Powerful New Moon

The New Moon appears on Monday, September 6 at 8:52 pm ET.  It is usually a time of deep retreat, which is best used for reflection, but this Moon brings a different type of energy, which encourages deep inner work and commitment.

For those who are awakening, the forecast is lovely. Many, harmonious trines in the chart support manifestation, awareness, intuition—and positive change. However, focus, meditation, and connection with the universe are required to act on the high energies of this chart.

There is a beautiful window between the New Moon and Full Moon.  While the window is open, new beginnings, resolutions, and actions will carry us into the far future. If we take the first step or two, the universal energies will support us throughout our endeavor in the coming months.

Sun (life, light) trine Uranus (sudden change, quantum field) increases intuition about life in a very positive sense. It heightens self-confidence and a sense of self-discovery. It helps with overcoming the limitations of routine and sensing a new life, which is more aligned with self-expansion, growth, and the energy of the soul.

Moon (emotion) trine Uranus helps in creating beneficial changes to our personal life. Intuition is heightened on the soul level as well as offering opportunities for expansion. Correct intuition can lead to deep understanding and discovering the “feeling” or vibration of the right path for the future.

Sun (life) trines Pluto, which adds depth and intensity to life. Pluto rules renewal and regeneration, which can help with physical strength and inner will. It can aid with spiritual studies through deeper realizations and understanding. The Moon’s trine with Pluto leads to a deeper, richer emotional life and meaningful communication in relationships.

Mercury (communication, mind) is placed in Libra, which heightens good judgement, balance, and clear thoughts. Mercury trines Saturn (limitation, karma), and this aids in applying wisdom and knowledge learned through lessons in life.

Venus (love, relationships) is placed in Libra, an air sign which brings beauty, creativity, and heightened artistic ability. Venus trine Jupiter is one of the most beneficial astrological aspects. It increases optimism, love, and good fortune. The aspect helps in healing relationships; it favors good finances, shopping, and positive change in appearance.

Among the harmonious trines, there is also a challenge. Three oppositions with Neptune (mysticism, illusion) with Sun, Moon, and Mars cause difficulty with seeing clearing and finding our way. If we think about the world, there’s a great deal of confusion. It’s essential to navigate through it with the inner self through feelings and intuition—and to trust the universe. (Thoughts and emotions can be misleading. Go within to find the right direction and act accordingly.)

Mars (action) trines Pluto (underworld, transformation) gives strength, confidence, and the power to move through blocks and limitations. It can also give physical renewal and regeneration. It’s very supportive of new, different actions and attitudes in life.

Saturn (limitation, karma) squares Uranus (change), creating the current duality and tension between left and right, political views, and general disagreement about points of view. The aspect stays in place through 2021.

Uranus (quantum field, sudden change) trines Pluto (subconscious, transformation) gives heightened awareness, volatility, and an opportunity to discover more about our place in the universe. It lends energy for expansion and transcending aspects of ordinary life that are no longer meaningful.

Overall, it’s a wonderful chart for people who long to manifest a better life. It also reflects many of the energies, which I’ve felt in recent weeks—the song, the calling of a new time when life flows in the direction of universal knowledge and love–and problems are resolved in a new way.

Tips

  1. Sun (life), Moon (emotions), and Mars (action) in Virgo gives the necessary grounding to manifest hopes and dreams.
  2. The many trines with Uranus (sudden change, quantum field), which are highly harmonious aspects, supply an opening to channel intuition,  to sense our future as more evolved beings, and to transform our daily life into alignment with the higher aspects of life.
  3. Trines with Pluto give strength, resilience, and the will to make changes in life. When aspects with Pluto are positive, they give the power to move our lives in a meaningful and deep direction.
  4. Venus (love) trine Jupiter (good fortune) gives a feeling optimism and heightens positive communication in relationships.
  5. We should plan to use our best manifesting techniques such as prayer, visualization, and intent as often as possible. (Three oppositions with Neptune can block our “knowing” of the best direction and outcome; however, we can work on dreams, which we have held tightly in the past, and take action.)

5 Tips for Manifestation

Altering your reality begins with changing your consciousness. When you put your consciousness in a different place, the flow of events changes.

1) Everyone creates their life through the placement of consciousness–and through their vibration rate (frequency.) Our lives move on the line of our personal projections and beliefs. Every difficulty, problem, and negative situation comes from visualization, consciousness, energy, and frequency rate.

2) Reality changes from the perspective of frequency. (A low frequency is difficult; a high frequency brings insights and freedom. Low frequencies are associated with negative thoughts, emotions, and patterns. Higher frequencies and positive thoughts/emotions allow for new solutions and breakthrough moments.) Moving into a higher frequency means changing our consciousness. Our perception changes when we move into a higher frequency. It’s impossible to see reality in the same way. From a viewpoint of expanded consciousness, we feel differently. We see the situation in a new way.

3) Meditating daily through visualization and positive emotion evokes a change in consciousness. When we change our consciousness and send positive emotions to a different version of reality, it changes the conditions around us. Matter reflects our inner state. When we change, life alters.

4) Daily meditation allows connection with the higher self and the universe. These are the big vibrations, which bring huge changes over time. It’s impossible to feel worry, fear, anger, or sadness when we connect to the universe. The universe also guides us through intuition as we hold the visual. We receive insights about direction, imagery, and the feeling of the successful outcome.

5) The process teaches us about the inner self, which feels enlightened and energized by the practice. The process also teaches us about the part of the self, which feels blocked or doesn’t want to make the shift. (It’s best to send love to this part of the self and observe whenever possible.)

6) Faith is part of the process of altering our reality. We see reality in a new way through meditation. We attune our visualization through intuition. Eventually, we believe in the part of the self, which creates the happier reality–and it comes to fruition in real life!

The Details:

1) Begin with a prayer. Imagine you’re connecting to the universe, God, or a higher being. Ask the universe to support your effort. Feel the connection.

2) Meditate on the inner self, the presence that is always with you and has answers. Imagine light pouring into your being, lifting you into a place of higher vibration and knowing.

3) Intend the change. Feel the intention, the desire in you to experience new, peaceful, more aligned aspects of life. Feel the harmony and quiet joy.

4) Visualize the desired intention in great detail. Imagine you’re living in the image of your desired life. Visualization tells the universe where you want energy to go, how you want to feel it, and how you want to experience the shift. It goes beyond wanting or wishing. Think of it as a commitment to yourself.

5) At all times, believe it is working. Don’t focus on how long it takes or why it might not work. Focus on the feeling of connection—and how the new reality feels. (Deepen your spiritual connection whenever possible. When you move more deeply into your spiritual consciousness, you find a way, which is not apparent in normal reality. Trust this part of the process.)

Blue Moon Rising

The full moon appears on Sunday, August 22 at 8:02 am ET.

The full moon is called a Blue Moon because it’s the second full moon within a month. It’s quite interesting because this is the 2nd Leo Sun/Aquarius Full Moon in August. Leo is the heart, and Aquarius represents the group initiation. Perhaps, we are learning how to express our heart’s truth as an individual or on a group level. Either way, it’s important because the language of the heart brings both light and truth.

Manifestation is the key note of the chart, and there are aspects that block and support it. There are eight trines, which are very positive. (Think of the triangle and how it represents harmony.)  Four oppositions are in the chart, which can cause the experience of floating between two opposing desires or beliefs. (Oppositions are 180 degrees apart – think of left and right or black and white.)

Sun opposition Jupiter (good fortune) suggests our new and creative ideas are not quite ready to put into form. There’s pressure within the chart to make changes, but we should probably wait a bit longer. When Sun opposes Jupiter, we lack wind in our sails. We need to pause until the landscape changes before moving into our desires. (We can dream and meditate, but it’s best to wait on action.) Moon (emotion) conjuncts (close to) Jupiter (expansion, good luck), and the aspect can bring good fortune and positive events. (Yes, it’s a bit of a contradiction.)

Mercury (mind) is placed in Virgo, a sign that increases precision and attention to detail. Mercury conjuncts (close to) Mars (action), which can give life to projects through mental focus and right action. Mercury (communications, mind) trines Uranus (sudden change, quantum field), which can give great insight and brilliant ideas. Mercury opposes Neptune (mysticism, illusion), which can cloud our thoughts or impose mental confusion. Mercury (mind) trines Pluto, which allows access to hidden resources and gifts, which are discerned through the mental plane.

Venus (love, beauty) is placed in Libra, the sign of balance, beauty, and art. Venus trines Saturn (karma), which can give success, strength, and structure to our creations as well as physical appearance. The aspect also aids with stability and alignment with the earth. Venus trine North Node expands our ability with the law of attraction. It’s an excellent time to attract people who can improve our life.

Mars in Virgo places attention on work and detailed tasks.  Mars (action) trines Uranus (sudden change, quantum field), which adds in creating change and new endeavors. Mars opposes Neptune (mysticism, idealism), and the aspect encourages time alone spent in spiritual pursuits. The illusory qualities of Neptune may interfere with the achievement of our dreams. Mars trines Pluto (subconscious, hidden resources, transformation), which gives strength for success and achievement.

Jupiter (expansion) and Saturn (limitation, structure, karma) are in Aquarius. Saturn trines North Node, which can bring success and stability. Saturn squares (tension) Uranus (sudden change, quantum field), heightening the split regarding beliefs and the expression of thoughts. Uranus in Taurus can refer to the earth and many seasonal/weather changes taking place at this time.

Uranus (change, quantum field) trines Pluto (underworld, transformation). The aspect gives a feeling of restlessness and/or dissatisfaction with particular aspects of life. It can create a positive transformation It basically asks for insights about the self and the way that we live life. From this point, we can change the aspects of our lives into a higher form.

Tips:

  1. We’ll experience the Full Moon energies for 7-10 days. It’s a wonderful time to prepare, focus, and plan manifestations. It’s probably not time to show them to the world.
  2. With Sun in Leo and Moon in Aquarius, it’s important to speak from the heart and value our personal truths.
  3. There are huge forces such as Mercury and Mars trine Pluto, Venus trine Saturn, and Saturn trine North Node, which ask for creation of new ideas and presentation of this creativity in the world. Sun (life) in opposition to Jupiter (good fortune) interferes and delays the expression of the positive ideas and energy.
  4. Mercury (mind) and Mars (energy, action) in opposition clouds our thoughts and limits our actions. Mercury (mind) in Virgo gives excellent focus and concentration with projects. Venus in Libra helps in seeing the beauty of the world as well as feeling deeper love and appreciation in relationships.
  5. There are contrasting and opposing energies throughout the chart, but we also experience them in life. Whenever we move between 2 ideas or impulses, we are working to find our personal truth. Perhaps, the challenge of the chart lies in a greater discovery of the inner self–and manifesting a new future from this point.

The Lion’s Gate

Think of the Lion’s Gate as a cosmic blast of solar light. The Lion’s Gate symbolizes the annual height of  solar energy, emanated by the astrological sign of Leo. It refers to a process of purifying the fabric of our consciousness and recreating ourselves with a higher light level. It’s a quick process because the Lion’s Gate is open between August 8 and August 12—although the energy will linger for a week or more.

The Lion’s Gate occurs during “Dog Days” or when the dog star, Sirius, precedes the sun on the horizon. The Great Pyramid of Cheops was built to align with the rise of Sirius to mark the importance of  a time of rebirth—an opportunity to move more deeply  into our divine blueprint and resurrect the True Self.  As a result, the solar year began on July 23 with the motion of the Sun into Leo (solar) energy, and the celebration of light ended on September 15.

Solar light is associated with the masculine energies such as spirituality, universal love, courage, creativity and pure light. Light cleanses, and it brings spiritual change. The light is somewhat yang; it can feel over stimulating on a mental/creative level if we don’t take time to rest and reflect. For those who are open, it alters DNA, raising our capacity to receive more light into the body and energy field.

The light brings endings such as harvest, but it also illuminates new beginnings. This means opening up to the universe and expanding what we think is the fabric of life. For example, everyone has problems, large or small. There are desires and objects of our longing; yet, they are part of the human experience—and are eclipsed by the universal light.

Becoming who we really are (and moving into greater love) always constitutes the universal movement. When we surrender to these concepts, the solutions to our problems often emerge effortlessly. In other words, we are the answers to our problems. The answer lies in shifting our consciousness to a wider vision. It lies in accepting who we truly are—and finding a new paradigm.

Light also acts a quickening and cleansing agent. It cleanses our thoughts, emotions, and shows us the darkness in our lives. Part of the darkness (for all of us) lies in resonating and identifying with the recurrence of the shadows. What if we didn’t believe in the necessity of negative experiences? What if we could alter our lives instantly?  Who would we become if we stepped more deeply into the light? What if  positive events happened more quickly? (There is a “feeling” beneath the questions. Expand it if you feel it.)

There are inherent challenges in raising our light level. Sometimes, we think about what we leave behind us or worry about who we will become. Other times, we focus on our journey or how it will work.  It’s good to keep in mind that visualizing, asking questions, making wishes, or believing might lead us to fulfillment with far less effort.

A few tips:

1)      Fire brings purification and cleansing. What do you want to leave behind in your life? It can be as simple as fear or as complex as a whole portion of your life. Trust it’s for the best and take a step ahead.

2)      Fire expands things. It can create a huge flame. When contained and tended, it emanates warmth. Where is fire needed to burn the dross or nourish the inner being?  Where is creativity or illumination needed.

3)      Where do you lack answers? Let the fire blaze a trail. Follow the light. Or imagine a pink flame, which represents love, burning away the darkness in your life.

4)      Write an angel letter, detail your desires, and burn the letter. Imagine the flames taking the desires up to the light. As the light descends, it brings your desires into material form.

5)      Don’t burn out with too many projects, requiring creativity, will power, and thought. Balance by resting, meditating, or napping in a dark, quiet room.  Lions love acting in a lazy way and playing throughout the day. (Don’t indulge.) It’s possible to burn out when we lack true focus. Look honestly: see if your life is balanced.)

6)      Let the solar light lift you up. Act with courage and perseverance when moving into desires and dreams. Let the light expand your purpose, gifts, and aspirations in the coming year.

Shifts in Time

Many shifts are taking place, particularly with the New Moon/Lion’s Gate Cycle.  Everyone is passing through a number of small (and large) realizations about life, energy, and the cosmos at large. The energy is intense and changing at a rapid rate. When we understand what it happening and how it affects us, we move more quickly into a higher level of light.

  1. The universe is revealing the truth about our lives, enlarging our perception, and exposing the world at large. At this juncture, the big reveal comes in a strange way. We may perceive higher frequencies and suddenly know how the new, “higher” frequency reality will feel. We may feel dismayed by violence, discrimination, or the world-at-large. We may have moments of realization about how our lives need expansion, the energy of other people, and the need to align with our inner identity. We may feel the weight of mass consciousness–or perceive the immense power of love and meditation on the world. (For those who are more awakened, we may feel surprised when we observe instead of reacting–or resist the push/pull effect of this particular time.)
  2. The shift affects time. As we move into awakening, we mitigate karma. When we transmute karma, our timelines (or memories of this and other lives) alter–simply because we no longer “vibrate” with these types of energy.
  3. Flashes of memories and rapid thought at bedtime are interspersed with periods of deep sleep. The flashes of memories relate to a process of clearing and cleansing our energies throughout this lifetime. The periods of deep sleep relate to healing and discovering more of our true identity–the inner self.
  4. Emotions and the energetic flow of the body change with awakening. We may feel very tired one day and energized on the following day. Additionally, dreams may reveal our lack of confidence, incorrect perceptions, or our ability to change the entire picture through connection with the inner self. (Many of our personal issues can relate to our connection with world consciousness. For example, grief connects us with people who are grieving. A feeling of lack leads to connection with others, who feel they do not have enough. Part of the issue involves changing our image of the world through improvement of personal feelings and vision of the world.)
  5. The flow of life changes on a frequent basis. The energy shifts and feels differently with solar flares, shifts in the geo-magnetic field, and astrological events. As we become more connected, we feel the energy of world events on a deeper level. The seasons and positions of the sun and moon are changing. We are becoming accustomed to “not” knowing how life will feel, which can put us in the flow.
  6. Relationships are changing. As we grow, we continue to move into relationships with people who want to evolve. Sometimes, we simply lack the energy to persist with relationships based on negativity and/or lower energies. We’re also releasing soul contracts, which are agreements to interact in a specific way. (Groups of people with higher frequencies will come together on a conscious level.)
  7. We’re learning to live from the heart, which means intuitively feeling, hearing, and seeing information. It’s how we perceive the invisible and spiritual world, listen to the earth, and evolve. It’s also how we perceive the currents of our thoughts and feelings, which influence manifestation to a great degree.

Full Moon Message from the Wolves

We are with you. We find you from all of the places in which we live – the valleys, mountains, forest, and other hidden locations. As the moon grows full, we send messages of harmony, light, and growth.

We sing the original songs of the planet, which makes specific forms of life grow and exude energies that are needed by all. The original songs came into being as higher beings began to habitat the planet. By this, we mean you, wolves, whales, dolphins, and other forms of life that carry song, rhythm, and dreams—for many dreams are hidden within the earth.

The dreams, which are hidden in the earth, relate to your soul and your ability to manifest. Many of the dreams that have flickered through your consciousness come from this place. We tell you that the earth is holding dreams from you, which are hidden but live in your heart.

By wanting them and thinking of them, you call them into being. Each of you has hidden powers that create change. You call it living in the flow when they come alive and move through your physical body.

The earth is currently sending energy to help with the awakening of dreams. Once the earth was a place of living energy grids that made dreams and wishes come true. It made the body strong and vital; it gave hope and prosperity.

Part of the awakening at this time is aligning with this enlivening energy. We know what this energy is and how to find it. However, truth has to be discovered. Telling it rarely conveys it, so we say think of your dreams that are hidden in the earth, and ask the earth to reveal them. (We also sing songs for you that arrive while you are sleeping or resting because the body is more open to them at this time.

If you wanted to become powerful, if you wanted to awaken your gifts, what gifts and dreams do you most want?

Focus on this thought and learn about the earth—the value of fire, water, air, and earth. Focus on a tiny flower or a thunderstorm. Think of the earth as pulsing energy centers and ask how you can connect with these energies. (You don’t need answers. Asking the question will provide the truth. You are the answer.)

Why do you think we sing to you?

We sing to you because we need your creative powers, your ability to see and project the good in life. All animals and plants want to join with you to create a beautiful life.

The current light level and increase of light to come will allow this.

We don’t know if many people will move into this space or if it is a specific group or just a few people. It is currently undecided. There are fixed futures, which are unmovable, and there are unknown futures, which hold many possibilities. (The answers come from who or what you tune into, but it doesn’t mean that this is the outcome. It is a possible outcome.)

You ask about your power and how to find it. A good way to begin is by imagining you have power because you do. The second part is about seeing positive outcomes and changing your perception to believe they could happen instantly.

Why are the songs important?

The songs pass from one animal generation to the next because it is part of how truth moves and enlightens. They come from the original species on the planet.

The combination of the songs and dreams is part of determining who you are at this point in time and space. It’s your choice to move into the magic of nature and the beauty of your soul. The songs carry codes that help you in traveling to this place of being.

While you sometimes forget about the animals of this planet, we do not forget about you. We feel your pain and joy. We feel your soul. We are dreaming that we will meet you at a particular point in time and space when the world becomes joyous and free.

5 Tips on Emotion

When life changes, we feel emotion. Emotion is a wave, which takes our feelings to a lower or higher point. It’s a normal part of spiritual growth, and it’s called oscillation, a reference to the motion between waves of thought and emotion. When we are centered in connection, we are aligned with the heart. Through this practice, life ceases its motion; it is anchored by unconditional love. It is one of the benefits of devotion and meditation.

  1. Emotions change. Much of our interpretation of emotion has to do with our feelings of “good” and “bad.” As we surrender memories and patterns, our feelings change. When we learn to how to move to a higher frequency, many of our emotions alter, becoming more positive.
  2. When we are centered, we generally feel less emotion. We feel neutral and positive in a general sense. We feel love, which supports us and carries us through life. (We can experience more of this by focusing on pink light or love in the area around us.)
  3. Our imagination influences our emotion as does visualization. We generally tend to verbalize our problems and focus on them through images in our mind. Negative emotions are often amplified by giving them a “voice.” Much of this practice is programmed in our society, but it’s not a good use of our energy. It’s helpful to imagine receiving positive emotional support from others or spend time visualizing a happy, desirable reality.
  4. Emotions are contagious. We can feel the positive or negative emotions from others. We can vibrate above their emotions, change the “mood” by speaking of positive events, or separate ourselves from the other person. We can also center in the heart, which teaches about our eternal connection to the divine.
  5. Life responds to our positive vibrations. The trees move, birds sing, and nature responds when we connect with our higher self. Life moves in a beautiful flow. People on a higher vibration will reflect our higher state.

Everyone feels negative and positive emotions. We change the pattern by staying centered when we feel lower emotions and/or changing our behavior. We invoke positive emotion by focusing on beauty, love, and joy.

It’s also important to love both sides of ourselves–the good and bad. It’s how we eventually find the “center” through acceptance and self-love. It’s also how we master the waves of oscillation, which grow stronger as we move more deeply into the light.

Riding the Waves of the New Age

If the Age of Aquarius offers the experience of group enlightenment and cooperation, why are we having difficulty with it? Shouldn’t it be easy and fun?

The archives of time recount the previous Golden Ages, including Lemuria, Atlantis, and Egypt, and they prophesize that the Age of Aquarius may be the most glorious of all ages. Hopefully, the light level of the earth will reach quantum mass so our wisdom and enlightenment will shine through to all of humanity. The Mayan calendar calls this “the end of time”, and the book of Revelations hints that this is the time of the apocalypse. Apocalypse simply meant “the revelation of hidden things by God” before the movement of Christianity.

All manifestation and co-creation culminate with the release of patterns and integration of the ego. It is then that we find a previously hidden, underlying truth within our being. The meaning of the word occult is hidden from the eye, secret, or concealed. When we perceive the truth with our hidden eye (the true self, the third eye), enlightenment is entrusted to us in accordance to our ability to perceive.

Currently, we’re in transition between the Age of Pisces and the Age of Aquarius or between a dark age, based on materialism, to a more enlightened age, which aligns with humanistic values. While the internal structure may already exist, individual change is needed to manifest the energies into form. It’s well documented that the human psyche finds difficulty with change–even the most positive changes – such as moving, marrying, changing jobs, or success.

The energies are different, creating the need for new strategies and methods of dealing with the new and old energies at the same time. In any manifestation, there is a shift between the attachment to the stability of the old life and the attraction to the new. Eventually, we let go of the old reality and shift into the new one, but a feeling of pressure and resistance often accompany the shift. It’s helpful to remember that negative feelings and thoughts are associated with the ego, not the soul.

Part of the process, which is sometimes experienced as a motion between lower and higher feelings and thoughts is called oscillation. Oscillation is often experienced as waves of emotion and thought that resonate with the two parts of the self. During this process, we feel the pull of the old self and the desires of the higher self.

The Wave

The energy of change tends to come in waves. Eventually, the wave will pass, even if it takes a few days or weeks.

By observing closely, we know that there are several types of waves. One wave is gentle and grounding; it resonates with the inner self. We tend to move between several sets of waves in a given day. Waves from mass consciousness and other people tend to foster feelings of anxiety and connect us with mass consciousness.

We are touched by our identification with the mass subconscious and other people whenever the vibrations of our field descend. We descend through identification with the thoughts of other people, messages on the web, news forecasts when we disconnect or forget our connection with the light.

Fortunately, we can avoid some of the waves of mass consciousness by staying at a higher frequency, reflecting on the heart space, and avoiding media such news and online communication.

It is possible to connect to the spiritual world and disengage from the negativity in outer world. Meditation, yoga, and intuitive activities can link our consciousness with the Divine—and the slower, centered feeling of the inner self.

Exercise:

  • When feeling disoriented, tired or anxious, meditate on light, the center of the Universe or your perception of the Divine for a few minutes. This will alleviate tension.
  • Focus on the heart space in the middle of the chest and feel pink light (love) flowing into your body, mind, and emotions.
  • Focus on pleasurable feelings or memories such as times when you experienced the flow of life—or unconditional universal love.
  • Come back to the present when you finish the exercise and practice this “feeling” every two or three hours. It will become easier with practice and create a calm that stays within the body.
  • When the mind or emotions wander back to a problem or negative feeling, simply say aloud or silently, “Please align me with my inner self. Your body and mind are already familiar with this state of consciousness. With a few days of practice, you will begin to master the art of moving into the inner self, and you’ll create a more relaxed state of being.

Streaming

The new Aquarian energy can be similar to data streaming on the internet. We are watching, listening or participating with the cosmic energies before they are completed downloaded or present. When we “feel” the possibility of a difficulty or undesirable emotion, we tend to “stream” our energies in the direction of the problem. Streaming could include focusing on our anxieties or problems unconsciously, but we forget that our energy flows like an underground stream, causing unwanted emotions to build without awareness, like a subterranean pond surfacing in the middle of the road. We can’t go around it or build a bridge quickly, but we can float over it or redirect the flow.

Here is a simple exercise that I find particularly useful.

Exercise:

  • When thinking about the future, notice the energy that you send to this point in time. Feel the sensation of intense focus, the streaming of the energy into a direction. (Most of us have a particular direction that we associate with others and the future.)
  • Think of calling a friend that you like and notice how you move energy. (We hold an image or feeling about the person and send our energy to them.) Notice how you flow a stream of energy in their direction. What does the energy feel like? Get a clear read so that you can identify it easily.
  • Now, pull all of the particles of the energy stream back into your field. Allow your body to absorb the particles of energy into your cells. Notice the feeling of grounding, calmness and quiet.

NOTE: It’s more effective to hold an image calmly and briefly, see the desired outcome, and then release the image and energy.

Moving into the Positive

I philosophically subscribe to a system of substituting positive thoughts, feelings and sensations for the negative inner dialog, emotions, words and physical sensations. I don’t think that if I hold good thoughts or mantras in general that life will respond–or that if I casually believe that everything will work out that it will.

I believe that reality follows my thoughts, emotions, intentions and attention and that “reality” mirrors our energies of our beliefs. I believe in recycling energy by raising its frequency and also in manifesting the reality that aligns with my personal happiness. This is far more complex than it sounds.  (It requires patience, repetition, and a connection with the Divine.)

Duality and/or polarity are the basis for creation in the material world. Without duality, we would lack a body and the earth, itself. It is the balancing of the forces of duality within one’s physical body, emotions, thoughts and spirituality that raise the vibrations of our being so that we can perceive the unseen or the Divine.

A Final Word: Love

Everyone sees the unseen in proportion to the clarity of his heart, and that depends upon how much he has polished it. Rumi

Truth is simple. Truth can only be found within. It is already “within us”, but it lies hidden and awaiting the moment of our awakening. Truth has power. When truth is found by the heart, it is perceived as love. Love and power intertwined are wisdom. Love tempers power so that it is rightfully used in tandem with universal law for the benefit of all.

Love is the most expansive force in the Universe. In alchemy, it is said that love is the universal solvent. It dissolves everything into its original nature–which IS love. When all else fails, turn to love. Love is the opposite of fear. When we move into love, we raise our vibrations to a frequency that fear and chaos cannot touch or disturb.

It is the substance that underlies the composition of every particle of matter in the Universe. The true source of all is love, which can never fail us if we petition it with our heart, mind, soul, and body. It is by opening our heart that we find the way.
