Evolution on Planet Earth

It’s another week of exciting changes on the Evolving Earth as the energies escalate our growth. This specific time on earth brings a great deal of change. Many of the forces – accepted in the past as physical law – are eclipsed by quantum physics (or miracles.) If you really think about it, miracles happen pretty often. Mothers lift cars, or people heal instantly. The lost earring reappears in the same place you left it although it’s been missing for weeks. Realistically, nothing is ever as it appears to mortal eyes. The molecules in the chair are spinning – everything’s moving and changing all the time.

It’s a revolution of consciousness, an awakening of people throughout the world. Everyone’s learning about the subtle energy that underlies the movement of shape and form. The physical world, at the higher vibrations, responds to the light and energy of the individual. It’s a slow process at the moment, but the energy of the shift heightens every week or so. As our energy heightens, the physical world will respond more to our vibrations of love and light. Events, which were called miracles or quantum change in the past, will likely be explained by science as the reaction of physical matter in the presence of strong light.

When the human form holds enough light, physical matter responds. Higher states of light and love are enlightenment. The time factor of the shift depends on how quickly higher group consciousness moves into love and maintains a more positive frequency. The light level of the planet increases regularly so it’s good to know we’re moving forward.

In the meanwhile, here are some indications of awakening:

1)      You realize everything changes when you feel more positive. When you feel happy and positive, the world looks better. People become kinder and more accommodating. It’s easier to do everything. You don’t think the bad days happen for an unknown reason. You know it has something to do with you. (Most light workers understand co-creation and their role in it. It’s different when you observe how your feelings affect the change in your environment. Self-observation is an important part of awakening.)

2)      You perceive the motion of cyclical patterns in your life. The same emotions and feelings happen periodically. It may happen because of work, family or career, but they continue to appear in different forms. (Everyone is clearing their core patterns or karmic issues. When you raise your vibrations, the patterns become and feel more obvious.) On a deeper level, you see how the events in your life alter with the focus and flow of your consciousness.

3)      You have moments of deep alignment with the Universe. You feel the flow and harmony of connection with the Divine.  There’s a profound feeling of knowing everything in your world will work out wonderfully and easily. The sensation may fade, but it returns with meditation or relaxation.

4)      You experience exhaustion and increased energy on a cyclical basis. Your sleep patterns change often. The intense aspects formed by the planets, coupled with the influx of light, can give too much energy or too little. Resting, exercising, drinking water, and accepting the shift of adjusting to a fluctuating light level helps — as does visualizing sleep or vitality.

5)      There’s a deepened connection with life and others. You feel different when someone walks into the room. There are sensations from interactions with anyone, and they differ from your own feelings. (You become more aware of the balance of giving/receiving needed in relationships. Imbalances are exhausting!)  A heightened sense of beauty in nature is also part of awakening. You may also find more joy in simple activities.

6) You’re figuring it out. What you feel, think, or see (with your inner mind) is as important as what you do — maybe even more important. If you send out light and good thoughts with your work or words, the outcome improves. When you send love (pink light) to your life, it improves.

6)      You realize the value of spiritual practices. Meditation, chanting, and staying true to inner self become key parts of your life. You understand how you lose your connection and insight when you step away from a devoted practice. After all, the devotion is about the development of you – the real you or the One True Self.

7)      It occurs to you that there is only one important thing to do – despite your desires. (Desires are important because they teach about what your soul wants and about karmic blocks.) You want to become the image that the Universe holds for you – complete, infinite, and divine.

More Evolution!

With so many changes in the past year, I reflected on how many of us have learned to send love, see a “better” picture and recognize our state of inner connection through development of intuition. When waves of change strike us, we become aware of core patterns –the need to change and evolve.

In many ways, the current trine between Neptune, Saturn, and Jupiter points to our evolution. These three planets are called “outer planets”, meaning they alter the perception of a large group at one time. (The trine stays in place for some time so it’s important to explore it.) This particular shift comes by recognizing the need to change on a spiritual level (Neptune.) We see how our lives are stuck or blocked in the physical (Saturn), and we usually reap good fortune (Jupiter) as we shift to a higher level.

During the past three weeks, everyone has had the opportunity to glimpse a long standing pattern or block. We can run or hide, but it’s time to do something about it. (It’s okay not to know what to do. Loving the pattern is a step in the right direction.) For those who are rapidly evolving, the block probably refers to past life times, repetitive karma (wrong thoughts, feelings, or actions), or a misunderstanding of how energy works.

It’s okay if we decide to move forward by visualizing a different outcome, doing something in a new way, or making a long lasting resolution. Anything helps! The point is: evolution pushes us forward.  Soul evolution comes from a desire to create change, fulfill a dream, or create a deeper connection with the Universe. (The desire should align with the Higher Self.)

Soul evolution is important because it gives freedom, peace, and an inner power to help ourselves and others. It’s the very substance of the higher frequencies of universe. Part of our experience on earth is about opening up to universal love and expressing it in life. The turmoil, the joy and the desire to transform come from the growing waves of energy that make us feel all of the parts of the self.

Here are a few tips:

1)      If you encounter problems or parts of yourself or life you don’t like, send light. Recognize a part of you is up for healing. This means growth and more freedom. (What if you never had to solve this problem again? How does it feel?)

2)      Focus on your true nature. Ask yourself, “What is my True Self? How does it feel?”

3)      Notice the good. How does it feel when you are connected or receive love?

4)      How does it feel when everything falls into place? How does it feel when you know you are loved, or you walk into a room and everyone smiles?

5)      While working through the core issues, remember what’s good about you.

6)      The higher frequencies of the universe work to bring miracles into our lives. What is a miracle to you? (Describing miracles attracts them!)

Energy Update: Planetary Motion

The energy update includes astrological information, but it’s more about the challenges, learning experience and direction of late April/May. Every month in this phenomenal year brings a different slant to how we see “reality”, as well as inspiration for co-creation.

There is a strong emphasis on yin/yang, the opposition of desires and fears throughout the year, as planets cluster around the current sun sign. It’s a intense experience when the planets align in one sign, but a more harmonious one than alignments experienced in 2011. It’s more a test of mastery. What can we do with the energy? How does it relate to our dreams? Last month, fiery Aries brought our dreams to the surface, and, now with planets in Taurus, we’re asked to bring our dreams into material reality. There’s also a secret lesson – if you’re not interested in astrology, scroll down to this section.

There is a natural flow to the astrological signs. Like the Tarot, they indicate the path of the soul in a highly esoteric language.  There are several themes  throughout the year, involving the soul’s progress.  We’re learning to identify the desires of the soul, put the desires into form, and express them in physical life. On a physical level, our bodies are adjusting to a higher light level. The connection between the throat and heart is developing, and there’s pressure to express how we truly feel. Then, there’s the challenge of becoming more intuitive while developing the attributes listed above.

These challenges are explored whenever we move into another sun sign because each sign asks for expression through slightly different qualities. The current emphasis falls on the areas of life ruled by the earth sign, Taurus. They include: beauty, love, the material world, the throat, finances, and fixed energy.

Fixed energy can relate to what we want to keep in place. For example, a fixed mind helps the focus on meditation, discipline and spiritual work. A fixed mind can also refuse new thoughts or hold to limiting beliefs. The balance lies in learning where a motionless mind serves or fails us – does the mind lead us toward ease in manifestation or create busy work and thoughts, which detain us from progress?

Beauty and love in the physical world are important qualities of any manifestation. Do we enjoy what we create? Do we love our physical work? Does it lead toward fulfillment of the soul and toward beauty in life on a physical/spiritual level? Bringing dreams into form involves action on esoteric and physical plane. It takes motion and force to create action. We have to move/change/rearrange something to realize it physically. What do we have to change or express to make our dream take form?

Feminine Taurus teaches the lessons of security and comfort. It’s important to know what these key words symbolize to us so that we can create them in our daily life. Everyone has holds a slightly different image of security and comfort (emotionally, mentally, physically.) It’s easier to create once we identify it. While on the topic, the need for supporting the body continues, and the line-up of planets should give physical strength, if we develop it through exercise and proper diet. The importance of speaking our truth continues as Taurus rules the throat.

Mars and Venus will visit Taurus for a few weeks. Mercury joins them on May 2. Mercury symbolizes the Higher Mind and communication. Mars equals male energy, martial affairs and energy-at-large, and Venus concerns herself with beauty, comfort and love. The position of Mercury or the mind indicates development with the skills of Taurus – how we communicate our need/desire for security, beauty and things in the material world. Venus and Mars continue their dance together as we re-establish the roles of male and female with the feminine energy of the New World. There’s also a lunar eclipse on April 25, representing the motion of rebooting, putting our energy in other places – hopefully in alignment with the universe’s wishes.

The Secret Lesson

Let’s look at it in a simple format. Venus rules love; its position will cause it to strongly influence all of the planets after May 2 and until May 15. The inner planets will form aspects with Saturn (karma). But when we stay in a place of love, we overturn karma. When we focus our hearts, mind and energy on love, we move toward the stuff of the soul. Love, in this instance, overturns the mistakes, incorrect creations and even the past because love conquers fear. It’s powerful. (You can send pink light to every particle of your surroundings – the body, a room, a problem or the world at large. You can also receive pink light from the universe, which is the other side of the exercise. Making your dreams come true is part of love, too; it involves overcoming fear.)

Those, who are awakening, probably perceive much more. The inner planets (listed above) will have significant interplay with the powerful outer planets, which are more concerned with global energy. There’s a delicate balance between our inner world and the outer world, relating to the growing power of intuition and how we interact with what we feel/see in the macrocosm. It’s much bigger than can be detailed in this post, but it has to do with creating new paradigms, along with manifesting our personal dreams. It includes understanding how frequency affects waves of energy and particles.

All in all – it’s fascinating to have an abbreviated lesson from the stars on a monthly basis.

Emotion and Enlightenment

Paradigms are changing as we move toward the dance of the New Age, the opening of the quantum field, and the light that comes with the turning of the ages. Past emotional paradigms concerned victims, perpetrators and heroes. In myths of ancient times, a hero chose an adventure and returned with fables of light for the court and villagers after rescuing the victim and punishing the perpetrator.

Today, we search for light as a group of seekers as our understanding and failings affect the sum total of growing consciousness. Hopefully, we’ll soon see life without the drama of old stories, the thought of others hurting or saving us. We’ll learn to tap into the universe and pull in whatever we need, ask to clear our past karma or figure out our role in a series of events. We’ll stand strongly as powerful co-creators.

In the meanwhile, the emphasis on water or emotion set many of us back into victim consciousness, the interplay of believing other people cause distress in our lives. (Of course, they do, but it’s also part of our personal pattern of clearing karmic ties and knots. We’re making choices about whom and what we keep on our course in life. Who and what is uplifting? What causes our energy to descend?)

In alchemy, water is emotion. Many planets sit in water, and it is a water year in the Chinese calendar. Old feelings -which we’d thought disappeared – return when emotion (water) runs at its height. Pisces represents past karma, the old world and increased sensitivity to psychic phenomena (meaning everyone becomes more sensitive to the fields of others and their feelings.) When we put old karma and increased sensitivity together, we remember past pain and elation, the duality of emotion.

Water serves to renew, stagnate, purify and magnetize. Lower emotions, particularly those in the subconscious, serve to pull in undesirable circumstances. Higher emotions, such as joy, hope or devotion, lead us toward inner satisfaction and gratitude. By seeing life from a higher perspective, we understand that the duality of emotion lasts for only a few minutes, unless we allow ourselves to stagnate within it.

As we move toward creating a world without fear, suffering and hatred, it’s important to deal with the duality of emotions. When we clear an emotion fully, we clear it in the outer world. We move out of conflict and toward the light of the true self.

Tips for Clearing Emotion:

1)    Wherever we cannot move forward, there are conflicting emotions. The answer becomes clear when we master the emotions beneath an underlying pattern.

2)    We actually clear lower emotions (and karma) by feeling them and then letting go, by changing our thoughts to a higher perspective or completing a meaningful or pleasurable task. Emotions change; they are not always real. Sometimes we project past circumstances in reaction to information, but we discover later that we misunderstood. We watch the emotions vanish into thin air.

3)    It’s important to know if our feelings come from ourselves or someone else. Did we become angry when someone stepped into the room or suddenly depressed when a person tells a story? If so, ask to clear the energy and move into a higher frequency.

4)    If an emotional pattern appears, ask the universe for an entirely new and different story.

Simple Exercise:

1)      Move into the emotion briefly. Feel it and admit it to yourself. Don’t push it down. Allow more light to come in and let the energy of the emotion/memory float up to the light. Imagine the sun burning away the emotion.

2)      Ask yourself if you would have preferred a different action in the past? Would you have said something, expressed your feelings in another way or admitted your feelings to yourself.

3)    See a future you “without the problem”. Feel the flow of life without it. Notice the lack of negative emotions. Replicate the state whenever the emotion appears.

NOTE: You can’t grow into the Light without growing through patterns (repetitive negative cycles or events.) Releasing patterns gives new energy for recreating your life in resonance with the True Self. It’s important to love your self and trust how the patterns appear for healing, but practical tools are essential! Practice the exercises, revise and play with them.

Dawning of a New Age

It’s more than a New Year. It’s bigger than a new life. Think of an awakening as big as an universe with a voice as small as a whisper. It speaks to your soul. “Go here, go there. Stop now, rest for a while,” it says. The instructions are elusive and only heard through the heart and inner ear.

This energy is soft and gentle. It never pushes, just comes in subtle waves, lifting life to a higher frequency. As a matter of fact, we are not always aware of its presence, but it often brings a hint of love about the smallest, silliest things – a book, a spoon, a glimpse of the sky.

There’s a small ecstasy that lies behind each wave of it — a hint of better things to come, if one could only grasp it and hold it. But it slips away, only returning when we’re ensconced in ordinary life like a fairy wand floating through the air.

I’ve been touched, caressed and baffled this new lovely energy. After nine days, I’ve relinquished chasing, petitioning or looking for it. It comes when it wants and does its thing by transforming everything into the happiest, smoothest vibration that I’ve ever felt.

It’s coming to everyone. I’m describing it so you recognize it and learn to tap into it when it visits. To say it succinctly, you’ll know the quality of the vibration when your inner voice says, “I’m here. Everything will work out. It’s better than okay.”

Duality

The wave also carries a dual vibration. It amplifies dissonant emotional vibrations, the kind associated with anxiety, fear and the lower part of love wrapped around enabling. This beautiful vibration is all about tough love. It calls your attention to the lower emotional vibrations that we carry in the physical body and the general confusion of the human state.

It activates the solar plexus and throat chakra. For those familiar with metaphysics, the two chakras are power centers. The solar plexus reads physical energy and contracts or expands accordingly. When you’re afraid, anxious or confused, it contracts – often because you lack words to explain how you feel. So you pull the energy back into the body, and it sits and accumulates on a daily basis. Normally you review the situation and think, “I’d solve this if only I knew how.” With the new energy, you’re forced to say and know how you feel.

It’s not exactly easy but it’s better than living in old patterns, confronting resistance or running in circles. Going forward is usually better than standing in the same place when old ghosts and memories come to visit. It’s a positive step in a new direction.

The vibration also lifts karma. There’s a new phenomenon of experiencing flashbacks of memories, vivid snapshots of images of the past. It’s important to let the memories run their course and relinquish the energy. You’re dissolving old karma. Think of memories as photographs with an emotional charge. When you’re no longer attached to the memories, the emotions clear and return in a new, cleaner form.

It’s part of the process of relinquishing core patterns. You’ve cleared them before and learned to live or work with the residue. Now you’re letting go of the deepest parts of the patterns, which usually involves self-esteem. (Looking for approval or feeling negative thoughts and emotions is associated with the ego, and you’re letting go of it. It’s a good time for a session if you’re feeling overwhelmed.)

Global Consciousness

Moving toward love and self-realization is the essence of soul work. It’s never easy because it involves letting go of “something”, whether it is the time spent in meditation, the fifteen minutes of courage needed to sit down to a new task or walking away from the parts of what you thought you loved about life or yourself. In other words, you surrender attachment to the un-integrated ego, a part of personal identity that no longer serves you.

The new psychic awareness with mass consciousness, developed in the past year, makes change more difficult because you feel everyone else with the same problem. It’s helpful to ask for “a disconnect” with mass consciousness while asking for a higher frequency. The universe always answers, but I’ve learned this prayer takes time.

Fear runs rampant through our society at this time. It’s important to ask for Divine Protection with water, food, chemicals, the economy and anything else that bothers you. If anything in the outer world causes distress, ask to see a solution. Hold the image in your mind and imagine you are bringing this solution into fruition for the world. (Everyone is working on a different part of global change. Whatever bothers you is your personal assignment. How can you see it differently?)

Listen to your body while traveling through the process. Pain in the body can indicate an emotional block. Gathering light is intense work, and the body uses physical energy when assimilating and reading the new energy. Take one afternoon or evening each week for resting. It helps with the process.

Tips for your Personal Process

1)    Continue with your regular fifteen minute meditation. See your personal world as you’d like to experience it and imagine you’re already living in it. (See Julia’s Manifesting Exercise if you need help with this.)

2)    Ask often what does the universe want for me?

3)    If you’re ready, ask how you move into your gifts for expression in the physical world.

4)    Observe the racing of the mind when it comes. It will pass in time. The ego becomes louder before it integrates with the soul. Bless your thoughts.

5)    Are your lower emotions associated with a situation? Or are they habitual feelings that you’ve experienced throughout your life? If so, then notice how you’ve created a situation for their expression. Can you dream up your life differently?

6)    Most importantly, give yourself a pat on the back. You made it here. You’re experiencing a dispensation of light in a very rare cycle into the New Dawn of Time.

An Open Window in the Storm

Since I last wrote, we crossed the door of a total solar eclipse. Yesterday we danced with a Pleiadian alignment with the seven sister stars, which are said to watch over our evolution. It’s a rapid race toward the light, with the benefits of enlightenment and the downside of tiredness, anxiety and the resolution of long held problems.  Resolving the past issues is lovely when we leave them behind, but often difficult in the moment.

Fortunately, we have a window in the long storm of the year, which began in mid-summer with the Uranus/Pluto square. Planets moving into direct orbit help with the onslaught of watery emotion. Neptune, the planet associated with psychic sensitivity, became direct in its pulse on November 16. Neptune’s movement makes it easier to detach from dark tendencies of the field, such as attachments or tiredness from lower energies. The astral world can be an open door for all sorts of energies. When the door is closed with Neptune direct, we have more of choice of what we interact with – for example, we feel less of mass consciousness, which can be a blessing if you’re naturally intuitive.

Mercury pulses direct on November 26 and helps with understanding when speaking with others. It also helps with travel, commerce and forward movement. (So it’s best to wait until after this date for shopping or excursions if possible.)  Mercury also suggests the use of the higher mind, making it a good time to sort out feelings and thoughts.  Many people likely experienced confusion with life issues or decisions during the past few weeks.  A Lunar Eclipse follows on November 28 with a beneficial pulse. This full moon should be used for focusing on desires and deciding exactly what we want in the coming year.

Around December 12 and December 21, we’ll experience another burst of light. I’ve noticed that the cosmic upgrades often involve solar flares and magnetic shifts so it’s good to plan a rest or a vacation around the holiday. The body often feels the increase of light initially, and it’s helpful to relax to fully integrate the energy. We find the direction of the light and the way to follow its beam when we rest or meditate.

We can expect the emotional tests to continue through December, but it’s easier when we’ve returned to normality for a couple of weeks. Emotions in a water year are a challenge for everyone, particularly those who are seeking mastery and carrying an essential amount of group or global karma. (You know if you are.)

The open window represents an opportunity to experience a higher energy level, breakthroughs with projects, holiday shopping and a few days of enjoying life as it once was before stepping into the coming year, which  brings more light and big changes in consciousness. There is a great deal of similarity in this year and next year’s aspects. The Chinese Year 2013 is the year of water snake. So we’ll travel through emotion and upheaval as we approach the soul, but it should feel a little easier. Let’s enjoy our brief vacation while it lasts!

Navigating the Void

There’s a strange feeling of waiting for change that accompanies the current energies. In a real sense, we could say everyone and the world is sitting in “the void” as we continue to progress with our lives while the world stands poised between this one and the next. In metaphysics, the void represents the thirteenth step. Twelve steps occur in physical reality, and the thirteenth step involves stepping into the void, the space between worlds. The thirteenth step is feminine; it includes seeing everything clearly before stepping fully into a new round of co-creation. On a personal level, it’s the step between the person that you were and who you’re becoming.

Astrologically, the void appears as the direct effect of the Uranus/Pluto square and the new energies from Mars direct and Saturn in Scorpio. Uranus and Pluto gave spiritual insights into the causes of belief and subconscious patterns. For many, the cycle required time to rest and review. Mars direct and Saturn bring the need to begin a new cycle of passion and renewal. (Mercury retrograde in November will increase the in-between feeling.)

Before attempting to move through the void, it’s helpful to understand how it feels. Once recognized, it’s easier to make a leap into the world and apply the lessons learned.

You’re in the void when:

1)      You feel tired of waiting or have a feeling of heaviness while desiring clear direction or simply having a fleeting desire for life to move differently.

2)      You have conflicted feelings. You experience duality about life. You may want to rest more but want the benefits of work. You may enjoy and feel upset by a relationship. You may feel tired of life as it is but lack the energy to make a big change.

3)      You know it’s time to change and become passionate about life.

4)      You’re attracted to new aspects of life but aren’t sure how to get there.

5)      You feel pressure about staying same or re-experiencing specific parts of life. You’re not sure what to do next or how to change it.

Burning It Up

When you become aware of habits, darker thoughts and lower emotions, you’re actually burning up karma, the old way of creating life.  Think of awareness as a bright light that shines into the corners of the ego’s agenda. When you observe the pieces of puzzles, you gain light.  You begin perceiving the overall pattern of mistakes with creating reality. As your light level increases, you learn to see your life differently.

You realize that you have a choice about the thoughts, emotions and actions that comprise the patterns in your life. As you pull away from unwanted thoughts and patterns (by seeing reality differently or sending light to the problem) life begins to change. The placement of your energy changes as you learn to alter the course of your thoughts, which ignites and destroys the old karmic energies.

Let’s look at a few examples:

1)      You see inner projections such as thinking that others are manipulative or want to cause harm. (You may see how your projection is based on the past.) You may also grasp the opposite. Some people have an agenda and want to pull you into it. Either way, you see life more clearly.

2)      You begin to fathom the truth. Your words, thoughts or feelings are related to darker states of being and circumstances. There’s often a feeling of confusion or strong emotions around the realization.

3)      It may feel as if your inner work and meditation have plateaued or create less change than usual. (It’s okay. Stay with the practice. Breakthrough comes in time.)

4)      You review the past and wonder about more positive times. How did you create them? What was different at that time?

The Next Step

Navigating the void requires time. It’s a process of substituting new feelings and thoughts for the old ones, while surrendering old attitudes and the current/former state of being. Jung thought creation of the future occurs when you think you’re doing nothing.

There’s a great deal of truth in the statement. Thoughts and feelings coalesce when waiting for the next phase of life or the realization of a desire. It’s actually a time of creating, processing and sorting the information within the self while desires are refined.

Using the Void:

1)      Think about how you’d like to experience life and create more happiness.  What would you do if life followed a different course?

2)      Transcending the void requires courage and laser focus. Use the focus during meditation. Expand and deepen your practice if necessary. Take small steps whenever possible. You can look at the difficulties in the present moment as illusion by deciding to take a strong stance and see life differently. (Escapism doesn’t work. Take a hard look at reality and decide to alter it.) Deepen your ability to visualize.

3)       Compliment yourself for every small success. It takes effort to lift out of the void.  Whenever possible, imagine the flow – the feeling of transcending problems and experiencing a new reality.

4)       Notice what is already good about others and life. Play up the good things and make them important in your consciousness. Notice your good qualities whenever possible.

5)      Rest assured – you’re making a big change when navigating the void. Working in the void helps to obscure old patterns and gives insight into core issues, usually bestowing illumination into beliefs that hold life in uncomfortable positions.  It’s helpful to ask who you are becoming, to note possible new interests and feelings.

6)      Accept the process of becoming a new person. Give yourself space to grow and discover the new, emergent aspects of you. You receive gifts for successfully traveling through inner darkness. Notice new attractions, beauty and moments of serenity. Gifts of power develop when using intuition.

After it’s done, you’ll look back and see the void as a useful place. After all, it births everything from its place of nothingness.
