Understanding Emotion

When life changes, we feel emotion. Emotion is a wave, which takes our feelings to a lower or higher point. It’s a normal part of spiritual growth, and it’s called oscillation, a reference to the motion between waves of thought and emotion. When we are centered in connection, we are aligned with the heart. Through this practice, life ceases its motion; it is anchored by unconditional love. It is one of the benefits of devotion and meditation.

  1. Emotions change. Much of our interpretation of emotion has to do with our feelings of “good” and “bad.” As we surrender memories and patterns, our feelings change. When we learn to how to move to a higher frequency, many of our emotions alter, becoming more positive.
  2. When we are centered, we generally feel less emotion. We feel neutral and positive in a general sense. We feel love, which supports us and carries us through life. (We can experience more of this by focusing on pink light or love in the area around us.)
  3. Our imagination influences our emotion as does visualization. We generally tend to verbalize our problems and focus on them through images in our mind. Negative emotions are often amplified by giving them a “voice.” Much of this practice is programmed in our society, but it’s not a good use of our energy. It’s helpful to imagine receiving positive emotional support from others or spend time visualizing a happy, desirable reality.
  4. Emotions are contagious. We can feel the positive or negative emotions from others. We can vibrate above their emotions, change the “mood” by speaking of positive events, or separate ourselves from the other person. We can also center in the heart, which teaches about our eternal connection to the divine.
  5. Life responds to our positive vibrations. The trees move, birds sing, and nature responds when we connect with our higher self. Life moves in a beautiful flow. People on a higher vibration will reflect our higher state.

Everyone feels negative and positive emotions. We change the pattern by staying centered when we feel lower emotions and/or changing our behavior. We invoke positive emotion by focusing on beauty, love, and joy.

It’s also important to love both sides of ourselves–the good and bad. It’s how we eventually find the “center” through acceptance and self-love. It’s also how we master the waves of oscillation, which grow stronger as we move more deeply into the light.

5 Tips for Manifestation

Altering your reality begins with changing your consciousness. When you put your consciousness in a different place, the flow of events changes.

1) Everyone creates their life through the placement of consciousness–and through their vibration rate (frequency.) Our lives move on the line of our personal projections and beliefs. Every difficulty, problem, and negative situation comes from visualization, consciousness, energy, and frequency rate.

2) Reality changes from the perspective of frequency. (A low frequency is difficult; a high frequency brings insights and freedom. Low frequencies are associated with negative thoughts, emotions, and patterns. Higher frequencies and positive thoughts/emotions allow for new solutions and breakthrough moments.) Moving into a higher frequency means changing our consciousness. Our perception changes when we move into a higher frequency. It’s impossible to see reality in the same way. From a viewpoint of expanded consciousness, we feel differently. We see the situation in a new way.

3) Meditating daily through visualization and positive emotion evokes a change in consciousness. When we change our consciousness and send positive emotions to a different version of reality, it changes the conditions around us. Matter reflects our inner state. When we change, life alters.

4) Daily meditation allows connection with the higher self and the universe. These are the big vibrations, which bring huge changes over time. It’s impossible to feel worry, fear, anger, or sadness when we connect to the universe. The universe also guides us through intuition as we hold the visual. We receive insights about direction, imagery, and the feeling of the successful outcome.

5) The process teaches us about the inner self, which feels enlightened and energized by the practice. The process also teaches us about the part of the self, which feels blocked or doesn’t want to make the shift. (It’s best to send love to this part of the self and observe whenever possible.)

6) Faith is part of the process of altering our reality. We see reality in a new way through meditation. We attune our visualization through intuition. Eventually, we believe in the part of the self, which creates the happier reality–and it comes to fruition in real life!

The Details:

1) Begin with a prayer. Imagine you’re connecting to the universe, God, or a higher being. Ask the universe to support your effort. Feel the connection.

2) Meditate on the inner self, the presence that is always with you and has answers. Imagine light pouring into your being, lifting you into a place of higher vibration and knowing.

3) Intend the change. Feel the intention, the desire in you to experience new, peaceful, more aligned aspects of life. Feel the harmony and quiet joy.

4) Visualize the desired intention in great detail. Imagine you’re living in the image of your desired life. Visualization tells the universe where you want energy to go, how you want to feel it, and how you want to experience the shift. It goes beyond wanting or wishing. Think of it as a commitment to yourself.

5) At all times, believe it is working. Don’t focus on how long it takes or why it might not work. Focus on the feeling of connection—and how the new reality feels. (Deepen your spiritual connection whenever possible. When you move more deeply into your spiritual consciousness, you find a way, which is not apparent in normal reality. Trust this part of the process.)

The Lion’s Gate

Think of the Lion’s Gate as a cosmic blast of solar light. The Lion’s Gate symbolizes the annual height of  solar energy, emanated by the astrological sign of Leo. It refers to a process of purifying the fabric of our consciousness and recreating ourselves with a higher light level. It’s a quick process because the Lion’s Gate is open between August 8 and August 12—although the energy will linger for a week or more.

The Lion’s Gate occurs during “Dog Days” or when the dog star, Sirius, precedes the sun on the horizon. The Great Pyramid of Cheops was built to align with the rise of Sirius to mark the importance of  a time of rebirth—an opportunity to move more deeply  into our divine blueprint and resurrect the True Self.  As a result, the solar year began on July 23 with the motion of the Sun into Leo (solar) energy, and the celebration of light ended on September 15.

Solar light is associated with the masculine energies such as spirituality, universal love, courage, creativity and pure light. Light cleanses, and it brings spiritual change. The light is somewhat yang; it can feel over stimulating on a mental/creative level if we don’t take time to rest and reflect. For those who are open, it alters DNA, raising our capacity to receive more light into the body and energy field.

The light brings endings such as harvest, but it also illuminates new beginnings. This means opening up to the universe and expanding what we think is the fabric of life. For example, everyone has problems, large or small. There are desires and objects of our longing; yet, they are part of the human experience—and are eclipsed by the universal light.

Becoming who we really are (and moving into greater love) always constitutes the universal movement. When we surrender to these concepts, the solutions to our problems often emerge effortlessly. In other words, we are the answers to our problems. The answer lies in shifting our consciousness to a wider vision. It lies in accepting who we truly are—and finding a new paradigm.

Light also acts a quickening and cleansing agent. It cleanses our thoughts, emotions, and shows us the darkness in our lives. Part of the darkness (for all of us) lies in resonating and identifying with the recurrence of the shadows. What if we didn’t believe in the necessity of negative experiences? What if we could alter our lives instantly?  Who would we become if we stepped more deeply into the light? What if  positive events happened more quickly? (There is a “feeling” beneath the questions. Expand it if you feel it.)

There are inherent challenges in raising our light level. Sometimes, we think about what we leave behind us or worry about who we will become. Other times, we focus on our journey or how it will work.  It’s good to keep in mind that visualizing, asking questions, making wishes, or believing might lead us to fulfillment with far less effort.

A few tips:

1)      Fire brings purification and cleansing. What do you want to leave behind in your life? It can be as simple as fear or as complex as a whole portion of your life. Trust it’s for the best and take a step ahead.

2)      Fire expands things. It can create a huge flame. When contained and tended, it emanates warmth. Where is fire needed to burn the dross or nourish the inner being?  Where is creativity or illumination needed.

3)      Where do you lack answers? Let the fire blaze a trail. Follow the light. Or imagine a pink flame, which represents love, burning away the darkness in your life.

4)      Write an angel letter, detail your desires, and burn the letter. Imagine the flames taking the desires up to the light. As the light descends, it brings your desires into material form.

5)      Don’t burn out with too many projects, requiring creativity, will power, and thought. Balance by resting, meditating, or napping in a dark, quiet room.  Lions love acting in a lazy way and playing throughout the day. (Don’t indulge.) It’s possible to burn out when we lack true focus. Look honestly: see if your life is balanced.)

6)      Let the solar light lift you up. Act with courage and perseverance when moving into desires and dreams. Let the light expand your purpose, gifts, and aspirations in the coming year.

Full Strawberry Moon

The Full Strawberry Moon appears on Thursday, June 24 at 2:39 pm ET. It’s called the Strawberry Moon as it is the time when berries grow ripe and succulent. Nature feeds and nourishes us. It’s also a super moon, which occurs when the moon is close to the earth. It expands both energy and emotion, increasing the intensity of the lunar event. There are relatively few aspects, which are basically specific geometrics formed between planets in a particular chart, but the aspects are quite potent.

The moon follows the Summer Solstice, the time of solar light when the veil between the worlds opens—and fairies are said to appear to humans. It’s a good time for making wishes and seeing dreams come true. Just as the summer sun brings crops to fruition, the solstice activates desires and dreams.  The light lingers for those who long for greater connection. (It’s an excellent time for meditation and visualization.)

One of the important messages in the chart lies in the mix of energies. It’s a powerful chart with beneficial energy from Jupiter (good fortune) as well as bold and passionate energy from Venus (love, beauty) and Mars (overall energy) in Leo. Mercury (communications) in Gemini increases intuition and sharpens the mind.

In spiritual work, it’s important to increase awareness of how we use our energy with long term goals and daily activities. We also ask if our pursuits heighten or decrease our overall energy. With this chart, we have the potential to focus deeply and passionately on spiritual and worldly goals. Several planets in retrograde can create lack of focus, tiredness, or the need to rest. Obviously, we need a balance of focused energy and time for passive, restful activities. (Finding the answer is part of the challenge.)

The Sun is in Cancer, ruler of the fourth house. The watery sign of Cancer brings focus on home life, emotions and the subconscious mind—and their relationship with spirituality. Water can represent devotion and nurturing as Cancer is the mother of All.

Moon is placed in Capricorn, and it asks for reviewing structures in life including family life (Sun in Cancer), career, and the fabric of life itself. The Moon rules emotions, which may bring the necessity of reviewing emotional response to specific aspects of life. Our structure of life may come from conscious realization, ancestral or hereditary information, and/or beliefs resulting from specific events in life. Its importance lies in creating a structure of life that resonates with the inner self.

Sun (life) trines (harmonious) Jupiter (good fortune), and Moon (emotion) sextiles Jupiter. It’s a very beneficial aspect, which can bring abundance on many levels. It increases optimism and good fortune, bestowing a positive energy that can make life flow more easily.

Mercury (communications) moved direct on June 22. Mercury remains in Gemini (air), the brilliant sign of communication, which is fluent in ideas. It heightens communication of all kinds—including telepathy and intuition, particularly in the mental sphere.

Mercury trines Saturn (limitation, structure), which gives persistence, discipline, and determination. The aspect can support success in personal endeavors. Mercury squares (tension) Neptune (mysticism, illusion), and it can cloud our vision of the future and create confusion with thoughts. (It’s best to meditate on an idea, ask for guidance, and trust our heart in making big decisions—and not rely entirely on the mind.)

Venus (love, beauty) and Mars (overall energy, male) are in Leo. The placement emphasizes passion, the heart, and drama. It heightens boldness and confidence. Fire symbolizes passion, and it can ignite motion and action.

Venus trines Jupiter (good fortune, expansion), which is an excellent aspect. It increases luck in love, optimism, and enhances beauty. It also increases prosperity and the flow of abundance. It’s helpful with travel and adventure. Venus opposes Pluto (underworld, transformation) concerns power struggles, money, and relationships. It asks for reevaluation of finances, a hard look at long term relationships, and honesty with the self about what is desirable in life. (Everything in life requires a balance of energy—a relationship of give and take. We work best with a surfeit of sustaining energy, and it’s important to see if we’re happy with balances in energy in our personal lives.)

Mars (male, overall energy) opposes Saturn (limitation) holds many possible meanings. It can refer to feeling triggered on a personal or mass level. The aspect can incite competitiveness and accelerate the desire to succeed without thought of others—or it can mark a time when evolved individuals examine their core beliefs and use it as reason for reaction. Examination of the latter choice can result in positive transformation.

Saturn (limitation, karma) in Aquarius square (tension) refers to structure in the time of the New Age, and Uranus (sudden change, quantum field) may point to the need for change in our methods of living with the earth. Saturn in a fixed sign asks for examination of positive/negative equation of new age theories and the structure of the past age. The actual change depends on our insights, growth, and thoughts. The aspect is said to cause restlessness and irritability as Uranus exudes electrical energy.

Many planets are retrograde throughout the summer. They include Jupiter (good fortune), Saturn (structure, limitation), Neptune (mysticism/illusion), and Pluto (underworld, transformation). Generally speaking, retrograde planets can cause a lazy or tired feeling, which is wonderful for resting and vacation.

Fortunately, many aspects in the chart give passion, optimism, and energy. On the positive, we can choose to align with energies that allow growth and expansion. The many retrogrades can cause a feeling of lassitude, which can feel wonderful for resting but may interfere with the realization of dreams and desires. Aspects with Pluto can cause upsets, particularly when triggered, which occurs with repeating patterns of life. It’s important to find the cause of subconscious repetitive patterns and transmute the energy as this action is freeing and powerful.

Choosing Light

Currently, more developed souls are working with collective by learning methods of sending light to larger groups and developing their personal calling. Other light workers have identified their calling and are putting it into form on an individual level. But everyone, who is awakening, is working on the development of their personal life as well as the perception of energies in the outer world.

We cannot change everything, but we can send light and work together in the achievement of a higher frequency.

10 Reasons to Choose Light

  1. When we send light to a situation or worry, we no longer think about it. We must focus on light as well as the sensation of sending it. In general, light holds a higher frequency than a problem, so the sensation of the light lifts us into a higher place. (We also refrain from sending negativity to a negative situation, which expands it.) Over time, we learn the habit of switching the focus of the mind from a lower to a higher vibration.
  2. Light is love. It leads to unity, connection, and oneness. It’s said we’re moving through the end of Kali Yuga, the darkest time on the Earth, and it will be followed by a great Golden Age. The Golden Age will likely appear when we learn to join together and create through a place of love and light.
  3. Choosing light means the preference of a higher frequency. It drives away lower thoughts and emotions; it nurtures compassion. It aligns us with others who feel the same light, and it mitigates karma—the repetition of negative thoughts and feelings.
  4. Particles of matter respond to light. It brings healing, growth, and insight. (Light is the fabric that underlies particles of matter; it is the invisible force, which inhabits every form of life.)
  5. Light is one of the highest frequencies on the planet. Higher frequencies are uplifting, invigorating, and healing. Light holds the opposite frequency of fear, pain, anger, and doubt.
  6. Light is the only thing that leads out of the dark wilderness of difficulties. Life may not change immediately, but our attitude alters. Through light, we find strength to overcome obstacles.
  7. Sending light to the self clears karma, stills the mind, and opens the heart to love, which allows true universal communion.
  8. Repeated meditation on light leads to truth about the self. It may not be the truth that we want to see, but it is freeing—and it takes us to new fields of opportunity and exploration. (Light finds solutions where there are none.)
  9. Light awakens our gifts, leading to the expression of our talents. It gives courage to step into our calling and power of expression.
  10. For those who truly want change, there is no alternative. Each time we step into the light, we illuminate the world with a higher vibration. (It doesn’t mean that we don’t move back and forth as we master our thoughts and feelings. It involves learning how to return to light and love, the natural state of our inner being.)

Creating Our Reality

Manifestation is important because it teaches about how we perceive and live life. When we focus on a heart felt desire, we invoke the universe and the inner self.

  1. Everyone is already manifesting the material of their consciousness  through their experience of “reality.” We are limited by our perceptions and beliefs about life as well as the people in our lives; however, it’s possible to transcend those limits and create big, happy visions. Basically, this involves awakening and rewriting our inner script of beliefs, thoughts, and emotions. When we rewrite our perception of reality, it changes.
  2. Everyone wants financial prosperity, loving relationships, a healthy body, and a deep spiritual connection that provides accurate answers. Meditation and visualization can lead us to the right steps, and the practice completes much of the work on the invisible plane. (In other words, an occurrence or dream takes place much more quickly. We find the right job quickly instead of applying for ten. We visualize meeting the right people, and they appear.)
  3. Action is more effective when accompanied by meditation and visualization. It also requires less effort. Athletes and millionaires use these techniques of visualizing their desired reality in detail. The alteration in overall energy is even more profound when the visualization is prompted by a desire for connection with the inner self. Both practices create results, but universal connection alters everything in our lives.
  4. We meet our resistance within our self. We discover an opposite self, who doesn’t want the manifestation, takes steps in the opposite way, and wants to stay the same. We rewrite the “program” or pattern through visualization, observation, and learning to think and feel new thoughts and emotions. (We also learn to change our personal identity from the person who can’t to one who can.)
  5. Life becomes more exciting through these discoveries. As we learn to change lower patterns into patterns of success, we become enthusiastic about life. We naturally make small adjustments such as altering traffic, wishing good things for others, or seeing more beauty in life. (This changes our world—and the world around us.)
  6. Our vision of our reality and the world changes. We begin to understand how our ‘reality” responds to our thoughts and emotions. We also learn how to change our perception of life because we understand the seeing the “goodness” is part of what brings it into our lives.
  7. We naturally live on a higher vibration as a result of participating in manifestation. We begin to see problems as areas of life, which require a higher frequency, meditation, or inspired action. We also begin to “know” that other people are doing the same thing. It’s how we meet our True Self through meditation–and connect with others who align with the universe in the same beautiful way. (At this point, it is part of the collective Aquarian awakening when many people transform the world through their individual effort.)

Message from the Wolves

Over the past months, the wolves often send images of wave with color, which contain knowledge of the future and past, and words of encouragement that come on the wind.  Their voices seem so beautiful when I hear them in my heart

Here a few of their comments about this current time.

Q. Please tell us about this time. What can you share?

Energetically, the planet is changing. To us, it is a beautiful time. Sometimes, the planet is very still with fewer flights and cars, pollution is reduced, and animals are free to roam the world. Nature shines and glows in these moments. The trees speak in gentle words that are carried by the wind, and energies come from the earth to aid with your growth.

You may not feel this, yet. You may interpret it as times of feeling upset or aligning with the inner self, accompanied  periods of exhaustion and high energy. Actually, this is how your body and spirit adjust to the new energies. It takes time for spiritual and physical to come into fruition. However, the energies are becoming increasingly available on your planet. It is the beginning of the release of higher patterns and frequencies, which will benefit you in the times to come.

We are with you in your dreams—and in the moment that you stretch your consciousness and use your intuition. We perceive it when you use higher consciousness to perceive and feel life differently or simply decide to go on with faith and love or belief in yourself. These are the moments when you are changing, tapping into the higher energies, and finding expression of your inner self. Often, these may feel like brief moments of resolution, the decision to move on with life in cheerful or optimist sense. But they are truly times of inner alignment when you are listening and feeling who you truly are. (They are moments of strong decision when you align with the light and motion of nature.)

For those on lower vibrations, it is the beginning of the end of a world driven by the desire to gain without taking satisfaction or expressing gratitude—and not using gains to benefit the inner self and the all. When gain is made by the inner self, it is usually expressed as generosity, love, kindness, and fair boundaries.

For many, it will become a time of awakening and remembering many gifts, which have not been used for eons. Once, many of you were like Merlin or the old, famous ones, who could change the course of time and various other events.  It is only the beginning of a magical world for you.

Q. Why does the energy feel unsettling and odd?

There are many layers of consciousness at this time, and they are swirling or moving to some degree. It can feel unsettling because you are in the midst of the ending of old world and the beginning of  a shift into a new world. Many layers of reality are intermeshed. For example, when you spiritually go to a higher level, you oscillate between the old reality and the new reality for a period of time until you master the higher frequency of the new reality—the new you.

You may have a space of feeling aligned and seeing the beauty and joy of the world. Later, you may react to the news or the pull of mass consciousness. Mastering the lower vibration by moving into a higher one is a necessary task.

Also, the markers of your world are diminishing. The seasons are changing, the weather is changing, and your lives are slowly moving into a new frame of reference.

Q. What are “markers”?

We can refer to a marker as the cycle of the sun and moon as well as the accepted holidays, which are based on this ancient calendar. Your planet is moving into a slightly different position, which affects the energies received from the sun and moon. As a result, your readings of the universe are not precisely correct.

All of the matter on your planet is responding differently. Many species have reappeared, plants and trees are growing differently, and the vibration of your planet is changing.,

Also, your social institutions such as church, school, and government are not the same. Holidays may change as this time ensues. If you wonder about the value of this, it’s much easier for everyone to change and seize the higher vibration when everything does not run and proceed as it once did.

Q. Why can’t we feel more of the positive influences?

Many people are not connected with the earth, and there is a strong call from nature. When you attune with this energy, you activate other energies, which connect to the inner self. The moments of chaos in your “world” call for connection with the heart and a focus of consciousness on peace and love.

Understand you no longer need continual broadcasts and updates on what is supposedly happening in the outer world. You are asked to create a simpler life and to find answers within the inner self.  These answers will help with adjustment and creation of a new world that is more in alignment with you.

Think of how the earth feels when thousands gather and indulge in lower emotions or throw trash on the earth. It is not positive or healing. Yet, people miss it. In truth, they miss the diversion, and lower diversions are ending although this will take time.

Sit and be still. Feel your inner gifts, your heart, and your abilities. Find a place of happiness within you. When many people do this, you create a wave of light, which can align you with a far better reality. It’s time tuning into new energies that bring transformation and healing.

Q. What is the best way to live and grow?

Take joy in open moments when the vibrations are high. Rest between tasks and go outdoors often so the body can absorb the new energies, which are more easily received from the earth. Walk and look at the sky.

You know you’re connected when you become more intuitive and suddenly “know” answers in your heart. There is no other path to wisdom. You also notice the beauty. New energy exudes from the earth, and it is here to help you in many ways. Instead of fighting against the new stillness, move into it. Slowing down in this way helps in realizing your right place of being and place in the world.

You can also learn to observe yourself and change your immediate future by learning to identify your negative beliefs that limit your lives. In place of fear, see answers. In place of lack, see monetary abundance, in place of loss of relationships, create loving relationships in your mind. Make the habit so strong that new images replace the old ones. Practice with this technique.

It’s how you move into a higher place in consciousness. For example, if you create a feeling of being loved by others, you are now a person who lives in a state of love, If you attract financial prosperity, you are now a person who does not worry about running out of money.

New thoughts and actions reshape your consciousness and your beliefs. Of course, this will change your behavior. If you attract love, you become aware of how you repel it and/or how you do or say the wrong thing. As a natural result, you correct the course of your life by becoming a new person who is closer to who you truly are.

Q. Where should we put our focus?

Welcome the shadows when they occur. They teach you where to seek change and create a higher vision. They give impetus for physical, emotional, and spiritual change. Knowing what you don’t want, the energies, which are dissonant, and the patterns, which are uncomfortable, give information on how and where to grow.

Work and learn the opposite sensations of pressures of life and the darkness of the self. If you can’t speak up, practice new words and feelings. If you can’t act, envision it. Create new ways of interacting with life until they become your new way of seeing and feeling all that is around you.

It is a way of cultivating higher energies and frequencies, which are the missing puzzle piece for you. It may seem contradictory to look at the shadows and darkness in your life, but, if you do this by believing you can change yourself and your life, it is very helpful.

See the good qualities in yourself and others. Take time to interact with the beauty of life, which is partially about placement of consciousness. Make a decision to feel and live more—even in partial isolation.

Stay flexible with your schedule. Alter it often to see what works best for you in the new world.

Make time for inner and outer work. Pay attention when you feel joy or freedom. Repeat the aspects of life that deliver this. It’s how you move into higher consciousness and discover more of who truly are.  (The energies are quite supportive of this.)

On the human level, there are changes with every new level of light. For simplicity’s sake, I’m grouping them. You may feel the changes on more than one level, or you may not feel them at all. It doesn’t matter. When you expand your awareness, you move into more light. (Everyone feels particular aspects of change, including the planets, stars, or natural events, in a different way.)

Group I – Light workers and light givers. If you are already giving light and service to others, you may have felt quite tired for the past week. Stepping down light for yourself and other people can feel exhausting. You may need rest, more water, or gentle exercise. The DNA changes when you reach a higher level, and it takes time to process the new light. The light can bring our personal shadow (and the shadows of others) to light. It can point to needed changes, letting go of parts of the identity, or simply moving into more love. Regardless, your energy can feel scrambled, but meditation and rest will bring balance. (Sometimes, we are forced to let go of our focus temporarily. Rest in knowing that the universe makes everything work, and it will support you.)

Group II – Open heart and awakened. The influx of light can actually support your dreams and help in gaining greater creativity with current projects. Stay aware of love and the potential to move more deeply into it. It’s okay if your thoughts feel scrambled and confused from time to time, it will pass. Project happiness and expand your visualizations.

Group III – Mass consciousness.  This group tends to refuse the influx of light; they actually move more deeply into the shadow during these times. They usually become angry or depressed and can pull at your energy more than normal.  It’s helpful to ask for a higher light level and ask the universe to help in clearing and deleting the attachment from lower consciousness. (NOTE: you tend to experience mass consciousness–or lower consciousness– in the areas of our weaknesses and/or karma, it’s important to think about your abilities and good points after an encounter.)
