Finding Higher Vibrations

Moving through the shift requires diligence, persistence, and connection; it also requires love. Simply loving our lives invokes a powerful state of being that invokes transformation.

  1. The universe reveals our lower and higher nature as a part of altering our frequency to a higher level. When the lower nature is revealed, observe and acknowledge. Trust the process. Love both parts of you. Let go of judgment.
  2. Time is one of the issues of the current shift. Time lengthens when we meditate or work with the soul. It shortens when we listen to the ego (monkey mind), become too involved in worldly affairs, or listen too much to the task list. By watching the passage of time, we receive insights about our behavior and the placement of the heart.
  3. Face the inevitable with a strong heart. Awakening changes our perception of life. Welcome it and move into the deepening motion of new life. (Accept new perspectives, let go of people, locations, and events, and open to the widening of life.)
  4. Call on your guides and angels often. A strong connection with our angels can change “reality” immensely. Ask them for the best possible vision (or version) of life—and insights and intuitions on how to bring it into being.
  5. See the beauty whenever possible. Look for the smiles of people with open hearts. Notice the perpetual, spiritual alignment of children and animals. Spend time in nature. Make time for 2 or 3 short walks or sit outside and meditate.
  6. Whenever possible, choose not to judge. When life seems to flow in the wrong direction, ask if there is a lesson or benefit in the change of direction. Sometimes, we are asked to slow down, enjoy nature, or see life from a new perspective. Value and learn from twists and turns in life.
  7. Ask for greater connection, development of spiritual gifts, and the power to move more deeply into the spiritual self. Sometimes, we have to ask for what we want.
  8. (It’s helpful to visualize how we feel and respond in a more spiritual state.) Obviously, some of us feel the shift more strongly than others. The universe speaks to us in accordance with our inner state of connection.
  9. Sometimes, it’s helpful to focus on what we gained from the difficulties of the past. After all, we are the result of all of our experiences, which can give insight into our spiritual nature.

New Moon Forecast: A Change in the Weather

Delicate blossoms of flowering trees break the gray skies of late spring rain, and the stars are luminous in the dark, night sky. The New Moon (March 27) marked the beginning of a new cycle of change. On the first few days following the New Moon, we should think of discarding old elements of our life. As the moon grows, it’s important to focus on creating our dreams and desires.

The new moon chart places our attention on the element of fire. Fire is creative, ruling dreams and passion. There are six planets in fire signs in the New Moon chart, which bestow incredible impetus to act on dreams and inner plans. This placement can give a burst of energy to move through obstacles and bring dreams into physical form.

Water is emotion, and spiritual mastery relates to emotion. By clearing emotional patterns, we find space for connection and insight. Neptune and Chiron in Pisces continue to emphasize the need to release emotional patterns based on our past experiences and beliefs. South Node in Pisces asks for the creation of new emotional patterns, which are based on compassion but bring change and results. (Emotional clearing takes work, but it clears the heart space—and brings freedom from limitation.)

Earth is the fabric of the physical world, and it is the substance that reflects our dreams, thoughts, and actions. Mars sits in Taurus, and Pluto is placed in Capricorn. Mars in Taurus gives strength to move through obstacles, create abundance, and enjoy the beauty of life. Mars (male, assertion) and Pluto (underworld, transformation) are trine (harmonious), indicating the possibility of financial success—by clearing old patterns and subconscious beliefs.

Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Saturn, and Uranus are placed in fire. Sun is the masculine, life giving force of the outer life, and Moon rules the feminine, emotional aspect of the inner self. Mercury is communication, and Venus is the beautiful aspect of the feminine in the physical world. Uranus rules change and awakening. All of the planets are placed in Aries, strengthening the pulse of creating the “new” and giving birth to the inner self. (This is a very strong pulse with planets in the same sign.)

Sun, Moon, and Venus square Saturn (limitation, karma), indicating a struggle between perceptions of the past and the motion of a new beginning. Saturn can refer to memories, which are perceived as the darker side of life. It may become necessary to override old beliefs and thoughts with a brighter vision of life, which is a wonderfully, conscious action.

Venus and Jupiter are retrograde. Together, they rule hope, abundance, beauty, and good fortune, making it an excellent time to dream up experiences along these lines of thought and emotion. When we “feel” what is lacking, it’s excellent to see (and plan to experience) the opposite.

Jupiter sits in Libra, the only air sign presented in the chart. Air brings clarity of thought, vision, and communication. Jupiter, the ruler of good fortune, is opposite Uranus (sudden change) and exactly square Pluto (underworld, transformation.) Jupiter square Uranus gives the urge to break through old patterns and increases the desire for freedom and new action.

Jupiter opposite Pluto can create a huge desire to succeed—at all costs. Pluto in Capricorn rules the finances and structure of the outer world. Jupiter in Libra speaks of justice and balance. Together in this aspect, they can create a focus to push through boundaries and accomplish a great deal. But Jupiter can exaggerate our feelings, and Pluto can add a huge feeling of drive. (It’s best move slowly and think about the best long-term outcome for everyone, who is involved.)

Sabian Symbols, based on Lynda Hill’s Sabian Symbols

Sun and Moon are on Aries 8, “A Woman’s Hat with Streamers Blown by the East Wind.” The east wind is gentle; it marks new beginnings in the Native American system. In Eastern philosophy, it can refer to the journey of following the inner path.

Mercury sits on Aries 26, “A Person Possessed of More Gifts Than They Can Hold.” This symbol is perfect for this time of change. Each of us has abilities, powers, and insights, which may not have been revealed. By focusing on our inner abilities and gifts – and using them – we can bring about a great deal of positive change.

Venus is on Aries 4, “Two Lovers Strolling on a Secluded Walk.” With Venus retrograde, the symbol can point to enjoying love and experiencing – or experiencing the need for greater love and understanding. Venus retrograde encourages us to focus on the kind of love that we want to receive, experience, and give.

Mars is placed on Taurus 13, “ A Porter Carrying a Mountain of Luggage”. The symbol can refer to the need to release the “heaviness” of life or refusing to carry the burden of others. For many light workers, it may refer to need to release some of world karma and surrendering the connection with mass consciousness.

Dealing with the Shift

The important part of the energy lies in the urgency to follow the heart. The heart longs for love and adventure; it is bold and true. It longs to express the substance of the soul.  The heart holds us in connection with all that is real and true.

When our actions and work come from the heart, life changes. Love radiates to everyone in our field. When many people do this (even for a few minutes), the outer world alters. (it’s impossible to feel the oscillation.)

Here are a few tips:

  1. The clearing process involves the lower mind and emotions. We may hear patterns or experience feelings from long ago. Ask to delete and clear the pattern and feeling. Ask to connect with the higher self. (As the patterns leave, new energy will take their place. It’s helpful to imagine yourself from a different perception such as living life from a happier perspective.)
  2. The acceleration process bestows a longing for expansion, the dream of a better life. Ask for a clear vision and feeling. Focus on it often and imagine living in this space of being. (Take time to define peace and happiness. This simple act brings them into your life.)
  3. It’s possible to move out of oscillation and the roar of mass consciousness (anger and fear) by centering in the inner self. By focusing on the inner self, it’s impossible to feel anything other than stillness and/or love.
  4. Sometimes, you feel surprisingly heavy or weighed down by life. You may feel it’s impossible to move through a character flaw or create the next change in life. Likely, your thought or feeling engaged mass consciousness, and you are feeling many people with the same problem. It’s helpful to reflect on a time when you feel light, and life felt easier.
  5. Physical tiredness comes and goes with the shift. It’s normal to feel tired when energy changes. Rest when you can. Take advantage of energetic periods. Visualize yourself with more energy whenever possible and recall periods of time when you felt healthy and vital. (Nature helps a great deal with physical tiredness. The earth and night sky radiate energies for healing.)
  6. We may feel the shift in brief moments when life expands in a beautiful wave. There is a longing for more experience and sensation—the widening of the wave of life. These feelings come and go like waves of emotion or ripples on a lake. They are indicators of greater awakening.
  7. Deeply engage when you experience lighter, happier feelings. It’s best to refrain from sharing the feeling with friends. Contemplate your life, future, and sharing your gifts. (Use these times to powerfully create a vision of a better life and see your gifts expanding.)
  8. Smile when life is difficult. Move past irritation and lower thoughts. (We all have them!) Meditate on pink light and ask to see the beauty in life.
  9. Choose 2 or 3 tasks to express the heart on a daily basis. You may feel surprised at the outcome. (Your energy will soar if you’re truly aligned with the heart–and acting on intuition.)

Manifestation, A Key to Self-Discovery

Manifestation is part of awakening. We become aware of how we create our lives as we grow in consciousness. (Everyone is already manifesting, but it’s mainly unconscious.) If we imagine a loop of tape playing and replaying, we might wonder why it continues to play, or we might decide to change the tape. That’s the basic substance of manifestation.

When we realize that we have the power to change the tape, then we alter the direction of our lives. If this realization comes with awakening (and a higher level of vibrations), we know it’s important to create a life in alignment with the inner self. As we expand into light and love, we naturally want to create and experience more “good” in life. Ultimately, it’s beneficial to ourselves and the people around us because everyone benefits from a higher frequency.

Here are a few tips:

  1. Meditation is one of the keys to the realization of the heart’s desire. It brings alignment with the inner self, which quietens thoughts and stills emotions. It also gives connection to the universe, the biggest source of love and light.
  2.  Manifestation alters our perception. It teaches focus on the positive sensations and images of what we want to create. When we focus on the good in life and see the positive, we move into higher vibrations where more possibility and opportunity exist. By focusing the mind, we learn to alter our perceptions.
  3. Many of our perceptions are based on experience and belief, which occur as part of our encounters with life. It doesn’t mean that life always responds in this way, or the outcome never changes. It simply implies that we need to see and feel life differently–and believe that we can change it in a positive sense.
  4. Working with manifestation teaches discernment. Over time, we learn the value of “things” lies in their resonance with our heart. If our desire doesn’t align with the heart or our inner self, it won’t bring joy. But repeated experiences teach the difference between the desires of the inner and outer being.
  5. Focusing on a positive vision teaches control of lower emotions and thoughts. Part of any manifestation lies in the substitution of one thought and image for another. (We can’t change and/or control everything, but we can influence a great deal. Also, we can change our emotions and thoughts.)
  6. The practice teaches a great deal about inner power as well as the changes that occur when we connect with the universe and the inner self. We can use the same practice to alter other people’s lives–and the world. (Everyone and everything is happier in a higher frequency.)
  7. The heart space expands when we step into creating the vision of the inner self. We feel more love and peace. And the world becomes more beautiful.

Last Quarter Forecast

The moon moves into its last quarter, a time of developing abilities and expanding existent projects. It’s also important to consider aspects of life that require release, surrender, and faith. Additionally, this phase gives time to gather energy and focus before the solar eclipse/new moon on Sunday, Feb. 26.

We are moving through the last vestiges of the Piscean Age, which are exacerbated by Neptune in Pisces. Astrologer M. Kelly Hunter refers to the current global fear as “a mass hypnotic trance” that is transcended by focusing on the wave of universal love, which includes everything and everyone. (Next week’s eclipse/new moon intensely features Pisces; it’s a good time to rewrite the past.)

Sun (life) is currently in Aquarius and moves into Pisces on Feb. 18. Currently, Mercury (communication) in Aquarius conjuncts (close to) the sun, bringing in new waves of higher thoughts and a stronger ability to connect to the divine mind. Mercury is currently trine (harmoniously placed) with Jupiter (good fortune)  in Libra, bringing balance and harmony to the thinking process. (Both signs are in air, which can give space for inspired thought.)

This chart is hot! Venus, Mars, and Uranus sit in Aries, the fire sign, which rules beginnings. This placement ignites a tendency to make big changes and take physical action, but it’s not the right time. It’s far better to contemplate desires and consider their source—ego or inner self?

Mars (male energy, assertion) sits opposite to Jupiter (good fortune) in Libra, indicating strong actions can take us away from the benevolent forces of the big planet. Jupiter is also retrograde, slowing success and good fortune. (The other planets are direct, so it’s not a huge influence.) Jupiter also opposes Uranus in Aries, meaning to wait on taking action with spiritual intuitions.

Venus, Mars, Jupiter, and Uranus square (create tension) with Pluto, representing the underground, the subconscious, and transmutation. These aspects are not easy—and may represent some type of crisis or change for many people. On the other hand, staying centered in crisis is part of mastery.

Saturn (time, limitation) in Sagittarius offers help with fear and obstacles by encouraging our ability to tap into inner (and earned) wisdom. There is almost always a solution if we look deeply enough into our own being and sincerely ask for help.

Positive Aspects

Every chart has its own meaning and balance. There are some very beautiful trines included in this forecast.

  • Sun trines Jupiter for the next two days, giving insight into problems—and possibly solutions, which come in a very beneficial way. It’s a harmonious aspect, featuring inspired thought and the higher mind.
  • Mercury trines Jupiter, increasing the benefit of Sun trine Jupiter. It may be possible to meditate and hold the “feeling” or visual of a solution in our minds, then experience it in physical form. There is a special clarity with both trines occurring simultaneously. Or it may simply be a “gift” of seeing a better future, which we cannot yet completely perceive.
  • Saturn trines Uranus, offering an opportunity to transcend karma by contemplating and acting on concepts, which exist in the quantum field. For example, we may perceive how energy affects form or increases healing, or we may receive divine help from our angels and guides.

New Moon Forecast: Pressure and Change

Painting by Josephine Walls

Lately, the astrological forecasts are much like the weather, moving between gray, stormy days and spring like weather with streaming sunlight. The New Moon forecast resembles a cloudy day when it’s important to remind ourselves that life and light are already on the way.

The New Moon appears on Friday, Jan 27.  The overall chart is weighted by water (emotion) and air (thought.) Our power comes from aligning emotion and thought in a positive sense, and it can feel daunting when experiencing pressure from many squares (tension.) It’s possible to achieve this state by lifting our thoughts into a higher sphere while realistically viewing and feeling our problems—and seeking a solution on a higher level. (Fortunately, the chart provides raw material for this point of view.)

The Sun (life) and Moon (emotions, inner life) are in Aquarius, the ruler of the New Age. Aquarius bestows rapid, clear thought, independence, humanitarian efforts and the desire to act as an individual. Aquarians are often humanitarians and strive to improve the world at large. (Aquarius is ruled by Uranus, which represents the quantum field.) By aligning with the inner self, we can raise our “vision” above the fray and find solutions through the higher mind.

Mercury (communications, thought) is placed in Capricorn, a practical, ambitious earth sign. Mercury conjuncts (close to) Pluto (underworld, resources, power), exhibited on a worldly level through the current power plays in the United States. It’s also an useful conjunction when applied for grounding and creating improvement in our personal world. (It affects all forms of communication such as internet, media, writing, and social media as well as physical resources.)

Mercury (communication) squares Jupiter (good fortune), and Jupiter squares Pluto (underworld, transformation, power), indicating that too much emphasis on finances, power, and ego-related growth conflict with the flow of Jupiter in Libra’s balanced approach to expansion and good fortune.

Venus is exalted in Pisces, meaning it is easy to flow into a wave of universal love. When Venus (love, feminine beauty) is exalted, we can expand our ability to love. (It’s also a good time for art, improving our appearance and/or home.) Venus conjuncts (close to) Mars (male, assertion) in Pisces, bringing about balance between the two sides of the self.

Mars sits in Pisces, which activates old patterns of resentment, hidden feelings, and strong emotions. Both Venus and Mars are in Pisces, a water sign, which elicits emotion. It’s a more difficult placement for Mars as it rules action and masculine energy. Both Venus and Mars conjunct (close to) Chiron, and this intensifies the need for release and inner healing.

Venus squares Saturn, which can reveal weaknesses and illusions about love with the opposite sex. It can also show the wounded part of the self as associated with relationships. (Venus loves pleasure, and Saturn likes austerity, so it can bring a feeling of melancholy—or mixed feelings.) Like many New Age dilemmas, the answer lies in finding greater fulfillment with the inner self.

Mars squares Saturn, and this can bring up issues around authoritarian figures—or childhood patterns about the parents, teachers, etc.  Specific areas, depending on individual charts, may feel blocked, and progress may seem slow. With Saturn (time, karma), the lesson is usually mitigated by focusing on service and perseverance.

With Venus and Mars square Saturn, there may be a slightly “depressed” feeling throughout the weekend. It’s helpful to place our energy on acts that reflect the inner self and benefit others. Fortunately, these squares are short-lived. (Don’t give up!)

Jupiter (good fortune) in Libra is in opposition to Uranus (new age, sudden change), meaning our innovative plans may not move in the direction of personal expansion. It’s important to take time to contemplate balance and harmony before moving into our newest ideas and thoughts. Jupiter also squares Pluto (underworld, transformation), which indicates revelations in our personal/outer world that may not align with our personal expansion. (Again, it’s temporary.)

Saturn (karma, limitation) trines (harmonious energy) Uranus, and it’s the only strong trine in the chart. It shows the possibility of overcoming karma by moving into the resonance of the quantum field. When we vibrate at a higher rate, we can transcend the limitations of the physical world.

T-square

Jupiter, Uranus, and Pluto form a cardinal T-square, exaggerating the square between Uranus and Pluto, which has essentially changed the world in the past five years. Add Jupiter (good fortune) to the mix, and the energy flows between Uranus, which is always creating new events and insights for growth, Pluto and the dark underworld, and Jupiter, which controls the flow of good fortune and expansion.

Summary

Overall, it’s not an easy chart. There are many squares, which form tension between two or more energies. Our experience of the tension relates to our personal and outer world.

On the positive, Sun/Moon in Aquarius (new age thought), Venus in Pisces (exalted emotion), and Jupiter in Libra (justice, beauty, and balance) offer the opportunity for transformational thought. Venus is exalted in Pisces, emphasizing the capacity to love the self, others, and life. Saturn trine Uranus gives innovative consciousness to think our way out of patterns and limitations.

There is balance between the male and female side of the self (Venus and Mars conjunct.) Venus and Mars provide the opportunity for healing limiting emotional patters with their conjunction to Chiron (the wounded healer.) These conjunctions may offer a chance to move into a space of feeling deserving, opening to a wider spectrum of love, and leaving the past behind—once and for all.

If we feel frustrated, limited, or slightly depressed, it will pass. And the energy is useful if we remember the chart provides the needed tools for humanitarian insights, healing the self, and helping others.

Sabian Symbols, based on Lynda Hill’s work

Sun is on 9 Aquarius, A Flag is Seen Turning into an Eagle. A flag symbolizes a nation, and an eagle is the physical representation of the flag. The feelings of the spirit of the nation are transformed into physical form of that ideal. The symbol can vary from listening to the inner self and acting upon it in physical life to taking action on national ideals as shown by last weekend’s Women’s March.

Moon sits on 2 Aquarius, An Unexpected Thunderstorm. In the world, there are many sudden confrontations, the agitation of politics and mass consciousness, and the quick turning of the energy from dark to light. Thunderstorms pass quickly, and they are easily dealt with if we take precautions and refuse to give into fear. It’s also important to remember that rainbows and beautiful sunlight follow thunderstorms.

Mercury is placed at 15 Capricorn, In a Children’s Hospital, The Children’s Ward Is Filled with Toys. Toys represent the joy of the imagination and the excitement of play. . It depicts the need to express caring for others, who are sick or removed from wholeness. Obviously, the toys are present because of the concern and generosity of others.

Venus is on 24 Pisces, The Tiny Island Seems Lost in the Broad Ocean, but Its Happy Inhabitants Have Created a World All Their Own. This symbol feels perfect for the changes in the word—at least with members of the global spiritual community. When we move into love and light, we create a change that will eventually come into being in the physical world. And we rejoice at the connection with the inner self and the universe.

Mars sits on 30 Pisces, A Majestic Rock Formation Resembling A Face is Idealized by a Boy Who Takes It as His Ideal of Greatness, As He Grows Up, He Begins to Look Like It. When we focus on an ideal of greatness, we actually absorb those qualities. If we enact the qualities in physical life—and continually focus and relate to the ideal, we create those qualities in our personal life.

Last Quarter Moon: Embrace Change, Clear Emotion

At the moment, the skies remain gray, but the forecast offers space for breakthroughs, healing, and inner understanding. As the moon slowly ebbs, it extends a time for creating change through self-reflection and sharing with others. If we truly want to move through old wounds to the clarity of light, it’s possible.

Truthfully, we are moving into an unknown frontier where energy behaves differently, and the world sometimes feels chaotic. Much of the impetus of the planets is about vibrating above the worldly roar by taking action discerned from the inner space of stillness. The earlier “push” of moving forward with all planets direct remains, but it requires more reflection and inspired action.

The chart is weighted by water (emotion) with Venus, Mars, Neptune, and Chiron in Pisces, the sign of the past age. The Sun sits in Aquarius, heralding rapid communications, spiritual growth, and the work of individuals within a group. It’s an air sign, which rules the sphere of thought.

Mercury is in Capricorn, an earth sign ruling finances, success in the material world, and practical aspects of life. Mercury rules the mind and communication. Both thought and communication can feel a bit dense, and it can take longer to transmit a message through media and/or the mind.

Venus (feminine, earthly pleasures) and Mars (male energy, assertion) are conjunct or closely placed in Pisces, which intensifies both planets—and in this case, emotions (water.) Venus and Mars in Pisces can bring about harmony between the masculine/feminine within the self.

Venus also conjuncts Neptune (mysticism, illusion), which aids in aligning with the beauty in the world. Together, Venus and Neptune reveal the beauty and softness of life. This aspect can give the illusion that it’s perfectly correct to float through life—and not take action. (This is the illusory quality of Neptune in combination with the beauty of Venus.) On the positive, they support mystical insights and can strengthen intuition.

Mars in Pisces can bring up repressed feelings, old grudges and victimhood. It squares Saturn (karma, limitation), meaning it’s easy to feel the pain of the past and forget that life is about gaining from the lessons of karma, surrendering unrealistic beliefs, and moving into the quantum field.

Fortunately, Venus and Mars are conjunct (close to) Chiron with all signs placed in Pisces. Chiron, the wounded healer, helps us to become strong in overcoming the wounds of the past. Perhaps, it’s easier to think of “old” pain as a karmic script, which we are outgrowing with the passage of time in the Aquarian Age.

Jupiter, Uranus, and Pluto form a T-square, which exerts pressure on the world. It brings a feeling of tension in the areas of good fortune, the quantum field/sudden change, and the hidden qualities of the underworld. It’s interesting because the energy comes and goes; it’s not consistent.

Jupiter (good fortune) squares (think tension) Pluto in Capricorn. Our ideals of balance, harmony, and good fortune will likely become rewritten by Pluto’s revelations from the underworld. It’s not a bad event, but it sometimes involves releasing our “happy” vision of the life and seeing through more realistic eyes. Jupiter also opposes Uranus (quantum field, sudden change), and the aspect indicates our vision of happiness may need adjustment as we move more deeply into the Quantum Field. (It could simply involve stretching our vision to include miracles, rapid positive happenings, etc.)

Saturn (time, karma) in Sagittarius trines Uranus, which points to the possibility of creating a new structure in the mind, body, or life to overcome our limitations and move into a new zone of life. Saturn also squares Chiron (wounded healer), meaning our beliefs about the past and past pain must be mitigated to receive healing from Chiron’s influence.

Uranus is square Pluto in the influential aspect which has altered and changed so much of the world. For many, it’s meant stronger dedication to spiritual principles, deeper awakening, and devotion to the light.

In short, it’s important to move through the dreaminess and take real action, but action has to come from the heart and an inner desire for expansion. If/when the past comes into play, it’s possible to call on the light and surrender old patterns and thoughts for true healing.

We will definitely change our view of the inner/outer world in the coming months. The task may move more quickly if we consider the qualities of the soul and the universe—and imagine what life might become with more miracles and light. After all, it’s the substance of the quantum field.

7 Easy Ways to Move Through The Shift

mandela_ellenvaman

While many people remain unaware of the shift, awakened individuals experience heightened intuition and emotion, which are qualities of the inner self. Along with this quickening, there is a strong desire for peace and harmony.

Here are a few tips to make navigation a bit easier.

  1. Try working from the inner self. Stop every few hours and ask for the presence of the inner self. (On a practical level, we can ask for information about the most essential aspects of the day. This can include practical, physical steps. While it may seem like a longer list, following the guidance of the inner self brings a gentle, sustaining flow.)
  2. Focus on the heart space. Send love to the self and others. Send love to problems and happy situations. Unconditional love raises everything into a higher frequency and can bring unexpected solutions.
  3. Be patient. It takes time to learn how to use intuition accurately. It takes energy to stay balanced in the New Age. And it requires courage to remain consistently optimistic while holding a vision of a better life and world.
  4. Take time to rest and nurture the self. The energy oscillates continually, and it’s important to take small breaks throughout the day. When the body rests, it operates more smoothly, and we feel less of the currents of mass consciousness and interruptions in the magnetic field. (When we’re tired, it’s helpful to focus on how it feels when we are energized and aligned.)
  5. Center often and focus on the inner self. From this place, see solutions. Imagine happier outcomes and focus on the positive. (This practice raises our vibrations.)
  6. Enjoy nature. Take walks or sit in the sun. Feel the motion of the physical world and notice the beauty. Become full of beauty and light.
  7. Spend a few moments each day and meditate on how peace and harmony feel. Imagine waves of peace, balance, and harmony coming into the inner self. (Refrain from speaking negatively about events or people in the outer world when possible. Sharing truth is fine, but try for a neutral position.)
