Moving Into Oneness

Moving into Oneness comes from awareness of the inner self. It grows through listening to the heart and moving into light.

When we move into Oneness, we connect with everything and everyone on the planet. We feel the interconnection with the All.  (I practice this exercise several times every day!)

Shortening the Swing

In spirituality, the “swing” is well known. It involves riding the wave of emotion, the swing of thoughts, and motion of consciousness from low to high. It’s a part of spirituality, which is rarely addressed; it happens most often when you ascend to higher levels of consciousness.

Higher consciousness lifts you above the swing—and into a place of love and centering. In this place, it’s impossible to feel the swing, but it takes a lot of practice to stay there consistently. Alchemy refers to this practice as shortening the swing.

Here’s a meditation to help, but please read the blog first! https://InstantTeleseminar.com/Events/116471847

  1. It’s realistic to know you’ll experience the swing of consciousness. It can occur because of your geographic location, planetary events, family karma, and personal patterns. It’s helpful to observe your lower feelings while knowing the feelings won’t last forever. (If you apply some of the techniques listed below, you’ll find resolution more quickly.)
  2. Think about light and the good parts of life. Meditate often for short spans of time. Focus on a feeling of light. Ask for connection with the higher self. (Find the heart space and let love flow through your being.)
  3. Centering occurs in the heart. You literally contact the part of the self that knows the solution, the way into quieter, peaceful parts of life. It’s where truth abides.
  4. Ask for a higher pattern of results in life. Ask to see solutions and remember when life has moved more smoothly. See the opposite of whatever you are experiencing.
  5. Take long walks and sit in nature. Ask the earth to take your negative energy. Ask to feel the joyous parts of life. When you focus on the sensation of good instead of problems, the energy takes another form.
  6. Experiment by combining or altering meditation techniques. Ask your inner self for guidance. Act on every feeling and intuition. See where they lead you.
  7. Notice if the feeling is situational. If the feeling occurs when you are with specific people, it probably relates to them. If it appears with a specific task, you may feel your inner resistance, need to control, or old fears. Take a small step and reward yourself for taking action.
  8. Move into a state of knowing. Many of your thoughts and feelings are not real. They come from the lower self and habits or patterns. They disappear when you move into a higher state of consciousness. You are feeling all that you are leaving behind. In the future, you will “meet” more of your shining, incredible inner self.

New Moon/Solar Eclipse, portal for change

Feel emotions, clear patterns, and move more deeply into the spiritual nature. It’s how we evolve, and the placement of many planets in water will help in gaining awareness. By contemplating the feeling of inner connection, we can rise above the emotional waves.

The solar eclipse occurred on July 2, marking the calendar of inner and outer changes for the summer. Many metaphysicians and astrologers believe it opened a gateway to higher consciousness.

The eclipse is believed to be one of the bridges between the past and future—a turning point for higher awakening and inner realization. It involves releasing old patterns of the past while embracing a new future that is necessary to find with our hearts

Light and darkness play through the chart. Sun (life), Moon (emotions) and Venus (love, relationships) in Cancer heighten emotions and sensitivity to other people. Cancer is a beautiful water sign ruling the Mother, the Sea, and the yin/yang of emotion. The Great Mother (or Feminine) has many faces, ranging from nurturing to profuse emotion to hiding emotion and repressed feelings. (The feminine is represented by the sea and the earth on this planet.) It may take time and healing to fully resurrect the spirit of the feminine in our culture.

Light and darkness play through the chart. Sun (life), Moon (emotions) and Venus (love, relationships) in Cancer heighten emotions and sensitivity to other people. (The feminine is represented by the sea and the earth on this planet.) It may take time and healing to fully resurrect the spirit of the feminine in our culture.

Saturn (karma, limitation, time) asks for review of our lives, particularly with old patterns and karmic cycles. (It’s necessary to make changes to move deeply in an awakened state.) Emotions can reflect our feelings about the self and the past. By altering our emotions, we create a new life. With Saturn’s involvement, inner and outer work are implied. Saturn also rules devotion, hard work, and study, which are needed on the path to awakening.

Sun and Moon sextile (positive) Uranus, opening our minds to new insights and solutions, and Sun/Moon trine (harmonious) Neptune (mysticism, illusion), which can offer ideas and dreams from the “other” side.

Mercury (communications, higher mind) is placed in Leo but moves into retrograde on July 7. It will swing back into Cancer, encouraging confusion between thoughts and emotions for the remainder of July. (The protocol includes expecting delays with travel, communication, and electronics, refraining from purchases of electronics, and resting while reviewing life.)

Venus (love, relationships) moves into Cancer today, heightening the level of emotion about love and personal perception of how others love us. The planet sextiles (positive) Mars, balancing the female/male energies.

Mars (energy, male) is placed in Leo, which ignites our passion for motion in life. It encourages expression of our passion and increases awareness of the heart. Mercury (communication) and Mars (male, energy) squares (tension) Uranus (sudden change, awakening), which asks for moderation – and not sudden action – when contemplating new ideas and thoughts.

Mars is in opposition to Pluto (subconscious, underworld) and asks to see the darkness in ourselves and in the world. It’s not an easy task, but it’s part of knowing where to send light and create a positive shift. Saturn (limitation, karma) conjuncts Pluto, which increases our ambition and desire for success. But many planets are retrograde, and it’s more of a time for contemplation than putting active ideas into form.

Chiron (wounded healer) in Aries is retrograde, which can aid in reflection and insights about healing our wounds.

The chart asks for personal and global insights about darkness in life, but it also opens a portal for spiritual growth. It places our focus on the patterns that play havoc with our emotions, but it also gives the Great Mother (Cancer) to nourish and heal them.

When we see the darkness in ourselves, others, or the world, we have the option of calling on the light. From there, we can find our power, send love, and ask for change. We have the tools to create the desired change, but we must find them within.

Tips:

  1. The energy is intense. It can be useful in creating new, positive patterns in life–if you’re willing to examine our emotions and reactions.
  2. If you’re feeling fear, insecurity, or emotional pain, come back to your heart. Focus on light. Your true identity resides in higher emotions. Contemplate and observe. Choose the path that leads to the inner self.
  3. See this as the right time to change old, familiar (but unhappy) patterns.  You access your inner power when you break old emotional/mental cycles. (Send light to yourself and your life. Visualize the opposite of your experience.) Trust the process. Meditate. Believe in your power to change your personal world.
  4. Many planets are retrograde, and there’s a weird, floating feeling. It’s okay. Go with it. It’s part of the shift. (In a sense, you’re between worlds.)
  5. When you see the darkness in yourself, others, or life, send love and light. Change the story. See it differently. It’s what you came here to do.

Why Does Life Feel So Intense?

You may see master numbers like 11:11 or 22:22 while encountering synchronicity constantly—or you may feel frustrated and overwhelmed emotionally. A small event may send you reeling back into the worst of childhood memories, but you’re totally peaceful after a few minutes of meditation.

What’s happening? The earth (and humanity) are experiencing huge waves of light, solar storms, and fluctuations in geomagnetic field. Astrologically, we’re preparing for a New Moon/Solar Eclipse on July 2. (The chart lines up with aspects of the United States’ natal chart. Think about what you love about it because conjunctions intensify both good and bad.) Mercury retro begins on July 7 and extends throughout the month. A lunar eclipse comes on July 16 along with many retrograde, outer planets. Obviously, the earth and nature are changing with the current cosmic changes.

Yes, the energy will become stronger, and people will probably become more reactive unless the “conscious” group devotes to more meditation.

Why Are People So Emotional?

Light amplifies everything. Think about shining a huge light on a room. You’ll see the dust and dirt hidden beneath the surface. The same is true with the self.

The past is “up” for examination. It usually doesn’t feel good to relive mistakes and painful events. However, it’s how you evolve. However, karma is simply a lower vibration. When you learn how to maintain a higher vibration and/or new vibrations, you displace karma and create new opportunities in life. (Light and/or a higher frequency actually connects you to the quantum field where energy behaves very differently, creating small and large miracles.)

What About Self-Sabotage?

Self-sabotage and mistakes come from a relatively, small part of the self. If you’re experiencing awakening and/or higher consciousness, you’re probably complex with many, different parts of the self.

Only a small part of you (one part of the self) is making mistakes, and it occurs when you’re not awake. This part of the self will share ideas and thoughts when you’re not paying attention. They often sound good because they are part of an old pattern—a program to keep you in the comfort zone of staying the same. You’re noticing self-sabotage because you’re awakening. Otherwise, you wouldn’t notice it. You’d think life wasn’t working, and it wasn’t your fault.

NOTE: It doesn’t help to feel guilt or blame yourself. It’s best to know a small part of you created the dissonance. Send light to it. Promise to do better.

What Can You Do?

It’s important to remember this is a time of awakening. There are huge opportunities for growth in consciousness, manifesting our dreams, and bringing wholeness into this incarnation. (I didn’t say it was easy!)

Meditation and manifestation are very important because meditation teaches connection with the Divine, and manifestation teaches us how to reach the quantum field. They both raise your frequency, which how spiritual change takes place. (It’s not selfish because we learn – and want to – share whatever we manifest with others. It’s particularly true if you’re creating from your heart.)

Focus on the heart in moments of chaos. Ask for help instead of focusing on problems. Call on your angels, guides, and the universe. Imagine having the solution instead of searching for it.

There’s a part of you that knows what to do. You may not find it right away, but it will appear if you focus on it.

Planetary Change: Thought and Illusion

The New Moon appears on Monday, June 3, at 6:01 am. It’s a time of the void when we reflect on the next lunar cycle of energy. The New Moon chart focuses on the mind with Sun, Moon, and Mercury in Gemini. It brings intense mental energy along with a feeling of pressure. The Sabian Symbols point to learning how to share our gifts, new beginnings, and the importance of intuitive perception.

Sun, Moon, and Mercury are placed in Gemini, an air sign, representing the duality of thought. An emphasis on duality is found throughout the chart, and duality is resolved within the inner self. Sun and Moon are in the air sign of Gemini, symbolized by the twins, and ruling the mind and all forms of communication.  Air can refer to the lower or higher mind, and twins are a symbol of duality-representing the interplay of light and darkness. The element of air can also represent the quantum field, the instantaneous transfer of information from the cosmos into the personal mind that creates a gestalt moment of realization.

Sun (life) and Moon (emotions) are conjunct or closely placed, heightening the stimulation of our mental processes. The conjunctions act as a catalyst for the mind, increasing our propensity to fire rapid thoughts. Discernment is the key to differentiate between meaningless and meaningful thoughts.  (Influences such as emotions, sensations, the energy fields of others, and the overall global frequency affect our thoughts.)

Too much thought and mental activity can cause nervousness and/or restlessness. The air (mental activity) in the chart can keep us in our head when emotions and connection with the earth are needed to pass through the intense but uplifting chart. (There are many aspects and planetary placements, which help with transformation and evoke sensitivity.)

A T-square exerts pressure, and it causes restlessness and interference with mental focus. It is formed between Sun/Moon in Gemini, Jupiter in Sagittarius, and Neptune in Pisces.  By meditating and focusing on the inner self, we can discern the thoughts and actions that lead to a calmer mind and inner focus.

Venus (feminine, relationships, love) is placed in Taurus, and it is exalted. Venus connects us to the beauty of life and expands our ability to commune with the earth. This placement encourages communication with the earth and opens our consciousness. Venus trines Pluto, which gives the opportunity to experience higher, more elated emotion.

Mars (masculine energy, assertiveness) placed in Cancer is a bit misplaced, and it tends to pull our energy down with emotional reactions, which may feel surprisingly strong. It tends to elicit strong emotions from the past and angry feelings that may have been repressed.  Mars opposes Saturn (karma, time), creating energy that feels like start and stop. Mars wants to move forward, and Saturn wants to go slowly and methodically. Mars trines Neptune (mysticism, illusion), increasing creativity and a sense of community.

Sun (life), Moon (emotions), and Mercury (mind) in Gemini oppose Jupiter, the planet of good fortune and expansion, in Sagittarius. Sun opposition Jupiter t bestows radiance, strength, and overconfidence. It can cause the desire to jump into many ideas and projects at once. (Contemplate the actual work before you begin.) Moon (emotions) opposes Jupiter, which can heighten feelings of positivity and generosity but can also bring a feeling of restlessness. Mercury (mind) I sin opposition to Jupiter, and it accelerates the tendency and desire to make plans and/or move in several directions at once. (Jupiter expands everything, and it heightens optimism. However, it tends to overlook details and the need for hard work.)

Neptune

Sun, Moon, Mercury, and Jupiter square Neptune. Venus sextiles Neptune. Mars trines Neptune. Saturn sextiles Neptune. Sun (life) square (tension) Neptune, casting light on our personal darkness and doubts. The aspect deal with false impressions about the self, usually stemming from childhood. Mastery comes from confidence, positive self-esteem, and finding the underlying truth about the perception of lack. Moon (emotions) square Neptune heightens sensitivity and compassion for others, accelerating our ability to help others, and it helps with creativity and emotional expression.  Mercury square Neptune clouds thinking and perception of the “real” world.  Jupiter (expansion, good fortune) squares Neptune can give magically infused and creative ideas, but they will need translation into the practical world. It’s important to see the line between illusion and reality with desires to move forward in life as ideas tend to need a great deal of practical work to come into form.

Venus (love, relationships) trines Pluto (subconscious, transformation) Venus trine (harmonious) Pluto can lead to intensely emotional and spiritual realizations. It heightens our spiritual faith and can lead to positive transformation. Saturn, lord of karma and structure, conjuncts (close to) Pluto, gives a desire to work through limitations of the past while transforming our lives. Neptune (mysticism, idealism) sextiles Pluto, which helps in dissolving old patterns and finding our way in the paradigm of the New Age, and it also aids in aligning positively with collective energies.

Mercury (communication) and Mars (action, male energy) square Chiron (wounded healer). We may learn about thoughts and actions that slow or delay healing.  Mercury (communications) rules our thoughts and ability to communicate. In Gemini, it moves very quickly. Mars in Cancer can bring old resentments and emotional patterns to the surface.

NOTES:

  1. It’s easy for our minds to spin too rapidly with inner planets placed in Gemini.  It’s important to slow down, meditate, and listen to the heart. Find activities that quiet the mind and engage the inner self.
  2. A T-square makes life feel very intense for a few days. Try to relax and take care of yourself.
  3. Aspects with Jupiter tend to enlarge our plans and lead us to ignore the practical and hard work that is necessary for accomplishing them. Choose less instead more when planning the future.
  4. Neptune (mysticism, illusion) plays an important role in this chart. Neptune also heightens sensitivity and intuition. In this chart, Sun, Moon, Mercury, and Jupiter square Neptune, making it necessary to understand where we are limited by lack of self-esteem, the placement of illusion in our dreams, and accepting that our thoughts may be slightly confused in the near future.
  5.  Aspects with Pluto (subconscious, transformation) can lead to higher realizations, dissolving patterns, and working through limitations to create and transform life
  6. Chiron is squared (tension) by Mars (action) and Mercury (thought).  It’s necessary to take a look at mental and physical patterns, which interfere with healing.
  7. Meditate often to align with intuition and to return to the heart.

Sabian Symbols, based on the work of Lynda Hill

Sun and Moon are on Gemini 13, “A World-Famous Pianist Giving a Concert Performance”.  The best performances come from individuals who have practiced and mastered a gift.  A pianist shares their talent with a large group of people. The symbol urges us to share our talents and gifts with others. At this pivotal point in evolution, our skills with light, healing, and love are needed by the world—and it’s time to share them.

Mercury is on Gemini 28, “Society Granting Bankruptcy to Him, A Man Leaves the Court with Mixed Feelings”. A person has been judged by others. The past is wiped away, and he must contemplate another phase in life. Perhaps, the symbol tells us to move beyond our mistakes of the past. It’s time to focus our minds on a better future.

Venus is on Taurus 24, “An Indian Warrior Riding Fiercely with Human Scalps Hanging at His Belt”. The symbol evokes an image of revenge, territory, and aggressive action. The lesson is the opposite. Ascending on the spiritual path requires love and compassion—even as we move passionately into our desires and longings. Desires must be accomplished in a peaceful, loving way.

Mars sits on Cancer 12, “A Chinese Woman Nursing a Baby Whose Aura Reveals Him to be the Reincarnation of a Great Teacher”.  The symbol indicates to need to use inner gifts such as intuition or devotion to perceive spiritual opportunities. When we find them, it’s necessary to nourish and nurture our findings—as we would with a baby. (The gifts must be nourished before revealing them to the world.)

Jupiter sits on Sagittarius 21, “A Child and A Dog Wearing Borrowed Eyeglasses”. The child puts its glasses on the dog, which may give a human appearance of intellect.  The symbol can refer to those who wear glasses to look more intelligent—or assuming role that one wants to assume in life. It could also refer to imagining or pretending a new identity to manifest it.

More on Manifesting

You are a creator, and you came here to create. It’s how you learn to master the flow of your energy and transform lower emotions and thoughts into a higher form. It’s how you create possibility, beauty, and wonderful solutions out of darkness and chaos.

It’s how you create harmony in a world, which is out of alignment. It’s the way you transform a negative situation into a positive one. It’s how you awaken the creativity of the heart. The process brings awakening and connection with the inner self.

  1. The first step lies in possibility—and believing that your experience of the world can become better. It requires a new dimension of thought as to what is possible—and opening to what is amazing. Your consciousness must move from limitation to expansion.
  2. Change can be as simple as more harmony in life and moving above lower vibrations, which cause stress or anxiety. It can be as complex as a whole new life, which opens gifts and fulfills the heart.
  3. Manifestation begins with lack—an unfulfilled desire, an inner longing, or a need to experience the opposite of a problem. By visualizing and “feeling” the desired state, your consciousness learns to move in a different, higher direction. This practice leads to perception of possibilities, a subtle change in how you see the world and (ultimately) an understanding of how to change your energy to experience more “goodness” in life.
  4. It’s best to begin with a few minutes of meditation and find the light. Follow the practice with an image and feeling of your desire as already fulfilled. Live in the image as often as you like. Imagine it has already occurred, and you live in a new level of happiness and harmony.
  5. When your practice becomes strong, you will receive insights and intuitions. You will become more aware of your inner self—as well as the part of the self who has been limited by the lack of change.
  6. Your thoughts and feelings will change. There will be moments of illumination when change seems likely; there will be moments when it feels that life will never change. In the dark moments, it’s necessary to hold the visuals and return to the feelings. It’s part of the process of overcoming doubt and fear. It also means you’re closer to your desire.
  7. You will become aware of your inner self as you work in the direction of a desire. incredible moments of connection, realization of beauty, and amazing wonder will come as you progress with your work. You will begin to perceive the energy that lies beneath the material world, and the energetic forces will work with you. (There’s a tendency to believe the world is against you when confronting subconscious patterns. It’s the opposite with manifestation.)
  8. With every desire, there is an obstacle or block. You learn how to move through the obstacle with creative thoughts, calming your emotions, and visualization to find the root cause of the problem. This leads to right action, which is usually prompted through meditation and by suggestions received through intuition.
  9. This process is also called awakening. It’s a subtle realization of knowing you can use your energy (thoughts, emotions, actions) to create a shift in life. After repeating the process several times, you can see good things for others, and they will occur. Life will continue to create challenges, but you’ll have more, new tools every time. More importantly, you’ll have the key to your inner self, know how to listen to the universe, and use the experience to move into deeper awakening. (Between the challenges, you’ll encounter adventures and joyful moments!)

5 Reasons to Open Your Heart

flowers_cool

The Heart lies at the center of our being. The soul speaks through the heart and gives loving guidance. In metaphysics, the first true awakening comes through the heart center. Knowing and listening to our heart is a powerful tool. Here are five good reasons for working with this powerful center.

1)      Truth and love flow through the heart. It is how we feel our alignment with the universe. The head generates many thoughts and ideas, but we feel their value through the heart. We move into a space of love by listening to the heart. We can actually weigh ideas through the heart. “Listen” and “feel” through the heart. Does the idea make your chest expand or contract? (For a year, I used this practice by asking if a thought came from the heart or not-self.) The universe speaks through the heart.

2)      We receive and generate love through the heart space. We can ask for love or pink light. We can imagine a ray of pink light entering our chests and healing our body, emotions, and thoughts. When we feel love, we naturally radiate it out into the world. The heart space provides connection with ourselves, one another, and the universe at large.

3)      We can discern between personal truth and non-truth by listening to the heart. There is a light, warm, easy feeling when thoughts resonate with the heart. (We feel other thoughts in the head or pelvis area—the ones not resonating with the heart.) The heart moves us toward our dreams.  The heart also tells us when there is dissonance in our environment because there is an uneasy feeling. It’s helpful to ask what can be changed and if we can take an action. Sometimes, the action is as simple as sitting outdoors or taking a break.

4)      The heart provides balance. Positioned in the center of the chakra system, it balances the physical chakras and spiritual chakras. As human beings, we have many desires at a given time. By listening to the heart, we can create a balance between physical routine and spiritual practice. The word “heart” is an anagram for earth. As spiritual and physical creatures, we balance between our spirituality and physicality through the heart.

5)      Passion is one of the biggest and best reasons for opening the heart. Passion pulls us into expression, enthusiasm, and ecstasy. The heart delights in the sensations of love and life. Through the heart, we experience expansion of life. We find the words, images, or actions to reflect beauty and joy. We find the courage to inspire, go forward, and express our gifts.  (It’s not enough to push through life!) Passion is magical and energizing!

NOTE: One of my favorite quotes is  “As a man thinketh in his heart, so he is” by James Allen, who wrote a small, important book on the subject. We feel our soul through the heart–connection, right direction, and intuition come from this place. It’s helpful to focus on the heart and ask if your desire, thought, or inclination comes from the heart. You don’t have to change anything, but listening will change your life.

Finding the Heart Space

The heart projects the rhythm of the soul. By learning to recognize the rhythm and feeling of connection with the heart, we can find our center. We can feel peace, happiness and joy.

When moving through conflict or indecision, we can always return to the heart and amplify feelings of love. One of my favorite meditations is “Pink Heart Meditation.” I love this exercise so I recorded it for you.
