New Moon, New Year

When the night sky grows dark, and the horizon is punctuated by bare trees, the New Moon appears on Sunday, January 2. The New Moon marks the end of the last lunar cycle and opens the door to the next. It is the time of void and an odd stillness when we can go within to plan or intuit the next cycle.

With five planets in earth, we may experience a “heavy”, dense feeling, which will subside a day or two after the New Moon. At the beginning of a New Year, this chart far exceeds last year’s chart with potentially positive energy.

Sun and Moon are on Capricorn 13, “A Fire Worshipper Meditates on the Ultimate Realities of Existence”, according to Lynda Hill’s Sabian Symbols. The symbol encourages exploration of the underlying truth of reality and the necessity to exist in the physical world. Fire often symbolizes the heart, passion, and magic. It points to finding answers within the heart and the inner self.

Sun and Moon are placed in Capricorn, symbolized by a goat that climbs to heights on cold mountains. Saturn rules Capricorn, placing our awareness on earthly limits and the passage of time. The chart encourages commitment to progress on the physical path, placing our attention on truth, time, and success with intentions and work in the outer world.

Sun (life, light) and Moon (emotions) trine Uranus (sudden change, quantum field), which emphasizes the creative, higher mind. Uranus is a higher form of air (the mind) in alchemy; it can move instantly from one place to another, altering the fabric of material life. Sun trine Uranus heightens our intuitive ability to contact the Universal Mind through hunches, gestalt understanding, and new/original methods of seeing life.

Moon trine Uranus increases emotional empathy and intuitive perception. It expands our ability to express and act on our feelings in practical aspects of life. The two aspects offer insights into the expression of higher thoughts and feelings in daily, personal, and outer life.

Mercury (thought, mind) in Aquarius speeds the mind, acting in an electrical sense to make connections on the humanitarian and collective level. Air signs sharpen and focus thought. Mercury conjuncts (close to) Venus (love, relationships, beauty), and it aids with reception and expression of love. It opens our heart to communication. Mercury conjuncts Pluto (underworld, transformation), giving insight to deeper aspects of the psyche. We may suddenly understand the cause for feelings and actions on a deeper level—and find solutions such as the ability to change and transform.

Venus Retrograde in Capricorn tends to bring old wounds and patterns as associated with relationships to the surface. It’s wise to re-examine our expectations and contributions to relationships. Venus sextiles Neptune (mysticism, illusion), increasing sensitivity, intuition, and openness to cosmic messages. Venus conjunct Pluto (subconscious, transformation) intensifies the need and desire for love. However, it’s easy to confuse our needs with the exchange of love, and it’s important to discern.

Like Mercury and Venus, the aspects with Mars send more than one message. Mars, the planet of assertiveness, desire, and energy, is placed in Sagittarius, a fire sign, which increases our energy level, action and the intent to pursue our passion. The overall energy is eager, optimistic, and focused on the quest. It asks us to stay open to new thoughts, ideas, and philosophies.

Mars sextiles Saturn (time, karma, limitation), giving the power to pursue and progress with long term projects. It heightens ambition. On the opposite, Mars squares Neptune (illusion, mysticism), which may block our ability to perceive the right course of action. It lowers our level of energy and can bring confusion about finding the right steps for practical pursuit of our path. However, the confusion can be channeled into creativity and self-expression.

Jupiter in Pisces is exalted. Jupiter rules expansion, good fortune, and growth, and Pisces is a water sign, representing the play of emotions in dual directions—and the sea of unconditional love. When we experience unconditional love, we feel bliss and higher emotions. We also feel the emotions and thoughts of other. Jupiter in Pisces can lead to greater understanding of emotional, intuitive connection, increased optimism, and higher connections, particularly if we pursue the energy so it’s applicable and practical in daily life.

Saturn (limitation, karma) and Uranus (change, quantum field) affect both the old and new worlds. Saturn teaches the understanding of how to use (and repeat or recall) the positive experiences of the past and how to learn from past experiences and recycle the energy. Uranus is the new world, the new age, and the changes that can occur when we approach the quantum field. As we recycle the old, we step into the next version of the self. (The process is occurring within us and the world.)

Neptune (illusion, idealism, mysticism) in Pisces sextiles Pluto (underworld, transformation) in Capricorn. It increases the desire to open and understand devotion, the use of the imagination, and the power of exploration a deeper understanding of spiritual mysteries. The sextile encourages the alignment of consciousness to the world of metaphysics, manifestation, and pursuit of dreams.

Overall, the chart asks for attention to all aspects of physical life, which include spirituality, mentality, emotion, and physicality. It asks for observation of how we live our lives, pursue our goals in the physical realm, and exploration of the best method to move forward and increase results.

The higher mind is emphasized through aspects with Mercury (mind, communications) and Uranus (sudden, change, quantum field.) Sun (life) trine Uranus opens the mind to higher intuitive understanding, and Moon (emotion) trine Uranus encourages emotional opening to practical, inspired answers. Mercury (mind) in Aquarius moves quickly and brilliantly.

Everything that we want such as love and/or the right direction in life is temporarily confusing as though the channel broadcasts static. We are challenged by retrograde Venus (love, partnerships) in Capricorn and asked to examine subconscious patterns. We have a strong desire for love but don’t necessarily know how to create what’s needed in our lives. Mars (action, energy) in Sagittarius asks us to pursue our quest and dreams, but it squares Neptune (idealism, illusion, mysticism), which leads to confusion about the best steps to pursue on our path.

Jupiter (expansion) in Pisces delivers higher love and compassion. Neptune sextile Pluto answers our questions with its emphasis on spiritual growth, devotion, and the quest for the inner self. Go within and listen to the inner self, the place of light where the heart, consciousness, and the universe meet.

The Wolves and Their Message

JUNO

Juno was the beautiful alpha wolf with golden eyes, who told stories of mankind’s potential and helped in developing my power. She delivered this message through the clouds of the “other” world.

It is time to change your life, to gain awareness of your identity—the part of you that speaks through your soul. It is time to create a balance between the small actions that make up your day and the process of resting and finding beauty in the fabric of your life. As you discover the beauty in your life, you find the beauty within yourself.

It sounds simple, but it is not. True contemplation of yourself and your talents is restful as are the trees as they sway in the breeze, the sunlight through the bright leaves, and the soft motion of water. When you truly see this, nature is responding to you.

Your whole world is modulated to respond to you. Of course, it cannot do so if you are not aware of it. In moments of awareness, life changes. You change through this opening of the self.

How do you find yourself? By knowing a great light resides within you, and the awareness that all of life is responding to you.

There are a thousand currents of sounds, colors, and motion that the planet created to give wholeness to you, but you forget to listen to the gentle flow of life. Your current life is a distraction, a river of finding things to do when there is so much to done within you.

The body becomes strong when you use it and nourish it. The soul is strengthened by the discovery of self. Discovery of self leads to self-love, which is quiet and trusting. It only wants to listen, respond, and create from the quiet beauty.

It is time to change and find the true currents of life, which lift you above what you think you know. We recommend letting go of doing—the long lists of actions that perpetuate your day—and to meditate on the greater forces of your planet, which have a different rhythm and pattern than those humanity calls life.

Call upon the part of you that knows more. Think about opening your many gifts, which allow you to feel the songs of the universe. These songs are made of light particles, and they actually add to your life force. They include the story of the earth, messages of your power and gifts, and subtle hints of who you truly are.

The songs come form the sun, moon, planets, and the many songs that animals sing, which are sonic and high pitched. They are heard by your soul. By thinking about them, you attune to them.

Gifts to Consider Opening

  • The slowing of time. Time becomes slower when you are connected to your inner self. When you disconnected, you think you’re doing more, but you truly do less. How do you slow the pace of life? By looking at the leaves of trees, meditating, and knowing there is a way of finding an union between the beauty of life and the accomplishment of tasks that are important to maintaining a particular life in your society. When time moves slowly, the answers will come. (It’s not a race. Races are fun.)
  • Realize you are always talking on the psychic level. Every thought you have is a message that you send out into the world and to other people. It registers in the substance of communication, which surrounds the earth. When you think of someone or something, you are identifying it energetically. Can you do this consciously? Of course, but it’s up to you.
  • Dreaming is one of your gifts, but few know how to use it properly. You confuse “I want” with “I align with my soul to find my true spiritual path”. If you are following your path, there is joy and deep emotion. Dreams are not choosing a life that repeats or fulfilling a goal, but rather they are opening to the soul, which is a wide river of excitement, passion, and oddly peace. (Consider our lives of running for hours, then sleeping beneath the sweet smell of evergreens in soft, green moss as the trees sing around us. Can you match the beauty of action and passion and rest and peace?)
  • Remember who you are. You are a creator, and you came here to create. Nature gave many powers to you as did the Heavens. You are gifted, but you have to remember who you are to use them. All of the plants, rocks, and animals are here to support you. We await the moment of your awakening.

Messages from the Wolves

The beautiful harvest moon rises late at night, bestowing her luminous presence on the earth. When the full moon appears, we speak in vibrations and frequencies, which are known to you as waves of energy. The waves of energy translate into images, understanding, and words.

Here is the message.

Light carries the highest waves of energy. For this reason, we speak on the full moon when the night is illuminated, and power flows through the world.

The truest power is knowing yourself—your abilities, your weaknesses and strengths, and the way of walking on your path. Only the heart can lead you correctly, and only nature can restore you. The answers rarely come from the mind but often come from the heart. The teachings of the heart are worth sharing and expressing for they carry light.

What is happening in the world?

Your world is undergoing many transformations that cannot yet be seen. The plants are growing differently, and the flow is changing. It is very different to believe that you can move through the day successfully than it is to use the day’s energy by drawing them into you and following the direction of your path.

The biggest transformations are taking place within the earth. The earth energy is changing, but it cannot be perceived on the surface of things. It is changing you, and it does this through greater awareness of your dreams, your desires, and your power.

You have many hidden gifts and powers, which have not been awakened in many lifetimes. Yet, they are awakening now.

How do we access power and spiritual gifts?

You begin to access the gifts by thinking in a non-linear pattern and learning to hear your intuition more loudly. You develop your gifts by making changes in how you live.

You can ask for clarity in knowing the right decision or direction to take. You can learn the feeling of following your heart and following your path.  You try different ways of doing this until you find the feeling that fits for you. (When life begins to flow, you found it. It’s simple.)

You also learn to find the feeling of your heart, which gives opens your life to the non-ordinary. By having faith in the non-ordinary, life changes the way that works. It responds more fully to you.

By thinking about the gifts, which you would like to have, you begin to open them. The desire for gifts is part of finding them. Using your gifts is power.

Think about where your life needs clarity, adventure, or greater understanding. If you want to send a thought, emotion, or idea, think about the person to whom you would send it.

Use higher emotions and thoughts. Continually strive to see life as better than your current experience. Understand how sending energy such as emotion, thought, visual, or higher outcomes is part of growth on a spiritual level.

Seek to understand where your thoughts and feelings are “low”, persistently angry or upset, and strive to change them. Think about the light, which is hidden within you.

Meditate on the image of many people living in light and love. Mediate on a world that lives on a higher vibration and frequency as well as the flow of life and all of its beauty. Have faith in the process.

  • Know the world is changing, and it will support your resolution to live in another way.
  • How will we know when we’re succeeding?
  • Your sensations of the world will change. Life will respond to you.
  • You will know you have more light. You will perceive more of life through the understanding of energy.
  • You will see it is possible to change the world by living through the heart.

Will you share more?

At night, you dream of different worlds, the colors of memories, and varied geographical locations. You can do the same in your “real” life by releasing your perceptions of how life flows and what you think it is.

Life is an energy that you shape through your perceptions and the combined energy of your personality and soul. When you are too attached to your personality, you misread life. When your personality or shaping through the experiences of life and the light of your heart/soul are balanced, life flows through you and carries you in a thousand, beautiful directions.

It’s possible to do this by following your path, your light, and your spiritual destiny, which is to create in a balanced way. Your path is your destiny; it composes all things that resonates with your soul. The path includes your beauty, understanding, and personal truth. It also includes your personal power, which is hidden in many aspects of your life.

All of creation, which includes the birds, plants, and weather, reflects you. You can hear the song of your life as the sun rises, and the birds sing. You can contemplate how nature is speaking to you and find the rhythm of life within the self. By observing the rhythm of life, you discover more about yourself.

Is there more?

Yes, imagine the wolves when the moon is full. Feel the light through the darkness and let it illuminate your consciousness. Imagine you can hear the sounds of howls and let them penetrate through your body.

Return to faith. Have faith in nature, the flow of life, the power of the universe, and your ability to open your gifts.

5 Tips for Manifestation

Altering your reality begins with changing your consciousness. When you put your consciousness in a different place, the flow of events changes.

1) Everyone creates their life through the placement of consciousness–and through their vibration rate (frequency.) Our lives move on the line of our personal projections and beliefs. Every difficulty, problem, and negative situation comes from visualization, consciousness, energy, and frequency rate.

2) Reality changes from the perspective of frequency. (A low frequency is difficult; a high frequency brings insights and freedom. Low frequencies are associated with negative thoughts, emotions, and patterns. Higher frequencies and positive thoughts/emotions allow for new solutions and breakthrough moments.) Moving into a higher frequency means changing our consciousness. Our perception changes when we move into a higher frequency. It’s impossible to see reality in the same way. From a viewpoint of expanded consciousness, we feel differently. We see the situation in a new way.

3) Meditating daily through visualization and positive emotion evokes a change in consciousness. When we change our consciousness and send positive emotions to a different version of reality, it changes the conditions around us. Matter reflects our inner state. When we change, life alters.

4) Daily meditation allows connection with the higher self and the universe. These are the big vibrations, which bring huge changes over time. It’s impossible to feel worry, fear, anger, or sadness when we connect to the universe. The universe also guides us through intuition as we hold the visual. We receive insights about direction, imagery, and the feeling of the successful outcome.

5) The process teaches us about the inner self, which feels enlightened and energized by the practice. The process also teaches us about the part of the self, which feels blocked or doesn’t want to make the shift. (It’s best to send love to this part of the self and observe whenever possible.)

6) Faith is part of the process of altering our reality. We see reality in a new way through meditation. We attune our visualization through intuition. Eventually, we believe in the part of the self, which creates the happier reality–and it comes to fruition in real life!

The Details:

1) Begin with a prayer. Imagine you’re connecting to the universe, God, or a higher being. Ask the universe to support your effort. Feel the connection.

2) Meditate on the inner self, the presence that is always with you and has answers. Imagine light pouring into your being, lifting you into a place of higher vibration and knowing.

3) Intend the change. Feel the intention, the desire in you to experience new, peaceful, more aligned aspects of life. Feel the harmony and quiet joy.

4) Visualize the desired intention in great detail. Imagine you’re living in the image of your desired life. Visualization tells the universe where you want energy to go, how you want to feel it, and how you want to experience the shift. It goes beyond wanting or wishing. Think of it as a commitment to yourself.

5) At all times, believe it is working. Don’t focus on how long it takes or why it might not work. Focus on the feeling of connection—and how the new reality feels. (Deepen your spiritual connection whenever possible. When you move more deeply into your spiritual consciousness, you find a way, which is not apparent in normal reality. Trust this part of the process.)

Full Strawberry Moon

The Full Strawberry Moon appears on Thursday, June 24 at 2:39 pm ET. It’s called the Strawberry Moon as it is the time when berries grow ripe and succulent. Nature feeds and nourishes us. It’s also a super moon, which occurs when the moon is close to the earth. It expands both energy and emotion, increasing the intensity of the lunar event. There are relatively few aspects, which are basically specific geometrics formed between planets in a particular chart, but the aspects are quite potent.

The moon follows the Summer Solstice, the time of solar light when the veil between the worlds opens—and fairies are said to appear to humans. It’s a good time for making wishes and seeing dreams come true. Just as the summer sun brings crops to fruition, the solstice activates desires and dreams.  The light lingers for those who long for greater connection. (It’s an excellent time for meditation and visualization.)

One of the important messages in the chart lies in the mix of energies. It’s a powerful chart with beneficial energy from Jupiter (good fortune) as well as bold and passionate energy from Venus (love, beauty) and Mars (overall energy) in Leo. Mercury (communications) in Gemini increases intuition and sharpens the mind.

In spiritual work, it’s important to increase awareness of how we use our energy with long term goals and daily activities. We also ask if our pursuits heighten or decrease our overall energy. With this chart, we have the potential to focus deeply and passionately on spiritual and worldly goals. Several planets in retrograde can create lack of focus, tiredness, or the need to rest. Obviously, we need a balance of focused energy and time for passive, restful activities. (Finding the answer is part of the challenge.)

The Sun is in Cancer, ruler of the fourth house. The watery sign of Cancer brings focus on home life, emotions and the subconscious mind—and their relationship with spirituality. Water can represent devotion and nurturing as Cancer is the mother of All.

Moon is placed in Capricorn, and it asks for reviewing structures in life including family life (Sun in Cancer), career, and the fabric of life itself. The Moon rules emotions, which may bring the necessity of reviewing emotional response to specific aspects of life. Our structure of life may come from conscious realization, ancestral or hereditary information, and/or beliefs resulting from specific events in life. Its importance lies in creating a structure of life that resonates with the inner self.

Sun (life) trines (harmonious) Jupiter (good fortune), and Moon (emotion) sextiles Jupiter. It’s a very beneficial aspect, which can bring abundance on many levels. It increases optimism and good fortune, bestowing a positive energy that can make life flow more easily.

Mercury (communications) moved direct on June 22. Mercury remains in Gemini (air), the brilliant sign of communication, which is fluent in ideas. It heightens communication of all kinds—including telepathy and intuition, particularly in the mental sphere.

Mercury trines Saturn (limitation, structure), which gives persistence, discipline, and determination. The aspect can support success in personal endeavors. Mercury squares (tension) Neptune (mysticism, illusion), and it can cloud our vision of the future and create confusion with thoughts. (It’s best to meditate on an idea, ask for guidance, and trust our heart in making big decisions—and not rely entirely on the mind.)

Venus (love, beauty) and Mars (overall energy, male) are in Leo. The placement emphasizes passion, the heart, and drama. It heightens boldness and confidence. Fire symbolizes passion, and it can ignite motion and action.

Venus trines Jupiter (good fortune, expansion), which is an excellent aspect. It increases luck in love, optimism, and enhances beauty. It also increases prosperity and the flow of abundance. It’s helpful with travel and adventure. Venus opposes Pluto (underworld, transformation) concerns power struggles, money, and relationships. It asks for reevaluation of finances, a hard look at long term relationships, and honesty with the self about what is desirable in life. (Everything in life requires a balance of energy—a relationship of give and take. We work best with a surfeit of sustaining energy, and it’s important to see if we’re happy with balances in energy in our personal lives.)

Mars (male, overall energy) opposes Saturn (limitation) holds many possible meanings. It can refer to feeling triggered on a personal or mass level. The aspect can incite competitiveness and accelerate the desire to succeed without thought of others—or it can mark a time when evolved individuals examine their core beliefs and use it as reason for reaction. Examination of the latter choice can result in positive transformation.

Saturn (limitation, karma) in Aquarius square (tension) refers to structure in the time of the New Age, and Uranus (sudden change, quantum field) may point to the need for change in our methods of living with the earth. Saturn in a fixed sign asks for examination of positive/negative equation of new age theories and the structure of the past age. The actual change depends on our insights, growth, and thoughts. The aspect is said to cause restlessness and irritability as Uranus exudes electrical energy.

Many planets are retrograde throughout the summer. They include Jupiter (good fortune), Saturn (structure, limitation), Neptune (mysticism/illusion), and Pluto (underworld, transformation). Generally speaking, retrograde planets can cause a lazy or tired feeling, which is wonderful for resting and vacation.

Fortunately, many aspects in the chart give passion, optimism, and energy. On the positive, we can choose to align with energies that allow growth and expansion. The many retrogrades can cause a feeling of lassitude, which can feel wonderful for resting but may interfere with the realization of dreams and desires. Aspects with Pluto can cause upsets, particularly when triggered, which occurs with repeating patterns of life. It’s important to find the cause of subconscious repetitive patterns and transmute the energy as this action is freeing and powerful.

New Message from the Wolves

Juno, an alpha wolf

For several years, I sat with the wolves on the green earth and listened to their messages, which came in images, sound, and waves. Sometimes, I sat on the earth with them for an hour or more before I heard or felt them. Eventually, their messages came with clarity.

Sitting in stillness on the earth brings about profound changes. The inner dialog of the personality ceases, the voice of earth is louder, and the inner self begins to speak. When listening to the inner self, a connection with the universe occurs. Everything changes and begins to become clear.

By moving into this space, you can hear and feel their message.

Here’s the message.

From hidden places om the mountains, forest, plains, and near the sea, the wolves speak. Our message is carried by waves of light, which are cast by the full moon. These sounds are known as sonic waves, but you can feel and hear them. Their messages are carried to those who listen

Just as the earth speaks in a hundred voices, which are rarely heard, so our words and thoughts flow to you. You can listen to the wind, notice the change in shadows, or feel the flow of life—or you can continue with a hurried pace and never know the power of the words and messages that can touch the soul. It’s a choice.

See the beauty of summer with its bright green leaves, the play of light and shadows, and the many sensations of the earth that are expressed as fruit and flowers. Hear the rain and listen to the beat of the sun. Remember that everything is a part of who you are—as well as the great collective consciousness of earth where every soul is connected and feels the vibration of life.

The earth is changing in a way that is new, but it also awakens the ancient you, the part of you who once walked the earth with deep knowing and power. In the beginning, you were aligned, and the earth shaped the material world to reflect the shape of your thoughts and dreams. (This story is found in many myths and philosophies through the realm of time.)

As the density is replaced by light, you will find that your dreams come true more quickly and accurately. In the meanwhile, have faith by believing in the possibility of goodness, beauty—and most of all, your own ability to create your dreams, which elevates your gifts and brings joy into your life.

Let us return to the subject of creating for it was what you born to do. By seeing happiness and joy, you invite these qualities into your life. By seeing a better life that expands your abilities and the quality of your life, you develop the habit of believing that the universe responds to you—which is true.

Higher visions pull in energy. Living in the same way each day limits energy. The universe likes expansion and growth. It likes wider visions. It likes change and seeing life from many perspectives. When you express your gifts, the universe expands your life.

It is a beautiful equation and relationship to have to the world. Just think of world as responding to your thoughts, visuals, emotions, and prayer. How powerful you are!

Simply begin with a visualization. Take a small or large problem, irritation or confusion, or a simple state of not knowing, and see the opposite. Make a clear image with a strong emotion. Feel the desire in your heart, and feel it with all of your might. Focus on it as often as you can. See it as having already come true. Do it as often as you can—even for a minute or two.

You’ll know when you have it because you will feel happier. Life will suddenly feel easier. It doesn’t mean that every dream comes true easily, but it does mean you’re traveling in the direction of your realization.

Every dream opens gifts of the soul through its realization. It opens and awakens aspects of the self that have lain dormant for some time. It is part of how you master time and space.  It also opens the heart to love.

Use your power. Power comes from inner knowing, and it flows through you when you connect to the universe and the earth. In this way, the old wisdom, which has been here since beginning, grows within you and blends with your conscious and super-conscious knowledge. In some ways, it is what you call awakening—the recognition of almost infinite truth.

You find your power by focusing, meditating, and practicing. It comes in no other way.  (You know when you have it correctly because it resonates with the heart and your overall being. It is a strong vibration; it is the soft, warm vibration that comes from inner work!)

Julia Griffin, intuitive healer and owner of One True Self, began her work under the tutelage of real wolves. Creating Change through Visualization

1) Begin with a positive and courageous attitude. It doesn’t matter if you tried and failed in the past. Your perseverance coupled with practice will change your life. In time, you’ll recognize patterns of lower emotion and thought. You’ll transcend them with positive imagery and thought. The beliefs will alter with practice. (It’s good to know this is a particularly good time for creative change. The planets and New Year support it. Many people are awakening and changing at this time, and their energy lends support with your efforts.)

2) When you have a wonderful day and/or a successful practice, compliment yourself. Notice your good work. Notice how you feel. In time, this will help you to discern when you are/are not connected. This teaches volumes about connection with your heart. Build yourself up for making the effort. (If you miss one day, compliment yourself for the previous six days of practice.)

3) Whether or not you feel connected in meditation, believe it is working. Every time you practice meditation, you are literally collecting energy and light. The energy builds over time. Trust in the effort. An opportunity for change will come if you stay with the practice.) Believe the universe is working with you.

4) Everyone has created a big, positive change—at least once. Travel through your memories and choose one of these times to revisit. Relive the memory and feel the burst of resolve and courage, which resulted in accomplishment. You can use this energy again (simply by remembering it.)

5) Do work with your intuitions. Intuitions can be grouped into areas–true and false. Keep a list. Refrain from acting on the “false” intuitions, and act more on the “true” list. (It’s important to know you will receive new intuitions and dreams whenever you reach a higher energy level. It takes time to discern true from false—and the same is true with dreams.)

6) Spend time with people on a higher energy level. Find friends who encourage you and believe in you. When others see the good in you, you feel and believe it. (You don’t discuss your manifestation, but you do enjoy the friendship.)

7) Raise your vibrations by listening to lectures or meditations by teachers on a higher level and/or reading spiritual works. It’s good to read a few spiritual words before bed and visualize awakening in a rested state. (If you experienced a turbulent day, you can actually see everything as better in 48 hours. It usually works.)

If you truly practice visualization, you’ll learn how to project positive energy. You’ll learn to change your inner visuals of negativity to the positive, and you can do it for others. More importantly, you’ll find the sensation of your inner self, which always sees life in a very different and more perfect way.

Cold Full Moon

The Full Cold Moon appears on Tuesday, December 28 at 10:28 pm ET. It’s the last full moon of 2020, Significant movement begins to take place with the planets, as we slowly move away from the aspects of the past year.

Full moons ask where our dreams and plans are leading. Dreaming usually means deciding on a new direction; knowing what we don’t want isn’t enough. We should dream big and let the light of the moon carry us away. Seriously, the full moon usually brings fruition of dreams, but the timing of this moon signifies the importance of fixing on a desire for the entire year. (It can be as simple as becoming more of who we truly are or learning to share more of our light.)

The chart is heavy with earth, bringing the necessity to plan and create in the material world. Sun (life) in Capricorn is about ambition, climbing mountains, and/or creating from a higher place of consciousness. Moon (emotions) is in Cancer, a water sign, increasing our sensitivity and heightening feelings.

Sun (life) and Mercury (communications, mind) trine (harmonious) Uranus (sudden change/quantum field), and the trine brings a focus on individuality, original thought, and the possibility of seeing life from a larger viewpoint. Uranus tends to expand consciousness, thought, and the way that we communicate. It also heightens gestalt moments when we suddenly “receive” or perceive a large truth or universal law. (We may receive insights about how and what to manifest.)

Moon (emotion) trines (harmonious) Neptune (mysticism, illusion), allowing us to see through illusion and discover truths about energy, love, and positive emotional connection. Neptune tends to heighten optimism, the intensity of sleep and dreams, and creativity. It can also increase intuitive abilities. On an emotional level, we can more accurately read feelings and perceive the flow of spiritual energies.

Moon (emotions) opposes Mercury (communications) in Capricorn. Mercury in Capricorn is practical, slow, and methodical. Moon in Cancer is emotional, loving, and changeable. Emotions and thoughts may seem confusing and/or conflicted. The two energies alternate with an opposition, or we may feel both at the same time, which can feel frustrating.

Venus (love, partnerships) is in Sagittarius, which brings a desire for adventure and excitement. Venus trines (harmonious) Mars (male, energy). It’s an excellent aspect that brings together the soft, feminine aspects of Venus and the vitality/drive of Mars. It increases charm and creativity. Venus squares (tension) Neptune (mysticism/illusion), which can bring inconsistent or changeable emotion, heightened creativity, and laziness—or inspiration.

Mars (male, energy) in Aries remains locked in the squares that brought confusion and tension throughout the year. Mars is slowly moving away from the positions, which relieves tension and pressure as time passes.

Jupiter (good fortune) and Saturn (limitation, karma) are placed in Aquarius, which hopefully brings new humanitarian opportunities as well as a time for inner growth. Aquarius tends to expand individuality, new uses of electronics (including sound, light, and color), and values equality. Jupiter and Saturn square (tension) Uranus (quantum field, sudden change) in Taurus.

Jupiter (expansion), Saturn (limitation), and Pluto (underworld, transformation) remain conjunct in the positions that contributed to our current scope of reality, which will change in 2021.
