Planetary Change: A Change in the Weather

newsletter_planetpic

The past few months have been filled with unnerving astrological aspects such as the Uranus/Eris conjunction (new beginnings and changes combined with discord and upset) and Saturn/Neptune square (confusion, difficulty with decisions about right action), and Uranus/Pluto square(the periodic descent into darkness followed by regeneration.) These aspects remain but have weakened–and changes in the weather provide new tools  to better deal with them.

Relatively speaking, the planets are quieter after the super moon. It feels as if they settled after taking on material form in the outer world—at least for the moment. As we pass through periods of intense growth, it’s likely that we’ll continue to feel strong emotions, conflicts, and challenges because it’s how we gain mastery.

Currently, more developed souls are working with collective by learning methods of sending light to larger groups and developing their personal calling. Other light workers have identified their calling and are putting into form on an individual level. But everyone is working on the development of their personal life as well as the perception of energies in the outer world. (We cannot change everything, but we can send light and work together in the achievement of a higher frequency.)

This week’s astrology offers an interesting and easier walk on the path. Sun in Scorpio (intensity, magnetism in outer life) trines the Moon (emotions, inner self, maternal energies) in Cancer. Sun and Moon trine in water signs can help to create harmonious emotions and positive feelings about life. Both Sun and Moon trine Chiron, the wounded healer, bringing power to heal the inner and outer life.

Mercury (mind, communications) in Sagittarius conjuncts Saturn (structure, time, karma) and gives insights about long term plans and structure in life, particularly in relationship to philosophy and the spiritual journey. Saturn gives perseverance and patience, and Mercury can give connection to the Higher Mind. (Mercury also squares Neptune (mysticism, idealism, illusion), meaning it’s important to see through the idealism and illusion of New Age spirituality to find a greater truth.)

Mars (overall energy, male, assertion) helps in realizing our inner potential. It sharpens the body and the higher mind; it can bring us back into alignment with universal ideals. It gives power to move more deeply into spiritual realization, and it helps with positive group endeavors. Mars trines Jupiter (good fortune), which can bring success in a harmonious sense.

Venus (love, beauty, feminine) sits in Capricorn, which bring feelings of rejection and loneliness to the surface. It also squares Jupiter (good fortune.) With this aspect, it’s important to think encouraging thoughts about love—and to know lower thoughts and fears about love and/or relationships are only temporary. This, too, will pass.

Jupiter in Libra balances energy, focuses on partnerships, and harmony. Currently, Jupiter is opposite Uranus, which doesn’t favor new endeavors. Plan to finish or work on projects planned in the past. Jupiter also squares Pluto and brings tension around our hopes and desires, but Pluto can reveal the blocks and hidden issues, which slow the progress of plans.

On the positive, Saturn (karma) trines Uranus (new beginnings), and both planets are in fire, which rules the heart. It indicates the possibility of creating an entirely new structure based on the voice of the heart and interests of the soul. It’s a beautiful opportunity.

More About Manifestation

newsletter_nativeamerican

Manifestation is important because it teaches about how we perceive and live life. When we focus on a heart felt desire, we invoke the universe and the inner self.

  1. Everyone is already manifesting the material of their consciousness  through their experience of “reality.” We are limited by our perceptions and beliefs about life as well as the people in our lives; however, it’s possible to transcend those limits and create big, happy visions. Basically, this involves awakening and rewriting our inner script of beliefs, thoughts, and emotions. When we rewrite our perception of reality, it changes.
  2. Everyone wants financial prosperity, loving relationships, a healthy body, and a deep spiritual connection that provides accurate answers. Meditation and visualization can lead us to the right steps, and the practice completes much of the work on the invisible plane. (In other words, an occurrence or dream takes place much more quickly. We find the right job quickly instead of applying for ten. We visualize meeting the right people, and they appear.)
  3. Action is more effective when accompanied by meditation and visualization. It also requires less effort. Athletes and millionaires use these techniques of visualizing their desired reality in detail. The alteration in overall energy is even more profound when the visualization is prompted by a desire for connection with the inner self. Both practices create results, but universal connection alters everything in our lives.
  4. We meet our resistance within our self. We discover an opposite self, who doesn’t want the manifestation, takes steps in the opposite way, and wants to stay the same. We rewrite the “program” or pattern through visualization, observation, and learning to think and feel new thoughts and emotions. (We also learn to change our personal identity from the person who can’t to one who can.)
  5. Life becomes more exciting through these discoveries. As we learn to change lower patterns into patterns of success, we become enthusiastic about life. We naturally make small adjustments such as altering traffic, wishing good things for others, or seeing more beauty in life. (This changes our world—and the world around us.)
  6. Our vision of our reality and the world changes. We begin to understand how our ‘reality” responds to our thoughts and emotions. We also learn how to change our perception of life because we understand the seeing the “goodness” is part of what brings it into our lives.
  7. We naturally live on a higher vibration as a result of participating in manifestation. We begin to see problems as areas of life, which require a higher frequency, meditation, or inspired action. We also begin to “know” that other people are doing the same thing. It’s how we meet our True Self through meditation–and connect with others who align with the universe in the same beautiful way.

Seeking Light

news_global

As the world shifts and changes, it’s wise to seek love and light. It’s also helpful to learn small, simple techniques that can raise our consciousness. By applying techniques and focusing our consciousness in a different (higher) direction, we progress more quickly on our path.

  • When we focus on light, the universe responds. When we contemplate light, we receive its support. When we desire awakening, the universe leads us into many experiences in the invisible world such as synchronicity, esoteric teachings, and subtle answers, which provide direction in life.
  • Universal direction comes when we connect with our soul. It may come from meditation, nature, animals, personal love, or creativity. If we recognize the “expansion”, we can create a great deal of good from this place—particularly with visualization.
  • Life responds to our visualizations, placement of consciousness, and attention. When we give attention to negative states or unwanted aspects of life, they expand. Conversely, positive thoughts and visualizations raise our vibration, creating the opposite. (It’s helpful to think of difficult areas of life as energy and to send light to them. We can also decide to see the solution as opposed to focusing on the problem.)
  • Self-observation is a wonderful tool for creating change. By observing our personal patterns, we learn to change the inner dialog (what we say to ourselves), focus on a positive outcome or different response, and ask the universe for help at a pivotal moment. By asking the universe for help, we essentially ask for new perceptions and insights in blocked or difficult areas of life. If we are open, small answers appear and coalesce.
  • By noticing happiness, beauty, positive feelings, and goodness, we automatically bring more of them into our lives. The placement of our consciousness attracts much of we experience in life, which means it’s possible to alter the current of our life by attuning our consciousness to a higher point. (Life moves very differently from this point.)

Energy

Everything is ultimately energy. Energy takes on a thousand shapes and forms. It responds to us.  (Our energy field also responds to others and the overall global field.) Over time, we learn how to interact with the resonance of specific energies. We also learn how to collect it through meditation, yoga (Tai Chi, etc), and cultivation of calm, peaceful emotion.

  1. It’s important to know everything is composed of energy. It takes form by its rate of vibration. On a human level, energy can feel dense and heavy when it is not in alignment with the inner self—or when we travel through resistance. It tends to feel light and supportive when we are aligned.
  2. The energy of the planet shifts rhythmically, causing the experience of highs and lows. By aligning deeply with the inner self, we can stay centered as we travel through the energetic translation of a changing time. (The quality of energy, experienced at a particular point in time, may represent an influence of karmic patterns, geographical locations, mass consciousness, or other people.)
  3. Currently, we are working with the concept of balance. It’s important to stay balanced, centered, and grounded when the energy is continually shifting. It’s good to know our feelings and moods alter with the flow of the current of life. They don’t last forever and become less intense when we stay centered.
  4. It’s powerful to observe the flow of life. Through self-observation, we can note the places, people, and things that lift our energy field into a higher place. We can also note synchronicities and correct intuition. They give hints about our personal alignment. (What indicates your personal alignment?)
  5. If we are persistent and aligned with our spiritual quest, the energy in our personal field will eventually take on a higher form, reflecting abundance, alignment, health, and love

Mind over Matter

newsletter_sky

In metaphysics, spiritual changes are said to alter the flow of the material world. Every particle of matter holds the substance of light and love, which is the basis of life in our universe. By meditating on love and light through connection with the inner self, it is possible to alter the flow of life (matter.) In this theory, matter responds to a very high frequency of light—and affects the spin of the particles of matter.

Sending light, love, and healing to our loved ones and animals is relatively easy. But It’s slightly more difficult to change the flow of our personal lives. Fortunately, other people can hold the vision for us, and we can learn to send more success, love, and light to ourselves.

Here are a few tips.

1)      It’s easiest when connected through meditation. Deep meditation eases emotion, quiets thought, and takes us into the beauty of the inner self. Additionally, it’s there that we can hear and feel the universe. And the universe always wants what is best for us.

2)      It’s helpful to notice the feeling of connection and to add that sensation of love, connectedness, and presence to our visualization. A visualization is our way of telling the universe how we want to experience a change in the flow of our lives. (It’s helpful to imagine the visualization with details, colors, and emotion like a bright, happy dream. The universe holds and embellishes the energy of our dream for us while we work change our energy level and perception of life.)

3)      Stay with the concept of focusing the mind strongly on the visual. If the mind is empty and still, the visual becomes stronger and more powerful over time. Think of the mind as a lens, which changes the flow of life through inner focus.

4)      Pay attention to small variations in life such as a few moments of feeling connected, seeing intense beauty, or the lifting of the heart. All of these motions are about connection, and they are small indications of success.

5)      Everyone has the power to make small changes in life. Turn around perceptions about people, limitations about abundance, and beliefs in unhappy relationships. By changing perception, we literally call in a different “line” of events. As our connection grows stronger, people—and life–respond more accurately to our thoughts. (Small changes become large ones over a period of time.)

6)      Note positive changes. See “almost” events as signs of fulfilled desires. Express gratitude for the appearance of any sign as improvement—a response from the universe.

7)      Self-talk can undermine or expand a visualization. Create affirmations about the success of the work, and praise meditative efforts.

8)      Read books and watch movies with happy endings. Spend time around people who believe in the goodness of the world.

9)      Whenever possible, meditate on love. Remember that our efforts help everyone on the same path. By creating a heart-felt desire, we open the same door for others. Spend time meditating on other people’s desires coming into fruition as well as taking time to appreciate the beauty and splendor of the world.

Planetary Change: Experimentation and Evolution

newsletter_planetpic

In the spiritual world, there is a strong focus on expressing our impressions of the spiritual world in the physical world. In other words, we may feel love, peace, and harmony—or the calling of the universe—but we must learn to express it in our physical world. Let’s call it mind over matter.

It involves a journey of self-observation and experimentation to find the exact visuals, feelings, and impetus (will) to make our inner self more present in the physical. We’re affected by the astrological weather, mass consciousness, and the forces around us. But we’re up for the task because awakening gives energy, insights, and strength.

The Sun is placed in Cancer, creating emphasis on the home, family life, nurturing, and feminine emotion.  Currently, the sun is conjunct Mercury (thought, communications) in Leo (passion, the heart, drama), which helps with developing a positive inner dialog—and speaking with others. The sun is also opposite Pluto in Capricorn, drawing our attention to our power or lack of it in life.

Fire, water, and earth play a predominant role in this chart. Mercury and Venus (physical pleasure, love, feminine beauty) are conjunct in Leo, emphasizing the need for connecting with the heart and interest in drama and other exciting events. Leo is passionate and bold; it tends to enliven life.

Venus and Mercury—along with the Sun–are also conjunct Mars, which can help with the current feeling of agitation. Think about the heart, love, and the excitement of life. Venus and Mercury trine Saturn, and this helps with the heavy feeling associated with “mistakes” or feeling life is not progressing rapidly enough.

Saturn square Neptune is all about translating our spiritual experience into the physical. There is nothing lovelier than going out into the light, but we have to balance the experience with our physical world. (The house needs cleaning, and the garden must be watered.) As we expand in our spiritual concepts, it’s necessary to find a more balanced way of living, expressing our inner feelings to those we love, and living a life that is supported by universal love.

Saturn, Neptune, Pluto, and Chiron in Retrograde

Four outer planets are retrograde, which helps with insights but also bestows a somewhat introverted feeling. The four planets include Saturn, Neptune, Pluto, and Chiron. Saturn retrograde can give a heavy feeling, particularly when squaring Neptune. The square is about putting together the spiritual/physical worlds while sustaining faith in the self during the process. Obviously, it takes energy to bridge the two worlds.

Neptune retrograde enhances our intuitive connection. But Neptune is vast. We could think of it as a large “field” without form, which connects everyone in an endless sea of emotion and thought. (We are happily floating along in the ocean when we bump into an unhappy person!) The challenge of Neptune retrograde lies in creating boundaries while becoming more psychic, which is a side effect of awakening with Neptune in retro. (For example, we might choose to pick up on more positive thought or detach from consciousness at large—and choose to ONLY feel our inner self.)

Pluto retrograde dredges up the underworld as well as the desire to soar above it. Usually, we can’t soar above Pluto’s influence unless we take time to examine the evidence of the “unveiling.” (Pluto tends to uncover dark information or secrets, which can change the course of our lives.) After taking a good look at the “secret” and/or hidden information, we can regenerate—and create our lives anew.

Chiron, the wounded healer, is also retrograde. At this point, it indicates what needs changing and healing. This is important information on both physical and spiritual levels. We don’t know what to see differently—or heal–without finding the wound. Sun, Mercury, Venus, and Mars all trine Chiron, which may bring breakthroughs in consciousness and practical understanding of how to heal global and personal  issues.(Chiron affects everyone throughout the world.)

Summary

Mercury and Venus in Leo will make the weather seem brighter. These two planets help to create a positive, sunny attitude. They also trine Mars, making it easier to find focus and create results in the physical world.

Saturn square Neptune causes us to evaluate how our personal, spiritual life and physical life come together. It can feel confusing because Saturn likes boundaries and physical form, and the spiritual world is broad and mystical.

When we find these types of answers, it’s fabulous because our lives align with the inner self.  Plan to spend time in meditation, reviewing how life and the planet would look–if everything healed. The energy is a bit calmer, and it gives more space for inner practices.

Consciously Manifest More

news_newlandscape

As energies move consistently between the old and the new world, it’s important to work on manifestation. The main reason for focus is that we are already creating—and it makes a huge difference to create with kindness and love. Look at it as consciousness (light) versus subconscious programming (darkness.)

The whole point of awakening lies in experiencing the inner self and a state of love, which is derived from the heart space. When we are in this space, we create very quickly through our thoughts and emotions. When we consciously create, we quickly become aware of aspects of the self, which are in alliance with the process. (When aspects of life—or the self—are out of alignment, it’s obviously important to change them.)

  1. The new energies amplify our emotions, connectivity, and experience of life. By visualizing a positive desire, the mind tends to focus on healing, love, success, and happiness. It lifts the mind out of judgement, lower emotions, and personal issues. It also gives alignment with others, who are in a similar place in collective consciousness, which increases our light.
  2. We become happier when focusing on a positive desire. The practice of manifestation teaches inner connection, harmony, and sensations of peace and love. Over time, this placement of consciousness begins to displace unhappy images, habits, and expectations. (We tune into ourselves and the universe.)
  3. Part of any manifestation involves listening to our intuition and “good” actions. Intuition leads to the right thoughts, feelings, and actions to create any desire. Good actions are part of manifestation because listening to the universe compels compassion for others.
  4. The process of manifestation teaches about the power of repetition and connection. A great deal of repetition is required to successfully create a desire. Typically, a desire refers to a particular aspect of life such as success, health, love, or spirituality. The image and “feeling” must be repeated several times on a daily basis—and it must be felt with all of our being. (Again, it teaches about placement of consciousness.)
  5. The placement of consciousness and projection of a desire can be repeated for others. We can learn to see wonderful things for others, conscious realizations, and expression of gifts. Beyond this, there is a very, strong desire to share the love and light of the universe. (Of course, it should be shared with discernment.)
  6. When we consciously create, we vibrate above mass consciousness. We no longer feel lower vibrations. We experience the joy and peace of a higher frequency. We see the potential expansion of life. We also expand our imagination by visualizing an “unknown” aspect of life, which we haven’t yet experienced.
  7. True desires come from the heart–the inner self. We learn to recognize the feeling of desires of the true self and differentiate between the somewhat anxious or heavy feelings of the ego (lower thoughts and patterns.) Eventually, manifestation brings joy from the discovery of our inner gifts and faith in the processes of the universe.

Find Clarity, Create a Better World

introspection
Maybe, we can’t change the world instantly, but there is a great deal we can do in the world around us.

Part of the challenge lies in becoming creative–and seeing and feeling something different. If we hold light and change our perception, we alter the frequency around us. This act also leads to knowledge of the inner self.

Here are my favorite techniques.
1. Focus on a personal feeling of peace. Notice how it feels and expand this inner state to the surrounding area. Imagine everyone and everything encompassed n a wave of peace. Feel the peace like waves in an ocean.
2. Send pink light to every particle and atom in the space around you. Pink light is unconditional love, and it lifts everything in its sphere. (Sometimes, it’s easier to send pink light as opposed to “love” because we color the feeling of love with many personal preferences.)
3. It’s important to learn to pause whenever we feel discordant energy between ourselves and another human being. It’s helpful to pull back our energy and briefly see the other person’s point of view or feeling. From this place, imagine seeing their inner light. (This is simply to clear energy and remove them from our energy field.) In general, pause whenever emotions are strong. Pull back into the inner self.
4) Separate from mass consciousness (lower global consciousness, including emotion) often. The entire world is changing, and it moves between light and darkness. Ask for alignment with the inner self when life feels heavy and difficult. Focus on the feeling of the flow when accompanied by a wave of happiness. (The overall energy should change in an hour or two.)
5) Learn to see the opposite of the difficult side of life. The images in our mind travel very quickly as we become more psychic. If we focus on a negative, world happening, we actually intensify it. It’s helpful to see the opposite of the difficulty, move into the heart, and ask the universe to provide the feeling of an answer. (Of course, it’s also helpful to send the feeling of the answer out into the world. Somewhere, someone is meditating and/or praying. They will receive the feeling and amplify it.)
6) Spend time in nature. Ground the body and take time to see the perfection of leaves, flowers, and wildlife. This practice eases the pressure, aligning body and spirit.
7) Practice faith, hope, and courage. It takes faith to create strong, positive visions. It takes courage to continue to see them, and it requires faith and hope to make a consistent effort. But it’s also how we learn to believe in ourselves–and our inner work.

Riding the Wave

bigwave
In metaphysics, the wave can refer to water signs and emotion, or it can refer to oscillation–the motion between the new reality and the old one.  Emotions occur as the result of an oscillation or movement between thought and physical sensation in the material world.

In metaphysics, we’re taught to pay attention to the heart and the inner voice when life is smooth–and when it is turbulent. By paying attention to the moment, we can observe life and deepen our connection because life moves in patterns of up and down—creating the sensation of duality.
Working with emotion involves dealing with oscillation, which occurs within ourselves. If we can observe the motion by connecting with our inner self, it ceases. We progress on our spiritual path. (Changing emotion requires practice and patience, but it is worth the work!)
Tips:
1) When life moves easily, it’s good to expand the energy outwardly into the present and the near future. It’s also helpful to “see” good things for others and project a better, happier world. (Scientific experiments prove “seeing” good for others brings healing and positive energy into our lives.)
2)  When the emotional/mental waves are at a lower point, it’s helpful to know they will pass more quickly when we tap into the spiritual self. We can replace lower thoughts with positive thoughts; we can substitute a positive emotion for a lower one. (We do this by meditating on peace, harmony, joy, or the feeling of a higher vibration.)
3) It’s helpful to know emotions are contagious. We may pick them up from mass consciousness, other people, or locations with a lower frequency. Often, the feeling will pass when we know it doesn’t originate from the self.
4) Positive emotions occur at higher frequencies, and negative emotions occur at lower frequencies. It’s helpful to raise personal frequency by envisioning pink light, asking how it feels when connected with the inner self, or spending time in nature.
5) It’s important to discern if negative emotions occur because we are glimpsing an undesirable truth about a person or situation, seeing through a personal pattern, or seeing life in a light, which may not feel uncomfortable (yet.) In this case, rest, remove the mind from the problem, and gently reflect. Ask for help from the universe in discerning the answer.
6) The inner self always has a vision of a beautiful life, and angels are always around us. The “invisible” world (or quantum field) is said to be more real than visible world. It answers when we call on it—and when we’re ready to change.
7)  When we observe a thought or emotion, it becomes quieter. The inner self generates positive emotions and thoughts. It delivers peaceful answers. By putting our consciousness in this place, life changes.
8) Many teachings speak of “low” and “high” points as storms and rainbows. We think storms are difficult, and rainbows signal a time of abundance. Both are illusions on the path on life. Beyond the illusion is the path of light. If we remain on the journey, we find (and become) the light.
