A Time to Transition

newsletter_colorswirl

It’s a time of transition when everything changes on a daily basis. We may feel light or darkness, the weight of mass consciousness or the uplifting of higher “light” consciousness, and view our karma or the uplifting of our spirit. It’s wonderful because many of us are awakening, and it’s difficult because many people are sleeping.

Here are a few tips.

  1. We see the darkness as we approach “more” light. We also feel it more because awakening opens our intuitive abilities, and we feel intuition through our physical senses, emotions, and thoughts. (It won’t last. We’ll eventually be uplifted by the light.)
  2. Part of the difficulty lies with group awakening. We feel others in the group—their darkness and their light. We haven’t learned how to align with others in our quest for a higher frequency. Stay patient, open, and see connection with the heart space of other light workers.
  3. Bless the good. It’s a strange occurrence, but life does become better when we focus on the good.
  4. We always have the power to tune into the light for solutions. We also have the power to choose positive emotions, change our words, or alter our thoughts. The “positive” holds a higher frequency, and it will eventually alter a great deal.
  5. When we can’t find the good in the world, we can always go within. There is always light within us and the universe. Our universal connection provides. (The light always returns if we are consistent with our practices. Admittedly, it is sometimes brighter on specific days.)
  6. Focus on the heart when in the outer world. When we focus on the heart, people often respond very differently, and life takes on a better “flow.”
  7. Time and space react very differently in the New Age. A desire and/or visualization may come into form immediately, or it may require numerous (almost unlimited) repetitions. The relationship of time and space have a great deal to do with geographic location, earth currents, and our openness to change, which can be karmic.
  8. On a strange level, we’re realizing energy is everywhere. New tools and devices have been invented to capture and use energy. The internet displays our choices when offering ads, books, movies, and possible connections, offering another version of how our thoughts and emotions reflect reality.
  9. When we realize the universe holds the power to deliver abundance, joy, love, and answers, we will tune into it more often. At this point, our group reality will change for better. (It’s not outside. It’s inside.)
  10. One of the biggest changes of the new age revolves around the resonance of love. Love is more about staying in a place of universal love, which is unconditional. It nourishes our body and soul, freeing us from personal preferences. (This doesn’t mean spending time with people who pull us downward, but it does mean freedom from the lower emotions we may have about them.)

Feeling the Shift, Self-Observation and Expansion

newsletter_tree2

We are all feeling the shift–the motion of photons into new patterns, the alteration of life on the planet, and subtle changes within our perception of life. Sometimes, it’s helpful to recognize aspects of the shift. By simply observing, we become more aware.

1)  Energy moves differently. Time moves quickly, then slows. Life can feel incredibly tense and dramatically beautiful. Our energy level ebbs and flows. Our emotions, thoughts, and perceptions of life change with the energetic flow. The interesting part of the shift is understanding our inner power to alter the placement of our vibrations. We can focus on pink light or imagine ourselves in a higher state of being.  This process can take minutes, hours, or days.

2) Nature can provide amazing energy. The natural world holds a slighter higher vibration than we do. By connecting with the earth and enjoying the beauty, we can heal our body, manifest more quickly, and move into a softer state of consciousness. It’s particularly effective to absorb energy through the soles of feet and through the tips of the fingers.

3)  Our ability to create is expanding; it’s also changing. It can take longer to manifest a desire, which can require a great deal of visualization and meditation. Or we may entertain a thought and experience almost instant manifestation.  We’re learning more about the process of creating together and the power of aligning with the inner self. Some of the biggest questions about creating involve time, consistent factors, and state of mind. We’re beginning to understand more in this new age.

4)  As we clear timelines (relationships, karma/trauma, and events from the past), our perception of ourselves alters. We may have compassion where we lacked understanding, create boundaries where we had none in the past, or feel greater love for the self. We may also find greater courage and trust. (This can involve dropping old friends and connections while finding new ones.)

5)  Our inner vision—intuition—is becoming stronger. We suddenly know why our energy rises or our energy falls. We know it comes from another person, place, or event. We may also have inner knowing about the cause of events and/or a clear read of another person’s motives. We may know what other people are thinking or feel strongly affected by their energy field. It’s helpful to note when our intuition is correct. We can note the difference in our state of mind, which develops our skills.

6)  There is a desire to relinquish control and let the universe do its thing. A Bigger Force is at play, and it wants the best for us. There is a deep realization of the power of letting go while tuning into this beautiful energy of love and light. We may experience a reawakening of hope. We continue working with all of our heart but surrender to the universe in the very, same moment.

7)  On the light worker level, there is an understanding that we share our light best by aligning with our true presence. It doesn’t matter if we work from 9-5 and/or where we work. Wherever we are, we lift up the world by aligning with our inner presence. It’s the very best way of sharing love and light. (We often find our dharma from this placement of consciousness.) It’s a new level of self-acceptance!

Planetary Change: Finding Our Power

newsletter_planetpic
On an astrological level, we’re currently working with emotion and power. It’s fairly easy to understand if we think about feeling powerless because of our encounters on an emotional level.

Emotions can give pause to our pursuit of life; they can elevate or diminish us. Alchemy states that emotions are the test of self-mastery, and modern spiritual teachings refer to the importance of choosing love over fear. Ultimately, outcomes and manifestations in life are tinted by our predominant emotion. We become powerful when we learn to alter a lower emotion/thought into a higher one.

Let’s look at the equation. Currently, Sun (outer life), Mercury (communications), and Venus (love, pleasure, beauty) are placed in the sign of Cancer, Sun and Mercury beautifully trine Mars (action, assertion) in Scorpio and Neptune (mysticism, illusion) in Pisces. The Grand Trine is lovely and beneficial; it can increase feelings of love and harmony (emotion) between those who are connected on a spiritual/energetic level. (Grand Trines make it easier to manifest.)

If we look more deeply at the trine, Mars in Scorpio can give courage and resolve; it can also bring anger to surface. Neptune encourages idealism and imagination on a spiritual level; it also makes it difficult to discern between illusion and inner direction.

Additionally, Sun, Mercury, and Venus oppose Pluto, the planet of power. These aspects  can create a power struggle in the areas of finance, relationships, and communication. (Or we can simply encounter someone with those problems.) There is also an emphasis on using our power to move through fear, which includes our personal emotions, inequality in the world at large, and believing in our power to change the world through many people united in the light.

Pluto tends to reveal things we don’t want to see. For example, it’s not exactly fun to find out where we feel powerless or how other people influence our moods and feelings. Sometimes, it’s difficult to see the truth about our tendency to color life with our emotions and thoughts. But it does bring freedom–if we are willing to shift.

Some of planets such as Saturn/Neptune, Jupiter/Saturn, Jupiter/Neptune, and Uranus/Pluto form squares or oppositions, which can make it difficult to find our personal truth. In other words, they can cause confusion. On the other hand, Sun, Mercury, Venus, and Mars trine Chiron, the wounded healer, indicate the strong possibility to moving beyond wounds and patterns–to seize an entirely new and better reality.

The emphasis on water indicates the possibility of using individual emotional strength (love, courage) to create changes on a global level. We create such changes through introspection, inner connection, and a strong pulse of love.

Making Small Miracles

astronomyconstellation

One of the rules of manifestation is: energy flows in accordance with your consciousness. Your energy flows into the object of your attention. When your energy stays focused on the “good”, you begin to notice the flow of small, positive happening. By paying even more attention to them, you can bring in small miracles–lots of them!

Part of redirecting the flow of life involves observing your flow of attention. For example, I like to notice the flowers and vegetables when I can’t tend my garden right away. (I could think I have a lot of work!)  I make happy mental notes to myself when traffic is light, or I can run errands quickly. Yes, these are mundane parts of life, but they are also part of a larger consciousness.

When you celebrate the good in life such as a chance meeting, a positive phone call, a compliment, or a few minutes of passing happiness with a friend or loved one, you essentially ask for more of the same–and more goodness, besides. On a higher level, the goodness, which flows into the shape of miracles, begins with your consciousness. It comes from choosing the parts of life that resonate with your soul–as well as diminishing contacts and habits that lower your vibration.

Let’s move on to small miracles. Everyone has their own definition of small miracles, but it’s helpful to describe your own small miracles. How does it feel when life uplifts you, or you find exactly what you wanted? Or have a friend speak words that lift your consciousness? It’s good to define the happy, light feeling.

Creating More Miracles:

1) Whenever anything moves in a positive direction, it’s helpful to acknowledge it. Smile and verbalize (at least in your mind.) One of the stranger parts of human behavior involves moving from the positive to the negative. Notice the shift and block it. Move back into focusing on the happy and positive. Think thoughts about things that make you feel happy.

2) Notice what goes in the right direction. Rejoice about it and visualize more of the same. Take small, good happenings as signs of good things to come. Like the dove who brought a leaf to Noah’s ship, these are signs of land–of good things to come.

3) Send love to yourself and your life. Loving yourself is one of the most important things you can ever do. You can also call on angels and ask them to send love into your life and energy field.

4) Stop several times during the day and visualize the amplification of good in your life. See light flowing through the more difficult parts of life. Remind yourself how practice makes perfect. If you focus with persistence, you will see a change.

5) Notice the good qualities of the people who love you. Notice how they want to help you. Again, you create more goodness when you acknowledge it.

6) Create a few small miracles. It takes forever to run out of shampoo or laundry detergent. The fuel tank stays full. Bills go down instead of up. You get my drift. Now, go dream up something GREAT! Expand your imagination!

NOTE: We all pass through karma and difficulties in our lives. These periods can feel heavy and make it more difficult to see the positive. But we can always raise our vibration and visualize a new, different future. Through this work, we can create great change.

Creating with Holographic Fields

eachmorning_viapeternelson

The importance of understanding personal holograms is vast, particularly as our energy increases, because it gives the opportunity for evolutionary change. We project everything–the world, our home, work place, prosperity and other people–from the past, into the present and future. It’s how we create our worlds, only it’s not very creative. (It’s difficult to change anything unless we understand how energy is involved in our lives.)

We “pick up” energy from others as well as the actual images or holograms that they send or emit. We consistently project holographic images of ourselves, home, workplace, the future and the future of the world. We do this every time that we focus on the future or feel into the future to see what will happen. (Future events often correspond to our ability to project, receive and choose higher or lower frequencies.) In other words, we either concentrate or increase the present energy through our personal viewpoint or consciously change it.

1) When not feeling our best, we tend to project “lower” holograms of others and receive lower energy holograms. For example we may receive information from people who do not fully love us or negative feelings.

2) When we are in a higher frequency, we tend to receive supportive holograms from others. (Also note that people often ask for help when we’re at a higher frequency. Use discernment and don’t let others pull you down – call back or help later when refreshed or rested.)

3) Our purest holograms – which are always of the fulfillment of our highest dreams – accompany our higher frequency. This is the reason for spending 15 minutes in soul connection each day. Only the soul can perfectly project this type of imagery.

4) If you are feeling tired or discouraged, try to turn any thoughts (about others, yourself or life) back toward the heart. Focus on the beauty of your heart. Know that irritated or less than feelings will dissipate when your higher frequency returns. Be patient and stay centered.

It’s helpful to look at anything with a lower frequency (or not loving) as an illusion. A part of us usually resonates with it or believes it, or we wouldn’t experience it. If we raise our frequency up to love, it becomes impossible to receive anything other than positive vibrations. We can temporarily (at least) vibrate above a situation by holding a positive vision or frequency.

Creating From a Higher Frequency

1)      Notice your feelings and projection about the self.  Do you see your self as good, bad or indifferent (or okay?) Now, recall an image of a time when you felt wonderful and were happy with your self. Repeat the exercise with your body. Notice the difference in the energy of the two images. More energy comes with positive images. We constantly form a perpetual image of ourselves and project it forward. It’s wise to send love and light to the image of “you” on a regular basis.

2)      When our energy is low, we tend to project holograms of the lower kind by seeing the dark side of reality. We focus on the more human or bothersome parts of personalities, the difficulties in our lives, other people or the world. We tend to project this type of imagery. It’s helpful to rest and take a break from life while reminding yourself how imagery changes when our mood or frequency heightens.
3) Problems are best solved from higher frequencies by seeing the solution in the mind and sending love to the final outcome. Love the creative part of the self that finds solutions.

Practical Knowledge

We create a format for receiving when we fully visualize a desire. This act of visualization gives a form or template for the return of universal energy. Otherwise, the energy simply amplifies our current life with its high points and repetition.

It’s important to understand the strength of the visual repetition of a desire. We actually create prosperity by seeing it. We create love by feeling it. We create abundance by imagining that we already live in it. We create our desired work by taking steps toward it while visualizing the proper outcome.

As we raise our frequency through the acquisition of higher desires (such as more love, abundance and joy) and working with angels and masters, we receive and give more energy. The visualization of a completed desire is a form for receiving in a new way. When we receive in a new way, we automatically begin transmuting and dissolving karma, while benefiting others on the path.

The New Awakening

newsletter_intuition

The New Awakening of 2012 brings amazing shifts in consciousness, which we could never have guessed. Sometimes, the energy brings wonderful feelings; other times, the world feels chaotic or strange. The weather comes with odd patterns, and there are physical feelings of exhaustion or incredible energy. Everything is different in a barely perceivable way.

Time speeds and slows. Sometimes a day lasts forever, and a month flies by. There’s an odd feeling of wanting to work and rest – often at the same time – and neither state is perfect. People can make us feel happy or depressed, and it’s dependent on their mood, but somehow the energy sticks with you.

The planets change positions every few days or weeks, complicating life with emphasis on emotions, career, finances, or health. The old issues – we thought were resolved – come back strongly with particularly strained situations or through friends’ conversations. It’s an interesting world, and, sometimes it feels like experiencing the insecurities of adolescence with the responsibilities of living as an adult.

What’s happening? It’s the shift of moving into the light. Connection to the light means feeling everything – other people’s thoughts, the tree beside the window, the person passing by the house, the broadcast on the news – or just the strange feeling accompanying the flow of shifting energies.

Many of these problems are well documented in metaphysics. Until we awaken more fully, we are not aware of them. So, awareness of the problem indicates evolution.  Admittedly, we feel these things more when hundreds of people awaken at one time. If we’re evolved enough to carry part of mass consciousness, we may feel them as an “extreme” energy.

Finding the solution means moving more deeply into the light, which often gives insights as to how to view our lives. Here are a few tips for transforming energy into a more pleasing format.

1)      Meditation truly helps. (You can check out my manifesting exercise.) It’s important to see the highest possible reality. When problems appear during meditation or take away your focus, respond by seeing a positive solution. Try it like this: what would you like to experience as opposed to the feelings of your current experience. For example: see vitality in the place of tiredness, abundance in response to bills, and caring people in the place of loneliness.

2)      Other people can affect your life and bring in a lower resonance, so it’s important to develop quick resolution to problems with other people. When other people act negatively, change the subject or leave as quickly as possible. (They are often reflecting some part of mass consciousness, an aspect of yourself, or a karmic issue. Don’t energize it by discussing the problem with people who are incapable of finding a positive solution.)  Forgive the person and spend a few moments focusing on the type of attention and conversation that you enjoy. Imagine it happening in the present moment. See an outcome you’d enjoy.

3)      Issues often flow into more than one area of life. If you’re experiencing this, you’re probably clearing up a karmic issue. Listen to the internal dialog for words like, “always”, “never”, or phrases such as, “I don’t know what to do” or “I feel overwhelmed.” Send love to the problem and spend time calming your emotions and seeing a solution. The solution can look like light or simply feel good. By focusing on it, you increase your frequency. A higher frequency, which is composed of positive thoughts, beliefs and feelings, brings rapid change.)

4)      The easiest and best solution is always a higher frequency. With the frequent changes in energy, I feel many people have become accustomed to the continual effort and strain of staying connected in vacillating energies. It’s true – you rarely know how next week or next month will feel.  It’s okay. You’ll get through it.

5)      It’s easy to forget the power of co-creation, particularly when you’re experiencing life intensely, but you can change the flow of your life by recalling the feeling of “wonderful” and projecting it outwardly. How do you feel before when life flows more easily, and you expect an incredible future? Find the sensation and project outwardly. You may feel amazed at what you can create in a few days. For best results, repeat the feeling and word (“wonderful”)  9 or 10 times each day.

Practical Meditation

Meditation is a way of staying on the path. It can be a practice of developing stillness, co-creating dreams, or receiving divine guidance. On the highest level, it’s a combination of all three. Part of the fulfillment comes from learning to hold a higher frequency. When you see your life from a more positive point of view, you hold a higher frequency. (It’s not just about creating your dreams; it’s about staying connected.)

The practice spills over into every aspect of your life. You learn to send light to frustrations, love to a friend, healing to a plant or animal, and love to the universe at large. You also discern when and how to send the energy and who really needs it. There are real laws regarding energy, and our sensations – the feeling of the physical body, emotions and thoughts – teach about the accuracy of sending and receiving energy.

Small Steps for Dreaming and Creating

1)      Begin with connection. Practice meditation every day, whether it works or not. Devote 15 minutes to you. See what you want and feel it in the now – not later. Look at the practice as a way to collect energy.

2)      Ask what you can do to move your vision forward. It may involve a real action or a change in attitude. Sometimes, it involves seeing life differently or projecting a feeling. Or you can ask, “How would I feel if this (my intention) happened now?” Project this feeling often.

3)      Use your energy wisely. Do things that make you happy. Go for a walk. Spend 15 minutes helping someone else. See their dreams coming true. (Energy is karma, and it comes around.)

4)      Notice what is good about your life and expand it. Spend a few minutes thinking about the good in other people and how they love or help you.

5)      Take a few seconds to project an outcome before taking an action. The new client responds well. Your business is flooded with emails and phone calls. Your children feel happy. The garden grows at a spectacular rate.  The special person in your life adores you. (We limit life by not bothering to project happiness or success.)

6)      Listen more than you talk. Encourage others to express their dreams and hopes. Notice the change in direction of the conversation. When are they really connected? When do their words resonate with who they really are? (Don’t share your dreams. Share small happy events and let the rest go.)

7)      Don’t give yourself away. Learn to have healthy boundaries and speak your truth. Helping or loving in a positive way doesn’t mean feeling tired or exhausted.

8)      Keep the faith. Goodness, love, and light work. We’re moving into a phase of life when everyone will soon know and recognize this simple truth. Do your part.

As you gain understanding, life begins to respond to you, to your personal flow of energy. After a while, it becomes apparent. You sense how others react to your energy level, and you notice how different life appears, moves and responds to your state of mind. Your thoughts, feelings, and moods affect everything around you. A feeling of freedom comes with this understanding. (This doesn’t mean that you are not affected by events, other people, or karma. It simply means you understand that your input plays a role in the direction of the current of life. You understand you play a part in it. You can alter your part and your feelings.)

These steps compose part of the realization of awakening. You sense your role in the dream of life. You begin to understand life’s not “just happening.” A great deal changes when you evolve by projecting positively, sending light, having boundaries, or using circumstances to move into a deeper understanding of the possibilities in life.
