More About Manifestation

Manifestation is becoming increasingly important as a way of altering the flow of life.. As we become more intuitive, it can change small outcomes as well as the vibrations of others around us. On a higher level, it can connect us to our heart’s desires and act as an aid in our personal evolution–and perhaps the world.

Active manifestation involves alignment with higher energies and the inner self. Positive shifts in the environment and/or our personal world come from a change in consciousness, a state of heightened awareness. Initially, work may begin through awareness of discomfort and/or negative emotion, but the situation often changes by altering perception.
Here are a few tips:
1) It begins with awareness, the placement of consciousness, and a strong desire. A strong desire comes from the heart; it is beneficial and promotes positive change.
2) Meditation is one of the most effective tools with manifestation. It opens the heart and calls in higher consciousness. However, focusing a desire intently works, particularly when accompanied by positive emotion.  Your heart’s desire is created by you and the Universe. The Universe is aware of  your true heartfelt desire and will help if you ask.
3) You must create an energy mass that is equivalent to your desire. This statement can be simplified by saying that your heart’s desire has a certain amount of mass that is weighed in energy. When you meditate, change your thoughts, emotions and take an action toward its manifestation, you are accumulating energy, which is needed for anything to materialize in physical form.
4) Every physical object holds a specific vibration. You pull in the vibration of the object (even money) by visualizing and feeling its density, size, shape, color and the interaction between you and its physical form.  Imagine living in the image of the desired reality. Energy or attention creates “more” of the object of your focus. If you focus on lack of love, prosperity or joy in your life, then you naturally create more of an undesirable state. The same is true with positive reflections. When you speak about a happy/unhappy state of mind, you create a vibration through the voice — a sound or frequency that reinforces the appearance of a desirable or undesirable state.
5) It’s important to know you are worthy. You’re a beloved of the universe, who deserves a wonderful life. As you move into this knowledge and practice manifestation actively, you’ll become more intuitive and gain awareness of how to shift your consciousness to create more harmony for yourself and the world.
