Finding Peace in a Changing World

Metaphysics suggests finding answers within the self. The peace and calm, which come from the inner self, radiate outward into our lives–and into the lives of everyone around us. We move into this space through meditation and self-reflection; this takes us into the “inner” or spiritual world. The outer world–-or physical reality–-is chaotic. If we interact with it for a long period of time (or with negativity), we lose our connection. This happens to everyone from time to time, but it’s important to reconnect quickly.

Here are a few tips. They are all examples of moving into the “light.”

1) Align through meditation on a daily basis. It helps in creating greater emotional and mental awareness. Everyone sends energy through thoughts and emotions. As you become more aware, you send less negative thoughts and more positive ones. (A positive thought is based on love or a pleasant emotion.)

2) Visualize and see a better, more peaceful world for everyone–particularly when you gain awareness of a “negative.” See the poor as well fed and employed. See health in place of illness and peace instead of conflict. Visualize the opposite of what you see and feel in your life. Imagine solutions.

3) Refuse to descend into negative emotion. Lower emotions such as fear or anger are contagious. Other people feel these emotions and react. Take five minutes and meditate. Think about the goodness in life. Express gratitude.

4) Take time each day to nourish your soul. Vary the experience between external (time spent with friends) and internal (art, exercise, or time in nature.) Explore the experience and expand. Expansion in the inner and outer life lead to positive contemplation and change.

5) Believe and have faith in a better world. Faith is part of the creation process; it involves believing in universal power, the power of good, and positive outcomes. Move into new possibilities about the future. Visualize and focus on the possibility of good.

NOTE: Personally, I pull back into my heart center. I also make an effort to stay centered without moving up or down about the state of the world. From this place, I send light to both sides (the victims and the perpetrators.)

I also like to listen to The Great Bell Chant (The End of Suffering)  Mantras are magical sounds, which lift our consciousness. As I listen, I imagine a world without conflict, suffering, or poverty. I ask what it would feel like if everyone lived in harmony. At this point, my consciousness lifts. (If I stay with the world current, my energy tends to become lower. If I meditate above it, I can visualize and send positive energy.)

New Moon Forecast

While the forecast shows positive conditions (with many planets in direct position), there is potential for growth. Growth and change often involve looking at life from two or more perspectives–and making a choice.

Choices lead us away from or into the inner self, and there are several planetary aspects, which emphasize the inner struggle. It can feel tiring and exciting when we pass through the chasm of realization. It’s helpful to know the planetary purpose is to (ultimately) help us to evolve.

The New Moon appears on Saturday, September 28. It’s not surprising that the New Moon Chart emphasizes personal development achieved through understanding the past (including past lives) and clearing karma.

Sun (life), Moon (emotions), Mercury (communication), and Venus (love, partnerships) are placed in the Libra, the sign of balance and beauty. Libra is ruled by Venus. Its influence awakens our desire for beauty, socializing, and experiencing the world from a balanced perspective. However, we’re asked to consider and release influences of the past, which can include karma and patterns that keep us from our full potential.

Releasing the past is presented as Sun, Moon, Mercury, and Venus square (tension, pressure) Saturn, the ruler of time. Aspects with often Saturn ask for discipline and devotion. With these squares, we find a different type of message. We’re asked to identity patterns of limitation from the past and find greater freedom of expression of the inner self. (Actually, it’s occurring for everyone on the spiritual path; the planets make it more obvious.)

Mars (action) in Virgo tends to stay fixed on detail. Sun and Moon conjunct (close to) Mars, which can help with focus and direction. Mars squares Jupiter (good fortune), creating frustration with plans and desires. Mars opposes Neptune, and it can bring dreaminess and/or confusion.

Jupiter (good fortune) squares (tension) Neptune (mysticism, illusion). The mixture of energies can cause lack of self-confidence and temporary loss of faith in self. It’s a temporary influence that can be overcome by recalling the abilities of the inner self—and aligning with the universe.

Overall, we’ll have moments of pure connection with the beauty of life, enjoy social or spiritual group interactions, and seek balance. The planets continue to push us forward. We’ll also experience flashes of the past, the re-emergence of patterns from the past, and encounter the feelings and thoughts associated with events in our past.

As we move into the light, we continue the process of attaining deeper understanding while releasing, and rewriting the past. In the void of the New Moon, we can recreate ourselves in a more balanced, beautiful form.

Tips:

  1. We’re moving into beauty and connection with the soul. The planets intensify the process of examining and releasing karma, and the influence of time. As we work through patterns, it’s also important to embrace the lovely moments of the past as they are reflections of the inner self.
  2. Motion in our lives appears as an on/off flow. Direct planets aid our forward motion; squares with Saturn and aspects with Neptune can throw us off course. The detours are of some importance. They teach about illusion and obstacles on our path.
  3. As we release patterns and embrace our inner self, we’re creating a new image of the self.
  4. There will be moments of discouragement, discontent, and strong emotions of the past, but they will pass. We have the tools and insights to work through them.

Words from the Wolves About Manifestation

We come from the mountains, the deep woods, and the hidden, holy places to convey our message to you. Today, we talk about manifestation, which is your ability to create in the physical form.  It is the expression of the desires in your heart that were put there by the universe.

The desires are not random; they relate to the beauty of your being, the true sound of your voice, and your hidden gifts. Like many things, it is something that you must commit to.

We commit to seeing a better, happier life with harmony between humans and animals—and all of the natural world. We know you have incredible abilities to move the planet through your love and light. But this begins with expression of desire in your own physical world, which expands outwardly and touches all beings in your sphere.

Every desire is composed of a frequency. Abundance, health, success are all particular frequencies. Your personal frequency in these areas can differ slightly – as can your experiences -but it is basically the same for everyone.

If you hit the frequency, you begin to create it. You must repeat it again and again for the earth’s vibrations (and the people upon it) are relatively dense at this time. You must want the desire with all of your heart. It must be beneficial, creative, and expansive.

Any desire to manifest in a higher way is based on reaching a higher frequency, vibrating with it, and bringing it into form through repetition and focus. It is part of how you grow in the physical and spiritual world. Every time you overcome limitations and obstacles in life, your consciousness expands.

Your growth in consciousness is relayed to others who are working on the same desire. As more people reach it, the message is conveyed through intuition. This opens a pathway for creation in the physical world through higher vibrations.

Part of the difficulty lies in the fact that people have forgotten their abilities of manifestation. For those of you who are creating, you are acting as pioneer in the frontier of spirituality. Every small thing that you create brings the world closer to realization of this gift.

A Few Techniques

  1. You can begin with desire, want, or need. You should have a very strong feeling about your desire—and you must be willing to work for it.
  2. You must see and feel your desire as though it has already occurred. It is not “just” a visual. It is like stepping into a forest or a room and experiencing all that is there. Notice the details and memorize them. Stay open to changes, too.
  3. Use the power of nature to illuminate and activate your dreams and desires. Sit outside, meditate, and let nature become a part of your work. Nature corrects our minds and bodies by connecting our spirit to the earth.
  4. Raise your vibration however you can. It’s different for everyone, but stay with positive thoughts and words.
  5. Change your actions. Everyone, who is awakening, knows there are specific actions that bring alignment with the inner self. These actions result in joy and positive change.

NOTE: We, the wolves, hear many of you talking about the world. You wish for change. You can begin right away on this day through these simple techniques. If 100 people can create a change in their life, their collective energy can bring many positive changes in the physical world.

Full Moon Forecast: Harmony Ahead

It’s a beautiful Full Moon chart with a few challenges, but it’s one of the best in months. The full moon appears on August 15 at 8:29 am ET. With Sun, Mercury, Venus, and Mars in Leo and Moon in Aquarius, we’re working with the passionate energies of the heart and the detachment of higher thinking.

Fire is passionate and intense. It likes to move quickly, and it’s creative and romantic. Moon in Aquarius wants to love humanity at large; Sun in Leo is more about the experience of personal life.

The Moon in Aquarius opposes Venus (love and romance) and Mars (action), hinting at confusion between personal and spiritual desires, specifically in the area of love and assertion. It’s not surprising to feel the tug of duality between love, life, and emotion at this particular time. (It’s part of the work.)

Fortunately, Sun (life), Mercury (thought) and Venus (love, romance) trine Jupiter. These harmonious aspects inspire good fortune and expansion in areas of life, communication, and love. They can also make life feel a bit brighter.

Mercury (communications, electronics) squares Uranus (quantum field, sudden change). Uranus’ energy can come in waves, causing misunderstandings and lapses in electronics. The waves are erratic—not consistent—so it’s much better than Mercury retrograde!

Jupiter, ruler of good fortune and expansion, moved direct on August 10. When Jupiter is direct, it helps with realization of our dreams. There are less diversions and blocks on our path.

Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto remain retrograde, and it can feel like gravitational pull, slowing down results with our choices and progress. However, Jupiter helps with career and personal aspirations, and it brings balance to the equation.

Uranus moved into retrograde on August 11. It tends to amplify our personal waves of energy. For example, positive thoughts, emotions, and feelings are quickly relayed to the universe for manifestation. The same is true of negative visualization. The key lies in personal focus—and your connection to universal energies.

If we continue to search for the soul, hold our vision, and walk in love and beauty, the landscape will change.  We’re in the process of expressing our inner self in the outer world, and the planets support our desire for growth and expansion.

Tips

  1. The Full Moon can help in awakening our hopes and dreams—and ignite our passion for creating from the heart.
  2. Many planets in fire can make life seem to move too quickly. Slow down and focus on desires. Take time to walk and play outdoors. (Use the fire energy to make life flow into a better form.)
  3. Energy is a bit conflicted with Aquarius moon/Leo Sun. The mind interferes with emotions and desires. Notice useful, illuminating thoughts. Let go of the other thoughts.
  4. Jupiter in direct position aligns us with hopes, dreams, and possible forms of happiness. It’s a lovely energy.
  5. Uranus in retrograde concentrates on teaching us about waves of consciousness. Focus on the placement of the mind and correct visuals and thoughts accordingly.
  6. Enjoy the beauty of a kinder forecast while experiencing the last weeks of summer.

Shortening the Swing

In spirituality, the “swing” is well known. It involves riding the wave of emotion, the swing of thoughts, and motion of consciousness from low to high. It’s a part of spirituality, which is rarely addressed; it happens most often when you ascend to higher levels of consciousness.

Higher consciousness lifts you above the swing—and into a place of love and centering. In this place, it’s impossible to feel the swing, but it takes a lot of practice to stay there consistently. Alchemy refers to this practice as shortening the swing.

Here’s a meditation to help, but please read the blog first! https://InstantTeleseminar.com/Events/116471847

  1. It’s realistic to know you’ll experience the swing of consciousness. It can occur because of your geographic location, planetary events, family karma, and personal patterns. It’s helpful to observe your lower feelings while knowing the feelings won’t last forever. (If you apply some of the techniques listed below, you’ll find resolution more quickly.)
  2. Think about light and the good parts of life. Meditate often for short spans of time. Focus on a feeling of light. Ask for connection with the higher self. (Find the heart space and let love flow through your being.)
  3. Centering occurs in the heart. You literally contact the part of the self that knows the solution, the way into quieter, peaceful parts of life. It’s where truth abides.
  4. Ask for a higher pattern of results in life. Ask to see solutions and remember when life has moved more smoothly. See the opposite of whatever you are experiencing.
  5. Take long walks and sit in nature. Ask the earth to take your negative energy. Ask to feel the joyous parts of life. When you focus on the sensation of good instead of problems, the energy takes another form.
  6. Experiment by combining or altering meditation techniques. Ask your inner self for guidance. Act on every feeling and intuition. See where they lead you.
  7. Notice if the feeling is situational. If the feeling occurs when you are with specific people, it probably relates to them. If it appears with a specific task, you may feel your inner resistance, need to control, or old fears. Take a small step and reward yourself for taking action.
  8. Move into a state of knowing. Many of your thoughts and feelings are not real. They come from the lower self and habits or patterns. They disappear when you move into a higher state of consciousness. You are feeling all that you are leaving behind. In the future, you will “meet” more of your shining, incredible inner self.

New Moon/Solar Eclipse, portal for change

Feel emotions, clear patterns, and move more deeply into the spiritual nature. It’s how we evolve, and the placement of many planets in water will help in gaining awareness. By contemplating the feeling of inner connection, we can rise above the emotional waves.

The solar eclipse occurred on July 2, marking the calendar of inner and outer changes for the summer. Many metaphysicians and astrologers believe it opened a gateway to higher consciousness.

The eclipse is believed to be one of the bridges between the past and future—a turning point for higher awakening and inner realization. It involves releasing old patterns of the past while embracing a new future that is necessary to find with our hearts

Light and darkness play through the chart. Sun (life), Moon (emotions) and Venus (love, relationships) in Cancer heighten emotions and sensitivity to other people. Cancer is a beautiful water sign ruling the Mother, the Sea, and the yin/yang of emotion. The Great Mother (or Feminine) has many faces, ranging from nurturing to profuse emotion to hiding emotion and repressed feelings. (The feminine is represented by the sea and the earth on this planet.) It may take time and healing to fully resurrect the spirit of the feminine in our culture.

(The feminine is represented by the sea and the earth on this planet.) It may take time and healing to fully resurrect the spirit of the feminine in our culture.

Saturn (karma, limitation, time) asks for review of our lives, particularly with old patterns and karmic cycles. (It’s necessary to make changes to move deeply in an awakened state.) Emotions can reflect our feelings about the self and the past. By altering our emotions, we create a new life. With Saturn’s involvement, inner and outer work are implied. Saturn also rules devotion, hard work, and study, which are needed on the path to awakening.

Sun and Moon sextile (positive) Uranus, opening our minds to new insights and solutions, and Sun/Moon trine (harmonious) Neptune (mysticism, illusion), which can offer ideas and dreams from the “other” side.

Mercury (communications, higher mind) is placed in Leo but moves into retrograde on July 7. It will swing back into Cancer, encouraging confusion between thoughts and emotions for the remainder of July. (The protocol includes expecting delays with travel, communication, and electronics, refraining from purchases of electronics, and resting while reviewing life.)

Venus (love, relationships) moves into Cancer today, heightening the level of emotion about love and personal perception of how others love us. The planet sextiles (positive) Mars, balancing the female/male energies.

Mars (energy, male) is placed in Leo, which ignites our passion for motion in life. It encourages expression of our passion and increases awareness of the heart. Mercury (communication) and Mars (male, energy) squares (tension) Uranus (sudden change, awakening), which asks for moderation – and not sudden action – when contemplating new ideas and thoughts.

Mars is in opposition to Pluto (subconscious, underworld) and asks to see the darkness in ourselves and in the world. It’s not an easy task, but it’s part of knowing where to send light and create a positive shift. Saturn (limitation, karma) conjuncts Pluto, which increases our ambition and desire for success. But many planets are retrograde, and it’s more of a time for contemplation than putting active ideas into form.

Chiron (wounded healer) in Aries is retrograde, which can aid in reflection and insights about healing our wounds.

The chart asks for personal and global insights about darkness in life, but it also opens a portal for spiritual growth. It places our focus on the patterns that play havoc with our emotions, but it also gives the Great Mother (Cancer) to nourish and heal them.

When we see the darkness in ourselves, others, or the world, we have the option of calling on the light. From there, we can find our power, send love, and ask for change. We have the tools to create the desired change, but we must find them within.

Tips:

  1. The energy is intense. It can be useful in creating new, positive patterns in life–if you’re willing to examine our emotions and reactions.
  2. If you’re feeling fear, insecurity, or emotional pain, come back to your heart. Focus on light. Your true identity resides in higher emotions. Contemplate and observe. Choose the path that leads to the inner self.
  3. See this as the right time to change old, familiar (but unhappy) patterns.  You access your inner power when you break old emotional/mental cycles. (Send light to yourself and your life. Visualize the opposite of your experience.) Trust the process. Meditate. Believe in your power to change your personal world.
  4. Many planets are retrograde, and there’s a weird, floating feeling. It’s okay. Go with it. It’s part of the shift. (In a sense, you’re between worlds.)
  5. When you see the darkness in yourself, others, or life, send love and light. Change the story. See it differently. It’s what you came here to do.

Why Does Life Feel So Intense?

You may see master numbers like 11:11 or 22:22 while encountering synchronicity constantly—or you may feel frustrated and overwhelmed emotionally. A small event may send you reeling back into the worst of childhood memories, but you’re totally peaceful after a few minutes of meditation.

What’s happening? The earth (and humanity) are experiencing huge waves of light, solar storms, and fluctuations in geomagnetic field. Astrologically, we’re preparing for a New Moon/Solar Eclipse on July 2. (The chart lines up with aspects of the United States’ natal chart. Think about what you love about it because conjunctions intensify both good and bad.) Mercury retro begins on July 7 and extends throughout the month. A lunar eclipse comes on July 16 along with many retrograde, outer planets. Obviously, the earth and nature are changing with the current cosmic changes.

Yes, the energy will become stronger, and people will probably become more reactive unless the “conscious” group devotes to more meditation.

Why Are People So Emotional?

Light amplifies everything. Think about shining a huge light on a room. You’ll see the dust and dirt hidden beneath the surface. The same is true with the self.

The past is “up” for examination. It usually doesn’t feel good to relive mistakes and painful events. However, it’s how you evolve. However, karma is simply a lower vibration. When you learn how to maintain a higher vibration and/or new vibrations, you displace karma and create new opportunities in life. (Light and/or a higher frequency actually connects you to the quantum field where energy behaves very differently, creating small and large miracles.)

What About Self-Sabotage?

Self-sabotage and mistakes come from a relatively, small part of the self. If you’re experiencing awakening and/or higher consciousness, you’re probably complex with many, different parts of the self.

Only a small part of you (one part of the self) is making mistakes, and it occurs when you’re not awake. This part of the self will share ideas and thoughts when you’re not paying attention. They often sound good because they are part of an old pattern—a program to keep you in the comfort zone of staying the same. You’re noticing self-sabotage because you’re awakening. Otherwise, you wouldn’t notice it. You’d think life wasn’t working, and it wasn’t your fault.

NOTE: It doesn’t help to feel guilt or blame yourself. It’s best to know a small part of you created the dissonance. Send light to it. Promise to do better.

What Can You Do?

It’s important to remember this is a time of awakening. There are huge opportunities for growth in consciousness, manifesting our dreams, and bringing wholeness into this incarnation. (I didn’t say it was easy!)

Meditation and manifestation are very important because meditation teaches connection with the Divine, and manifestation teaches us how to reach the quantum field. They both raise your frequency, which how spiritual change takes place. (It’s not selfish because we learn – and want to – share whatever we manifest with others. It’s particularly true if you’re creating from your heart.)

Focus on the heart in moments of chaos. Ask for help instead of focusing on problems. Call on your angels, guides, and the universe. Imagine having the solution instead of searching for it.

There’s a part of you that knows what to do. You may not find it right away, but it will appear if you focus on it.

Summer Solstice: Substantial Shift in Energy

Midsummer’s Night evokes images of Titania, Queen of the Fairies, walking amidst forest creatures as she stirs magic in the heart of humans. Summer solstice is a mystical time. Solstices and equinoxes create a doorway into the spiritual world that can heighten evolution, which helps in raising our energy to a higher vibration. The solstice brings an influx of light, which can literally illuminate dreams and desires. (We can “see” the light of the solstice as illuminating our dreams/desires and bringing them into form.)

The summer solstice chart includes both excellent and challenging aspects. We’re experiencing a carry-over from Monday’s Full Moon when it was conjunct Galactic Center. There is the unusual and uplifting aspects of Jupiter (good fortune) conjunct Galactic Center. (Some astrologers believe Galactic Center represents light, love, and the quantum field—the place of grace, mysticism, and the “good” in life.) Additionally, the light and intensity of Monday’s full moon will carry over into the forecast.

With Sun in Gemini and Moon in Aquarius, thought is illuminated, increasing access to the higher mind. Sun (life) and Moon (emotions) are in air signs, stimulating mentality and the higher mind. It’s important to take time to meditate and stay in a calm state of mind for good discernment when the mind moves rapidly. Venus sits in Gemini, and emphasis on the mind can it (too) easy to confuse other people’s thoughts and mental state with our own.

Mercury (thought) is placed in Cancer, an emotional, water sign, and this placement can lead to strong emotional reactions and confusing thoughts and feelings. For example, we may think of someone from the past and feel angry or sad—when the true message concerns a higher state of mind.

Challenging…But Ultimately Fulfilling

Sometimes, we have to endure obstacles to align with the inner self, but I’ve never known anyone who regretted the decision. The challenging aspects of a chart can gift wisdom, insight, and understanding. Such is the case with oppositions between Mercury and Mars and Saturn and Pluto.

Mercury (thought) and Mars (action, energy) are both in Cancer, stimulating strong emotions. The planets are in opposition to Saturn (time, karma) and Pluto (regeneration, subconscious). Saturn and Pluto want us to see where our lives are aligned with our inner self. Mars is emotional in Cancer, and it tends to express lower emotions such as blame or anger when confronted with the larger plan. (Many students have written and asked about the part of the self that sabotages their efforts. It’s easy to see at this point because of the oppositions between Mars (energy, action in life) and Mercury (thought) with Saturn (time, karma) and Pluto (regeneration). The real point is to align our lives with the inner self in a new, wonderful way.)

Saturn and Pluto are much stronger in this chart than Mercury and Mars in Cancer. Saturn (limitation, karma) can operate as an instructor who indicates the best alignment for our path, and Pluto tends to demonstrate the darkness of others, the world, or the self in our lives.  If we permit it, the two planets can pull us through patterns such as self-sabotage, self-indulgence, and lack of discipline. By releasing some of these characteristics, we can open to Galactic Center and the power of the solstice. (It’s a wonderful to begin devotion to meditation, a new endeavor, or to develop a gift.)

Additional Aspects

Venus (love, relationships) in Gemini increases mental activity. Venus in Gemini is intense about social interaction, interested in widening her romantic and social circle, and riveted by mental activity. However, it’s easy to miss the depth and meaning of life when experiencing a social whirlwind. The other half of the message involves slowing down and feeling the true energies of the others and the beauty of the world in the summer months.

Venus opposes Jupiter (good fortune), hinting at the importance of taking life slowly and finding answers with the heart—not the mind. Venus squares (tension) Neptune (mysticism, illusion), which can increase our ability to see beauty in life but can cause confusion in separating fact and fantasy.

Saturn (limitation, karma) conjuncts Pluto (subconscious, transmutation). It’s a powerful duo, working together to bring power into our lives and to teach proper application. Saturn wants perfection and continual do-overs, and Pluto pushes achievement. They cycle back and forth, tearing down and building up. (It’s a long-term influence that can recreate our lives in a higher form or bring alignment with the excesses of the ego.)

Mercury (mind, communications) trines Neptune (mysticism, illusion), bringing the rational and intuitive mind in union and heightening creative abilities. Venus (love, relationships) squares Neptune, which may bring misconceptions and delusions about love. Mars (action, male) trines Neptune, and the aspect heightens sensitivity and sympathy for others. Jupiter (expansion, good fortune) squares Neptune, which can lead us astray, taking us out of practical routines and into unrealistic expectations. (Stay slow and steady.)

Sun squares Chiron (wounded healer), indicating mental activity may move in the opposite direction of healing. Many aspects in the chart hint at healing through self-observation, a slower, insightful pace, and a desire to see through illusion and focus on truth.

Tips:

  1. Jupiter’s alignment with Galactic Center brings love, light, and expansion.
  2. Many planets in air (mind) can increase mental activity. Work to center on the heart and locate the higher mind. (This aspect can also align us with the nervousness and agitation of others. Notice this and pull back into the self.)
  3. Saturn (limitation, time) and Pluto (underworld, transmutation) want a discovery of how our personal programs lack alignment with the inner self as well as a meaningful shift in the right direction.
  4. Neptune (mysticism, idealism) clouds the overall picture with illusion, heightened intuition, and beauty. Discernment is necessary.
  5. It is a chart that can bring evolution. Nature and the spiritual world will be open and cooperative on the solstice.
