The heart projects the rhythm of the soul. By learning to recognize the rhythm and feeling of connection with the heart, we can find our center. We can feel peace, happiness and joy.
When moving through conflict or indecision, we can always return to the heart and amplify feelings of love. One of my favorite meditations is “Pink Heart Meditation.” I love this exercise so I recorded it for you.
