Planetary Change: New Moon Abundance

May is a particularly beautiful month. The Sun sits in Taurus, which is ruled by Venus, and it conveys a time of flowers—an abundance expressed by the physical world. For the month of May, the lesson appears as realization of our ability to create and receive abundance in physical form. (Abundance is love, joy, health, beauty, and wealth.)

The New and Full Moons tend to heighten our impression and sensation of energy as we experience the absence and presence of light simultaneously as a group. As the group energies become stronger, our experience becomes more intense. The New Moon on May 4 follows the recent pattern of increased awareness, tension, and opportunity of opening to spiritual light.

The Sun (life) and Moon (moods, emotions) are conjunct (close) in Taurus. They trine (harmonious) Saturn, the giver of structure, lessons, and karma. In this case, we may a clear path through karma or recreate our life in a new form. Sun and Moon sextile (positive) Neptune (mysticism, illusion). This aspect may help with receiving hints or insights from the mysterious, unseen world. Sun and Moon trine (harmonious) Pluto (underworld, regeneration), granting power to move through subconscious limitations and/or the courage to move forward in life.

Mercury (communications, thought) and Venus are placed in Aries, a fast-paced fire sign, which encourages thoughts and insights that create activated change in life. Mercury conjuncts (close to) Venus (love, beauty), aligning the mind with the heart. Mercury and Venus trines (harmonious) Jupiter (good fortune), indicating positive energy with taking steps forward in life. However, both planets square (tension) Saturn (karma, limitation), and this can slow our progress. (It may also indicate the need for review the heart’s true desire before taking a step into expansion.) Mercury and Venus square (tension) Pluto in Capricorn, asking for a review of our personal limitations and a change of perception that may be necessary before altering our lives.

Mercury and Venus represent thought and love. We all have perceptions about the self, life, and love that limit our ability to step into wholeness and abundance. Additionally, we have limiting thoughts about ourselves and life—and we’re only beginning to learn how to love ourselves personally. The aspects with Saturn and Pluto mentioned above are about resourcefulness and learning how to change ourselves through universal love and quantum experiences. (It takes time.)

Mars (action) is placed in Gemini, an air sign, which can cause the mind to interfere with action. Gemini represents the twins, and it’s easy to become lost in the mind before realizing an action has not been completed. Mars squares Neptune (mysticism, illusion), and it causes more confusion to unsettled mind. Fortunately, Mars is in opposition (opposite) Jupiter (good fortune), which is actually a positive aspect. It gives courage and enthusiasm along with a desire to pursue our quest. (Part of the lesson is to pursue a quest, which benefits the “All”. In other words, we need an unselfish quest aligned with universal truth.)

Jupiter is the planet of good fortune and personal expansion. The planet trines (harmonious) Uranus, which represents the New Age. Together, they increase exuberance, good luck, and hopefulness. Jupiter squares (tension) Pluto, which asks for the discovery of aspects of the self (and the world) that slow our progress on the path of life. Through this discovery, we make meaningful change.

Saturn (karma) conjuncts Pluto (underworld, transmutation), bringing ambitions and the desire for change to forefront. Pluto incites ambition and the desire for power, and Saturn modulates it with a desire for disciplined devotion and patience. It can heighten fear, obsession, and desire for power—or it can act as force to tear down incorrect structures in our lives and rebuild them in a new form.

Uranus (sudden change or quantum field) is placed in Taurus and is remarkable for aspects only with Mercury, which can inspire higher thinking, and Jupiter, which brings hopefulness and optimism with future pursuits.

Neptune (mysticism, illusion) in Pisces forms sextiles with Sun, Moon, and Saturn, opening the door to mystical insights through dreams and inner realizations.  A square with Mars (action) can cloud our perception of right action and/or reading of intuitions and insights. Jupiter (good fortune) square Neptune, and it teaches about our misconceptions and illusions in life. It can also reveal our naivety in relationships, particularly about trusting others.

Pluto holds a big space in this chart. In retrograde position, it tends to reveal aspects of life that are hidden—and require unveiling.  With exception of Uranus, every planet in the chart makes an aspect with Pluto, so it is affecting us on almost every level. (There’s a saying, “Everyone has a chapter in life that they don’t read aloud.” Pluto’s current influence may require that we read it aloud—at least to ourselves. When we face our inner darkness, we find strength to recreate by becoming more in alignment with the inner self.)

Planet Retrograde

Jupiter (good fortune, expansion), Saturn (karma, limitation), and Pluto (underworld, transformation) are currently in retrograde. On a basic level, Jupiter asks for review of what keeps us from our dreams. Saturn brings personal lack and limitation to the surface. Pluto shows the hidden darkness within ourselves in our lives. These particular retrogrades ask us to look at what we don’t what to see, but the purpose actually serves us. It’s about seeing the truth and moving in new directions in our lives. (It’s only through the transmutation of the shadow that we find our wholeness.)

The North Node, representing the spiritual direction of group consciousness, is in Cancer. North Node in Cancer asks for respect for feminine, empathy, and kindness. Saturn (limitation, karma) and Pluto (underworld) oppose it. (Saturn and Pluto currently push us into personal power and acquisition of goals, the opposite energy of North Node.) Venus (love, beauty) squares (tension) the North Node. Together, the planets and North Node deliver a message. It’s wonderful to realize goals and make progress in our outer life, but the desires should also promote opening the heart and nurturing others as part of our self-expression and growth.

Notes:

  1. The chart is strong in fire (passion) and earth (grounding).  These elements together encourage passionate motion and quiet time spent in reflection or aligning with nature. There’s a focus on abundance and optimism. (See Sabian symbols below.)
  2. Sun (life) and Moon (emotions) provide a push about contemplating and creating abundance. Trines with Saturn and Pluto give power and insight into creating structures in life. (Release the old life while imagining a new one. Mercury (communications) and Venus (love, partnerships) in Aries push us onward with this pursuit.
  3. Mercury (mind) and Venus (love) square Saturn (limitation) and Pluto (underworld, transformation), encouraging patience and spiritual devotion to overcome energies and karma from the past.
  4.  Life may seem more beautiful than usual because of aspects with Neptune (mysticism, illusion). It heightens intuition and brings answers in a dreamy way.
  5. Higher thought and love are part of evolution. It’s important in creating a new way of being and living. Higher thoughts connect us to the divine, and the right kind of love opens the heart to new possibilities. Right thought and love serve to lift and evolve human consciousness.

Sabian Symbols, based on the work of Lynda Hill

Sun and Moon on Taurus 15, “A Man with a Silk Hat, Muffled Against the Cold, Braves a Storm”.  The symbol refers to a storm. It may appear in the outer world as a shared emotion or difficulty; it could also refer to personal emotions or hardships. The silk hat represents the importance of believing in indications of prosperity and better times—or remaining optimistic while moving through difficulties. (in this chart, it could refer to the influence of Saturn (karma) and Pluto (underworld) as we clear the substance of the influences of past memories and hardships.

Mercury sits on Aries 27, “Through Imagination, A Lost Opportunity Is Gained”. It’s a marvelous symbol for the New Moon, which depicts the power of manifestation—the ability to bring thoughts into form by imagining and visualizing lost hope, opportunities, and joy. It points to the power of using the mind and communication with the Divine to recreate one’s life in a wonderful way.

Venus is placed on Aries 18, “An Empty Hammock Hangs Between Two Lovely Trees”.  Venus represents love, partnerships, and beauty. Relaxing in nature with a soft focus on dreams can sometimes activate the inner self, enhancing the alignment with manifestation—the development and creation of a desirable life.

Mars sits on Gemini 23, “Three Fledglings in a Nest High Up in a Tree.” Birds are creatures of the air, which can represent the messengers of divine messages. Again, the image of resting in a safe place appears in the astrological line-up.  As time passes and the fledglings grow, they will master the power of soaring through the air. (Air represents thought, so we may develop our ability to cultivate thoughts that lead to a higher understanding of the spiritual world.)

Jupiter is on Sagittarius 24, “A Bluebird, a Sign of Good Luck and Happiness, Is Standing at the Door of the House”. A symbol for optimism appears again with the bluebird of joy. Awareness of good signs, energies, and the hints that point to synchronicity, we can open to a tide of good fortune although we journey through the storm, symbolized by the Sun and Moon.

Quick Visualizations

I love quick visualizations because they work. They also teach development of the imagination and spiritual skills. These exercises are among my favorites because they are effective for almost everyone. (Fortunately, the current changes in energy make visualizations more effective.)

LOVE

  • Visualize the happiest, best moments of your life when you felt truly loved–when love lifted you into a higher place of being.
  • Visualize and experience how it feels when you receive love and acceptance from someone you love along with a wave of joy. (Think about how you receive love as well. In other words, define it.)
  • Visualize how it feels when you love your life, and life opens to embrace you. This opens to door to a great deal of love.

ABUNDANCE

  • Visualize more abundance in your accounts whenever you think of money. (See more money in your wallet or hand.)
  • Send light blue light to your bills to reduce them.
  • Smile and see money coming to you in a positive, supportive way.
  • By understanding and feeling the abundant nature of the universe, you alter your perception of the events in your life, which can positively affect the flow of prosperity in life.

CAREER

  • Visualize new people in your life who want to help with your career–and who know how to do it.
  • Visualize emails and phone calls from people who are interested in your work and respond positively.
  • See every answer (whether positive or negative) as a response from the universe. If it’s not the right reply, the answer is on the way.
  • Your career grows by attracting the right people and events that are in flow with the universe’s plan. By focusing on growth (or easy, positive change), you align with expansion, one of the principles of the universe.

HEALTH

  • Visualize the sensation of your body when it is healthy and happy. Send light to every molecule in your body as well as the spaces between the molecules.
  • Visualize having more energy and easily maintaining a better diet and exercise routine.
  • Imagine receiving 2x the rest when you sleep.
  • Imagine feeling happy and energized when you awaken.
  • The physical body loves it when our thoughts and emotions unite positively with it. It may take a few days or weeks to respond, but the body will absorb loving, positive thoughts and demonstrate them.

SPIRITUALITY

Obviously, these exercises depend on your spiritual connection. You envision love from the heart, and you create it in life by meditating and cultivating it. Through connection, you develop faith to practice and develop accurate visualization.

By working with the visualizations, you develop a habit of finding and aligning with a higher frequency.

Message for Wolves

In my life, I spend time with wolves. I visit friends who raise or live with them, I see wolf hybrids when I walk on streets of Asheville, NC where wolves are legal pets, and I see them at the vet with owners who are ignorant of their wolf percentage. A thrill of connection runs through us, and I hear their thoughts and feel their energy—a wild, deep feeling between souls and hearts.

It is uplifting and spiritual; yet, it connects to the earth, the ancient, ever-changing mother of our physical lives—a place to learn how to alter the physical world through aligned thoughts and actions. On the highest level, it is accomplished by aligning consciousness with the earth and the sky (universe).

I feel the wolf spirit that runs through the planet and me. Sometimes, it’s simply energy. At other times, there are messages, and wolves appear in my dreams. When they share a message for light givers in particular, I hear a rumbling that translates into words. This is true today. The wolves have awareness of the shifting energy on the planet. It’s more than astrology, geology, or knowledge of the past and future, which they possess. It’s a rollicking movement of many energies tat one time. Let’s call it a challenge.

Here’s their message:

The earth is changing by emitting many different frequencies such as high and low energies, changing its ley lines, and altering the poles. Even the trees and flowers are growing in a new way although few people notice.

Another way of seeing this is to notice how physical energy changes from day to day. People are sometimes tired and/or heavy. On other days, they feel uplifted and energetic. Sleep patterns also change with motions and energies of the earth, which give patterns of sleeplessness, light sleep, and a drowsiness that makes it difficult to stay awake and have enough rest.

On a spiritual or psychic level, the gifts of those, who are aligned, are heightening. For those who have done the work, their intuition grows sharper and often delivers images and words. At this point, people actually move into higher sphere of being when reading energy. So, they are moving in and out of zones of consciousness, which can feel tiring or uplifting. (People move in and out of higher dimensions, and wolves can be heard accurately in a higher dimension.)

There are many waves of cosmic energy that affect the planet. One waves if love, and it is uplifting, reminding humans of their ability to overcome all things. There are lower vibrations, which come from many sources, although it is possible to rise above them.  Also, there is wave of lower humanity that is heavy with fear, and it can send consciousness to a lower level.

Karma is another issue. Many people are overcoming the karma of limiting beliefs and their vision of how life affects them—whether it is true or not. Others think the work of light is to carry others and embrace their problems. (Simply shine the light of happiness and connection whenever possible to truly lift up others.)

Another problem is the lack of love for the planet, and the perpetual visualization of the wipe-out of species, the destruction of the earth, and a helpless feeling that accompanies these thoughts. Use your power and see the earth as whole and beautiful. See things that don’t exist such as beauty, birds, and trees wherever they are not. (This is the use of superpower!)

We know that a challenge meets the people, who are growing—sometimes on a daily basis. But it is truly an opportunity to use inner power on all levels and at all times. Think of it as one of the last of series of tests on the subject of mastery.

We see who is aligned, making a true effort, and attempting to live in love and truth on a tumultuous planet. We also the ones who are not, and their time is limited. As the energy rises, the change will take place. The wolves send their energy to the courageous ones, who keep trying, visualizing, praying, and moving forward. The energies will soon support you. Have faith.

Questions:

Q: For those of who are making the effort, the energy is sometimes overwhelming. What can we do?

A: Become completely present and ask for help. Ask for a higher vibration. Think about how it feels when you are calm and happy. Then, focus on your heart. (When you are completely present in your heart, the energy cannot move you.)

Q: How can we connect to the earth more fully?

Notice the changes, the new location of the sun/moon, the change in growth patterns of trees and flowers, and imagine a beautiful, ecologically whole planet. The earth feels these slight shifts in consciousness and responds by protecting and loving you in the same way that the universe hears prayers.

Q: What is the best way of working with the waves?

A: First of all, they do not affect everyone at one time as do planetary or astrological aspects. Other people in your home may not feel or react to them. Know they are temporary. Become present, listen to your body and act accordingly, and focus your consciousness on how it feels when you are strong and happy.

Q: How can we move through karma more quickly?

A: By realizing that your understanding of karma (for many) relates to thousands of years of conditioning and various religions and much of it is based on your beliefs about yourself, your life, and what you think will happen. Your “program” pulls in people, events, and circumstances that prove it to you.

(Yes, everyone creates actions that are out of alignment, but they change by a strongly correct action and/or a huge shift in attitude. Nothing is fixed forever in place on this planet; a huge shift in consciousness can wipe the slate clean.)

Harmony with this planet is attained through the heart, right thoughts, and powerful actions. All emotions can be useful if applied correctly—and if there is work to understand where they come from.

Q: Why does it take so long for good events and happiness to manifest when it seems negative thoughts can manifest quickly?

A: People do not truly believe in miracles. You don’t see them. People tend to talk about negativity and watch shows about negative drama. With your head so filled with these things, there is not space for the magnificent.

While many incorrect beliefs were proliferated by religious organizations, there was once a very strong belief in the magic of miracles, blessings, and the appearance of good things.

When many people with light devote their consciousness to the creation of miracles, they will occur everywhere, but there many habits of limited thinking that wait for eradication. The new waves of love, the motion into new dimensions by those who awake, and deep understanding that positive manifestation comes through the inner self is part of the change.

Another part of this is the understanding of greater connection, people rarely wish good things for other people, and this delays their own manifestations. People are out of the habit of sending love as a wave, which uplifts everyone. And they have forgotten to listen to the Earth, have forgotten that nature herself makes the changes, which brings life and energy into physical form.

It is good to ask the Earth for protection, to ask her transmute emotions, and align your consciousness with your true life, the one you deserve.  Ask her to help you in hearing your inner voice.

Thoughts about the Heart

In the heart chakra, there are the answers that we have searched for all along. We find the answers, little by little, as we change our frequencies. Our frequencies can change very quickly or very slowly, depending on how much we are willing to change our lives. This desire for change is awakened in the heart by joy.

It is the quest of the heart to desire expansion, to desire greater fulfillment and freedom. It is this expansion that opens our hearts to enlightenment. An experience of joyful enlightenment creates a natural desire for more of this experience. Our journey continues as a reflection of our spiritual nature in physical form.

Part of the continuation of the journey is the creation of the true self. The true self lives in the human heart. It is the place of intersection or the nexus for the soul and body, the resolution of duality. As the spiritual and physical nature merge, the soul casts light on the ego. The integration of the ego, as shaped by the soul, forms a third thing, known as the True Self. This is the experience of an outer reality that is based on the experience of the inner life. It is a cognitive journey

When we begin to receive messages from our heart, we essentially cast light on the darkness of the ego. For this reason, we may experience pain on our journey. (It’s not new pain, and it comes with the understanding that our patterns, memories, and responses are part of the darkness in our lives—and finding light is the panacea. It teaches us how to change both perceptions and beliefs.)

Moments of enlightenment begin as flashes. We learn to search within the heart, for it is said to be the plumb line that measures the depth and safety of the waters in which the seeker travels. Our  conflicting experience of reality becomes evident through witnessing the profound love of our glorious connection and the darkness of the separation when disconnected.

The darkness of separation is mitigated by discipline and changing our own character. There is a point when we understand that we are the creators – at least, in part – of the difficult circumstances in our lives. This experience of duality lessens through changing ourselves.

When we change ourselves, we experience a profound shift in vibratory frequency. We understand that the difficulties were necessary for the evolution of our soul. As we learn to love our journey as well as the darkness in our lives, we begin to love ourselves. We move into the love of the heart that is conscious awakening. This love opens a profound door to expression and expansion. As we love ourselves more, we learn how to love the fabric of the Universe.

5 Reasons to Open Your Heart

The Heart lies at the center of your being. The soul speaks through the heart and gives loving guidance. In metaphysics, the first true awakening comes through the heart center. Knowing and listening to your heart is a powerful tool. Here are five good reasons for working with this powerful center.

  • Truth and love flow through the heart. It is how we feel our alignment with the universe. The head generates many thoughts and ideas, but we feel their value through the heart. We move into a space of love by listening to the heart. We can actually weigh ideas through the heart. “Listen” and “feel” through the heart. Does the idea make your chest expand or contract? (For a year, I used this practice by asking if a thought came from the heart or not-self.) The universe speaks through the heart.
  • We receive and generate love through the heart space. We can ask for love or pink light. We can imagine a ray of pink light entering our chests and healing our body, emotions, and thoughts. When we feel love, we naturally radiate it out into the world. (True abundance comes from the space of the heart and alignment with universal love.)
  • We can discern between personal truth and non-truth by listening to the heart. There is a light, warm, easy feeling when thoughts resonate with the heart. We feel other thoughts in the head or pelvis area—the ones not resonating with the heart.) The heart moves us toward our dreams. The heart also tells us when there is dissonance in our environment because there is an uneasy feeling. It’s helpful to ask what can be changed and if we can take an action. Sometimes, the action is as simple as sitting outdoors or taking a break. We discern the right answer or simply move into a still place where we wait for the arrival of the answer.
  • The heart provides balance. Positioned in the center of the chakra system, it balances the physical chakras and spiritual chakras. As human beings, we have many desires at a given time. By listening to the heart, we can create a balance between physical routine and spiritual practice.
  • Passion is one of the biggest and best reasons for opening the heart. Spiritual passion pulls us into expression, enthusiasm, and ecstasy. The heart delights in the sensations of love and life. Through the heart, we experience expansion of life. We find the words, images, or actions to reflect beauty and joy. We find the courage to inspire, go forward, and express our gifts. (It’s not enough to push through life!) Passion is magical. It’s about wanting a desire enough to take a big step!

Making Manifestation Work for You!

Manifestation is one of the most incredible tools for creating harmony and happiness. The visualization of the heart’s desire activates a special part of a consciousness, which encourages a positive flow of life. (In general, intuition grows, positive feedback from others ensues, and small miracles occur on the journey to the realization of a“wish”.)

It’s a mystery, but manifestation enlarges the “creator” part of human consciousness, which doesn’t occur during meditation. (Meditation bestows connection with the inner self and the universe at large, but it doesn’t engage the creative process with the inner self.)  “Creation” through visualization and small, physical steps may be part of our next evolutionary step. After all, it is important to listen to our heart and follow its path by creating in the inner/outer world.

  1. Creating a happy, positive reality is part of soul work. It actually aligns you with the universe, awakening hidden abilities and revealing unusual and/or unexpected answers. Generally, it reveals a non-logical but fulfilling path.
  2. Positive manifestation is how you connect to higher consciousness including light, love, and higher realizations. It’s also a way of letting go of who you are not and learning to love who you truly are. (Everyone is already manifesting. A conscious practice is about creating what you want.)
  3. With every manifestation, there is a block or resistance within the self. Let’s call it a mistake in perception, which is corrected by inner work. (It’s obvious how other people block themselves; the challenge lies with seeing the self.) Yes, there is a part of you that blocks the manifestation. (Everyone blocks goodness, abundance, and love. It’s part of what manifestation sets free.)
  4. Manifestation can occur in a few seconds or a few years. It has to do with your evolutionary path, practice, persistence, and other factors such as the people in your life, etc. (On this topic, no one ever regrets the work when the manifestation occurs.) Higher vibrations and positive emotions/thoughts encourage it.
  5. Often, intuition develops sharply as a result of manifestation work. Your gifts may become apparent, and new people often come into your life as a result of inner growth. It’s important to continue your work at this point. (These positive results are known as “rainbows” on the path. They are an indication of positive inner work, but your job is remaining devoted to the next step on the path.)

NOTE:  As you master manifestation, it becomes easy to repeat the steps for yourself, others, and the world. It may be part of how you and the world become conscious together. (Think of 1,000 people with accurate manifestation skills who can see and create wonderful outcomes for the world.)

Tips  on Visualization

  1. Visualization is the first step for manifestation. Make a laser sharp image and focus all of your consciousness on it for 10-15 minutes daily. Imagine living in the image by seeing it as a particular time of day, and you’re “living” in the image for 10 minutes or so.. Notice who accompanies you in the imagery and the passage of events in your life. Accompany the imagery with a positive, happy feeling.
  2. Substitute your imagery for lower feelings. For example, if you’re meditating on money, but bills come in the mail, return the image and make it “real”. It can take many repetitions because your negative feelings and experience may seem more real in the beginning.
  3. It can take a few weeks to master the feeling of the manifestation. For example, if you’re visualizing success, it’s working when you feel more confident. If you’re looking for a better body image, it’s creating a change when you feel better about how you look. (Physical changes follow inner projections, but they often begin with emotional and/or mental shifts.)
  4. You should become more aware of the inner self through your manifestation work. You may hear your inner voice or become more aware of when you’re connected or disconnected. You may also notice that life flows in a specific way with a mood change or a difference in your flow of energy.
  5. You will wonder if it’s working—or when it will work. It’s helpful to tell yourself that it will occur when you’re aligned. (It is happening, but it takes time for energy to translate from the invisible to the visible world.)  From this perspective, try to create positive, small changes in your daily routine and ask how you can become more flexible, compassionate, and loving. (The universe loves this.)

More Abundance

quietbeauty

Everyone wants more abundance because it implies an infinite connection with the “good” aspects of the universe. For those who have ample abundance, there are dreams of love, better health, or a different way of life. Ultimately, it’s the same vision but slightly different.

Abundance is a frequency. It’s much like tapping into a radio station, a particular band of energy. As with the radio, you have to know the “number” or feeling of the frequency to locate it. You also have to search for it and tune into it. We identify the right frequency by listening to the “sound” for a moment or two.

  • Tapping into the right frequency for abundance involves positive thought, imagery, and identifying positive desires. (It’s more effective to desire happiness and relief than to focus on bills or lack.)  Feeling abundance means imagining prosperity, seeing ample income for bills, and creating a vision of life without financial worries. Focus on the goodness you want to experience.
  • Abundance comes in beautiful waves. Keep pulling in the waves. (All positive, material states require constant vigilance and practice because of duality. Everything ascends and descends. There are spaces between the waves.)
  • With manifestation, change often comes in “levels.” Your income or life style may improve, but you may feel the desire for increased expansion. Give gratitude and thanks for small changes while visualizing larger improvements.
  • Initially – as with all visualization – work is required. You literally impose a higher vibration (prosperity) onto a lower vibration (need and lack.) If you stay with the work, abundance will flow into your life. In time, the work becomes easier and requires less focus. (This is true of all spiritual work.)
  • Know you have the “power.” If you are spiritually connected, you definitely have the power. It may take time to learn how to use it or find the right visualization, but it’s doable. Believe in you and call on the universe often. (Stay open to change and seeing life differently.)
  • Begin to imagine yourself as already having abundance. Entertain images of yourself with greater abundance. Imagine how you would spend your hours as well as how abundance could lead to greater spirituality and freedom.
  • Use your prosperity to help others. Use the same visualization techniques to see affluence for others (without their knowledge.) When you spend correctly and lovingly, you encourage the flow of prosperity throughout the world. Choose to become the person who creates abundance for yourself and the world.

NOTE: I like to imagine an abundant state for the planet. Everyone has an abundance of prosperity, time, and love. People work to share their gifts and bring goodness into the world, and there is much time for visiting, gifting, and enjoying life.

Full Moon and Lunar Eclipse

news_fullmoon

A strong, cosmic energy is at play; it will grow and expand by the light of the full moon and lunar eclipse. This lunar eclipse coincides with the super moon for the first time in thirty-three years. (A super moon simply means it is closer to the earth than usual.) Obviously, the energy will be powerful. A strong, cosmic energy is at play; it will grow and expand by the light of the full moon and solar eclipse.

Changes are currently taking place on the esoteric plane. The inner world is rearranging itself—and creating a higher pattern. The energies are very strong, and it can feel like a roller coaster with a wonderful, calm feeling beneath the highs and lows.

It’s a revolutionary love energy with the potential to anchor in a new world. I suspect we’re moving through the process of seeing our lower patterns while experiencing the sensations of the beauty and calm of a new dimension of life. It simply means that we’re experiencing a higher dimension as we oscillate between our lower patterns and more connection with the higher self.

The full moon chart is strong with many powerful aspects. Sun in (life, yang energy) in Libra (balance, scales) is opposite the Moon (emotions, yin energy, the mother) in Aries, which represents passion and new beginnings. The chart demonstrates the necessity of balance (material/spiritual life) as we continue our passage into a world where everything works differently and changes every few months.

All of those with an open heart will move into a new beginning. The energy has accumulated throughout the year; it will pour down on the days between the equinox and full moon/lunar eclipse. (As usual, those who are attuned will feel it most.) It’s an interesting, tense chart with a great deal of push and pull.

The opposition between Sun (life, outer self) and Mercury (communication, thought) and the Moon (mother, feminine energy) in Aries could describe much of the overall chart. In this case, the planets are speaking two different languages or transmitting opposite energies. (Sometimes, it means we have to find the “good” in the opposites symbolized by each of the two planets and read between the lines.) For example, Moon in Aries asks for bold action while Sun and Mercury focus on pondering a situation—finding the balance (answer) through slow reflection. But if we only reflect, we can’t move forward (Libra); we need to energy supplied by Aries to take action. Mercury also represents the higher mind, so the solution might involve looking the two sides of an equation, tapping into the higher mind for direction, and planning or taking action.

Venus rises in Leo and conjuncts Mars. Venus and Mars conjunct can represent good communications with the opposite sex—or simply understanding the interplay between the male/female side of the personality. Venus also squares Saturn, which means Venus urges play while Saturn (time, limitation, karma)  pushes us into work. Venus trines Uranus and urges creativity in a spiritual, non-traditional way.

Multiple squares and oppositions play through this chart along with mitigating influences. Mercury (communication), Venus (pleasure, beauty, attraction), and Jupiter (good fortune) are square Saturn. Mars and Jupiter make an opposition to Neptune. Sun, Moon, and Mercury are opposite Pluto. In short, there is a great deal of tension (squares) and variation of feeling (opposition=two opposite feelings at one time or intermittently.)

Moving through this jigsaw puzzle of pieces, which seemingly don’t match, is part of the process of finding the inner self. By sliding all of the aspects of the self together, we may find alchemical gold—or deep alignment with the inner self.

Tips:

  1. Don’t allow people on a lower vibration to move into your field. If they are on a lower vibration, they will definitely attach to your energy field by sharing their angst. Set boundaries. (Their problems can wait.) Stay in the light and ask for guidance.
  2. Observe patterns when they appear. With several oppositions, personal patterns will appear and disappear during this time period. Use it as an opportunity to move into the higher self or observe.
  3. Move more deeply into the light when things are good. It’s a wonderful opportunity for experiencing more of the inner self. Sit outdoors under the beautiful moon and stars.
  4. Venus can represent love on a higher level. It trines Uranus (the “field”, spirituality), which can inspire wonderful thoughts, creativity, and brilliance through the expression of inner gifts.
  5. Many of the squares and oppositions will last for only a few days. Life will become quieter before we pass through another intense period. The lesson involves learning to find the stillness within the inner self. (We don’t feel the storms within this place–at least not as much.)

Sabian Symbols

The Sabian Symbols speak loudly on the Full Moon. By reflecting on their message, we can receive insights about the overall chart.

Sun is on Libra 5, “A Man Teaching the True Inner Knowledge of the New World to His Students.”  It’s a lovely symbol, radiating the feeling of truth and love in a new age. Everyone holds this essential knowledge within the inner self. It can become awakened by teachers and/or personal insights.

In a time of many teachers and students, it’s also important to feel the truth within ourselves—and learn with discernment. Conversely, some people have a pure spirit and teach by transmitting their inner light and love.

Moon is exactly opposite Sun in Aries 5. “A White Triangle is Seen; It has Golden Wings” is the symbol of this degree. An upwardly pointing triangle points to the reception of information from the universe, the Divine. White is the color of purity; a triangle represents harmony.

The color, golden, represents the alchemical process of transmuting the ego into the higher self. The image of wings may symbolize angels, the divine beings who aid in lifting our consciousness into a higher place of being. (The moon rules emotions and moods, so this speaks of raising our feelings to a more positive level.)

It’s interesting to note that the symbol for Sun speaks of traditional teachings and awakenings; the moon hints at the value of emotional work to achieve emotional harmony.

Mercury sits on Libra 9, conjunct sun and opposite Moon. Libra 9 is symbolized by “Three Old Masters Hanging in a Special Room in an Art Gallery—Sometimes They Seem to Speak to Each Other.” The paintings of masters transcend time; they speak to our soul through beauty and technique. They exude energy, which is available for the viewers of fine art.

Since Mercury rules communication and thought, the master paintings could refer to the energy exuded by various sources—unspoken content, which is literally transmitted by an object. This symbol encourages unseen and unspoken communication as a part of inner development.

Venus is square Saturn, trine Uranus on Leo 23, “A Bareback Rider Displaying Her Dangerous Skill.” Incredible skills are developed through practice, patience, and balance. Horses represent power in the shamanic tradition. People or a crowd of people are implied through “displays.”

Increasingly, we receive reminders about our inner power. Through the love (Venus) and devotion, we may learn to hone our skills to employ our spiritual power in an amazing way—to share and perform for a large collection of people.

Mars is placed on Virgo 2, square Saturn, “A Large White Cross, Dominating the Landscape, Stands Alone on Top of a High Hill.” This symbol can refer to the need for time alone to develop spiritual beliefs. It can also refer to beliefs, relating to the Piscean Age, such as suffering and sacrificing personal needs to align with religious beliefs.

In the Aquarian Age, there is an emphasis on creating an unified field through spirituality. Perhaps, it is time to create a happier balance between spirituality and the daily rituals of “reality.” We could also choose to see spirituality as the process of creating an abundant, happy life in the spiritual and physical world—or walking in both worlds!

Jupiter is on Virgo 11, “A Boy Molded in His Mother’s Aspirations for Him.” This symbol could speak of the societal and familial expectations placed on everyone. It’s impossible to live up to all of the expectations and dreams of other people. Some of the “molding”  or cultural shaping is important because we learn manners and methods of relating to others. Conversely, the projections and aspirations of others can align–or interfere–with the development of the inner self.

Perhaps, we are discerning between our true nature and the “projected” nature of those who surround us.

Saturn sits on Sagittarius 1, squaring Jupiter and Neptune, “Retired Army Veterans Gather to Reawaken Old Memories.” Gathering together and talking about the past brings up specific memories of shared periods of time. Through greater understanding and discussion, we can see the true reason behind conflicts or causes for world issues. But we can also cling to the past, which eliminates moving forward into a new life.

Saturn rules time, and the message may concern understanding the conglomeration of images, which create an “image” or hologram of the past, to understand a larger truth. When we understand the truth about the past, it’s easier to release old soul contracts, patterns, and habits, which limit our expansion.

8 Tips on Manifestation

1) Everyone is already manifesting. The first step is realizing how your thoughts, emotions, and visual imagery affect your life. (You can look at the positive and negative aspects of your life.) Meditation naturally alters the flow of visualization as well as the direction of your thoughts and emotions. It softens negative emotions and opens the heart to love. Conscious visualization activates the energy needed to create a desire.

2) You become more powerful when you consistently meditate and actively visualize. Your meditation and visualization practices actually direct the particles of energy around you into form. (When we don’t consciously direct energy, it takes the form of your lower thoughts.) Your thoughts and emotions take form more quickly and easily when you meditate. You also accumulate or store energy, which makes it easier to navigate through life.

3) Your desires come from a higher source. This higher source (God or the universe) wants you to have prosperity, abundance, love, vitality, and a greater spiritual connection. Creating the positive in your life is part of stepping into your true identity. If you are consistently meditating, you learn how love is the magical substance, which transforms your life–and the world.

4) Creating what you want or desire often means “seeing” the opposite of your current experience. For example, if you are unhappy in a particular area of life, you must see the exact opposite. If you experience financial loss, you see financial opportunities and gain. If you are broken-hearted, you visualize love coming from all directions in life. (It’s not enough to simply see it. You must feel and embrace it. You make the subjective experience more real than your actual experience.)

5) Light vibrates at a higher level than “real” life. The rules are different in the quantum field. Lost objects reappear in strange places. Money manifests. You can grow younger, and opportunities appear from nowhere.  The point is not asking how. Trust in the light and universal power. (You don’t need to know how. Stay with practice and act when prompted from the inner self.)

6) If you share your desire with others, you are less likely to manifest it. It’s best to keep quiet. You can always ask other people about their life. If something brings spiritual and physical success, it’s best not to discuss it. Spend your time helping others by seeing good things for them.

7) When you want to give up, you’re probably close to manifesting your desire. There is an energetic rule regarding manifestation. It takes a tremendous effort to manifest the last 5-10% of a desire. People often see success in the early phases, and they feel encouraged in the middle phase. They wonder if it will come into fruition in the last phase. It’s very important to persevere through the last phase. It’s the most difficult step. It requires a great deal of energy, but it is always worth it. And you learn it’s possible to endure through this phase, which typically seems to last forever!

8) After your desire manifests, you will feel happy and relieved. There is a temptation to put aside the spiritual work–to rest, and revel in the results. (Don’t give in.) Actually, it is the most important time to renew your spiritual practice because manifestation is ultimately about drawing closer to the universe and its secrets. Make the realization that happiness, which comes from the inner self, is greater than any material achievement.
