Finding Higher Frequencies

 

Everything is related. When following a desire, we increase and diminish parts of life. Time is a simple example. When we delve into our spiritual practice, we take time away from a previous pursuit. When we see the beauty in nature, we discard other thoughts. (When I write this, I think of nothing else.)

With the influx of energies, there is a shift in perception, feelings, and responses to energy. Many people are awakening and bringing more light to the planet. As awakening continues, we perceive life differently because light causes everything to move at a higher frequency.

Here are a few insights:

  1. As we become more conscious, our awareness shifts. We become aware that “reality” shifts, spins, and stirs with the state of our consciousness, which is reflected in the flow of events. (This may cause positive and negative events in life such as the falling away of specific relationships and/or unexpected opportunities.)
  2. We affect “life” and our lives more than we want to admit. Our lower thoughts and feelings may attract an irritable person, and higher thoughts may pull in a flow of love. (For example, the sun shines when we think a higher thought, or we receive a pleasant email from a loved one.) Conversely, we can also become more sensitive to the negative energy of others, which can mean altering relationships, learning to communicate in a different way, or changing an aspect of life.
  3. Consciousness connects us more deeply to all sources of information and energy. We feel life more intensely. We may feel more drawn or repelled to particular sources of information. Our higher consciousness begins to direct us more strongly. (As we become more intuitive, our “reads” and feelings become more accurate–and are felt more forcefully.)
  4. Energetic changes affect us more. For example, we may feel tired or over-energized with the current planetary changes. We may experience calm or anxiety. (Meditation–and water–help with swings.)
  5. Swings in duality – the movement of emotions and thoughts – may seem stronger. When we experience the inner self, consciousness moves into a place of being centered. It focuses on “ONE” point. Naturally, we’re more aware of the motion after a quiet experience.
  6. Part of the shift can feel painful because it means moving away from people that we refuse to grow and/or releasing aspects of life that are meaningful to us. In a real sense, we’re leaving the past behind, but it doesn’t always feel easy or comfortable.
  7. Increased consciousness brings awareness of our impact on our internal/external state. We begin to understand how our happiness and unhappiness respond to our internal dialog, old beliefs, and expectations. With this awareness, life shifts.
  8. “Giving” and “helping” are subtly changing. We can hold a vision or send light to anyone, but our spiritual help is balanced with the spiritual commitment and effort of the receiver. (In the Piscean Age, healers and light workers gave in a different way by pouring out energy whenever they felt led to share and help. In the Aquarian Age, we balance and gauge energy for the best effect.)
  9. During flashes of awakening, we perceive a beautiful future in a balanced world. There is a feeling of reassurance, comfort, and support. (We may wonder where it is in difficult moments, but it is how the universe shares its visions—and activates it through our light.)

Love or Fear in a Time of Change

It can feel difficult to stay positive and remain in a state of love. Every few hours, there’s a new announcement, a phone call, or email to remind us of the constant change—the frenzy of many people reacting to fear and change.
People have forgotten that voicing a fear often creates it. Talk about lack of abundance if you want to create loss, think about being sick if you want to experience it, and focus on the current problems of darkness if you want to go deep into lower vibrations.  Not only do you travel into the darkness, you project it outwardly to others and the outer world.
It’s important to read about current events, stay tuned into possibility, and take reasonable precautions however, there’s a much better way to live. And that’s in a space of love.
In the space of love, there’s an entirely different broadcast that brings presence, fulfillment, and understanding of current energies. In this place of peace, we can no longer feel the waves of agitation or fear. (It doesn’t mean we don’t go there periodically, but we recognize it and pull back.)
We also feel the gifts of the present where the stars shine, and the dusk comes in twilight blue. We find small answers for the moment, which lead to greater understanding—or at least answers, which are elusive unless they are encountered in the state of love.

Problems grow smaller, and the potential reveals itself. It comes from thinking of neither past nor future but by relying on the heart’s ability to navigate directly through the force of love. It’s not possible to feel darkness or fear when we move into the heart, which brings courage and positive change.

(Actually, light workers have been practicing with this state for the past five to ten years. The difference is that love is called upon with the will, and we make a consistent effort to stay there. It’s not just a “feel” good state; it’s a necessity.)

Tips

  1. A positive attitude is needed. Notice the quiet, the clear sky, and the opportunity to work on the body and mind.
  2. Stay calm when going out into the world. Imagine it as an exercise to keep reactions in check. Speak positively and kindly to workers. See yourself finding everything you need.
  3. See the pandemic as an opportunity to improve the body, quiet the negative inner dialog, and create time for connection with the universe. (It also offers more time to meditate.)
  4. Convince yourself that a shift is occurring, and the universe is on your side. It will lead you to the right place. (It’s true.)
  5. Find the part of you that move into life optimistically and energetically. (Every student on the path confronts this challenge.)

Quick Exercises

  • Health – See yourself with vitality and strength. You’re always healthy, and you’re growing stronger. See weak parts of the body as healing and act on intuitions to bring about greater health. Action: Work on the immune system through diet, nutrition, and exercise.
  • Loving Relationships – See the strengths and goodness of the people in your life and see the truth, too. Have healthy boundaries and work on compassion. Visualize positive outcomes. Send pink light. Action: Speak kind words and speak softly when establishing boundaries.
  • Prosperity – Imagine bills as smaller, see gifts coming to you, and imagine money is always coming into your life. (If not, ask the universe to reveal your beliefs.) Action: Put away money and take time to meditate and “feel” more pouring into your life.
  • Spirituality – Come back to a space of love. Find your heart chakra and focus on the present. Wait for slow moments of clarity to return. Action: Do this as many times as possible every day.
