A Time of Awakening

Manifestation is important because it teaches about how we perceive and live life. When we focus on a heart felt desire, we invoke the universe and the inner self.

  1. Everyone is already manifesting the material of their consciousness  through their experience of “reality.” We are limited by our perceptions and beliefs about life as well as the people in our lives; however, it’s possible to transcend those limits and create big, happy visions. Basically, this involves awakening and rewriting our inner script of beliefs, thoughts, and emotions. When we rewrite our perception of reality, it changes.
  2. Everyone wants financial prosperity, loving relationships, a healthy body, and a deep spiritual connection that provides accurate answers. Meditation and visualization can lead us to the right steps, and the practice completes much of the work on the invisible plane. (In other words, an occurrence or dream takes place much more quickly. We find the right job quickly instead of applying for ten. We visualize meeting the right people, and they appear.)
  3. Action is more effective when accompanied by meditation and visualization. It also requires less effort. Athletes and millionaires use these techniques of visualizing their desired reality in detail. The alteration in overall energy is even more profound when the visualization is prompted by a desire for connection with the inner self. Both practices create results, but universal connection alters everything in our lives.
  4. We meet our resistance within our self. We discover an opposite self, who doesn’t want the manifestation, takes steps in the opposite way, and wants to stay the same. We rewrite the “program” or pattern through visualization, observation, and learning to think and feel new thoughts and emotions. (We also learn to change our personal identity from the person who can’t to one who can.)
  5. Life becomes more exciting through these discoveries. As we learn to change lower patterns into patterns of success, we become enthusiastic about life. We naturally make small adjustments such as altering traffic, wishing good things for others, or seeing more beauty in life. (This changes our world—and the world around us.)
  6. Our vision of our reality and the world changes. We begin to understand how our ‘reality” responds to our thoughts and emotions. We also learn how to change our perception of life because we understand the seeing the “goodness” is part of what brings it into our lives.
  7. We naturally live on a higher vibration as a result of participating in manifestation. We begin to see problems as areas of life, which require a higher frequency, meditation, or inspired action. We also begin to “know” that other people are doing the same thing. It’s how we meet our True Self through meditation–and connect with others who align with the universe in the same beautiful way.

More Awakening

mandela_ellenvaman

Mandala by Ellen Vaman

If you’re reading this, you’ve already decided to become connected and move into a more awakened state. As the light level of the planet increases, you’re pushed to expand, evolve, and grow. It can feel wonderful and/or exhausting, depending on your personal challenge.

Challenges appear when you grow. You may spiral through old problems, encounter shifts in consciousness, or feel more affected by the energy of others. You may see the duality in your life—the good and bad—the light and darkness.

It’s important to remember you’re on a journey. When you journey, there are discoveries. You see new aspects of life, and you (hopefully) find about more about yourself.

Here are a few thoughts.

  1. Open the day with meditation and a walk. Meditation opens the soul to the beauty of the universe, and nature aligns the body with a subtle current. When you’re connected, it’s easier to find the answers.
  2. Visualizing aligns your life with your heart. “Seeing” is an energetic gift, which is developed through meditation and practice. Everyone creates their life through imagery; they simply are unaware of it. “Seeing” through the heart means following your desires and creating them in reality. It’s an incredible gift because you learn to change your life—and the life of others around you. (See the desire in completion. It is happening now!)
  3. Ask for what you want. Ask for greater spiritual vision, ask for help with development of your gifts, and ask for understanding. The universe responds to requests. (Be sure to use steps 1 and 2 along with asking for answers.
  4. You may feel life more intensely. Heightened emotions, feelings, and intuition are part of awakening. They also make life appear more beautiful. You have additional sensations to hear the tones of the birds’ songs, to perceive the bright dots of spring color, and feel more of your inner self. As you understand more about your feelings and intuition—and what they mean—you’ll feel more comfortable. (In the meanwhile, accept and observe. Only the inner self can observe.)
  5. Push through the resistance of the comfort zone. Spirituality is wonderful, but it also requires taking steps. Usually, you have to change your body, learn how to express your gifts, speak differently (speak those inner thoughts), and make changes in your career. Take the step and stop waiting. Your life will change, and you’ll feel better. (These types of changes allow the universe to flow through you. Resistance blocks the flow.)
  6. Learn how to speak in a different way. When you say how you truly feel, life changes. (It’s not about venting or complaining.) It’s a way of expressing your inner self without making others wrong. You’re speaking your truth. Eventually, the universe speaks through you as well.
  7. Spend more time listening to your body. Thoughts and emotions often clear more quickly when listening to the body. The body has its own inner wisdom. Sending love and light to body improves health and physical habits.
  8. When experiencing strong emotion, ask for its source. Emotions are often initiated by other people, mass consciousness, or habits. For example, everyone has a pattern of repetitive thoughts and feelings, which accompany specific triggers such as feeling hurt, overwhelmed, or angry. It’s okay to experience the lower emotions, but notice how they are often a response to stimuli. You can think different thoughts or invoke more positive emotions by returning to center.
  9. Trust the process. With this shift, the energy can feel quite different on a daily basis. Trust that the universe is with you. Within your core—your inner self—you have the answers. (Study, take a class, and/or learn techniques. You travel through the process much more quickly with a teacher.)

Full Moon and Lunar Eclipse

news_fullmoon

A strong, cosmic energy is at play; it will grow and expand by the light of the full moon and lunar eclipse. This lunar eclipse coincides with the super moon for the first time in thirty-three years. (A super moon simply means it is closer to the earth than usual.) Obviously, the energy will be powerful. A strong, cosmic energy is at play; it will grow and expand by the light of the full moon and solar eclipse.

Changes are currently taking place on the esoteric plane. The inner world is rearranging itself—and creating a higher pattern. The energies are very strong, and it can feel like a roller coaster with a wonderful, calm feeling beneath the highs and lows.

It’s a revolutionary love energy with the potential to anchor in a new world. I suspect we’re moving through the process of seeing our lower patterns while experiencing the sensations of the beauty and calm of a new dimension of life. It simply means that we’re experiencing a higher dimension as we oscillate between our lower patterns and more connection with the higher self.

The full moon chart is strong with many powerful aspects. Sun in (life, yang energy) in Libra (balance, scales) is opposite the Moon (emotions, yin energy, the mother) in Aries, which represents passion and new beginnings. The chart demonstrates the necessity of balance (material/spiritual life) as we continue our passage into a world where everything works differently and changes every few months.

All of those with an open heart will move into a new beginning. The energy has accumulated throughout the year; it will pour down on the days between the equinox and full moon/lunar eclipse. (As usual, those who are attuned will feel it most.) It’s an interesting, tense chart with a great deal of push and pull.

The opposition between Sun (life, outer self) and Mercury (communication, thought) and the Moon (mother, feminine energy) in Aries could describe much of the overall chart. In this case, the planets are speaking two different languages or transmitting opposite energies. (Sometimes, it means we have to find the “good” in the opposites symbolized by each of the two planets and read between the lines.) For example, Moon in Aries asks for bold action while Sun and Mercury focus on pondering a situation—finding the balance (answer) through slow reflection. But if we only reflect, we can’t move forward (Libra); we need to energy supplied by Aries to take action. Mercury also represents the higher mind, so the solution might involve looking the two sides of an equation, tapping into the higher mind for direction, and planning or taking action.

Venus rises in Leo and conjuncts Mars. Venus and Mars conjunct can represent good communications with the opposite sex—or simply understanding the interplay between the male/female side of the personality. Venus also squares Saturn, which means Venus urges play while Saturn (time, limitation, karma)  pushes us into work. Venus trines Uranus and urges creativity in a spiritual, non-traditional way.

Multiple squares and oppositions play through this chart along with mitigating influences. Mercury (communication), Venus (pleasure, beauty, attraction), and Jupiter (good fortune) are square Saturn. Mars and Jupiter make an opposition to Neptune. Sun, Moon, and Mercury are opposite Pluto. In short, there is a great deal of tension (squares) and variation of feeling (opposition=two opposite feelings at one time or intermittently.)

Moving through this jigsaw puzzle of pieces, which seemingly don’t match, is part of the process of finding the inner self. By sliding all of the aspects of the self together, we may find alchemical gold—or deep alignment with the inner self.

Tips:

  1. Don’t allow people on a lower vibration to move into your field. If they are on a lower vibration, they will definitely attach to your energy field by sharing their angst. Set boundaries. (Their problems can wait.) Stay in the light and ask for guidance.
  2. Observe patterns when they appear. With several oppositions, personal patterns will appear and disappear during this time period. Use it as an opportunity to move into the higher self or observe.
  3. Move more deeply into the light when things are good. It’s a wonderful opportunity for experiencing more of the inner self. Sit outdoors under the beautiful moon and stars.
  4. Venus can represent love on a higher level. It trines Uranus (the “field”, spirituality), which can inspire wonderful thoughts, creativity, and brilliance through the expression of inner gifts.
  5. Many of the squares and oppositions will last for only a few days. Life will become quieter before we pass through another intense period. The lesson involves learning to find the stillness within the inner self. (We don’t feel the storms within this place–at least not as much.)

Sabian Symbols

The Sabian Symbols speak loudly on the Full Moon. By reflecting on their message, we can receive insights about the overall chart.

Sun is on Libra 5, “A Man Teaching the True Inner Knowledge of the New World to His Students.”  It’s a lovely symbol, radiating the feeling of truth and love in a new age. Everyone holds this essential knowledge within the inner self. It can become awakened by teachers and/or personal insights.

In a time of many teachers and students, it’s also important to feel the truth within ourselves—and learn with discernment. Conversely, some people have a pure spirit and teach by transmitting their inner light and love.

Moon is exactly opposite Sun in Aries 5. “A White Triangle is Seen; It has Golden Wings” is the symbol of this degree. An upwardly pointing triangle points to the reception of information from the universe, the Divine. White is the color of purity; a triangle represents harmony.

The color, golden, represents the alchemical process of transmuting the ego into the higher self. The image of wings may symbolize angels, the divine beings who aid in lifting our consciousness into a higher place of being. (The moon rules emotions and moods, so this speaks of raising our feelings to a more positive level.)

It’s interesting to note that the symbol for Sun speaks of traditional teachings and awakenings; the moon hints at the value of emotional work to achieve emotional harmony.

Mercury sits on Libra 9, conjunct sun and opposite Moon. Libra 9 is symbolized by “Three Old Masters Hanging in a Special Room in an Art Gallery—Sometimes They Seem to Speak to Each Other.” The paintings of masters transcend time; they speak to our soul through beauty and technique. They exude energy, which is available for the viewers of fine art.

Since Mercury rules communication and thought, the master paintings could refer to the energy exuded by various sources—unspoken content, which is literally transmitted by an object. This symbol encourages unseen and unspoken communication as a part of inner development.

Venus is square Saturn, trine Uranus on Leo 23, “A Bareback Rider Displaying Her Dangerous Skill.” Incredible skills are developed through practice, patience, and balance. Horses represent power in the shamanic tradition. People or a crowd of people are implied through “displays.”

Increasingly, we receive reminders about our inner power. Through the love (Venus) and devotion, we may learn to hone our skills to employ our spiritual power in an amazing way—to share and perform for a large collection of people.

Mars is placed on Virgo 2, square Saturn, “A Large White Cross, Dominating the Landscape, Stands Alone on Top of a High Hill.” This symbol can refer to the need for time alone to develop spiritual beliefs. It can also refer to beliefs, relating to the Piscean Age, such as suffering and sacrificing personal needs to align with religious beliefs.

In the Aquarian Age, there is an emphasis on creating an unified field through spirituality. Perhaps, it is time to create a happier balance between spirituality and the daily rituals of “reality.” We could also choose to see spirituality as the process of creating an abundant, happy life in the spiritual and physical world—or walking in both worlds!

Jupiter is on Virgo 11, “A Boy Molded in His Mother’s Aspirations for Him.” This symbol could speak of the societal and familial expectations placed on everyone. It’s impossible to live up to all of the expectations and dreams of other people. Some of the “molding”  or cultural shaping is important because we learn manners and methods of relating to others. Conversely, the projections and aspirations of others can align–or interfere–with the development of the inner self.

Perhaps, we are discerning between our true nature and the “projected” nature of those who surround us.

Saturn sits on Sagittarius 1, squaring Jupiter and Neptune, “Retired Army Veterans Gather to Reawaken Old Memories.” Gathering together and talking about the past brings up specific memories of shared periods of time. Through greater understanding and discussion, we can see the true reason behind conflicts or causes for world issues. But we can also cling to the past, which eliminates moving forward into a new life.

Saturn rules time, and the message may concern understanding the conglomeration of images, which create an “image” or hologram of the past, to understand a larger truth. When we understand the truth about the past, it’s easier to release old soul contracts, patterns, and habits, which limit our expansion.

Welcoming Planetary Change

newsletter_colorswirl

When the whole world is changing, it’s helpful to remember how change can become the vehicle for your “right” destination.  Everyone desires change, but it’s easy to encounter resistance during the process. Almost everyone experiences stress (resistance) when listening to the soul because it means living life in an entirely, different way.

We’re also becoming more conscious of the collective (everyone’s thoughts, feelings, and beliefs.)

Here are a few tips:

1) It’s a gift to watch the entire world change. A huge dispensation of light is filling the planet. It’s a rare time in the history of the planet.  (Who would want to miss it?) It’s also a opportunity to raise your frequency. Your inner vision of life is accepted and needed.

2) You can feel the collective, the group energy of the planet. It tends to feel agitated around times of influxes of light, solstices, and equinoxes. It teaches about the group connection with everyone. When we feel agitated, irritated, or emotional, it’s an opportunity to use our inner strength and “pulse” at a higher level. (When you center in the heart, there is a palpable love vibration. You can feel higher collective consciousness. When you join with the higher vibration, there is incredible support. The veil between the physical and spiritual realms is thinner. It’s easier to have the support of angels and beings of light.) As you learn more about moving from lower to higher frequencies, you develop the connection with your inner self.

3) It’s “normal” to feel unstable when passing through the process of collecting more light in your life. It’s also wonderful to “hear’ your inner knowing answer questions, provide a calm state, and connect to the All. (It’s not always easy to know if you’re right or wrong, but you learn this over time.)

Intuition is an answer, which comes from your inner being. As you listen and act on intuition, you become aware of the sound, tone, and feeling of your inner voice. When you based your actions on the inner voice, life changes in a lovely way.

4) It’s partially a lesson about manifestation. Everything is manifesting much more quickly, including our lower and higher thoughts and emotions. As consciousness grows, life manifests more rapidly. You also become more aware of other people–their moods, thoughts, and energy fields. As you learn to read this through the heart, you become more adept. You begin to understand how energy works.

5)  Change is the path to the realization of the higher self and its manifestation. Every manifestation creates a “new” self, which is more aligned with the inner self. This means casting off the old self, who began the work on the manifestation. (The resistance is felt by the “old” or lower self, which is casting off old emotions, beliefs, and thoughts.) When the new self is born, it is a beautiful event.

Altering Your Consciousness

quietbeauty

Part of awakening is greater consciousness, which brings increased awareness. Awareness of thought, emotion, and sensation—and their impact on us—can help a great deal in learning about the inner self. In part, awakening is about learning to alter our focus, thoughts, and feelings to raise the level of our consciousness.

Here are a few tips:

  • We attract a deeper state of awakening by reflecting on spirituality. Thinking about past experiences–and the feeling of flow and connection—to invoke a spiritual state. This practice engages the awakened self. Also, it literally teaches the mind to replicate higher frequencies. When we think about a spiritual state, we pull the energy into our mind, emotions, and body.
  • Thought alters the placement of our consciousness. We can think about problems or focus on solutions. When we focus on harmony or peace, we literally attract it. If we stay with the thought for a few minutes, we receive visuals and memories (if we have experienced the state in the past.) Focusing on positive thoughts invokes a specific state of consciousness. It’s helpful to note the effect of a thought. Does it raise or lower our frequency?
  • Emotions come from beliefs, thoughts, sensations, other people, and mass consciousness. Identifying the source of an emotion is incredibly useful—as is identifying patterns. When we center in the heart space, the emotions often cease. (This is known as centering.) The broadcast of strong emotion from others is also diminished. (Many of our emotions are transmitted from other people. For example, when we shop, we may feel tired, energized, or fearful. It’s energy in the store—not us.)
  • Pull thoughts, emotions, and sensations back into the body to create a state of stillness. We tend to project and broadcast our feelings and thoughts. When stillness comes, focus on light. When possible, send light to others. (When we are still, there is a very subtle flow of energy.)
  • Use the imagination positively. Visualize positive events, the sensation of well being, and an immense well of physical energy. Imagine the opposite of negative experiences or sensations. Imagine pink light (love) moving into the visualization and energizing it positively. (We can check with the body to see how we feel after visualization. Relaxation and expansion are associated with higher consciousness; tension and contraction are associated with lower self.)

It may take a week or two to feel the shift of higher consciousness, depending on your level of connection, or you may feel a wave of awareness immediately.  In time, the exercises create a better flow of energy and help in generating positive thoughts and feelings. (Everyone oscillates—or moves up and down–with thought and emotion. It’s okay.)

7 Signs of Greater Awakening

newsletter_flowers

Your experience may be subtle or deep; it doesn’t matter. The important part is awareness of the guidance of the universal force. Many are feeling the subtle urges of awakening, and it’s a beautiful process.

1)      You hear and listen to your inner voice. You feel led to particular acts of kindness or goodness. Or you have a feeling, a compulsion to act. It has nothing to do with logic, but you definitely feel led. When you act on these impulses (or intuitions), you feel relieved, relaxed, and somehow happier. It doesn’t exactly make sense, but it makes life seem better.

2)      You’re drawn to meditation and spiritual study. When you meditate, it may be for spiritual fulfillment, a desire, relaxation, or peace-but you feel different after your practice. A special presence remains with you for minutes, hours, or even the day.

3) 4)      You see and feel light. Light comes to you. The room grows brighter, or sunlight floods the room when you have a particular thought or feeling. You know it’s your inner connection. The world is responding to your higher thoughts.

3)      Negativity just doesn’t work. Life doesn’t work when you’re angry or upset or sad. The whole day moves into a tailspin. Somehow, you know it doesn’t help to feel angry at the world.  (After all, you’re sending negativity to negativity—and similar energy creates more of the same.) It’s better to find the peace within inner self before working on boundaries or expressing your thoughts. A part of you knows this even if you don’t always remember it.  (Everyone is learning  to send light to darkness to ignite change.)

4) You’re becoming aware of the difference between intuiting other people’s negative thoughts and your own patterns. As the light level on the planet increases, everyone is becoming more sensitive to people, places, and things (think nouns.) You realize the importance of discerning between your energy and the energy of others. You have an inkling of how the flow of your life changes when you are around specific people.

5)      You KNOW bigger solutions exist in relationship to the repetition of problems in life. Aspects of your problems may reflect childhood issues, difficulties, or beliefs (or past life karma), but your feelings are a separate issue. You’ve figured it out. When you feel badly, it usually involves the same emotions, thoughts, and sensations. It’s necessary to change yourself, which involves working on your inner/spiritual connection–and taking action.

6)      You’re learning how to find a higher spiritual frequency when life goes awry. You don’t want the same reactions; you want something new. You observe and take action to tap into higher vibrations–and you know what this is in your life. You understand the right direction of thought and feeling to significantly lift your mood.

7) You desire awakening with all of your heart. You’re willing to put aside distractions to stay attuned. You don’t care how much work it takes. You want the spiritual connection enough to change your life. You take time to meditate, recall conversations, and dream up your life in a new way.

NOTE:

Personally, I like to begin the meditation process with visualization. Visualization teaches the art of forming holograms, which we use to navigate through life (often subconsciously.) By focusing on the heart and its desires, we learn about the imagery, feelings, and sensations, which lead us toward or away from our desires. Through observation of the two sets of information, we learn to discern the not self and true self. This process provides a great deal of information about the self and the direction of life.

Creating with Holographic Fields

eachmorning_viapeternelson

The importance of understanding personal holograms is vast, particularly as our energy increases, because it gives the opportunity for evolutionary change. We project everything–the world, our home, work place, prosperity and other people–from the past, into the present and future. It’s how we create our worlds, only it’s not very creative. (It’s difficult to change anything unless we understand how energy is involved in our lives.)

We “pick up” energy from others as well as the actual images or holograms that they send or emit. We consistently project holographic images of ourselves, home, workplace, the future and the future of the world. We do this every time that we focus on the future or feel into the future to see what will happen. (Future events often correspond to our ability to project, receive and choose higher or lower frequencies.) In other words, we either concentrate or increase the present energy through our personal viewpoint or consciously change it.

1) When not feeling our best, we tend to project “lower” holograms of others and receive lower energy holograms. For example we may receive information from people who do not fully love us or negative feelings.

2) When we are in a higher frequency, we tend to receive supportive holograms from others. (Also note that people often ask for help when we’re at a higher frequency. Use discernment and don’t let others pull you down – call back or help later when refreshed or rested.)

3) Our purest holograms – which are always of the fulfillment of our highest dreams – accompany our higher frequency. This is the reason for spending 15 minutes in soul connection each day. Only the soul can perfectly project this type of imagery.

4) If you are feeling tired or discouraged, try to turn any thoughts (about others, yourself or life) back toward the heart. Focus on the beauty of your heart. Know that irritated or less than feelings will dissipate when your higher frequency returns. Be patient and stay centered.

It’s helpful to look at anything with a lower frequency (or not loving) as an illusion. A part of us usually resonates with it or believes it, or we wouldn’t experience it. If we raise our frequency up to love, it becomes impossible to receive anything other than positive vibrations. We can temporarily (at least) vibrate above a situation by holding a positive vision or frequency.

Creating From a Higher Frequency

1)      Notice your feelings and projection about the self.  Do you see your self as good, bad or indifferent (or okay?) Now, recall an image of a time when you felt wonderful and were happy with your self. Repeat the exercise with your body. Notice the difference in the energy of the two images. More energy comes with positive images. We constantly form a perpetual image of ourselves and project it forward. It’s wise to send love and light to the image of “you” on a regular basis.

2)      When our energy is low, we tend to project holograms of the lower kind by seeing the dark side of reality. We focus on the more human or bothersome parts of personalities, the difficulties in our lives, other people or the world. We tend to project this type of imagery. It’s helpful to rest and take a break from life while reminding yourself how imagery changes when our mood or frequency heightens.
3) Problems are best solved from higher frequencies by seeing the solution in the mind and sending love to the final outcome. Love the creative part of the self that finds solutions.

Practical Knowledge

We create a format for receiving when we fully visualize a desire. This act of visualization gives a form or template for the return of universal energy. Otherwise, the energy simply amplifies our current life with its high points and repetition.

It’s important to understand the strength of the visual repetition of a desire. We actually create prosperity by seeing it. We create love by feeling it. We create abundance by imagining that we already live in it. We create our desired work by taking steps toward it while visualizing the proper outcome.

As we raise our frequency through the acquisition of higher desires (such as more love, abundance and joy) and working with angels and masters, we receive and give more energy. The visualization of a completed desire is a form for receiving in a new way. When we receive in a new way, we automatically begin transmuting and dissolving karma, while benefiting others on the path.
