Creating Desirable Change

Desirable changes come from the inner self; they bring peace, contentment, and happiness. It is not always easy to arrive at this place. Sometimes, it takes time and patience, but the journey is worth it.

It’s impossible to change everything. You can’t change other people, and, sometimes, circumstances don’t change until you alter yourself. But you can always alter your attitude, beliefs, and perceptions by coming into a place where you and universe flow together.Everything becomes softer and easier; it feels better. Over time, you find that you can change many events in life by using the techniques, which you master through the work.

Here are a few simple suggestions:

  1. Connecting to your inner self and the “light” helps with everything because your frequency (or vibrations in your energy field) become higher. People respond differently. You perceive new solutions, and you feel more peace and contentment. A higher frequency equals better results in daily life (reality.)
  2. Reality alters to match the vibrations in your energy field. When you see an event positively, your perspective changes. It can take time to raise your projection of an event, relationship, or outcome, but this works. Change your perception and change the outcome.
  3. When you can’t change the outcome, you can image sending color or calm energy. Love is easily sent by imagining pink light. You can send it to you, the molecules surrounding you, or a situation. Moving into love and turning events over to the universe often brings resolution. (Accept the resolution and decide you have the strength to move through the situation.)
  4. Focus on the good in your life. You’re alive. You are loved. You have a spiritual connection (or you wouldn’t read this.) You have the ability to change your life. This is powerful knowledge, and few people ever arrive at this place.
  5. Believe in your ability to change your life. Believe in the universe. Know there are spiritual forces such as angels, light, and other people who support and believe in you. Find friends who focus on solutions, take a course, or find a coach. Do something. (Meditating is an action, too.)
  6. You can’t change other people, but you can change your perception. You can imagine living in a more supportive environment and/or focus on receiving love and appreciation from others. Or simply focus on greater happiness and fulfillment.
  7. Believe in the power of the universe that will support positive changes in your life. The universe wants expansion, beauty, love, and growth for everyone.

Meditation:

  • Meditation is one of the keys to the process. Close your eyes and feel your inner self. (When we don’t think, see, or feel anything, we feel the inner self. We also pull back our energy from life.) If you stay in this space for ten minutes, you will feel the inner self. It feels wonderful and peaceful. This part of the self holds the answers. Commune with it quietly.
  • Hold and feel a visual of what you want to experience. If you want happiness and peace, see yourself in this state. If you feel hopeless, create an image of opportunities flowing into your life. If you’re angry, imagine feeling peaceful. Refuse negative thoughts (about anything) and hold onto your visual for 30 seconds. The “new” energy will eventually replace the old energy.
  • Think about love. Love is the one of the key components of the universe. We are loved unconditionally by the universe. Pink light is also love. We can send pink light to our projects, our body, and the people in our lives. Light and love are higher vibrations. Everything in the universe responds to love and light. As you hold more love and light in your “field”, the universe responds more quickly!

Listening to the Earth

As a child, I learned the patterns of clouds, seasons, the motion of the moon, and meaning of dew on the grass. Nature spoke in an immutable language of signs, which never changed—and spoke of the future in a thousand ways. But the earth is changing, and the signs no longer hold their former wealth of information.

The sun and moon rise in different locations. There are unseasonable patterns. Fall comes early, perennial plants bloom in fall rather than spring, and storms and fires fill the continent. Globally, we’re experiencing solar flares, rising oceans, and a fluctuating magnetic field. The planet is taking on the matrix of a new pattern.

The wolf population is growing throughout the United States. (When I first met the wolves, their numbers were smaller. They said the resurgence of their population was associated with a positive change as well as the turning of the planet and stars.) The four-leggeds and the creatures of the ocean also send waves of songs to support us.

In alchemical writings, there are notes indicating the elementals (the creatures ruling the kingdoms of fire, air, water, and earth) respond to the moods and thoughts of awakening human beings. As we awaken our energy level soars, and the acceleration of consciousness amplifies any imbalance in the emotional, mental, or physical realm of humans. As our energy increases and expands, nature acts as a balancing force by releasing emotion through storms and flames.

With many people awakening at this particular time, the planet’s reaction is not surprising. Earth is likely reflecting the oscillation of emotions and thoughts of many people at one time. As we increase our consciousness and light, our feelings and emotions often become more intense.

I’m sharing my thoughts below, which are simply based on observation.

  1. Storms and rain can reflect our inner condition; they can also clear our inner and outer condition. (Think of the garden in mid-summer after a wonderful rain.) From my experience, it is possible to calm a storm or experience it in a less intense manner.
  2. Fire purifies and changes a landscape. With the many fires in the United States, it could be helpful to imagine the landscape after days of rain–or to see new life in the place of the flames. (Note: it’s more helpful to see and imagine rain than to wish for it.)
  3. Some of our weather may be manufactured by others. We could imagine gentle, balanced weather–or devices that don’t work.
  4. We hasten the seasons and the feeling of an accelerated year by sending children to school in early August. Advertisements such as Halloween in August make time seem to move more quickly. When we buy and prepare months ahead, we actually visualize cooler weather and other events such as Christmas and snow! It’s always a wonderful time to slow and become present.
  5. Mass beliefs such as associating harsh winter with global warming increase the likelihood of the experience. If many people believe this, we’ll certainly experience it. Obviously, it’s also possible to visualize and create a milder winter. On another topic, pollution obviously exists, and we have to see this truth. But we can also imagine a planet without pollution, including clear skies, clean water, and solutions for current problems.

If Nature is reflecting our beliefs, thoughts, and emotions, there is a possibility of creating a better reality. As far as I know, few people, with the exception of indigenous people, experiment with this. Please share your thoughts and insights.

Moving into More Love

Everyone wants more love. When you connect with the love “frequency”, you receive more of it. When you think about awakening, you automatically connect with energetic waves, which give the feeling of love. When you open your heart, you receive more light and love from the universe.

It’s interesting to realize how the placement of consciousness affects your experience. For example, when you think about light, you receive love. When you love yourself, it alters the flow of particles in your body and energy field. When you send love (pink light), it can alter relationships and bring healing. (Obviously, this type of work involves sincere feelings.) When you feel the love of another person, it speeds the motion of your molecules and creates more self-love.

  1. The ultimate source of light and love is the universe. It comes through meditation and contemplation—and by listening to the inner self. (You know when you find it because everything feels bright, beautiful, and still.)
  2. Finding universal love changes our perception of life. It reveals the inner self. You see, the inner self often differs from “who” you think you are. This part of the self feels life with a multiplicity of sensations. It speaks through intuition to lead you on your path.
  3. Finding the inner self means embarking on a passage of self-love. This involves boundaries, insights, loving the darkness within the self, and a willingness to see the truth. It also brings more love, compassion, and empathy. It’s a journey—not an immediate answer.
  4. The heart speaks more loudly as you step into love. It whispers about what you truly love, and it tells you about hurt and pain, which are sometimes hidden beneath the surface. You also become more vulnerable, and this means becoming brave.
  5. As you step into vulnerability, you begin to see how universal love heals. You can send light or love to others. You can hold a vision of healing for the world. You can send love, comfort, and compassion. You want to see abundance and success for others.
  6. Love teaches you about change, which may mean changing yourself. Perhaps, you learn to love your body or your life. Maybe, you speak more kindly or see the underlying light in everything. It leads to a shift into a higher state of being.
  7. As you learn more about love, you accept the human state of duality. You know the state of love shifts from one duality into another. Life provides the opportunity to shift sadness into happiness or loneliness to love, but you learn to rely on the beauty of your heart to bring you back into center–where the universe awaits.

NOTE: Everyone has moments of “not” feeling love. This can be useful if you are willing to see these dark places and moments as points, which offer the potential for change and growth. (Accept this as the part of you that longs for change, and send light to the feelings. Assume you have the ability to change the circumstances, thoughts, and feelings, which are associated with this state.)

Find Clarity, Create a Better World

introspection
Maybe, we can’t change the world instantly, but there is a great deal we can do in the world around us.

Part of the challenge lies in becoming creative–and seeing and feeling something different. If we hold light and change our perception, we alter the frequency around us. This act also leads to knowledge of the inner self.

Here are my favorite techniques.
1. Focus on a personal feeling of peace. Notice how it feels and expand this inner state to the surrounding area. Imagine everyone and everything encompassed n a wave of peace. Feel the peace like waves in an ocean.
2. Send pink light to every particle and atom in the space around you. Pink light is unconditional love, and it lifts everything in its sphere. (Sometimes, it’s easier to send pink light as opposed to “love” because we color the feeling of love with many personal preferences.)
3. It’s important to learn to pause whenever we feel discordant energy between ourselves and another human being. It’s helpful to pull back our energy and briefly see the other person’s point of view or feeling. From this place, imagine seeing their inner light. (This is simply to clear energy and remove them from our energy field.) In general, pause whenever emotions are strong. Pull back into the inner self.
4) Separate from mass consciousness (lower global consciousness, including emotion) often. The entire world is changing, and it moves between light and darkness. Ask for alignment with the inner self when life feels heavy and difficult. Focus on the feeling of the flow when accompanied by a wave of happiness. (The overall energy should change in an hour or two.)
5) Learn to see the opposite of the difficult side of life. The images in our mind travel very quickly as we become more psychic. If we focus on a negative, world happening, we actually intensify it. It’s helpful to see the opposite of the difficulty, move into the heart, and ask the universe to provide the feeling of an answer. (Of course, it’s also helpful to send the feeling of the answer out into the world. Somewhere, someone is meditating and/or praying. They will receive the feeling and amplify it.)
6) Spend time in nature. Ground the body and take time to see the perfection of leaves, flowers, and wildlife. This practice eases the pressure, aligning body and spirit.
7) Practice faith, hope, and courage. It takes faith to create strong, positive visions. It takes courage to continue to see them, and it requires faith and hope to make a consistent effort. But it’s also how we learn to believe in ourselves–and our inner work.

Many Realities, The Planet of Yellow Flowers

Sunflower field. Beautiful sunflowers blooming on the field. Gro

Sometimes, “reality” seems stranger than fiction. Many realizations exist, which bring insights and clarity to our perception of the world. In some cases, they bring an enlightened point of view.

A few weeks ago, I spoke with a friend’s daughter, Cecily, who is nine years old and was born with Down’s Syndrome. She sees life with a different spectrum of perception. Cecily also perceives thoughts and visuals more easily than words.

As we talked on the phone, I felt perplexed because Cecily chose to speak in sounds instead of words. At first, I wasn’t sure how to reach her, but I sent a wave of energy, and our worlds opened and merged. (Everyone truly speaks in waves in energy, which carry impressions, energy, images, and visuals.)

As I focused, her waves of sound became images. Immediately, I was transported to a beautiful planet of flowers. Yellow flowers–like sunflowers–grew ten feet tall.

Paths on the earth ran beneath the plants, and the people tended them. By simply walking among the plants and imagining their needs as already met, the flowers grew for centuries and provided food and nourishment for the people, who lived for a very, long time.

I felt as if I was truly there, walking among the giant roots in the shadow of huge green leaves. The people walked a circuit every day, gathering minerals from the earth for the flowers and radiating love for the flowers.

At night, they slept in soft hammocks, made by folding the lower leaves around them. In the early morning, dew fell, collecting in the space between the stems and leaves. In this place, people and plants co-habitated in a wonderful way.

The vision ended, and I thought it felt like a past life–a strong memory. I asked Cecily if she’d come from this planet of flowers. I heard “yes.”When I wanted to know more, I saw a star moving from that planet to earth. Then, I saw Cecily and heard her say, “I am an ambassador.”

I understood she decided to come from the planet of flowers to our planet. She wanted to share her finely tuned vibration, her wish for peace, and ability to align specific energies here. Cecily chose her genetics because they gave her more energetic options and greater skills with her intuitive abilities. (She also came to help with the planetary shift.)

Her mother was not surprised. She’d always known her daughter was special, and I felt humbled and enlightened to understand more about life and the universe. Many dimensions of life exist. Everyone discovers many lovely and unexpected things by moving more deeply into their spiritual gifts.

Using Pink Light, Moving into Unconditional, Universal Love

Pink light is associated with the heart chakra as well as unconditional, universal love. When we focus on pink light, we bring in a specific frequency of love, which is free of passion or desire. We simply move into a place of being with the One and the All.
Pink light is also helpful in moving from a lower frequency (negative thoughts or emotions) into a higher one because it raises our vibrations, cancelling out lower feelings. It is also useful to send to others to help in uplifting their lives.
Here’s a recording to help you with developing a connection with unconditional love and light.

Using Visualization, Color, and Light

newsletter_colorswirl

Visualization is one of your incredible gifts. When you visualize, you create. It requires time and repetition, but it works. When you combine visualization with the light of meditation, results come faster. And they resonate with your heart.

When you send a specific color to a visualization or desire, you amplify the effect. The color provides a specific energy to your manifestation. It’s fascinating to know color and light can deactivate difficult situations—and influence a positive outcome. I learned about sending colors and light from Franz Bardon and his book, Keys of the Kaballah. With a love of color and art, I began using the colors in many aspects of my life. It was astonishing to find light blue light calmed difficult situations and anger. Obviously, the colors have a powerful effect.

You can also send light to positive situations or difficulties to alter their energy. You can send pink light to anything so it resonates with a wave of love. Sending color and light does not solve everything, but it instantly makes you feel better.

Light is one of the highest frequencies in the universe, and it raises the vibration of anything and everything. Matter consists of particles vibrating at a particular speed. Thoughts, emotions, and spiritual imagery vibrate at a particular rate before they take form. By sending pure forms of light, you actually speed up the spin of a thought, feeling, or object. The practice is very useful with healing, clearing conflicts–and with creating a desire.

In short, see what you desire and send light to the imagery. There is a particular sensation when you send the right color of light is correct such as a feeling of relief, softness, or stillness. If you practice, you’ll see results quickly.

Here are a few tips:

1) Cool conflicts with light blue light.

2) Send pink light or love to almost anything–including every molecule in your surroundings.

3) Use green light to increase the growth of plants, abundance, or happiness (any positive emotion or desire.)

4) Use silvery blue light and dark blue light for protection. It blocks lower vibrations.

5) Use violet/purple light for connection with the “All” and/or to deepen your spiritual state.

There are many other colors and uses, but these techniques give a good starting point.
