Making Manifestation Work for You!

Manifestation is one of the most incredible tools for creating harmony and happiness. The visualization of the heart’s desire activates a special part of a consciousness, which encourages a positive flow of life. (In general, intuition grows, positive feedback from others ensues, and small miracles occur on the journey to the realization of a“wish”.)

It’s a mystery, but manifestation enlarges the “creator” part of human consciousness, which doesn’t occur during meditation. (Meditation bestows connection with the inner self and the universe at large, but it doesn’t engage the creative process with the inner self.)  “Creation” through visualization and small, physical steps may be part of our next evolutionary step. After all, it is important to listen to our heart and follow its path by creating in the inner/outer world.

  1. Creating a happy, positive reality is part of soul work. It actually aligns you with the universe, awakening hidden abilities and revealing unusual and/or unexpected answers. Generally, it reveals a non-logical but fulfilling path.
  2. Positive manifestation is how you connect to higher consciousness including light, love, and higher realizations. It’s also a way of letting go of who you are not and learning to love who you truly are. (Everyone is already manifesting. A conscious practice is about creating what you want.)
  3. With every manifestation, there is a block or resistance within the self. Let’s call it a mistake in perception, which is corrected by inner work. (It’s obvious how other people block themselves; the challenge lies with seeing the self.) Yes, there is a part of you that blocks the manifestation. (Everyone blocks goodness, abundance, and love. It’s part of what manifestation sets free.)
  4. Manifestation can occur in a few seconds or a few years. It has to do with your evolutionary path, practice, persistence, and other factors such as the people in your life, etc. (On this topic, no one ever regrets the work when the manifestation occurs.) Higher vibrations and positive emotions/thoughts encourage it.
  5. Often, intuition develops sharply as a result of manifestation work. Your gifts may become apparent, and new people often come into your life as a result of inner growth. It’s important to continue your work at this point. (These positive results are known as “rainbows” on the path. They are an indication of positive inner work, but your job is remaining devoted to the next step on the path.)

NOTE:  As you master manifestation, it becomes easy to repeat the steps for yourself, others, and the world. It may be part of how you and the world become conscious together. (Think of 1,000 people with accurate manifestation skills who can see and create wonderful outcomes for the world.)

Tips  on Visualization

  1. Visualization is the first step for manifestation. Make a laser sharp image and focus all of your consciousness on it for 10-15 minutes daily. Imagine living in the image by seeing it as a particular time of day, and you’re “living” in the image for 10 minutes or so.. Notice who accompanies you in the imagery and the passage of events in your life. Accompany the imagery with a positive, happy feeling.
  2. Substitute your imagery for lower feelings. For example, if you’re meditating on money, but bills come in the mail, return the image and make it “real”. It can take many repetitions because your negative feelings and experience may seem more real in the beginning.
  3. It can take a few weeks to master the feeling of the manifestation. For example, if you’re visualizing success, it’s working when you feel more confident. If you’re looking for a better body image, it’s creating a change when you feel better about how you look. (Physical changes follow inner projections, but they often begin with emotional and/or mental shifts.)
  4. You should become more aware of the inner self through your manifestation work. You may hear your inner voice or become more aware of when you’re connected or disconnected. You may also notice that life flows in a specific way with a mood change or a difference in your flow of energy.
  5. You will wonder if it’s working—or when it will work. It’s helpful to tell yourself that it will occur when you’re aligned. (It is happening, but it takes time for energy to translate from the invisible to the visible world.)  From this perspective, try to create positive, small changes in your daily routine and ask how you can become more flexible, compassionate, and loving. (The universe loves this.)

More Abundance

quietbeauty

Everyone wants more abundance because it implies an infinite connection with the “good” aspects of the universe. For those who have ample abundance, there are dreams of love, better health, or a different way of life. Ultimately, it’s the same vision but slightly different.

Abundance is a frequency. It’s much like tapping into a radio station, a particular band of energy. As with the radio, you have to know the “number” or feeling of the frequency to locate it. You also have to search for it and tune into it. We identify the right frequency by listening to the “sound” for a moment or two.

  • Tapping into the right frequency for abundance involves positive thought, imagery, and identifying positive desires. (It’s more effective to desire happiness and relief than to focus on bills or lack.)  Feeling abundance means imagining prosperity, seeing ample income for bills, and creating a vision of life without financial worries. Focus on the goodness you want to experience.
  • Abundance comes in beautiful waves. Keep pulling in the waves. (All positive, material states require constant vigilance and practice because of duality. Everything ascends and descends. There are spaces between the waves.)
  • With manifestation, change often comes in “levels.” Your income or life style may improve, but you may feel the desire for increased expansion. Give gratitude and thanks for small changes while visualizing larger improvements.
  • Initially – as with all visualization – work is required. You literally impose a higher vibration (prosperity) onto a lower vibration (need and lack.) If you stay with the work, abundance will flow into your life. In time, the work becomes easier and requires less focus. (This is true of all spiritual work.)
  • Know you have the “power.” If you are spiritually connected, you definitely have the power. It may take time to learn how to use it or find the right visualization, but it’s doable. Believe in you and call on the universe often. (Stay open to change and seeing life differently.)
  • Begin to imagine yourself as already having abundance. Entertain images of yourself with greater abundance. Imagine how you would spend your hours as well as how abundance could lead to greater spirituality and freedom.
  • Use your prosperity to help others. Use the same visualization techniques to see affluence for others (without their knowledge.) When you spend correctly and lovingly, you encourage the flow of prosperity throughout the world. Choose to become the person who creates abundance for yourself and the world.

NOTE: I like to imagine an abundant state for the planet. Everyone has an abundance of prosperity, time, and love. People work to share their gifts and bring goodness into the world, and there is much time for visiting, gifting, and enjoying life.

Full Moon and Lunar Eclipse

news_fullmoon

A strong, cosmic energy is at play; it will grow and expand by the light of the full moon and lunar eclipse. This lunar eclipse coincides with the super moon for the first time in thirty-three years. (A super moon simply means it is closer to the earth than usual.) Obviously, the energy will be powerful. A strong, cosmic energy is at play; it will grow and expand by the light of the full moon and solar eclipse.

Changes are currently taking place on the esoteric plane. The inner world is rearranging itself—and creating a higher pattern. The energies are very strong, and it can feel like a roller coaster with a wonderful, calm feeling beneath the highs and lows.

It’s a revolutionary love energy with the potential to anchor in a new world. I suspect we’re moving through the process of seeing our lower patterns while experiencing the sensations of the beauty and calm of a new dimension of life. It simply means that we’re experiencing a higher dimension as we oscillate between our lower patterns and more connection with the higher self.

The full moon chart is strong with many powerful aspects. Sun in (life, yang energy) in Libra (balance, scales) is opposite the Moon (emotions, yin energy, the mother) in Aries, which represents passion and new beginnings. The chart demonstrates the necessity of balance (material/spiritual life) as we continue our passage into a world where everything works differently and changes every few months.

All of those with an open heart will move into a new beginning. The energy has accumulated throughout the year; it will pour down on the days between the equinox and full moon/lunar eclipse. (As usual, those who are attuned will feel it most.) It’s an interesting, tense chart with a great deal of push and pull.

The opposition between Sun (life, outer self) and Mercury (communication, thought) and the Moon (mother, feminine energy) in Aries could describe much of the overall chart. In this case, the planets are speaking two different languages or transmitting opposite energies. (Sometimes, it means we have to find the “good” in the opposites symbolized by each of the two planets and read between the lines.) For example, Moon in Aries asks for bold action while Sun and Mercury focus on pondering a situation—finding the balance (answer) through slow reflection. But if we only reflect, we can’t move forward (Libra); we need to energy supplied by Aries to take action. Mercury also represents the higher mind, so the solution might involve looking the two sides of an equation, tapping into the higher mind for direction, and planning or taking action.

Venus rises in Leo and conjuncts Mars. Venus and Mars conjunct can represent good communications with the opposite sex—or simply understanding the interplay between the male/female side of the personality. Venus also squares Saturn, which means Venus urges play while Saturn (time, limitation, karma)  pushes us into work. Venus trines Uranus and urges creativity in a spiritual, non-traditional way.

Multiple squares and oppositions play through this chart along with mitigating influences. Mercury (communication), Venus (pleasure, beauty, attraction), and Jupiter (good fortune) are square Saturn. Mars and Jupiter make an opposition to Neptune. Sun, Moon, and Mercury are opposite Pluto. In short, there is a great deal of tension (squares) and variation of feeling (opposition=two opposite feelings at one time or intermittently.)

Moving through this jigsaw puzzle of pieces, which seemingly don’t match, is part of the process of finding the inner self. By sliding all of the aspects of the self together, we may find alchemical gold—or deep alignment with the inner self.

Tips:

  1. Don’t allow people on a lower vibration to move into your field. If they are on a lower vibration, they will definitely attach to your energy field by sharing their angst. Set boundaries. (Their problems can wait.) Stay in the light and ask for guidance.
  2. Observe patterns when they appear. With several oppositions, personal patterns will appear and disappear during this time period. Use it as an opportunity to move into the higher self or observe.
  3. Move more deeply into the light when things are good. It’s a wonderful opportunity for experiencing more of the inner self. Sit outdoors under the beautiful moon and stars.
  4. Venus can represent love on a higher level. It trines Uranus (the “field”, spirituality), which can inspire wonderful thoughts, creativity, and brilliance through the expression of inner gifts.
  5. Many of the squares and oppositions will last for only a few days. Life will become quieter before we pass through another intense period. The lesson involves learning to find the stillness within the inner self. (We don’t feel the storms within this place–at least not as much.)

Sabian Symbols

The Sabian Symbols speak loudly on the Full Moon. By reflecting on their message, we can receive insights about the overall chart.

Sun is on Libra 5, “A Man Teaching the True Inner Knowledge of the New World to His Students.”  It’s a lovely symbol, radiating the feeling of truth and love in a new age. Everyone holds this essential knowledge within the inner self. It can become awakened by teachers and/or personal insights.

In a time of many teachers and students, it’s also important to feel the truth within ourselves—and learn with discernment. Conversely, some people have a pure spirit and teach by transmitting their inner light and love.

Moon is exactly opposite Sun in Aries 5. “A White Triangle is Seen; It has Golden Wings” is the symbol of this degree. An upwardly pointing triangle points to the reception of information from the universe, the Divine. White is the color of purity; a triangle represents harmony.

The color, golden, represents the alchemical process of transmuting the ego into the higher self. The image of wings may symbolize angels, the divine beings who aid in lifting our consciousness into a higher place of being. (The moon rules emotions and moods, so this speaks of raising our feelings to a more positive level.)

It’s interesting to note that the symbol for Sun speaks of traditional teachings and awakenings; the moon hints at the value of emotional work to achieve emotional harmony.

Mercury sits on Libra 9, conjunct sun and opposite Moon. Libra 9 is symbolized by “Three Old Masters Hanging in a Special Room in an Art Gallery—Sometimes They Seem to Speak to Each Other.” The paintings of masters transcend time; they speak to our soul through beauty and technique. They exude energy, which is available for the viewers of fine art.

Since Mercury rules communication and thought, the master paintings could refer to the energy exuded by various sources—unspoken content, which is literally transmitted by an object. This symbol encourages unseen and unspoken communication as a part of inner development.

Venus is square Saturn, trine Uranus on Leo 23, “A Bareback Rider Displaying Her Dangerous Skill.” Incredible skills are developed through practice, patience, and balance. Horses represent power in the shamanic tradition. People or a crowd of people are implied through “displays.”

Increasingly, we receive reminders about our inner power. Through the love (Venus) and devotion, we may learn to hone our skills to employ our spiritual power in an amazing way—to share and perform for a large collection of people.

Mars is placed on Virgo 2, square Saturn, “A Large White Cross, Dominating the Landscape, Stands Alone on Top of a High Hill.” This symbol can refer to the need for time alone to develop spiritual beliefs. It can also refer to beliefs, relating to the Piscean Age, such as suffering and sacrificing personal needs to align with religious beliefs.

In the Aquarian Age, there is an emphasis on creating an unified field through spirituality. Perhaps, it is time to create a happier balance between spirituality and the daily rituals of “reality.” We could also choose to see spirituality as the process of creating an abundant, happy life in the spiritual and physical world—or walking in both worlds!

Jupiter is on Virgo 11, “A Boy Molded in His Mother’s Aspirations for Him.” This symbol could speak of the societal and familial expectations placed on everyone. It’s impossible to live up to all of the expectations and dreams of other people. Some of the “molding”  or cultural shaping is important because we learn manners and methods of relating to others. Conversely, the projections and aspirations of others can align–or interfere–with the development of the inner self.

Perhaps, we are discerning between our true nature and the “projected” nature of those who surround us.

Saturn sits on Sagittarius 1, squaring Jupiter and Neptune, “Retired Army Veterans Gather to Reawaken Old Memories.” Gathering together and talking about the past brings up specific memories of shared periods of time. Through greater understanding and discussion, we can see the true reason behind conflicts or causes for world issues. But we can also cling to the past, which eliminates moving forward into a new life.

Saturn rules time, and the message may concern understanding the conglomeration of images, which create an “image” or hologram of the past, to understand a larger truth. When we understand the truth about the past, it’s easier to release old soul contracts, patterns, and habits, which limit our expansion.

8 Tips on Manifestation

lovelytree

1) Everyone is already manifesting. The first step is realizing how your thoughts, emotions, and visual imagery affect your life. (You can look at the positive and negative aspects of your life.) Meditation naturally alters the flow of visualization as well as the direction of your thoughts and emotions. It softens negative emotions and opens the heart to love. Conscious visualization activates the energy needed to create a desire.

2) You become more powerful when you consistently meditate and actively visualize. Your meditation and visualization practices actually direct the particles of energy around you into form. (When we don’t consciously direct energy, it takes the form of your lower thoughts.) Your thoughts and emotions take form more quickly and easily when you meditate. You also accumulate or store energy, which makes it easier to navigate through life.

3) Your desires come from a higher source. This higher source (God or the universe) wants you to have prosperity, abundance, love, vitality, and a greater spiritual connection. Creating the positive in your life is part of stepping into your true identity. If you are consistently meditating, you learn how love is the magical substance, which transforms your life–and the world.

4) Creating what you want or desire often means “seeing” the opposite of your current experience. For example, if you are unhappy in a particular area of life, you must see the exact opposite. If you experience financial loss, you see financial opportunities and gain. If you are broken-hearted, you visualize love coming from all directions in life. (It’s not enough to simply see it. You must feel and embrace it. You make the subjective experience more real than your actual experience.)

5) Light vibrates at a higher level than “real” life. The rules are different in the quantum field. Lost objects reappear in strange places. Money manifests. You can grow younger, and opportunities appear from nowhere.  The point is not asking how. Trust in the light and universal power. (You don’t need to know how. Stay with practice and act when prompted from the inner self.)

6) If you share your desire with others, you are less likely to manifest it. It’s best to keep quiet. You can always ask other people about their life. If something brings spiritual and physical success, it’s best not to discuss it. Spend your time helping others by seeing good things for them.

7) When you want to give up, you’re probably close to manifesting your desire. There is an energetic rule regarding manifestation. It takes a tremendous effort to manifest the last 5-10% of a desire. People often see success in the early phases, and they feel encouraged in the middle phase. They wonder if it will come into fruition in the last phase. It’s very important to persevere through the last phase. It’s the most difficult step. It requires a great deal of energy, but it is always worth it. And you learn it’s possible to endure through this phase, which typically seems to last forever!

8) After your desire manifests, you will feel happy and relieved. There is a temptation to put aside the spiritual work–to rest, and revel in the results. (Don’t give in.) Actually, it is the most important time to renew your spiritual practice because manifestation is ultimately about drawing closer to the universe and its secrets. Make the realization that happiness, which comes from the inner self, is greater than any material achievement.

Discovering the Inner Self

newsletter_heartsoul

Connection with the inner self involves daily effort. When we are truly connected, we feel inspired and energized. Conversely, our efforts during difficult times can lead us more deeply into the light of the soul. Making an effort is important—even when we feel it isn’t working. It always works, but it can take time before we notice the shift.

The inner self is the one possession, which no one can take away. It brings strength, direction, and unconditional love as well as insights into the universe. Everything in life alters in its “light.”

Here are a few tips for inner discovery:

1) Begin with a light hearted feeling. Think about what makes you feel happy and energized. Recall activities, people, and scenery. The feeling comes from connection, but it also comes from people, places, and nature—and the energy they exude. By determining common factors in the energy, you discover more about the inner self.

2) Change your attitude. Decide to find the part of you, which is attuned to happiness, lightness, and higher consciousness. Everyone works to find happiness; they work with more intent to maintain a positive intent. Address and find the positive in life. (Observe the negative, and develop an awareness to change these aspects of life. Don’t dwell on it. Notice and let it go.)

3) Ask to go deeper and experience more when you meditate. The intent behind meditation can lead to realization of universal truth. Intent can also involve release from emotion, compassion, insight into life issues, and freedom from burdens in life. Interestingly, the desire for realization of the true nature is very effective—and often gifts us with both release and direction.

4) Focus on the heart by feeling love. Love is expressed in many forms, but it’s helpful to meditate on the unconditional love provided by the universe as well as pure forms of personal love such as love for a child, pet, or flower. (Notice how you feel when you experience love. By focusing on it, you open to receiving more of the desirable.)

5) Ask good questions. How would it feel if you lived life from a deepened spiritual state? How would life change? What you lived with alignment with the energy composing your life? What if your heart stayed open to goodness and love? Can you imagine the substance of your desire?

6) Awakening bestows special gifts. Notice the goodness your presence brings to others. By noticing subtle changes in others, you can develop your gifts. (It’s also helpful to notice the people who bring light into your life—and the special feelings wrought by their gifts. Awareness helps in developing gifts.)

7) Pay attention to moments of happiness, lightness, or joy. We tend to give more energy and attention to the negative in life. Move beyond this tendency by giving more attention to the good. Notice the physical body, the placement of the mind and emotions, and the beauty. Many sublime moments are rooted in simple experiences. (Expand the beauty, sensations, and interaction. When the soul is involved, life becomes lovelier in a thousand ways.)

Recreating Your Life

intuitive

Spirituality is the key, the vortex, and secret to the entire process of recreating your life. The movie, The Secret, obscured the real point of manifestation, which is co-creation with the God Force. It is the feeling of connection that enlivens positive imagery, sensations and emotions. When we learn to visualize and feel our lives moving in a different direction, life changes.

Most people are not aware of the incredible influence of mental imagery and emotion in life. Essentially, we change ourselves by altering the flow of the focus of consciousness. Everyone wants a better life, but many people don’t know how to create it. They lack information in altering the lens of their consciousness.

I’m including tips for positively changing your perception of your reality and raising your frequency. They work best with connection and a state of love. I included ideas for prosperity, relationships and body.  (I recommend choosing one area for change initially.)

Loving Your Prosperity

1) Make a positive practice of always “seeing” your bank balance go up. Set an intention as now or in the near future.

2) See more money in your wallet. Real money (cash) attracts money. It’s even more powerful when you collect or save real money at home.

3) See prices go down whenever you shop. See gasoline, food, or shampoo, etc. lasting longer.

4) Wait a few minutes before responding to a sale – walk out of the store or away from the internet, see what you truly want and ask if you will use it before you buy.

5) See the great light of the universe as providing all that you need, several times each day.

6) Write your angels and ask for funding NOW.

7) When you increase your financial prosperity, it helps everyone to create more of the same.

Loving Relationships

1) When you love yourself, then other people are more loving. It’s easier to find the right relationship or create the right relationship with your current partner.

2) When you think of the other person, send pink light or love. If you don’t have a partner, use an outline and send pink light or love. Imagine the other person is beaming the love back toward you.

3) Note times of day, events and mental wanderings about old relationships or current relationships. Identify the feeling or thoughts. (Often negative thoughts and feelings stem from lack of expression of true feelings and refusal to uphold personal boundaries. If you could do it over, what would you delete (besides the person?) What did you learn?

4) Note recurrences of energy in your personal life. What might need work or resolution? It’s important to note duality” in relationships, as it’s fairly normal to feel a need to enable on one hand or have stricter boundaries on the other. Try to observe and love both parts of yourself. Make small, positive changes.

5) Sometimes, we outgrow relationships (or our relationship shifts) when our frequency becomes higher. Love the central light in each individual, when you cannot love the person.

Loving Your Body

1) See yourself as younger in the mirror (particularly in the morning and at the end of the day.) Send pink light to your reflection.

2) Before exercising, pull in memories relating to the times when you were very fit or pleased with your appearance.

3) Plan to look and feel younger. Stretch out of your age group and into timeless.

4) Eat well and exercise. Practice aerobic and inner exercise (yoga, chi gong daily.) Alkaline foods are helpful in cleansing the body. Measure your water and drink it.

5) Visualize improvements in diet and exercise when you can’t do it and then let go. Don’t worry about the past. Visualize the future improvements.

6) Avoid people who are critical of your appearance or make you feel older.

7) Recall times of feeling wonderful, vital and healthy.

8) Project a feeling of sleeping well and waking rested each night. Imagine a wonderful appearance for the next day.

Holding the Vision

path

It takes courage, commitment and willpower to act on spiritual truths, to create a life based on these truths by doing what you love, what you need to do and to work selflessly to benefit the world through work on the self. These three qualities are also needed to commit to the creation of a joyful life, thus vibrating above the frequency of mass consciousness. In this way, we gain the ability to influence matter so that it evolves into a higher state through altering our perpetual holograms or visual images imbued with emotion and sensation. This is only possible in a positive sense through the connection with the Universe or a higher system of energy.
No matter what happens, we must hold our vision. When life or situations seem to move incorrectly, go back to the vision. See the prosperity, the desired relationship, the peace of mind, the house, the car, the support from the universe.

When we begin our work with a desire, the opposite energy usually intervenes. It’s not a punishment from the universe –it’s the energy contained in our fields. The universe offers a choice for our personal identification. Will we identify with the old energy that says “I can’t” or the new energy that says “I will?” If we say, “I will go forward”, we begin to receive the stored energy and emotions from the past. The best
attitude comes from the realization that we are only receiving stored negative thoughts and emotions – that’s all. They pass in time. Regard them as illusion and continue to hold the vision. (After all, we’re creators. If we created the problem, then the solution can come, too.)

Simple Steps for Creating Anything
1) Begin with a big desire. Please take a moment and choose something that you want more than anything (and you
should have wanted it for some time.) Hold it in your mind and really, really want it.
2) How would it feel to have this? What is one tiny step? Please visualize this and see yourself doing it. Just a flicker of focus will work well. See yourself working on one step for about five to ten minutes.
3) Send light to the step. Love the step. Wrap the whole desire up a like a birthday package. See it beautifully wrapped. See the wrappings as amazingly, incredible love.
4) Imagine taking one small step for five minutes twice each week. You don’t have to get much done –just take a step. When we take a step – whether we fail or succeed – we are saying, “Universe, please I want more energy around this. I want more of this. Part of me loves and wants this.” The entire universe responds to love. Wherever it sees love, it pours out more and more of it.
5) Force yourself to take one small five minute step and keep going. Understand that fear will come up –as double-edged sword. Any desire is accompanied by need and fear. Fear comes in two forms. One part of us doesn’t want the change and the other part is afraid of the greatness of the inner self. It doesn’t matter –it’s just part of manifestation.
6) Now visualize about 20% completion of your desire. This usually feels good and isn’t scary. Hold this image for a moment and come back to the present. You can work through anything in this way. (Use the completely fulfilled outcome in the manifestation exercise at least once each day.)
7) Clear yourself from mass consciousness and the people around you often – as many as 9 or 10 times each day.

Dealing with Others

1) Don’t share your success or your psychic experiences. Other people tend to take joy away. Understand that having joy and awakening is enough –you radiate love, and other folks don’t need to know more.
2) When encountering conflict with others, don’t do anything. Don’t react. Wait 24 hours and then discuss it later when you feel calm. Don’t try to win. Just know your personal truth and state it. (Wherever others are undeveloped, they cannot possibly perceive truth. You’re only stating for yourself – so do it quietly.)
3) Let other people offer to help you. Stay around people who love you and make you feel better.
4) Notice your needs. Whenever you think you “need” anything, ask how you can supply it for yourself. Oddly, people give this when you no longer need it.
5) Don’t beat yourself up when you do something wrong or stupid. It’s all about learning the ways of love – and everyone makes mistakes when they learn. Love the mixed-up part of you as much as possible.
6) Don’t think that you need money. See yourself having it instead.
7) Visualize resolution with others.
8) Radiate out love often. Send it to everything.
Putting Wishes into Form
Creating wishes in physical form means finding the right form for our inner desires. Everyone creates the experience of the flow of life through thoughts and feelings—and we do it continually –but it’s better to work with the universe by connecting our hearts to the light and consciously focusing. It’s important to determine the difference between subconscious and conscious creating because there is a subtle difference in the feeling. With the new energies, it’s particularly important to hold a specific visualization for 9-10 times each day. These
visualizations should be held very briefly, only for a few seconds and then released. In the past, an intense focus for four or five minutes daily would bring any desire into being, but the rules of the universe are changing. We must keep our focus on the intent if we want a quick, clean result. Practice the manifestation exercise to develop a deep connection with the universe. During meditation, you may notice alterations with holograms, which create greater synchronicity with the true self.

7 Reasons to Send Pink Light!

gardens

The colors of light symbolize specific qualities of energy, and pink light represents love. By sending light, we can transmute and alter many situations, and pink light is highly effective. The mystery of the heart space is represented by a rose in Hermetic studies. In early exercises, the lessons focus on imagining a perfect rose in the area of the heart. By focusing on the rose, it’s possible to understand the beauty of the heart space and its emanation of pink light when united with the universe.

Here are seven reasons you should consider working with it:

1)      Everyone experiences pink light as unconditional love (on a conscious or subconscious level.) It’s wonderful to send to people you love, unsettled situations, or increased physical health. (There are specific colors for healing. But that’s a different matter–pink light is fine on a general basis.)

2)      Sending pink light to worries and upsets often alters them, bringing resolution in a surprising manner. Think about it. You’re sending positive versus negative emotion to a difficulty.

3)      It’s helpful to send pink light to goals for personal expansion. Think of it as loving your project and believing in yourself. Send pink light to unknown parts of the project. See yourself receiving information.

4)      Your body responds to pink light. Send it to your face and body. Send it to any tightness or soreness. Feel the light expand through the tightness. When you send enough light, your body will relax. (We rarely send love to our bodies.)

5)      Send pink light before sending emails or making phone calls. The emotion of pink light will precede your message, prompting a more positive response. (You can also send pink light to your checkbook, business, or clientele to increase business. )

6)      Send pink light to friends, family, and others when they appear in your mind. Send it to pets, plants, and flowers. Send it to the planet. Send pink light to your future. As humans, we worry about the future. Isn’t it better to send love?

7)      Sending pink light into your immediate environment raises the frequency, separating you from mass consciousness and connecting you with Divine Consciousness.

Pink Light Practice: Working with the Heart Space

Exercise:

Begin with a circle in the center of chest. Imagine a ray of pink light from the universe, filling the heart space. Open the heart to receive more. When your heart feels full (shoulders and chest should relax), you can absorb the light into your body, emotions, or thoughts.

The  Importance of the Rose

rose1

In metaphysics, love is often symbolized by a pink rose. Pink represents love and the heart space. Rose is an anagram for eros. The fragrance of roses is associated with the presence of angels, and essential oil of rose emits a very high frequency.

Exercise:

It’s lovely to focus on the image of a pink rose and its petals. Sense the feeling of the delicate petals and inhale the delicate fragrance. Imagine the color and fragrance exuding throughout the room and feel the delicate loveliness of the rose pervading through every molecule in your body.

Sending Pink Light

Focus on a person, problem, or issue and send pink light. When the pink light connects with the object of focus, there is a feeling of relaxation, happiness, or peace. Send several times if a feeling of anxiety returns. It’s only necessary to send for a minute or two. Follow this by sending pink light to you and your surroundings.
