Holding the Vision

path

It takes courage, commitment and willpower to act on spiritual truths, to create a life based on these truths by doing what you love, what you need to do and to work selflessly to benefit the world through work on the self. These three qualities are also needed to commit to the creation of a joyful life, thus vibrating above the frequency of mass consciousness. In this way, we gain the ability to influence matter so that it evolves into a higher state through altering our perpetual holograms or visual images imbued with emotion and sensation. This is only possible in a positive sense through the connection with the Universe or a higher system of energy.
No matter what happens, we must hold our vision. When life or situations seem to move incorrectly, go back to the vision. See the prosperity, the desired relationship, the peace of mind, the house, the car, the support from the universe.

When we begin our work with a desire, the opposite energy usually intervenes. It’s not a punishment from the universe –it’s the energy contained in our fields. The universe offers a choice for our personal identification. Will we identify with the old energy that says “I can’t” or the new energy that says “I will?” If we say, “I will go forward”, we begin to receive the stored energy and emotions from the past. The best
attitude comes from the realization that we are only receiving stored negative thoughts and emotions – that’s all. They pass in time. Regard them as illusion and continue to hold the vision. (After all, we’re creators. If we created the problem, then the solution can come, too.)

Simple Steps for Creating Anything
1) Begin with a big desire. Please take a moment and choose something that you want more than anything (and you
should have wanted it for some time.) Hold it in your mind and really, really want it.
2) How would it feel to have this? What is one tiny step? Please visualize this and see yourself doing it. Just a flicker of focus will work well. See yourself working on one step for about five to ten minutes.
3) Send light to the step. Love the step. Wrap the whole desire up a like a birthday package. See it beautifully wrapped. See the wrappings as amazingly, incredible love.
4) Imagine taking one small step for five minutes twice each week. You don’t have to get much done –just take a step. When we take a step – whether we fail or succeed – we are saying, “Universe, please I want more energy around this. I want more of this. Part of me loves and wants this.” The entire universe responds to love. Wherever it sees love, it pours out more and more of it.
5) Force yourself to take one small five minute step and keep going. Understand that fear will come up –as double-edged sword. Any desire is accompanied by need and fear. Fear comes in two forms. One part of us doesn’t want the change and the other part is afraid of the greatness of the inner self. It doesn’t matter –it’s just part of manifestation.
6) Now visualize about 20% completion of your desire. This usually feels good and isn’t scary. Hold this image for a moment and come back to the present. You can work through anything in this way. (Use the completely fulfilled outcome in the manifestation exercise at least once each day.)
7) Clear yourself from mass consciousness and the people around you often – as many as 9 or 10 times each day.

Dealing with Others

1) Don’t share your success or your psychic experiences. Other people tend to take joy away. Understand that having joy and awakening is enough –you radiate love, and other folks don’t need to know more.
2) When encountering conflict with others, don’t do anything. Don’t react. Wait 24 hours and then discuss it later when you feel calm. Don’t try to win. Just know your personal truth and state it. (Wherever others are undeveloped, they cannot possibly perceive truth. You’re only stating for yourself – so do it quietly.)
3) Let other people offer to help you. Stay around people who love you and make you feel better.
4) Notice your needs. Whenever you think you “need” anything, ask how you can supply it for yourself. Oddly, people give this when you no longer need it.
5) Don’t beat yourself up when you do something wrong or stupid. It’s all about learning the ways of love – and everyone makes mistakes when they learn. Love the mixed-up part of you as much as possible.
6) Don’t think that you need money. See yourself having it instead.
7) Visualize resolution with others.
8) Radiate out love often. Send it to everything.
Putting Wishes into Form
Creating wishes in physical form means finding the right form for our inner desires. Everyone creates the experience of the flow of life through thoughts and feelings—and we do it continually –but it’s better to work with the universe by connecting our hearts to the light and consciously focusing. It’s important to determine the difference between subconscious and conscious creating because there is a subtle difference in the feeling. With the new energies, it’s particularly important to hold a specific visualization for 9-10 times each day. These
visualizations should be held very briefly, only for a few seconds and then released. In the past, an intense focus for four or five minutes daily would bring any desire into being, but the rules of the universe are changing. We must keep our focus on the intent if we want a quick, clean result. Practice the manifestation exercise to develop a deep connection with the universe. During meditation, you may notice alterations with holograms, which create greater synchronicity with the true self.

7 Reasons to Send Pink Light!

gardens

The colors of light symbolize specific qualities of energy, and pink light represents love. By sending light, we can transmute and alter many situations, and pink light is highly effective. The mystery of the heart space is represented by a rose in Hermetic studies. In early exercises, the lessons focus on imagining a perfect rose in the area of the heart. By focusing on the rose, it’s possible to understand the beauty of the heart space and its emanation of pink light when united with the universe.

Here are seven reasons you should consider working with it:

1)      Everyone experiences pink light as unconditional love (on a conscious or subconscious level.) It’s wonderful to send to people you love, unsettled situations, or increased physical health. (There are specific colors for healing. But that’s a different matter–pink light is fine on a general basis.)

2)      Sending pink light to worries and upsets often alters them, bringing resolution in a surprising manner. Think about it. You’re sending positive versus negative emotion to a difficulty.

3)      It’s helpful to send pink light to goals for personal expansion. Think of it as loving your project and believing in yourself. Send pink light to unknown parts of the project. See yourself receiving information.

4)      Your body responds to pink light. Send it to your face and body. Send it to any tightness or soreness. Feel the light expand through the tightness. When you send enough light, your body will relax. (We rarely send love to our bodies.)

5)      Send pink light before sending emails or making phone calls. The emotion of pink light will precede your message, prompting a more positive response. (You can also send pink light to your checkbook, business, or clientele to increase business. )

6)      Send pink light to friends, family, and others when they appear in your mind. Send it to pets, plants, and flowers. Send it to the planet. Send pink light to your future. As humans, we worry about the future. Isn’t it better to send love?

7)      Sending pink light into your immediate environment raises the frequency, separating you from mass consciousness and connecting you with Divine Consciousness.

Pink Light Practice: Working with the Heart Space

Exercise:

Begin with a circle in the center of chest. Imagine a ray of pink light from the universe, filling the heart space. Open the heart to receive more. When your heart feels full (shoulders and chest should relax), you can absorb the light into your body, emotions, or thoughts.

The  Importance of the Rose

rose1

In metaphysics, love is often symbolized by a pink rose. Pink represents love and the heart space. Rose is an anagram for eros. The fragrance of roses is associated with the presence of angels, and essential oil of rose emits a very high frequency.

Exercise:

It’s lovely to focus on the image of a pink rose and its petals. Sense the feeling of the delicate petals and inhale the delicate fragrance. Imagine the color and fragrance exuding throughout the room and feel the delicate loveliness of the rose pervading through every molecule in your body.

Sending Pink Light

Focus on a person, problem, or issue and send pink light. When the pink light connects with the object of focus, there is a feeling of relaxation, happiness, or peace. Send several times if a feeling of anxiety returns. It’s only necessary to send for a minute or two. Follow this by sending pink light to you and your surroundings.

(The heart space exercise is included on my Manifesting MP3.)

FiveTips for Quick Solutions

evolve

Every problem is an opportunity to move into love, to cast off the trappings of fear. The motion into love always means moving into a higher frequency and seeing life from a different perspective.

Here are a few tips to find this frequency:

1) Take a moment to re-connect with the good in your life. What do you like about yourself? What do you do well? Recall a time when you liked how you looked or felt. Remember a time when work went well as well as the feeling of the creative flow and easy, smooth success.

2) Focus on a project and project the joyful feeling of completion and accomplishment. Listen to your inner voice as it explains your achievements, kindness and integrity. Know that your work makes a difference in the world. It leads to greater connection, and it is an expression of your voice in the world.

3) Prosperity: recall the feeling of money filling your bank account. Visualize and “hear”  desirable voice mail messages or “see” desirable in-box with prospective clients or amazing opportunities. Stay with the feeling. Project it often into the near and far future. Visualize compliments from your co-workers and clients. Send love to “your source of money”, whether employer, client or government. In the end, all sources of income are the Universe.

4) When problems begin to form in your mind, pull the energy back into yourself. Remember that every problem is a reflection of a belief or a pattern, and, as you work through the problem, you move toward greater success. Feel the energy or thought and send light to it. It’s always good to ask: how do I feel when I’m connected to higher consciousness? Compare this and the feeling of the problem. Which is more desirable?

5) Send energy to the future. See your love and light waiting for you. What is your special feeling of “wonderful”? It’s how your soul experiences good. Think about past experiences and heighten the feeling.  How would you like for others to perceive you? How does it feel when it happens? What is the expansive feeling of positive perception between you and another person?

These tips can be applied in any number of ways if you use your imagination. The tips are not “just” exercises–they are practices, which will make a significant difference over a period of time.

You can also amplify their benefits by meditating on the images, thoughts, or feelings during meditation or by holding them as a snapshot several times during the day. Let me know how they work for you!

Small Steps for Awakening

newsletter_boat

A sudden, gestalt shift often comes with awakening, but our daily actions comprise small steps that lead to the larger realizations of our inner nature.  Manifestation involves collecting energy, envisioning our desire, and changing our overall perception of an area of life. Changes in perception come in short flashes; they come in short bursts when we decide to see or feel life differently. They happen when we decide to exercise, meditate, or change the tone of our voice.

These simple examples involve self-love or love for others. The inner process requires more work. Typically, we lack consciousness, light, energy, or awareness when we have a problem. Usually, the universe wants us to learn to see or feel a part of life differently by raising our light level.

Even when we don’t have problems, it’s important to raise our frequency so we perceive more of the goodness and beauty in life. A higher frequency calls for more positive images, thoughts, words, and actions. It’s part of the process of finding our true nature, the voice of the heart, and the inclinations of the soul.

Small Steps for Daily Life

1)      Meditate. Everyone has ten minutes for meditation. Focus on light. Choose one of the following colors: emerald green, light blue, pink or violet. See everything in your life become better and easier.  See yourself interacting with others more harmoniously.

2)      Make a daily task easier. In yoga, it’s said the poses liked least are the ones that are most needed in your practice. Perfect yourself on small chores by staying in a state of love and refusing to feel irritation or anxiety. Choose one task on your procrastination list and send love to it. Imagine it as complete. (Don’t force yourself to do it. Just notice if your feelings change.)

3)      Focus on one person in your daily life. Imagine how it would feel if you and this person interacted more harmoniously. How would s/he respond with greater happiness or opportunity?  (This exercise is not for people who are consistently negative.)

4)      Notice what you love about your work. Keep your attention on the parts of work that you love most.

5)      Whenever you see a bill, see money flowing into your life. Make a list of purchases and imagine buying them while keeping a good balance in your checking account.

6)      Watch your inner dialog. The inner dialog is known as the money mind in Zen. It’s how the ego speaks negatively to you and prevents progress. Pay attention to your body and put your attention on the point where your feet and the ground (or floor) meet. Observation changes the flow of energy to a more positive frequency—only the higher part of your consciousness can observe.

7)      Love your body. Send light to your body. Imagine your body working perfectly and gracefully.

8)      Take five minutes to review a happy memory by remembering when you felt happy, vital, and successful. Biofeedback says the body and brain actually secrete chemicals and create images to mimic the experience when we focus positively on the past.

9)      Practice positive self-talk. Whenever you accomplish anything, compliment yourself.  Maybe, you exercised for 15 minutes instead of an hour or only meditated 5 minutes—it doesn’t matter. Make the most of whatever you do by acknowledging your efforts that flow in the direction of your higher self. In modern society, few people compliment others for following the path of the soul.  It’s helpful when we can remember to do it.

10)   Make a habit of spending a few minutes in nature. It attunes the physical body and awakens the senses. Your body awakens along with your spirit. Encourage the process.

The New Awakening

newsletter_intuition

The New Awakening of 2012 brings amazing shifts in consciousness, which we could never have guessed. Sometimes, the energy brings wonderful feelings; other times, the world feels chaotic or strange. The weather comes with odd patterns, and there are physical feelings of exhaustion or incredible energy. Everything is different in a barely perceivable way.

Time speeds and slows. Sometimes a day lasts forever, and a month flies by. There’s an odd feeling of wanting to work and rest – often at the same time – and neither state is perfect. People can make us feel happy or depressed, and it’s dependent on their mood, but somehow the energy sticks with you.

The planets change positions every few days or weeks, complicating life with emphasis on emotions, career, finances, or health. The old issues – we thought were resolved – come back strongly with particularly strained situations or through friends’ conversations. It’s an interesting world, and, sometimes it feels like experiencing the insecurities of adolescence with the responsibilities of living as an adult.

What’s happening? It’s the shift of moving into the light. Connection to the light means feeling everything – other people’s thoughts, the tree beside the window, the person passing by the house, the broadcast on the news – or just the strange feeling accompanying the flow of shifting energies.

Many of these problems are well documented in metaphysics. Until we awaken more fully, we are not aware of them. So, awareness of the problem indicates evolution.  Admittedly, we feel these things more when hundreds of people awaken at one time. If we’re evolved enough to carry part of mass consciousness, we may feel them as an “extreme” energy.

Finding the solution means moving more deeply into the light, which often gives insights as to how to view our lives. Here are a few tips for transforming energy into a more pleasing format.

1)      Meditation truly helps. (You can check out my manifesting exercise.) It’s important to see the highest possible reality. When problems appear during meditation or take away your focus, respond by seeing a positive solution. Try it like this: what would you like to experience as opposed to the feelings of your current experience. For example: see vitality in the place of tiredness, abundance in response to bills, and caring people in the place of loneliness.

2)      Other people can affect your life and bring in a lower resonance, so it’s important to develop quick resolution to problems with other people. When other people act negatively, change the subject or leave as quickly as possible. (They are often reflecting some part of mass consciousness, an aspect of yourself, or a karmic issue. Don’t energize it by discussing the problem with people who are incapable of finding a positive solution.)  Forgive the person and spend a few moments focusing on the type of attention and conversation that you enjoy. Imagine it happening in the present moment. See an outcome you’d enjoy.

3)      Issues often flow into more than one area of life. If you’re experiencing this, you’re probably clearing up a karmic issue. Listen to the internal dialog for words like, “always”, “never”, or phrases such as, “I don’t know what to do” or “I feel overwhelmed.” Send love to the problem and spend time calming your emotions and seeing a solution. The solution can look like light or simply feel good. By focusing on it, you increase your frequency. A higher frequency, which is composed of positive thoughts, beliefs and feelings, brings rapid change.)

4)      The easiest and best solution is always a higher frequency. With the frequent changes in energy, I feel many people have become accustomed to the continual effort and strain of staying connected in vacillating energies. It’s true – you rarely know how next week or next month will feel.  It’s okay. You’ll get through it.

5)      It’s easy to forget the power of co-creation, particularly when you’re experiencing life intensely, but you can change the flow of your life by recalling the feeling of “wonderful” and projecting it outwardly. How do you feel before when life flows more easily, and you expect an incredible future? Find the sensation and project outwardly. You may feel amazed at what you can create in a few days. For best results, repeat the feeling and word (“wonderful”)  9 or 10 times each day.

Navigating the New Energies

The month of May brings eclipses on May 9 and 24. Eclipses can act as a reset button –think of the brief darkness of an eclipse followed by the return of light. More importantly they activate beginnings and endings. This year is about learning to live with continual change, as our emotions and thoughts alter with the cosmic weather, global events and the swing of mass consciousness.

We’ve probably noticed the return of particular themes during times of stress. Our feelings and reaction to stress is part of the paradigm. It also emphasizes the importance of meditation. Developing a devoted practice means meditating every day –even when we’re too tired or busy.

If we want to move with the energy, it’s important to think about the spiritual self. It’s always there. The true self activates flowing feelings of well-being, harmonious interaction with others, prosperity and health. It’s equally important to glimpse the “not-self”, the part of the self that generates negative feelings, fear and limitation.

By observing the not-self and identifying the true self, we can make progress quickly. By learning exercises for connection and becoming familiar with our fearful thoughts or feelings, we move toward expansion. We expand our world by changing ourselves.

As the spiritual centers open, we receive more light. In the beginning, more light is often confusing because we see and feel life differently. We feel other people more; emotion and sensation become more intense. One of the fascinating aspects of the process surrounds co-creation. We gain awareness of how we create.

We may project a negative feeling toward an activity or person and then receive a negative outcome. Sometimes, we recall a positive memory with a location and have a positive experience. But we become aware of the association of our thoughts, feelings, and visualization with specific outcomes.

This particular awareness is called awakening. We suddenly realize how we create through our participation in life. It’s part of soul evolution. Understanding our participation is the beginning of the process. As we learn to differentiate between desires of the soul and ego, we can create profound change by assuming a positive attitude and holding new images.

Part of the challenge lies in holding the imagery and feeling while experiencing waves of “reality” which seem to travel in the opposite direction. (Think of fear, doubt, tiredness or chaos.) From a higher perspective, the strange waves of new energy offer an opportunity for mastering the positive states of our higher nature.

Creating Abundance

As I said last week, every desire has a specific frequency and technique. Abundance requires a laser focus with a consistent, forceful technique. The picture of increasing abundance should be held at all times with an unwavering decisiveness. It’s best to focus several times each day and choose imagery that works well with your job or specific income.

Abundance and money come from your mind and a connection with the Divine — not the outer world. The outer world responds to your projection of imagery and your expected outcome. Like all manifestation, it depends on your energy level, your depth of divine connection, determination and imagination. If you persist with your practice, you will create it.

It’s helpful to begin by thinking of the Universe as the source of infinite abundance. If you connect with the concept of abundance, you will establish a feeling of unlimited light and flow. It’s a vast energy, waiting to put into form. The form is derived from your visualization and feeling of abundance, an inner expectation that already exists. By creating a positive expectation with your inner vision, you establish a format for the flow.

For example, you may want to see checks or deposits, emails or phone calls increasing whenever you sit at the computer or think about picking up the mail. You could also decide to see contacts giving referrals or gifts from friends (or loved ones.) It’s best not to specify the source as a particular person or business. Allow the universe to bestow the gift as a result of your altered consciousness.

See the money in your hand in your current reality today, not tomorrow or next week. See it happening now as a visceral real sensation accompanied by a sharp visual image. The image should feel real, and you should experience it in the present. (You could imagine depositing it or seeing it in your account.) Be sure to add a feeling of excitement and happiness with the flow of prosperity.

Whenever there is a doubt or fear, return to the practiced imagery and hold it for a few minutes until it feels real. Regard these feelings as information about your method of pushing away prosperity n the past. Another powerful technique is imagining your feelings after the money arrives. How would you spend it? How would you reward yourself? Identify and stay with the feeling. Notice the lack of anxiety and need. This state is necessary to manifest a desire.

Success stories  are often helpful when working with manifestation.  Jane wanted a house but couldn’t find one to fit into her budget. Her money and the possibility of finding a house made the project almost impossible. We decided to see her desired house at an affordable price. This month, she purchased a house for about 1/3 of its value. The house was twice as large as the one used in visualization. Another student doubled her income by seeing her paycheck as the twice the amount on the printed check. She was offered another job soon after this, and her income increased again.

NOTE: I worked closely with these two students for one year, but they did the work. Each of them visualized regularly, wrote angel letters and worked on developing faith in their vision. In both cases, we never asked “how.” We simply stayed with the visualization, developed positive feelings about the project and believed in the process. It’s interesting to note that we actually asked for more money for the second student. She found it easy to see her paycheck doubled so we worked with this imagery (although we could have used another format.) The “how” for both students came in a mysterious and surprising way. (Both students participated in classes regularly and worked in session at least every other month, sometimes more.)

The Value of Happiness and Joy

Imagine happiness and joy as a result of your manifestation. Most people associate money with hard work instead of enjoyment, pleasure and a positive outcome. If you radiate love with your work (whatever it is), stay connected to the Divine and religiously hold your hologram (visual + emotion), then you will succeed. You can also send love or pink light to your work, hologram or money.

These practices work with all forms of manifestation. So please use them wisely and intelligently as you co-create your life. Try to remember: the universe wants you to manifest abundance in all forms.

A few tips:

1)    The current energies actually make it easier to manifest money. There’s less resistance to creating abundance, and the energies support co-creation if you dedicate to your dream.

2)    When you feel fear, it’s probably not you. Likely, it’s other people around you or mass consciousness. It’s wise to ask for a higher vibration and the feeling of your desired manifestation. Keep asking until your energy rate increases and fear or anxiety decreases.

3)    Check in often. Hold the manifestation several times each day with a strong, confident focus. Believe in your power to create through your imagination and will.

4)    Don’t tell others about your success. It slows down the process.

5)    Understand: every effort contributes to the outcome. It’s working even if you don’t believe it. Stay with it.

6)    YOU have a specific frequency associated with abundance. No one else has the same frequency. When you find it, you can replicate it (again and again.)

7)    Enjoy your money. Share it with others.  Save some money (it’s magnetic and pulls in more.) Use some of it for spiritual growth and gift yourself with small presents for each small success.

More Cosmic Weather

The Cosmic Weather changes weekly with strong influences, currently denoted by planets clustered together in one sign. When planets group together, there’s an emphasis on a specific portion of life (depending on your personal chart.) Earlier in the month, the planets grouped in Capricorn, which rules success and prestige in the outer world and spiritual structure in the inner world. The next grouping concerns Pisces (the old world) and its strengths and weaknesses. On the higher level, Pisces refers to unity and unconditional love. On a lower level, the watery sign brings self-sacrifice, enabling and resentment. (When we give too much, we resent the energy loss.)

The planets are stationed as “direct”, which can make it easier to move forward with plans in the outer world. On the positive side, it’s a good week for finishing details of waylaid plans. It’s also very important to check in with the soul before moving too far ahead. The soul’s course slowed our pace earlier, giving valuable time to look inside.

Currently, we’re engaged in a dance between the old world and the new one. It takes a great deal of energy to move forward in the new one because the light is brighter, the rules are different, and it’s unfamiliar. The ease of the old world returns somewhat with planets aligned in Pisces so I think it’s important to look at the shifting paradigms before moving forward (or backward, depending on the inclination.)

Shifting Paradigms:

  • Loving ourselves is the most important thing. When we work on our inner manifestations by creating a beautiful outer world, we change the structure of the outer world. As we move into inner love and peace, we create it for the outer world.
  • Giving up enabling and self-sacrifice means speaking our truth and moving into balance. How do we really feel? Can we learn to express a few of your feelings while moving into a vision of a higher reality? (And what’s the higher reality? How does it look and feel?)
  • Abundance is our birth right. Light workers are good at pushing it away, but prosperity follows our thoughts and desires. Desiring prosperity and happiness is a good start. When money lies in the hands of light workers, it receives the benefit of a higher vibration. It’s a good place for money to reside and changes how it flows through the world. Why not ask for it to benefit the world?

More Planetary Particulars:

Mercury, Mars, Neptune and Chiron will soon sit in Pisces, and Venus joins the line-up in a few weeks. Pisces can bring great creativity through connection with Divine, supplying the exact details for a manifestation. With Mercury and Mars aligned in Pisces, we’re learning to distinguish the patterns of the higher mind before taking action. We should ask if the action benefits the overall direction of our soul. If it does, we should ask about the time table. Should we do now or wait? What’s best for our inner growth?

With the influence of Pisces, dreams can seem very real. It can be difficult to distinguish between the voice of the soul and the part of the self in transition, which prefers to hold on to this current reality – no matter what! Since most of us fabricated our dreams into vivid visualizations in the past few weeks, it’s important to continue. In other words, don’t rewrite dreams (unless an epiphany is experienced.)

Neptune continues to increase the odd link between this reality and the astral. We feel the presence of others, their thoughts and needs almost as loudly as we hear our inner voice. It’s important to continue to disconnect from mass consciousness on a regular basis. (It’s important to note that lower emotions often come from others – and are not necessarily yours.)

In the big picture, we’re moving through another phase of the New World. This transit can bring confusion and intense emotion, but we’ve had a great deal of practice in the past twelve months. We’ve learned to stay connected with our inner light, which illuminates the path of our hearts. The planetary energies comprise another opportunity to practice with a different energy, a step on the way to self-mastery.
