Find Clarity, Create a Better World

introspection
Maybe, we can’t change the world instantly, but there is a great deal we can do in the world around us.

Part of the challenge lies in becoming creative–and seeing and feeling something different. If we hold light and change our perception, we alter the frequency around us. This act also leads to knowledge of the inner self.

Here are my favorite techniques.
1. Focus on a personal feeling of peace. Notice how it feels and expand this inner state to the surrounding area. Imagine everyone and everything encompassed n a wave of peace. Feel the peace like waves in an ocean.
2. Send pink light to every particle and atom in the space around you. Pink light is unconditional love, and it lifts everything in its sphere. (Sometimes, it’s easier to send pink light as opposed to “love” because we color the feeling of love with many personal preferences.)
3. It’s important to learn to pause whenever we feel discordant energy between ourselves and another human being. It’s helpful to pull back our energy and briefly see the other person’s point of view or feeling. From this place, imagine seeing their inner light. (This is simply to clear energy and remove them from our energy field.) In general, pause whenever emotions are strong. Pull back into the inner self.
4) Separate from mass consciousness (lower global consciousness, including emotion) often. The entire world is changing, and it moves between light and darkness. Ask for alignment with the inner self when life feels heavy and difficult. Focus on the feeling of the flow when accompanied by a wave of happiness. (The overall energy should change in an hour or two.)
5) Learn to see the opposite of the difficult side of life. The images in our mind travel very quickly as we become more psychic. If we focus on a negative, world happening, we actually intensify it. It’s helpful to see the opposite of the difficulty, move into the heart, and ask the universe to provide the feeling of an answer. (Of course, it’s also helpful to send the feeling of the answer out into the world. Somewhere, someone is meditating and/or praying. They will receive the feeling and amplify it.)
6) Spend time in nature. Ground the body and take time to see the perfection of leaves, flowers, and wildlife. This practice eases the pressure, aligning body and spirit.
7) Practice faith, hope, and courage. It takes faith to create strong, positive visions. It takes courage to continue to see them, and it requires faith and hope to make a consistent effort. But it’s also how we learn to believe in ourselves–and our inner work.

2 Beautiful Women & the Soul

Two beautiful and powerful women, Allana Pratt and Jennifer Hoffman, talk about the soul today, May 8 and 9, on the telesummit, The Power of Inner Connection. (Go to: https://onetrueself.com/summit-2015/ or click on summit link above.)

Allana Pratt photo 2015

Allana speaks about the relationship of the soul and physical pleasure as well as the nature of the heart. She relates how the heart can respond to pain and joy to become more whole and loving–if we allow it. She also tells us how the lower chakras are a place of power, which charge the body with physical energy, when we learn how to tap into their frequency. Allana presents a charged interview filled with the nuances of duality, including laughter, pain, joy, and interpretation of memory and experience.

Jennifer Hoffman is wonderfully cosmic and practical in the same instant. She explains the prevalent roles of humanity, how to discard them, and take on the image of the inner self. Always crystal clear and grounded, Jennifer explains the importance of taking action in the physical world and why we must act on our intuitions and spiritual leads. She also shares her insights about the “energy” of the summer, telling us how to grow with the light of a gentler time. (Jennifer also recorded and prepared a special gift for our listeners, which goes live today.)

Plan to make time to listen to Allana and Jennifer. You can learn so much more!

Transformation

newsletter_tree4

Finding the True Self is the whole reason for awakening. Through the true self, we find a source of unlimited energy, direction, an open heart, and expansion. It’s not a magical genie although the force of spiritual light can feel very magical. It’s a process of learning who we really are by connecting to the Light.

For me, it began with a desire to awaken. There is a very real invisible world, which is only accessed by the soul. I wanted to know more about it, and my journey occurred through knowing wolves. It was not easy—finding truth is rarely easy. It’s a treasure found only through seeking.

In this post, I’m listing a few ideas for transformation. It’s important to adjust them to your own needs and journey.

1)      No one can save you. You must do it yourself through the help of the universe.  It’s important to learn about energy and how it works and feels for you. Alignment with the universe leads to transformation. Meditation brings the connection with the universe. (You can meditate on many things and manifest them, but it’s pretty meaningless without the connection. Expansion of light and awareness is the point of both meditation and manifestation.) Devotion to meditation is the fastest way of finding yourself. Find a coach or teacher if you need help.

2)      Know yourself. Learn how energy feels to you. When do you lose or gain energy? (Begin with locations, people, and actions.) Use your studies to notice if you feel inspired, energized, or excited.  Where are you blocked? Do you know how to send light and love to your difficulties or pain? Do you know how to send energy to expand your life? Do you practice sending light to yourself and others?

3)      What do you do with your energy? Do you speak well of others? How do you see them in your mind’s eye? Do you work or use your energy until you’re exhausted? Do you stop and collect energy on a regular basis? How do you project life? Everyone sees life by imagining events and outcomes and creating a virtual time line. By understanding this, you can alter a great deal of the movement of your life. We often project the next day before going to sleep. (An interesting question is: if the universe dreamed up my life tomorrow, how would it look?)

4)      Everything emanates energy. Stones, plants, people, places emanate an energetic pulse. By knowing what raises your energy, you can have more of it. Anything “raising energy” is generally associated with the true self. (It’s important to note you’re not taking the energy. You’re sharing a resonance. It’s synergy—your energy plus another field. You go into the inner self to find additional energy, not back to the physical source.)

5)      The journey involves staying aligned with the true self when the ego (negative inner dialog and resistance) comes into play. It’s good to think of it as energy going in the opposite direction. How can you turn it around, express it differently, and/or move through it?

6)      Like attracts like. Find people, books, objects, and practices with a higher frequency. Note the difference in their vibration and your own.  Emulate the vibration.  Discover how you can create a similar vibration of your own.

7)      Express willingness for the journey. It takes work and persistence to find your true self.

Child of the Universe

childoftheuniversePainting by Amanda Sage

Who are you, really?

You are a child of the universe born of the earth, sky, water, and fire. The earth feels your feet and hears your words; the universe experiences you as a sensation of light. You hold the power to create much by joining with your higher vision. You can move the world with your vision.

You are never alone. Angels dance above you, and the elementals walk with you in nature. The sun shines on you. The rain cools and refreshes you. The wind carries your thoughts.  Caught in a dance between opposites of duality, you often forget how you are always accompanied by the invisible world.

Sometimes, life seems small, but it is truly large. Worlds are found in flowers, and butterflies carry a multitude of messages. Nature speaks with you in every moment, sending harmony, peace, and the pattern of your divine blueprint. When you alter your focus by asking to see the infinite, this magical world opens.

It’s human nature to walk between the two worlds, to experience the mundaneness of life and the vast expansion of the mind, body, and spirit. You choose the direction of the moment, whether finding happiness in the mundane or making space between the mundane tasks to let the infinite flow through you. When you find the infinite flow, your creativity opens.

The universe flows through you. As with quantum science, instant answers are found as your consciousness moves through images, sounds, and color, manufactured by universal field. The experience can bring great opening to your life including answers, people, and the revelation of dreams and direction in life. The ultimate experience is the exchange of human and universal bliss.

It can happen by becoming very, very conscious. It can come from the feminine mystery of the earth. It can come from the fiery sphere of intellectual and spiritual realization. But when it comes, it is very real.  Your super-human powers of love and light amplify intensely, and you vibrate at a new frequency. The doors open, and you remember—you are indeed a child of the universe.

NOTE: Simply meditating on these thought can bring illumination. It’s also helpful to ask who you are without your personality, your perpetual way of perceiving life. There are thousands of wonderful ways of perceiving life.  You have only to ask.

Global Realizations

newsletter_connection

With the coming of spring, the energies will shift significantly. As a group of awakening beings, we share the potential for realizations, feelings, and changes in beliefs. The major changes will involve: seeing where we need to change, renewing our belief in our power to alter the flow of life, and growth in the areas of abundance, vitality, and soul connection.

The knowledge of a need for change is a big part of manifestation, soul growth, and development of intuition. The flow of the soul demands expansion—the creative life force, the development of abilities, and a renewed practice of seeing life in a more positive sense. It involves opening to “receiving” what we truly desire and /or relinquishing control. (A part of the ego controls happiness—it associates this action with “staying safe.”)

Likely, everyone has noticed the temporary chaos accompanying internal change. Everything moves out of order. People respond in a strange way; life twists and turns. At other times, a bliss flows into life, and we wonder why we ever worried.  It’s all normal on the path of the soul. The conflicts and comfort are part of the progress—the motion of the zigzag path of enlightenment. (These experiences also teach compassion for others on our path.)

Here are a few insights:

1)      Manifestation is changing. It is much more rapid when we are aligned and thinking joyfully about life. The new process involves both manifesting in the now by seeing yourself exactly how you want to live and experience life—and to projecting into the future. Both motions are necessary to manifest quickly. We could see this as a reflection of the acceleration in time. It’s necessary to stay present in the moment as often as possible to experience the joy of life, and it’s also important to stay focused on our future desires. (Human beings constantly project the future. If we don’t take action to direct it, the ego and subconscious project our patterns.)

2)      Time and weather shifts.  Time is accelerating (again.) It’s important to take breaks, rest often, and breathe into the moment. (I like the idea of asking the moment what it would like to reveal to me. I also like asking the moment, “What is my best action now?”  I try to follow up by sitting under a tree or brushing the cat—even when I don’t have time. I notice time expands and slows down when I follow my soul’s pursuits.) The weather will continue with its strange patterns until we master part of our duality. Currently, it reflects the shift of our thoughts and feelings as they move back and forth.

3)      Group manifestations – it’s important to believe we can manifest accurately and positively as a group. Part of this involves believing in our potential to join together and see/create goodness. It’s also about believing the light enough to know we can do it. (I think the shut-down of the government was a good example. Perhaps, we didn’t like everything associated with the shut-down, but it gives an opportunity to discover what we did and didn’t want.)

4)      The Control Issue – The Control Issue is important because we tend to see corporations, governments, and powerful individuals controlling our lives. In metaphysics, control is associated with the un-integrated ego’s beliefs—a part of us believing in old patterns, negativity, and repeating the paradigms. In this case, the opposite of control involves trusting our connection with the universe to lead us in the right direction and knowing we have the power to make alterations when life seems difficult and dark. (“The universe always wants to help me and brings help before I ask” is a nice mantra.)

5)      Raising frequency – Every desire and effort to reach a higher frequency counts in cultivating light and love on our planet. Sending peace, love, color, and good thoughts make a big difference every day. Everyone, who is open to receiving, feels our positive response. It encourages the planet at large.

6)      Happiness – Realizing how much everyone deserves happiness, abundance, peace, and vitality is important.  Think about this.

7)      We can ask to feel the higher frequencies of the group around us. We can ask for others in our lives that love us and see the best for us. We can ask for the magic and goodness in our lives to double or triple—and we can work on visualizing positive outcomes for ourselves and others. It’s light work!

Where Are We Going Next?

earthfromspace

Last year, we waited for December 21st , and we hoped for  the beginning of a New World. Many of us felt a shift in energy, a gentle flow of soft feminine love, but the world stayed the same – except for an increase of intensity. Generally speaking, I can peer into the future and see what’s coming in the next year for the world. I find messages, feelings, and particular patterns of energy. Lately, I don’t see this when I look forward in time.

Several versions of projected reality exist. They involve short periods of intense awakening, long periods of awakening, more or less people on the planet, or overnight peace and harmony. None fit very well. I suspect the world will change as we recognize how we create on a karmic level and move into a deeper love for ourselves and the world.

There’s not really a format for change because we’re undergoing the process of awakening, and “what will be” cannot be recognized or translated until more of us reach an illuminated state. By illuminated, I mean maintaining a connection with the higher self by recognizing the play of the ego and soul, while differentiating between the two of them and making a higher choice in consciousness.

Making a higher choice in consciousness means learning to substitute positive thoughts for negative ones, realizing how our behavior affects the outcome of events, and learning to “click” into higher consciousness. When we click into higher consciousness, a special feeling comes with a feeling of relief and peacefulness. It’s like turning off a bumpy road onto a smooth highway with no traffic. There’s an ease with it, and we receive a sense of direction.

It’s also about holding the higher vibration of love in the outer world. The connection between everyone heightens when energies increase, and we’re experiencing a time of a dispensation of light. Whether we like it or not, we’re not separate. We feel what other people feel and hear their thoughts on the intuitive level. It’s not easy to stay in a place of love when other people’s emotions or thoughts are discordant. (After all, you feel great — they don’t. Somehow, it doesn’t feel fair to identify with their energy.)

Yet, teachers and light workers hold love for people on a lower level. Nothing changes unless we hold the higher frequency for the world. It’s important to have boundaries and refrain from interaction with people who drain us, BUT someone has to see life differently. Someone has to see other people with a higher vision and hold good thoughts for the world. In the big picture, we’re responsible for our feelings and thoughts – no matter how other people make us feel. It’s interesting, but when we work through karma or lower energy, we often stop feeling negative thoughts about other people. Amazingly, we feel love and compassion, instead.

It takes effort and belief in our inner power. No one gets there without rigorously examining their life, or deciding to change. Sometimes, change involves speaking with new words, seeing people in a new way, or realizing our moods belong to us – not someone else. The summer months emphasized emotion so we could better see how we react to our personal and worldly karma. When we change our perspective and feelings, we alter the flow of the situation. By continually focusing on the good in life, we create more of it. We have to remind ourselves of what is good and beautiful in life. Otherwise, we resonate with the lower patterns and create more what we don’t want (by believing in it.)

The spiritual path involves time and commitment. We can’t think meditating will work when life doesn’t go well. If life isn’t going well, it’s a wake-up call. It’s time to see things from a new perspective. What is the inner voice really saying? What aren’t we hearing or seeing? Through connection with the Divine, we hear the inner voice with its gentle direction. When we listen long enough, a whole beautiful world opens with infinite possibility and a thousand wonderful things.

The Summer Shift

For the last three months, the inner planets (Sun, Mercury, Venus, and Mars) clustered heavily together around the current sun sign. In June, the pressure moves off as the planets ease away from one another. Jupiter, the planet of good fortune, will be well-placed in Cancer toward the middle of the month, helping with finances and general economy. The energetic up/down movement of the eclipses ended last month. The strong Uranus/Pluto alignment is eased by a positive kite. Life may actually seem smoother for a few weeks!

If you’re evolving, you’ll take a look at emotional issues during late June/July. The good news lies in the placement of Jupiter, which eases the pressure by encouraging positive outcomes and feelings. The big lesson lies in learning what resonates with our higher self and what is ending. The Uranus/Pluto square is making everyone – and the world – take a look at these two issues.

The planets and energies are likely to continue our work in these directions:

  1. Increasing Awareness of What Does and Doesn’t Work. You become more aware of what works and doesn’t when you walk the path of the soul. The things that don’t work grow intensity; the parts of life, aligned with higher self, call more loudly. It’s odd, but inner growth makes everything more intense. You feel other people more; you feel life more. It’s not always easy, but it’s better than the alternative.
  2. Understanding Lower States. You understand how lower states call in lower energy. Feeling anxiety, tension, anger, or working too long tends to create what you don’t want – more of the unattractive state.  Detachment and self-observation help. It helps more to take five minutes and visualize the task completed or a state of ease and restfulness. (The same is true with world affairs. Take action, bless the situation and move on. Negative states feed on negative energy.)
  3. A Higher State. You learn to hold a higher state of mind. Of course, everyone goes up and down. The idea lies in identifying what makes your consciousness move and up – or from higher to lower consciousness – while learning to project positive alternatives in place of the old images. This is the action of the teaching the lower self to expect and create positive outcome. (Otherwise, the lower self gets involved in choosing negative possibilities.)
  4. Believing in You. Sometimes, it’s difficult to believe in your dreams. It’s hard to encounter repetitive situations and to continue moving forward, but everyone hold the tremendous power and energy needed to create a better life.  It’s important to know you deserve a beautiful and wonderful life. (When you create it, you’ll help others do the same.)
  5. Believing in a Better World. The new energies bring light and a whole new way of life while everyone is deciding how far to travel into the light. The light comes from the quantum field, bringing realizations, miracles and change. The passage of a new time brings the opportunity for enlightenment and hope to the world.
  6. Spiritual energy naturally involves physical energy. There will be emphasis on the body and creating a physical life that better represents our inner needs and longings, including personal economy.

Navigating the New Energies

The month of May brings eclipses on May 9 and 24. Eclipses can act as a reset button –think of the brief darkness of an eclipse followed by the return of light. More importantly they activate beginnings and endings. This year is about learning to live with continual change, as our emotions and thoughts alter with the cosmic weather, global events and the swing of mass consciousness.

We’ve probably noticed the return of particular themes during times of stress. Our feelings and reaction to stress is part of the paradigm. It also emphasizes the importance of meditation. Developing a devoted practice means meditating every day –even when we’re too tired or busy.

If we want to move with the energy, it’s important to think about the spiritual self. It’s always there. The true self activates flowing feelings of well-being, harmonious interaction with others, prosperity and health. It’s equally important to glimpse the “not-self”, the part of the self that generates negative feelings, fear and limitation.

By observing the not-self and identifying the true self, we can make progress quickly. By learning exercises for connection and becoming familiar with our fearful thoughts or feelings, we move toward expansion. We expand our world by changing ourselves.

As the spiritual centers open, we receive more light. In the beginning, more light is often confusing because we see and feel life differently. We feel other people more; emotion and sensation become more intense. One of the fascinating aspects of the process surrounds co-creation. We gain awareness of how we create.

We may project a negative feeling toward an activity or person and then receive a negative outcome. Sometimes, we recall a positive memory with a location and have a positive experience. But we become aware of the association of our thoughts, feelings, and visualization with specific outcomes.

This particular awareness is called awakening. We suddenly realize how we create through our participation in life. It’s part of soul evolution. Understanding our participation is the beginning of the process. As we learn to differentiate between desires of the soul and ego, we can create profound change by assuming a positive attitude and holding new images.

Part of the challenge lies in holding the imagery and feeling while experiencing waves of “reality” which seem to travel in the opposite direction. (Think of fear, doubt, tiredness or chaos.) From a higher perspective, the strange waves of new energy offer an opportunity for mastering the positive states of our higher nature.
