Just before the eclipse, a cool, energizing breeze flowed through the house—although the windows were closed. It came as a wave of energy that spoke. I heard, “It’s happening now. Go outside.”

I hurried outside where shadows played on the lawn in strange shapes, and the wind blew through the trees. The moving pattern of shadows touched the earth, and I thought they brought a message. Sitting on the earth, I moved into stillness to decipher it as the wind and air blew around me.

I heard the following, “feminine, healing, life-restoring, new connection on the planet”, and the words traveled to my heart. Within my inner knowing, I realized it was a new beginning, a portal into a new world—and I knew it was the shift for which we have been waiting. (If you didn’t feel it, you will likely experience it in the future.)

Many years ago, I heard Barbara Hand Clow, founder and former co-owner of Bear and Company speak at a conference. She predicted, “Everyone will either evolve or dissolve.”  We will either evolve to a higher level or dissolve our lives through problems and placement of consciousness that we choose not to change. Evolving means committing time and life to awakening; it means moving into universal flow and the quantum field.

Here are some of upcoming shifts:

  • Changes in the time/space continuum. You may have already noticed how time goes more rapidly and slowly, depending on the placement of consciousness. It’s more difficult to keep up with the time—although I sometimes know exactly what time it is without looking. (Time is manmade; perhaps, we will realign with nature’s cycles as time passes.)
  • Changes of seasonal events and weather. The earth is changing. However, we are “taught” to envision flooding or disruptive weather when watching or reading the news. Everyone can alter the weather in their area through positive thought and meditation.
  • Open to the idea of positive collective energy, a world in which people’s emotions are neutral or positive, and they relate happy events. Obviously, some people won’t get there, but that’s okay. By visualizing this, we’ll experience positive encounters more often—and we can often hear or know where the other person is mentally and emotionally. Think of it as a way of uplifting intuition to a higher level.
  • The importance of focus. With every shift, we become more intuitive, and our visualizations count more. It’s helpful to notice when we’re having negative thoughts and to change them by remembering the inner self or reflecting on sources of happiness in life.
  • Self-nurturing and introspection are necessary to overcome anxiety—or the energy of the world. We are all making choices about this when we choose the placement of our consciousness. (Let’s face it: everyone has 10-15 minutes per day to meditate.)
  • In response to the timeline shift, it’s particularly important to limit activities to whatever we’re easily capable of completing in each day. If we overwork or overdo, it leads to exhaustion and dissatisfaction with work. It’s good to take some time at lunch or mid-afternoon to focus on aligning with nature or the inner self. In short, break up activities and create a softer focus on work-related activities, which is energizing and fun!
