More Abundance

Everyone wants more abundance because it implies an infinite connection with the “good” aspects of the universe. For those who have ample abundance, there are dreams of love, better health, or a new way of life. Ultimately, it’s the same vision but slightly different.

Abundance is a frequency. It’s much like tapping into a radio station, a particular band of energy. As with the radio, you have to know the “number” or feeling of the frequency to locate it. You also have to search for it and tune into it. We identify the right frequency by listening to the “sound” for a moment or two.

Tapping into the right frequency for abundance involves positive thought, imagery, and identifying positive desires. (It’s more effective to desire happiness and relief than to focus on bills or lack.)  Feeling abundance means imagining prosperity, seeing ample income for bills, and creating a vision of life without financial worries. Focus on the goodness you want to experience.

Abundance comes in beautiful waves. Keep pulling in the waves. (All positive, material states require constant vigilance and practice because of duality. Everything ascends and descends. There are spaces between the waves.)

With manifestation, change often comes in “levels.” Your income or life style may improve, but you may feel the desire for increased expansion. Give gratitude and thanks for small changes while visualizing larger improvements.

Initially – as with all visualization – work is required. You literally impose a higher vibration (prosperity) onto a lower vibration (need and lack.) If you stay with the work, abundance will flow into your life. In time, the work becomes easier and requires less focus. (This is true of all spiritual work.)

Know you have the “power.” If you are spiritually connected, you definitely have the power. It may take time to learn how to use it or find the right visualization, but it’s doable. Believe in you and call on the universe often. (Stay open to change and seeing life differently.)

Use your prosperity to help others. Use the same visualization techniques to see affluence for others (without their knowledge.) When you spend correctly and lovingly, you encourage the flow of prosperity throughout the world. Choose to become the person who creates abundance for yourself and the world.

Here are a few tips.

  • The universe shares abundance in waves. Tapping into the wave can mean leaving behind beliefs such as not feel deserving and/or believing good people are limited to a particular income The beliefs are diverse, but you can connect into the frequency of prosperity through your inner consciousness.
  • Visualization is an important tool. It’s important to make a practice of seeing what you want as opposed to reflecting negatively on your experience. For example, see the desired business or money flowing into your life as opposed to not having the desired amount. Change the way you view the flow of money events in your life. (Money always comes after I spend correctly. Money flows in at a tremendous rate when I pay my bills.)
  • Ultimately, prosperity is energy like anything else. Anything can be obtained through a wave-length—good or bad. If you use the energy to help yourself, improve your life, and share with others, it’s positive energy. (You eliminate fear while helping others to create the same vibration.)
  • It requires practice and action. If you truly want a big change, then 15-20 minutes of daily visualization is not much work. You may also need to work physically as in finding a job or more work. It’s easier to create money when you have it.
  • Express gratitude while asking for more. Notice everything that is wonderful in your life but expand it as well.

Simple Steps for Manifestation

Everyone is already manifesting. The first step is realizing how your thoughts, emotions, and visual imagery affect your life. Meditation naturally alters the flow of visualization as well as the direction of your thoughts and emotions. It softens the negative emotions and opens the heart to love, and conscious visualization activates the energy needed to create a desire.

  • You become more powerful when you consistently meditate and actively visualize. Your meditation and visualization practices actually direct the particles of energy around you into form. (When we don’t consciously direct energy, it takes the form of your lower thoughts.) Your thoughts and emotions take form more quickly and easily when you meditate. You also accumulate or store energy, which makes it easier to navigate through life.
  • Your desires come from a higher source. This higher source (God or the universe) wants you to have prosperity, abundance, love, vitality, and a greater spiritual connection. Creating the positive in your life is part of stepping into your true identity. If you are consistently meditating, you learn how love is the magical substance, which transforms your life.
  • Creating what you want or desire often means “seeing” the opposite of your experience. For example, if you are unhappy in a particular area of life, you must see the exact opposite. If you experience financial loss, you see financial opportunities and gain. If you are broken-hearted, you visualize love coming from all directions in life. (It’s not enough to simply see it. You must feel and embrace it. You make the subjective experience more real than “life.”)
  • Light vibrates at a higher level than “real” life. The rules are different in the quantum field. Lost objects reappear in strange places. Money manifests. You can grow younger, and opportunities appear from nowhere.  The point is not asking how. Trust in the light and universal power. (You don’t need to know how. Stay with practice and act when prompted from the inner self.)
  • If you share your desire with others, you are less likely to manifest it. It’s best to keep quiet. You can always ask other people about their life. If something brings spiritual and physical success, it’s best not to discuss it. Spend your time helping others by seeing good things for them.
  • When you want to give up, you’re probably close to manifesting your desire. There is an energetic rule regarding manifestation. It takes a tremendous effort to manifest the last 5-10% of a desire. People often see success in the early phases, and they feel encouraged in the middle phase. They wonder if it will come into fruition in the last phase. It’s very important to persevere through the last phase. It’s the most difficult step. It requires a great deal of energy, but it is always worth it. And you learn it’s possible to endure through this phase, which typically seems to last forever!

After your desire manifests, you will feel happy and relieved. There is a temptation to put aside the spiritual work, rest, and revel in the results. (Don’t give in.) Actually, it is the most important time to renew your spiritual practice because manifestation is ultimately about drawing closer to the universe and its secrets. It is the realization that happiness, which comes from the inner self, is greater than any material achievement.

7 Tips on Manifestation

Manifestation becomes increasingly important as we move into the New Age. Everyone is already manifesting their life, and life opens and expands when we consciously create by focusing on the images of our heart and inner self—as opposed to reflecting and amplifying the imagery of the people around us, the media, and mass consciousness. (Additionally, karma is mitigated as we “erase” old patterns and move into a higher space of being.)

  1. Manifestation responds to our light level. When we connect with all of our heart and from a place of love and light, the universe answers. It requires a commitment of the self to create a dream. (All dreams and desires should aid ourselves and the world by raising the frequency of the world around us.)
  2. Desiring greater abundance, happiness, peace, and success come for the soul. The inner self longs for expansion and expression; it thrives on positive change. By understanding the placement of the desire as an expression of the inner self, it can be easier to commit to the practical aspects of the work, which include meditation, visualization, and devotion—and many small changes in physical world.
  3. Awakening heightens the desire to manifest. It opens awareness to the negative inner dialog and conflicting emotions, which repress all deep desires. It gives access to the heart where love and dreams abide. The heart opens and flourishes, expressing greater love as the process ensues.
  4. The process is quickened by “experiencing” the desire. We substitute the domain of the desire for the current experiences of life. For example, we might see ourselves in a large, beautiful home while washing dishes or looking in our closet. We might imagine perfect health when it’s difficult to complete specific exercises or complete a long walk. We can see great abundance when viewing our bank account.
  5. Our overall frequency is heightened by the “work”. If we turn to the universe for help, open our hearts, and see a better reality, we tune into a higher broadcast of energy that eventually supersedes our current experience of life.
  6. Believe in the power of the universe to amplify and create desires. Communicate and cooperate by seeing the manifestation in great detail, accompanied by happy, calm emotions. (Everything in the physical world has a specific appearance, weight/height, density, and sensation. Add this to the overall equation.)
  7. Keep the silence. Desires manifest more quickly when we remain quiet. Other people affect our desires with their emotions and thoughts, which can limit their manifestation. (This practice teaches thinking before speaking, which is an important “human” lesson.)

More Abundance, Part II

news_global
Abundance is part of cosmic connection.
“Reality” responds to our inner thoughts and feelings. When we are connected with the inner self and the universe, our thoughts and feelings change. In general, energy flows into the physical, amplifying our thoughts, feelings, emotions, and sensations – in a positive sense.
Energy follows our frequency. Abundance responds to our thoughts and feelings.
The positive, peaceful energy of meditation flows best when we receive it with positive energy and thoughts. It often boosts creativity and awakens inner desires.
Abundance grows as a result of our inner work.
Raising personal frequency comes from inner connection, positive thoughts, and images–and a strong desire to create to something new and better in life.
1) Every physical and spiritual change requires meditative work as well as small, personal changes in the physical world. An initial step may involve savings or small purchases, thinking of money differently, or thinking about it in a new way. (It can also involve additional work and/or a new attitude about work.)
2) In spiritual work, it’s necessary to accept the moment (good and bad) while meditating joyfully on the desired change. Accept the moment and bless its goodness while continuing to see a “better” reality. With abundance, a desired change should include positive (but reasonable and practical) material shifts, an increase of ease in life, and some form of spiritual application (study, classes, self-development) – as well balanced generosity.
3) It’s important to bless the appearance of answers – even when they are not exactly correct. It may appear that the desired job is on the horizon or money is on the way, but it doesn’t manifest. Give thanks for the appearance and continue to visualize. (It’s a sign of the universe taking note – an indication of the coming of the fulfilled desire.)
4) Take note of when/where/how visualizations work and/or don’t manifest. Give particular attention to these areas. Create new images, feelings of excitement, and the sensation of relief and gratitude associated with success. Don’t give up. Practice more.
5) It can take time to create through meditation and visualization. It’s a practice, not a temporary answer. When a small dream is realized, visualize a larger one. Recreate your dream consistently and visualize it often. (The power of this practice can be utilized in many areas of life. )

Soul Lessons

news_butterflies

We are all learning soul lessons. It’s helpful to review them from time to time.

  1. Everyone is constantly creating. Co-creation can come from subconscious patterns, or it can flow from connection with the inner self. Since we’re always creating, it’s helpful to work at manifesting the desires of the inner self by envisioning happy, peaceful outcomes. (Positive outcomes are typically win/win.)
  2. Part of the motion of the current energy is a bit like a roller coaster. It moves up and down. Our job involves monitoring the energy by understanding it’s possible to raise the energy level (and the accompanying events) by moving out of fear, doubt, or anger (or other emotions.) When we focus on a higher vibration, “reality” must change by matching the inner vibration.
  3. Eventually, we learn to attract our inner self. There’s actually nothing else that can bring happiness besides alignment with the inner self. The strongest, best desires always align with this part of the self. (We also learn to recognize the feeling of the lower self and move beyond it. Both motions—aligning and moving away–are part of inner evolution.)
  4. We are learning what we intuitively “read” from others on a deeper level. As we become more positive, we may judge someone less or find their energy unbearable. It’s a bit of a paradox. When we gain light, we become more sensitive and change our perceptions. Our perceptions alter with the placement of our consciousness.
  5. As our consciousness becomes higher, patterns repeat more quickly. There is less space between the events and reactions associated with lower energy cycles. We’re experiencing this because the universe is pushing us through patterns, so we can evolve. Observe, reflect, and send love to the pattern.
  6. Every desirable state such as health, wealth, abundance, loving relationships, or spiritual connection is associated with a particular frequency. Basically, we’re learning to attract and align with the frequency, which is needed to manifest the desire. (Other people also benefit from our work.) We can ask for the feeling or sensation of the frequency to bring it into our lives.
  7. Our perception of the future is often associated with the placement of our consciousness. When we are connected and happy, it’s easy to envision a positive future. We may feel discouraged when we’re at a lower point of consciousness. (The point is that everything in our personal reality is changing to reflect us, so we can evolve out of our patterns and move into love and light.) It’s important to believe in the value of meditation and visualization–and to stay focused. The work yields results.

Planetary Change: Shifting Energies

Mercury will move direct on October 9, and Pluto moved direct last week. There is a T-square between Jupiter, Saturn, and Neptune, which can alternately cause stress or a push for action. Uranus and Pluto remain square, so there is a continuation of the combination of powerful energies felt throughout the year. It is a gentler chart but still contains the push for change.

It’s useful to look at the shifts during the period of Uranus/Pluto squares (2012-15), accompanied by geo-magnetic shifts, solar flares, and an overall lack of stability. Difficult astrological energies followed, bringing challenges, stress, and (eventually) greater reliance on the inner self. For many of us, it marked a decision to move more deeply into awakening—since nothing else truly works.

Admittedly, many people flow through the outer world as though nothing has changed. But it is the time of the Great Awakening when we can open the door to the “Field” and feel the flow of love and light. It’s also a time when everyone chooses to go higher or lower. (In yoga, it’s taught that we either become more of who we are or less of our true presence through practice. It’s a determining factor for everyone.)

Throughout the past three years, the patterns of energy work altered (along with the patterns and seasons of the earth.) When energy heightens, we have new perceptions. Everything begins to work differently.

Here are a few observations:

  1. The quest for the inner self is the most fascinating mystery in our existence. Many people search for it in hope of answers. Awakening brings an incredible wave of love and understanding. True manifestation takes place through gamma waves, a state of super drive involving all portions of the brain. Gamma waves may only come through transmission from others and/or deeper levels of awakening and inner work.
  2. Meditation, visualization, and positive emotions may be one of the most effective ways of changing the world. As we gain self-mastery, we alter our world. As many of us perfect our practice, the outcome is amplified. (One of our greatest tools is sending light in place of negative emotion, and correcting our “impressions” of life by sending light to our perceptions.)
  3. The overall energy oscillates; it moves up and down. One day, everything is fine. The next day, it’s strange or exhausting. A few days later, it’s fine. (On the lower energy, negative patterns usually come to light. On the high energy days, we experience hope and happiness. In addition to learning about energetic patterns, we learn to conserve our own energy and observe how we use it in the flow of life. This teaches about balance.
  4. There is an incredible amount of abundance. Eventually, everyone will grasp it. We will understand how wishing good (and abundance for others) creates more for everyone. When we manifest properly, we actually create it for others
  5. With more light, everyone becomes more intuitive, gaining greater awareness of other people’s underlying thoughts and feelings. Eventually, vibrations will speak more loudly than words. The true feelings and actions of others will become apparent as the truth becomes more obvious.

Recreating Your Life

intuitive

Spirituality is the key, the vortex, and secret to the entire process of recreating your life. The movie, The Secret, obscured the real point of manifestation, which is co-creation with the God Force. It is the feeling of connection that enlivens positive imagery, sensations and emotions. When we learn to visualize and feel our lives moving in a different direction, life changes.

Most people are not aware of the incredible influence of mental imagery and emotion in life. Essentially, we change ourselves by altering the flow of the focus of consciousness. Everyone wants a better life, but many people don’t know how to create it. They lack information in altering the lens of their consciousness.

I’m including tips for positively changing your perception of your reality and raising your frequency. They work best with connection and a state of love. I included ideas for prosperity, relationships and body.  (I recommend choosing one area for change initially.)

Loving Your Prosperity

1) Make a positive practice of always “seeing” your bank balance go up. Set an intention as now or in the near future.

2) See more money in your wallet. Real money (cash) attracts money. It’s even more powerful when you collect or save real money at home.

3) See prices go down whenever you shop. See gasoline, food, or shampoo, etc. lasting longer.

4) Wait a few minutes before responding to a sale – walk out of the store or away from the internet, see what you truly want and ask if you will use it before you buy.

5) See the great light of the universe as providing all that you need, several times each day.

6) Write your angels and ask for funding NOW.

7) When you increase your financial prosperity, it helps everyone to create more of the same.

Loving Relationships

1) When you love yourself, then other people are more loving. It’s easier to find the right relationship or create the right relationship with your current partner.

2) When you think of the other person, send pink light or love. If you don’t have a partner, use an outline and send pink light or love. Imagine the other person is beaming the love back toward you.

3) Note times of day, events and mental wanderings about old relationships or current relationships. Identify the feeling or thoughts. (Often negative thoughts and feelings stem from lack of expression of true feelings and refusal to uphold personal boundaries. If you could do it over, what would you delete (besides the person?) What did you learn?

4) Note recurrences of energy in your personal life. What might need work or resolution? It’s important to note duality” in relationships, as it’s fairly normal to feel a need to enable on one hand or have stricter boundaries on the other. Try to observe and love both parts of yourself. Make small, positive changes.

5) Sometimes, we outgrow relationships (or our relationship shifts) when our frequency becomes higher. Love the central light in each individual, when you cannot love the person.

Loving Your Body

1) See yourself as younger in the mirror (particularly in the morning and at the end of the day.) Send pink light to your reflection.

2) Before exercising, pull in memories relating to the times when you were very fit or pleased with your appearance.

3) Plan to look and feel younger. Stretch out of your age group and into timeless.

4) Eat well and exercise. Practice aerobic and inner exercise (yoga, chi gong daily.) Alkaline foods are helpful in cleansing the body. Measure your water and drink it.

5) Visualize improvements in diet and exercise when you can’t do it and then let go. Don’t worry about the past. Visualize the future improvements.

6) Avoid people who are critical of your appearance or make you feel older.

7) Recall times of feeling wonderful, vital and healthy.

8) Project a feeling of sleeping well and waking rested each night. Imagine a wonderful appearance for the next day.

Navigating the New Energies

The month of May brings eclipses on May 9 and 24. Eclipses can act as a reset button –think of the brief darkness of an eclipse followed by the return of light. More importantly they activate beginnings and endings. This year is about learning to live with continual change, as our emotions and thoughts alter with the cosmic weather, global events and the swing of mass consciousness.

We’ve probably noticed the return of particular themes during times of stress. Our feelings and reaction to stress is part of the paradigm. It also emphasizes the importance of meditation. Developing a devoted practice means meditating every day –even when we’re too tired or busy.

If we want to move with the energy, it’s important to think about the spiritual self. It’s always there. The true self activates flowing feelings of well-being, harmonious interaction with others, prosperity and health. It’s equally important to glimpse the “not-self”, the part of the self that generates negative feelings, fear and limitation.

By observing the not-self and identifying the true self, we can make progress quickly. By learning exercises for connection and becoming familiar with our fearful thoughts or feelings, we move toward expansion. We expand our world by changing ourselves.

As the spiritual centers open, we receive more light. In the beginning, more light is often confusing because we see and feel life differently. We feel other people more; emotion and sensation become more intense. One of the fascinating aspects of the process surrounds co-creation. We gain awareness of how we create.

We may project a negative feeling toward an activity or person and then receive a negative outcome. Sometimes, we recall a positive memory with a location and have a positive experience. But we become aware of the association of our thoughts, feelings, and visualization with specific outcomes.

This particular awareness is called awakening. We suddenly realize how we create through our participation in life. It’s part of soul evolution. Understanding our participation is the beginning of the process. As we learn to differentiate between desires of the soul and ego, we can create profound change by assuming a positive attitude and holding new images.

Part of the challenge lies in holding the imagery and feeling while experiencing waves of “reality” which seem to travel in the opposite direction. (Think of fear, doubt, tiredness or chaos.) From a higher perspective, the strange waves of new energy offer an opportunity for mastering the positive states of our higher nature.
