journey. (It’s not new pain, and it comes with the understanding that our patterns, memories, and responses are part of the darkness in our lives—and finding light is the panacea. It teaches us how to change both perceptions and beliefs.)

Moments of enlightenment begin as flashes. We learn to search within the heart, for it is said to be the plumb line that measures the depth and safety of the waters in which the seeker travels. Our  conflicting experience of reality becomes evident through witnessing the profound love of our glorious connection and the darkness of the separation when disconnected.

The darkness of separation is mitigated by discipline and changing our own character. There is a point when we understand that we are the creators – at least, in part – of the difficult circumstances in our lives. This experience of duality lessens through changing ourselves.

When we change ourselves, we experience a profound shift in vibratory frequency. We understand that the difficulties were necessary for the evolution of our soul. As we learn to love our journey as well as the darkness in our lives, we begin to love ourselves. We move into the love of the heart that is conscious awakening. This love opens a profound door to expression and expansion. As we love ourselves more, we learn how to love the fabric of the Universe.

5 Reasons to Open Your Heart

The Heart lies at the center of your being. The soul speaks through the heart and gives loving guidance. In metaphysics, the first true awakening comes through the heart center. Knowing and listening to your heart is a powerful tool. Here are five good reasons for working with this powerful center.

  • Truth and love flow through the heart. It is how we feel our alignment with the universe. The head generates many thoughts and ideas, but we feel their value through the heart. We move into a space of love by listening to the heart. We can actually weigh ideas through the heart. “Listen” and “feel” through the heart. Does the idea make your chest expand or contract? (For a year, I used this practice by asking if a thought came from the heart or not-self.) The universe speaks through the heart.
  • We receive and generate love through the heart space. We can ask for love or pink light. We can imagine a ray of pink light entering our chests and healing our body, emotions, and thoughts. When we feel love, we naturally radiate it out into the world. (True abundance comes from the space of the heart and alignment with universal love.)
  • We can discern between personal truth and non-truth by listening to the heart. There is a light, warm, easy feeling when thoughts resonate with the heart. We feel other thoughts in the head or pelvis area—the ones not resonating with the heart.) The heart moves us toward our dreams. The heart also tells us when there is dissonance in our environment because there is an uneasy feeling. It’s helpful to ask what can be changed and if we can take an action. Sometimes, the action is as simple as sitting outdoors or taking a break. We discern the right answer or simply move into a still place where we wait for the arrival of the answer.
  • The heart provides balance. Positioned in the center of the chakra system, it balances the physical chakras and spiritual chakras. As human beings, we have many desires at a given time. By listening to the heart, we can create a balance between physical routine and spiritual practice.
  • Passion is one of the biggest and best reasons for opening the heart. Spiritual passion pulls us into expression, enthusiasm, and ecstasy. The heart delights in the sensations of love and life. Through the heart, we experience expansion of life. We find the words, images, or actions to reflect beauty and joy. We find the courage to inspire, go forward, and express our gifts. (It’s not enough to push through life!) Passion is magical. It’s about wanting a desire enough to take a big step!

Feeling the Shift

If you’re awakening, meditating, or opening your heart, you are feeling the shift. It’s normal to have oscillating feelings, which move from low to high. You may also experience changes in life as the universe is rearranging human and physical life into a higher paradigm.
Here are a few examples of higher feelings and “knowing”, which are experienced as we shift into a new age.
  1. You’re aware of the light, including the variations of energy. You’ve learned to adjust your energy to days, varying from a blast of light to a tired sensation. (The tired feeling often comes when adjusting physically to a higher light level. It can also come when you are called to action but feel you can’t respond.)
  2. You’re aware of how life responds to you. People become more emotional or gentler in accordance with your energy level. You know the phone stops ringing or an outcome is delayed because the placement of your consciousness. You also know it’s possible to turn it around through meditation and visualizing life in a beautiful flow. (It may take a day or two, but you can do it.)
  3. You have insights about the people and places in your life. You know every location and person has a field of energy, and you respond/react to it. You’re willing to make big changes in your behavior, judgments, beliefs, and schedule to accommodate, avoid, or deepen your interaction with specific energies.
  4. When nothing works, you remember the power of light and love. You release the problem to the Divine. You ask for more connection; you recall how it’s the one thing, which always works.
  5. You’re a bit tired of the darkness in the world, but you know the light is stronger. You keep sending light and love—and a higher visual, a solution—out to the world. You know everything is changing and becoming more beautiful. It’s part of how you are changing yourself.

A Few Notations:

  1. Feelings are becoming more important as our inner light grows.  Opening the heart means that you experience more emotion, awareness, and intuition, which can require adjustment. As your energy increases, you actually project stronger feelings. (In this sense, feelings might be defined as emotion, sensation, and power.) When you feel anxiety, anger, peace, or love, you actually project those feelings into your energy field–and the world.
  2. It’s not enough to send light and love to the darkness. Yes, it helps. But it’s better if you send light and hold the image of a solution. (Otherwise, we receive a response from the darkness.) In other words, you help in evolving the energy of a problem by seeing a solution. (It doesn’t matter if the solution is far-fetched. In time, a better vision will appear.)
  3.  Releasing problems into the light helps. As you let go—and trust the light—you actually shift your identity. You release an aspect of the self, who identifies with the problem.  (Releasing control means increasing your ability to move into more light.)
  4. Time is moving faster, and you see the result more quickly than in the past. There is less density. The acceleration continues. It’s about using your time and energy wisely.
  5. Holograms or visual projections become stronger as your energy grows. Holograms–or your inner photo image of others–affects everything. Soon, more people will understand how many of our feelings and thoughts come from holograms. They are not all generated through your personal thoughts. (As you move more into your heart and intuitive ability, it becomes easier to discern this.)

If you are feeling the shift and/or experiencing these sensations, you may want to book a reading or join a class. Email and let me know how I can help.

Creating Desirable Change

Desirable changes come from the inner self; they bring peace, contentment, and happiness. It is not always easy to arrive at this place. Sometimes, it takes time and patience, but the journey is worth it.

It’s impossible to change everything. You can’t change other people, and, sometimes, circumstances don’t change until you alter yourself. But you can always alter your attitude, beliefs, and perceptions by coming into a place where you and universe flow together.Everything becomes softer and easier; it feels better. Over time, you find that you can change many events in life by using the techniques, which you master through the work.

Here are a few simple suggestions:

  1. Connecting to your inner self and the “light” helps with everything because your frequency (or vibrations in your energy field) become higher. People respond differently. You perceive new solutions, and you feel more peace and contentment. A higher frequency equals better results in daily life (reality.)
  2. Reality alters to match the vibrations in your energy field. When you see an event positively, your perspective changes. It can take time to raise your projection of an event, relationship, or outcome, but this works. Change your perception and change the outcome.
  3. When you can’t change the outcome, you can image sending color or calm energy. Love is easily sent by imagining pink light. You can send it to you, the molecules surrounding you, or a situation. Moving into love and turning events over to the universe often brings resolution. (Accept the resolution and decide you have the strength to move through the situation.)
  4. Focus on the good in your life. You’re alive. You are loved. You have a spiritual connection (or you wouldn’t read this.) You have the ability to change your life. This is powerful knowledge, and few people ever arrive at this place.
  5. Believe in your ability to change your life. Believe in the universe. Know there are spiritual forces such as angels, light, and other people who support and believe in you. Find friends who focus on solutions, take a course, or find a coach. Do something. (Meditating is an action, too.)
  6. You can’t change other people, but you can change your perception. You can imagine living in a more supportive environment and/or focus on receiving love and appreciation from others. Or simply focus on greater happiness and fulfillment.
  7. Believe in the power of the universe that will support positive changes in your life. The universe wants expansion, beauty, love, and growth for everyone.

Meditation:

  • Meditation is one of the keys to the process. Close your eyes and feel your inner self. (When we don’t think, see, or feel anything, we feel the inner self. We also pull back our energy from life.) If you stay in this space for ten minutes, you will feel the inner self. It feels wonderful and peaceful. This part of the self holds the answers. Commune with it quietly.
  • Hold and feel a visual of what you want to experience. If you want happiness and peace, see yourself in this state. If you feel hopeless, create an image of opportunities flowing into your life. If you’re angry, imagine feeling peaceful. Refuse negative thoughts (about anything) and hold onto your visual for 30 seconds. The “new” energy will eventually replace the old energy.
  • Think about love. Love is the one of the key components of the universe. We are loved unconditionally by the universe. Pink light is also love. We can send pink light to our projects, our body, and the people in our lives. Light and love are higher vibrations. Everything in the universe responds to love and light. As you hold more love and light in your “field”, the universe responds more quickly!

Aligning with Abundance

Abundance is part of our cosmic connection. “Reality” responds to our inner thoughts and feelings. When we are connected with the inner self and the universe, our thoughts and feelings change. In general, energy flows into the physical, amplifying our thoughts, feelings, emotions, and sensations – in a positive sense.

Energy follows our frequency. Abundance responds to our thoughts and feelings. Abundance grows as a result of our inner work.  All forms of abundance, including happiness, love, success, health, and financial prosperity, require cultivation through imagery and the heart space. The positive, peaceful energy of meditation flows best when we receive it with positive energy and thoughts. All positive energies in the spiritual world respond best to a meditative state, which brings a higher frequency and connection to the All. This state often boosts creativity and awakens inner desires.

  1. Every physical and spiritual change requires meditative work as well as small, personal changes in the physical world. An initial step may involve savings or small purchases, thinking of money differently, or thinking about it in a new way. (It can also involve additional work and/or a new attitude about work.)
  2. In spiritual work, it’s necessary to accept the moment (good and bad) while meditating joyfully on the desired change. Accept the moment and bless its goodness while continuing to see a “better” reality. With abundance, a desired change should include positive (but reasonable and practical) material shifts, an increase of ease in life, and some form of spiritual application (study, classes, self-development) – as well balanced generosity.
  3. Visualization of an increase of abundance is necessary. It’s important to see and feel more love, success, health, or wealth–and to substitute this visual whenever we feel lack or loss.
  4. It’s important to bless the appearance of answers – even when they are not exactly correct. It may appear that the desired job is on the horizon or money is on the way, but it doesn’t manifest. We may meet potential partners, but they are not a good fit. Give thanks for the appearance and continue to visualize. (It’s a sign of the universe taking note – an indication of the coming of the fulfilled desire.)
  5. Take note of when/where/how visualizations work and/or don’t manifest. Give particular attention to these areas. Create new images, feelings of excitement, and the sensation of relief and gratitude associated with success. Don’t give up. Practice more.
  6. Many visualizations require change within the self. It’s usually necessary to create new beliefs and thoughts that align with a desire.
  7. It can take time to create through meditation and visualization. It’s a practice, not a temporary answer. When a small dream is realized, visualize a larger one. Recreate your dream consistently and visualize it often. (The power of this practice can be utilized in many areas of life. )

7 Tips for Raising Consciousness

Raising consciousness can help as the planetary weather draws our attention to aspects of life, which require our energy and/or a change in perspective. Problems and issues occur on a lower wave of consciousness—a lower vibration. When we raise our consciousness, we can see them from a different perspective.

It’s important because we tend to see what we do wrong when we’re correcting or examining an issue. Although the solutions are not always easy, we can find the strength to see life differently, take the next step, or calm our emotions. (Many of us are clearing patterns from past lifetimes. It’s hard work, and it takes energy.)

Raising consciousness is fairly simple. It may take several repetitions for a day or two, but it’s doable. Choose from the exercises to discover what works best for you.

1) Focus on the heart chakra where emotions are balanced. There is no motion—only unconditional love. You can see pink or emerald green light in heart space or middle of the chest (and emanate it into the space around you.) Simply thinking about the heart chakra takes you into a softer, quieter place. The heart is the center of your chakra system. This exercise balances the energy of the lower and upper chakras.

2) All problems relate to some form of fear. (Everyone has it although I think humanity is moving out of it.) Imagine the energy of your problem and send love to it. Love diminishes fear, and it will alter your consciousness temporarily. After all, the issue is “up” for examination, clearing, and healing. You’ll feel freer without it.

3) Problems tend to repeat on a cyclical basis. Changing emotions, reactions, and thoughts is part of clearing it. Any success with an aspect of a problem will reduce it–although it may return. (It’s easy to see how other people have repeating problems, and it’s difficult to see it within the self.) Eventually, you have insights, understanding, and changed behavior as a result of the problem. It tends to disappear at this point.

4) Emotions do not always emanate from you. If you briefly feel sad, angry, or another strong emotion–and the emotion grows stronger–it is probably not your emotion. You can ask for a higher level of consciousness and to disconnect from mass consciousness. (It often requires several “takes” for this to work.) When your emotions clear, take a few minutes to visualize your desired future. This practice brings in more love and courage as well as a higher vibration.

5) The practice of meditation lifts you to a higher place of being. Visualizing beautiful events and outcomes from a place of higher spiritual focus helps to bring them into being; it also raises the vibration of all of the particles in your personal reality.

6) Call on the angels or write an angel letter. Angels wait for your call. You can ask for angels to surround you with feelings of peace, bliss, happiness, or understanding. You can also ask for their help with a problem. (I’ve found it’s best to ask for their help to come softly, gently, and joyously to avoid abrupt changes in my life. The gentle changes feel nicer.)

7) Nature wants to help with your healing process. Energy collects in body as a result of spiritual, emotional, or mental tension. You can sit outdoors and ask for energy to heal your body or clear the mind. Walking in nature quiets the soul. The colors, shapes, and patterns are perfect for the body. You’ve walked enough when the mind becomes quiet without interruptions from thoughts. These techniques are particularly helpful when you ask for the healing presence of nature.

These practices often lead to non-ordinary solutions, realizations, and intuitions..

Open the Heart

In this blog post, I speak of my own experiences in the hope that they are useful or inspirational to others.

It is through my connection with the One that I experience the “All” or the energies of the world at large. We are not separate from the feelings or thoughts of other people–even the departed emanate waves of energy. Animals, plants and trees speak hourly in a soft language of holograms and sound. There is also a “field” of overlying energy that surrounds everything and everyone, individually and as a whole. It feels as though the field ripples whenever there is a disturbance–either individually or collectively. All of these energies are consistently apparent to me.

Because I am accustomed to these experiences – to feeling and seeing that which is invisible to others – I accept this as my life. I expect to hear the soft voices of my plants as they are watered, the voices of people, animals or trees, and, even muted voice of the Blue Ridge Mountains that lie in the distance. I suspect that this is the language of the heart, a language that we are all wired internally to see and hear but have forgotten through time. It is this language of the heart that I hope to share.

The opening of the heart chakra is considered as one of the initiatory milestones on the journey of the soul. When my heart chakra opened, I was amazed at the outpouring of love  I felt. My heart opened, and it felt as if a floodgate had opened. My love poured out into the earth and the universe. The Universe answered with an absolute downpour of love. It felt as though every particle in my being was in a flood of rain, only it was not rain, it was love. I remember wondering how so much love could exist n the universe.

This love seemed to actually be a fiber or a substance that I could see in every living thing and every living being, both animate and inanimate. This fabric was in everything. Everything was connected by this one substance that alchemy refers to as “first matter”. The identification of “First Matter” is the understanding that everything is connected by a fiber-like energy that IS love, that is light. The Emerald Tablets say; “All things are from one, by the mediation of one, and all things have their birth from this one thing by adaptation.”

The hidden connection between everyone and every “thing” became obvious through observation and practice. I could see heart chakras, and my gifts came very quickly. I learned to hear the voices of plants, animals and the inner voices of people. The language of plants and animals was pure; it was the voice of the heart. The inner language of people was thick, garbled and often negative. I had to learn to whether or not I should listen, and I had to learn detachment about negativity.

I experienced such overwhelming Universal love during this time. It seemed that if I loved everything and everyone that my life would “work”. But I was only beginning to glimpse my own “true self”, the mediating self that is found through spiritual reflection and the development of one’s character. I had to learn passively loving all that was NOT the answer, but loving the fiber of “all” in myself that was a great deal of the answer. As I learned to love the molecules in me, my understanding of our spiritual connection grew. The answers came in flashes as I learned to listen to my heart and to align with the energy of the One or the All.

I also felt incredible pain in the areas of my life that were not aligned with my inner self. The bliss of my connection with my heart and the divine was disturbed by the turbulence of my daily life. The duality of my life was overwhelming difficult at times. But the pain encouraged devotion to my studies. It lessened when I changed an aspect of my life to reflect my true self. Deep meditation brought profound emotional relief.

In the study of hermetics, the true self is depicted by an angel with an upward triangle in the area of the heart. The upward triangle signifies the “spiritual fire” that fills the heart of the aspirant. This angel is said to dwell in the heart of every person, slowly revealing one’s true nature through spiritual study and reflection.

As our spiritual strength develops, intuition often comes in flashes, with glimpses of our true desires which are aligned with the soul. Love has many faces in metaphysics and alchemy. As we learn to truly love ourselves, the desire for approval, which is stimulated by the ego, begins to fall away. We learn that severity, mercy, passion, communication and other qualities are all different heart energies on the path of the soul. Each is utilized in a different manner, time and method.

A balance of duality is eventually found through this mediation of weighing the desires of the true self and the ego in the heart chakra. Through recognition of the heart’s desires, we learn detachment and self-observation about the duality of “reality” or illusion. We come to the understanding that reality is the fabric of our dreaming, a mirror-like reflection of our beliefs, thoughts, emotions and sensations.

We begin to understand that each side of duality represents part of the whole, that each is an integral part of the other. It is then that we discover the secret space behind heart — the resolution of duality within ourselves. The invisible becomes visible as we become more intuitive, if not to our physical eyes, then certainly to our internal vision. As we act on the impulse of the heart for joy and freedom, we gain alignment with the great Universal Mind of the All. We become aware that we are loved mightily in the presence of the One and the All.
