Creating Peace




It’s best to create a desirable state within ourselves before sending it out into the world. We can also radiate the energy outwardly so other people can receive it. Our individual impressions of peace – as experienced on a personal, soul level – combines with the energy of other people on the same vibration. This action lifts world consciousness, and it can create many positive changes.

With global events, it’s incredibly important to feel and experience peace as often as possible. Emotions travel from one person to another, and all emotions and thoughts evoke specific states of being that positively influence world energies. (It’s known as a collective field.) It’s also helpful NOT to discuss political events in a negative way.)
If YOU want to help in a specific way, focus on a positive, loving state such as peace. Emanate the feeling strongly to the area, which needs help. It sounds strange, but it truly works–particularly when enough people join together with a higher vibration.

Following their direction, Julia sees and reads energy, including animals, plants and people.
